i really enjoyed her...she makes math interesting and has lots of group work and gives points for it.

Shes super easy and does a lot of group work and doesnt ever have homework checks!!

She is very helpful and if you need help she will give you all that you need. The only way that you would do poorly in the class is if you don't show up and don't give a little..which is your fault. Take her!

She is definetly crazy!! Can be hard to understand at times, doesn't really teach, no homework, tests can be hard-study!, she enjoys teaching and you can tell! She used to teach lil kids so she makes class definetly fun! Group work helps for good grades!

She's a very hyper lady, but it keeps you awake at 8 am. Make sure you buy the student solutions manual, and the class will go a lot easier.

she is very weird but explains the material well. There are quizes every class period which sound bad but they make you attend class which is good. Willing to help you, however seems to have favorites and tests are pretty hard

Doesn't really teach a lot- very easy if you do your homework- quizes and tests are ok- gives partial credit- definatly recommend her!!!!!

She is very nice lady, and is easy to talk to if you have a question. you can use notes on all of your exams, and some of the hw problems are on the exams. if you do your hw (especially study guide)and understand it, you shouldn't have a problem with her class.

Very good teacher and energitic (sorta weird tho). Kinda shows favorism but still fair. Get to use notes on tests which is very helpful. How you do in this class depends on how much math you've taken previous to this course.

Took her for 120, it was tough and the speed was very fast. Droped out around mid-term and took 110 following semester. She's a good teacher at 110 and very clear and helpful. She's fun to watch in action, but shes a good pick if your taking 110

2 page cheat sheets allowed on every test!It doesn't get much better than that plus the lady is a nut case so you get the chance to laugh at her a lot. Attendence counts big time so you have to show up or she will show you no mercy!

Florin is a great teacher. I really liked her teaching style (going over ANY questions from homework, new stuff and example problems and then a group quiz to apply what you learned). She makes the class interesting by putting in her dry humor. Is very helpful and easy to talk to. Energetic too. Very easy class.

Very good teacher. The class was easy for me because I have already been through calc, but for those of you who want to learn the material, You should take her. She seems crazy, but she is really nice and helpful. She repeats stuff so much, you can't forget it.

Wow... I wish she could be my professor for every class. She just gets to the point, and trys to break it done by doing every math problems with the easiest tactics to solve them. She will ALWAYS try to help you understand. I've never respected a professor so much, let alone any teacher I have. She has talent teaching.

She totally out of her mind, but she helps you as much as she can. Just make sure her long arm extentions dont hit you in the head. She makes math fun, and entertaining. It's not hard at all

Very easy professor & class. Would definatley encourage anyone needing to take Prec. to take from her. Daily quizzes and homework, but you get points for all the quizzes and they really help. Plus every test you get to use a "note sheet" frant & back. Take from her!!!

She is a very weird teacher and might freak you out but she is probably the best math teacher in the world. If you do the homework and at least try then you'll easily get a B. She goes over stuff so much and makes it so clear what she is doing. I highly recommend Florine. She rocks!!!!

Awesome teacher! At first I hated the class and I never liked math, but she made it fun and easy. She always goes through the problems in class and gives you the notes for every section. The tests are difficult, but you get points for every class with the hw quizzes. She is actually funny in class and makes fun of math. Highly Recommend!!

She is sooo cool! shes soo funny and a little weird but shes so nice and teaches you so much. I am horrible at math and got an A in her class! shes really helpful and gives good examples. TAKE HER!

I really enjoyed having Professor Florin teach PreCalc! She is a very interesting and nice lady.. maybe a little loofy at times, but she really can make class interesting! She does give you quizzes.. but the sweet part about that is that the quizzes just come rigth out of the problems that you did for homework! Overall. rather enjoyed the class..

Easiest class ever. She is really wacky, wears really tacky clothes. The tests and quizzes came right out of the book and the homework, so they were easy to prepair for. You have to go to class everyday because she gives in-class assignments. Very approachable and nice.

Easiest class that I had this semester! She was a pretty good teacher, but beware of the fact that she tends to treat her students like they are in first grade. Tests are all multiple choice.

Want an easy prof? Take Florine. She makes everything extreamly clear, she loves her job and that energy is present in her class. She's funny and rips on math concepts, which makes it not as imtimating.

She's a good teacher, even if she does go too quickly in class. But she's more than willing to meet with students 1-on-1 if they take the initiative to ask her for help. It is clearer to understand the problems and answers if you schedule a meeting with her to get help. I also love her eccentric personality. It's grown on me since day 1.

I highly recommend this teacher, she is great! Florin creates a fun,and pretty easy learning environment. She's helpful if you need it. Make sure you come to class for the daily quizes. Tests arent bad either, you get a study guide. Id take this teacher again, if I got the chance.

Loved this class. Very easy A. Florin explained things very well and waited till everyone caught up. She will talk to you one on one if you don't get anything. She made class fun and easy to understand.

I really liked Florin. A lot of people have had apparent issues with her, but, I thought she was an enthusiastic teacher with a fun teaching style. Yes, she's a little odd- but I thought it added a little to the class. If much rather have odd than monotone and boring. If you have a sense of humor, do your work, come to class- you'll do just fine with Florin.

She is very animated and makes the class more fun. The concepts are really easy and she makes the class more interesting so you don't get bored. She always has office hours if you ever need extra help. Daily quizzes that you can work with a partner and she will help you on them too. Very easy and she is very nice.

She is the most amazing professor at WSU. She requires work and expects effort and for you to attend but as long as you go and listen you basically cannot get lower than a B! Changed my view on math

Sue is great! She is very different, but in a funny way. She is really clear with her teaching, kind of goes over stuff fast but the material in this course is easy so it doesn't matter. If you don't understand something, you can ask her & she'll help explain it better. daily quizzes, but they're easy & she drops your lowest grade each week

I love Florin, I would definitely take her class again. There were times where she would get mixed up and then I couldn't understand her but she was an awesome professor. She was always there to clarify and she made class fun. I don't think I went to her class once and didn't laugh.

I took her once and absolutely loved her! I built my semester around taking her class for the next semester because I wanted to take her class again. She is an excellent teacher and makes class really fun.

Makes math fun. Yes, you read that right. Math, FUN! She has a great sense of humor and really makes her lectures enjