definately best prof for bio 110. Ive heard some awful stories about others. she is as simple and clear as you can get for a bio class. keep in mind that she doesn't grade +/-... this can be helpful or not.

The class it easy if u come to class and take notes...u really don't have to use you're book.She writes everything out.

The class isn't a good class but she's a good teacher. Two huge projects but w/ group, not fun at all. Class was long and boring. She'd be an ok teacher if it was for another class.

This is a great class, but is is hard. The professor is God's gift to teaching. She helps anyone learn. She provides ample opportunity and allows students to learn in ways that are best for them. She is truly a fair teacher, awesome, incredible!

Super good teacher. If you go to class and take notes you'll do well, just don't miss class. Easy to get a hold of and very helpful if you ask. Great TA too.

The class is horrid. Feldman is a nice woman and a reasonable teacher, but so very boring. She is helpful, but at times it seems as though your questions irritate her. Take notes and come to class, but you still may need a tutor. Great TA.

Very cool teacher, very helpfull, caring and informed. If you're putting effort in class you will definitely get an "A". Just come to class and do what's asked - don't act dead, won't get you anywhere.

She was my professor, and also my advisor. She is really nice and helpful. The only problem with idnm was the whole fish farm thing. I was not feeling that topic AT ALL. You get in there and wonder, why do I need to study about making profit on fish?

Blan teaching style, but sets course up based on idiot proof material! All exams and quizzes are on reserve- study them and your looking at an easy A on your exams!! Reading not necessary unless having difficulty with her lectures! Definitly recommend her

For being a 101 course, this definitely is not a cake walk. Yet Dr. Feldman is very helpful and she is willing to address any concerns. Don't expect to get by without actually puting any effort in your work.

Very smart women. She really knows biology. Attendance is not taken, but you should go so tests are easier. Labs are usually interesting. Take her, she is a great teacher and is always willing to help.

She is so smart and she really knows how to teach. She really tries to teach in a way that everyone can get a good grade. She tries to simplify everything to make it easier to understand. She has review sessions every week and she really likes getting to know her students. Totally recommend.

Very good teacher and interesting course. There is a teacher assistant also who is willing to help students. Old tests, quizes, etc are on reserve/you can purchase. She gives you all the resources. Use them. You'll do well if you do.

Feldmans a very good teacher. You need to put effort into the class to do well. Homeworks help boost your grade and its a good preperation for exams. Has a ton of information on reserve (notes, past exams, etc). She also comes in extra hours for review sessions. I wouldnt say this is an easy A class but if you put the work into it you wont fail.

Not an easy class. You MUST put some effort into it or you will fail miserably. Do the HW (at least 8 of them), show up for all the labs and lectures (lab attendance is taken but not lecture), and come for review sessions. The tests are hard, so STUDY and look at past exams in the library. She is very willing to help and is passionate about bio.

A very difficult class, an mostly uninteresting. Great teacher, and EXTREMELY clear on what is expected which is good. As long as you can get yourself to go to class and labs, you'll be fine.

Very easy class if you are willing to give it the time of day. Lots of tedious worksheets and "busy work". There are two projects for the class but both are team assignments and really easy to do. If you have a good team, you'll do fine. I was the only non-science major in the class and still got an "A".

the is my best teacher so far. she covers everything that she puts on the test, she has review sessions, she emails you every week with everything you need to know for the quizes. she doesnt take attendance in lec. her labs are kinda boring tho

She gives you the lecture notes via email and gives you handouts and study guides for the quizzes and tests. She gives take-home quizzes and tons of review sessions. An easy class if you put some effort into it. No attendance policy for lectures.

If don't have do take this class DON'T TAKE IT. It is increadibly tedious and BORING. Tons of easy homework. Two big writing assignments that should be hard but aren't because she treats you like a 5th grader. EASY CLASS. BUT LOTS OF BUSY WORK. all groups assignments even the quizes

If you have to take Bio take it with her. Lectures are boring but it's bio. Gives you points for showing up to lab and just for completing homework assignments, and gives quizzes. She wants you to learn and all the busy work helps compensate if u have bad test grades. TAKE HER!!!

Dr. Feldman class is not hard at all its a lot of busy work. the class is very boring. two major projects to worry about. The only way ur gonna get an A is if u put a lot of time into this class, not the easiest A u can get so if u dont have to take this class, DONT TAKE IT!!!!!

Feldman was a good teacher but she put too much on too many tests in too little time. Hard Class and a lot of work but helpful for other classes.

Hard class b/c they just changed the course so it was harder. Shes a good teacher but she grades way too hard. you cannot slack in her class! Timed tests sucked and there are pop quizes, you can kind of predict when you are going t get them though. Never an easy A or B..gotta work for your grade

shes a good teacher. she is always willing to help, but you have to also do your part and try. this class taught me how to study better for college. Don't judge her upon your first week or two, she is a very kind and sweet lady.

I really liked her. Somedays you won't like her, and others you will think she is great. She is EXTREAMELY helpful, will always offer reviews before tests. You have to study and work for your grades, but if you do that you'll be fine. The only thing I hated: pop quizzes, 12 to be exact- but drops 2 lowest. She is very intellegent, and a great prof!

This class isn't easy but Dr. Feldman is very helpful. She gives out lots of pop quiz. She gives out lot of work but you will thank her later. It will help you prepare for Anatomy. I am So thankful that i take her because i learn so much.

VERY HARD!! You have to read the textbook and take VERY good notes! Study every night because you almost always have some sort of test or quiz! In lab you will have a project due every monday! She's extremely helpful but is still hard! AVOID TAKING HER IF YOU WANT A GOOD GRADE!

Dr. Felman is a wonderful teacher! She is very concerned about her students understanding the material and will go out of her way to help you. gives review sessions before tests and gives you the essay questions that she bases the tests off of (ie. one essay is on the test all the others are the info on it) only drawback= 40 min timed test

Dr. Feldman is such a good teacher! she is very nice and gives the test essays out ahead of time. drawback is timed 40 min test but it is still possible to get an A! i reccomend

Biology is going to be a hard class no matter what teacher you have but Mrs. Feldman is extremely nice and will help you whenever you need it. I studied my ass off and ended up with a B which is fine with me

Dr. Feldman was an amazing teacher who cared for her students SO much! Yeah the course is really challenging but she explains everything real well. You have a quiz almost everyday so review your notes as much as possible on the previous lecture. Test are difficult because they are timed but as long as you do the WHOLE study guide you will do fine.

awesome professor! her notes during lecture are the answers to the study guide and the test is directly from the study guide. If you know it you'll do really good, if not, there are review sessions- GO! She is a big help and very understand! smartest professor ive ever had

Wonderful professor. Dr. Feldman is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the somewhat difficult information. Small 5-10 pt quizzes often, several easy assignments, and 5 unit tests with 1 cumulative final. Review sessions before unit tests, and she gives you a study guide so nothing on the test is a surprise. Take this class!

Very good professor. The class is a lot of work but as long as you do it and show up to class you will do fine. She definitely knows what she is talking about and is very helpful if needed. I highly recommend.

Your best option for this class. The class is a lot of work and going to be hard. The labs are a bit pointless and sometimes unrelated to lab, but oh well. She's really smart (went to Harvard) and constantly tries to help. Take advantage of all the help available! And if you don't work, you're going to suck at this class

TAKE HER. You definitely have to work for your grade but she is an amazing professor and knows her stuff. Very sweet lady and will go out of her way to help you. Keep up with readings, and lecture notes. Many pop quizes (but boost grade) 5, 50 pt tests & final. Holds review sessions before every test. Go to them!! Labs are long, but not horrible.

Very demanding class but she's a good professor. As long as you take the time to do the study guides she provides for every test it's not too hard to pass the class.

Very challenging class, but do-able. Professor was very helpful and willing to help anyone who needed it and made time to get the help. def go to the coaching, tutoring, and review sessions! they really helped a lot. you need to make time for this class, its very intense and time consuming. good teacher, difficult class. you really need to stay on top of your work and do as much as possible to understand the concepts. many people drop/withdraw from the class, but if you work hard and get help you can get a B. She grades Lab projects hard and keep up with your studying--POP QUIZZES

it is a hard class&she is a tough teacher but with a lot of hard work its manageable. very tough, i studied a lott & got a B+. she makes herself very available for help tho i never went. GO TO THE TEST REVIEW SESSIONS. they help a lot. tests are 50 pts (25 mc, 25 essay) gives u choices of essays ahead of time. labs are hard it brought down my grade

Really great teacher. She is a super nice person!! She is super funny and can always keep a smile on her students faces. She DOES expect you to be prepared. If you aren't willing to work then this isnt the class for you. If you expect to get by only studying 1 day before the test you have another thing coming. She gives you so many chances for help

Extremely difficult class and requires a lot of studying. There are alot of pop quizzes but she drops the lowest two scores. In order to get an A on the exams you MUST go to the test review sessions; she basically gives you all the answers. She offers weekly tutoring sessions and the exam reviews for help. Lab is way easier than lecture.

She's definitely a very difficult teacher. She say's that your going to spend about 20 hours a week on this class, and she was right. People keep saying she gives out "pop quizzes". There are a lot of quizzes but she warns you about ALL of them. She isn't trying to make you fail. She gives you everything you need to succeed. You just have to use it

This class is hard. There is no way around it. This teacher will sit down and expalain biology with you, go to coaching hours and all review sessions and You'll do fine.

Ok, this class should be called 190 but 390!! it's so tough!! Ms.Feldman is very knowlegable,be ready to study hard if you want to pass this course. i got a B but most of my classmates either failed or got a C.Somedays u wont like her but she is nice and caring though strict.

You definitely will have to work hard in her class for a good grade but its doable. Go to all the test review sessions and you'll do fine. Its a lot of work just for a 190 class though but if you put the effort in you'll do good.

Tough Class, Good Teacher. It should be a 300 level class not 100 level. Go for exam reviews and if you don't understand something, go to her ofice hours and she would be willing to help.

Great teacher...she will give you all the tools you need to pass..you just have to use them. She will clarify if you need clarification, and if you don't go for help, it's your own fault. I would take her again!

This class was so hard! I absolutely hated it when I took it with Feldman, but after I realized how much I learned.It was so much work, but I feel so prepared.I still remember everything she taught me. She really wants you to succeed. She has multiple study sessions before each test. Use them! All you have to do to pass is use all her resources

Professor Feldman is a great Professor. This class was difficult for me but not as difficult as it was for some of my classmates because they did not take bio in high school. If youre looking for and easy class dont take bio190 because it is a challengng class but overall she is a great teacher. Never really used the book just study the powerpoints

Attendance isn't mandatory but GO and take great notes, she really wants you to succeed. Do the test prep and study guides and go to help sessions. It gets easier as you go and she's really nice about helping you and goes out of her way to ensure you succeed

This is a hard class.. it'll be that way with ANY professor but Feldman really wants her class to do well. It's structured so if you do all the labs and the minor assignments it's impossible to fail! She also wrote a great recommendation letter for me.. Hope I have her again for another class!

BIOL190 is hard. There is no way to get around that. Professor Feldman makes the class interesting with her funny stories about biology and interesting ways to remember information. its A LOT of studying, make sure you write the essays she give you to practice! She is ALWAYS available and willing to help you out, so take advantage! love her.

She is a great professor! She goes through powerpoints explaining the information in depth and answers any questions you may have along the way. All powerpoints go online after class. There are study guides in essay form for each of the exams. She holds review sessions before every exam so come with your essays already prepared. Take her!!

Dr. Feldman has been my favorite teacher since I've been at Towson! She is THE most helpful Bio teacher around, she is willing to work with you and answer any questions you might have. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Bio is one of the most failed courses at Towson. The material is really difficult but Feldman made it alright if you pay attention. She will help you SO much if you go to the review sessions AND her office hours more then once per week and other then test weeks. She's actually really nice and wants you to pass!! Tests are really hard. No curves.

She's wonderful professor! Definitely my most favorite class, I had the flipped class and it may seem harder but it motivates you to do the work ahead of time so she can clarify in class. Always use her narrated powerpoints and take good notes on them! I dont use the book at all since her narrated powerpoints are so thorough, but draw the pictures!

Dr. Feldman knows exactly what she's talking about. She explains things in a great way that's easy to understand. I love her!! She made this class really interesting. All biol 190 classes will be difficult but you have to have the right mindset going into the class. Take her, she's definitely worth it.
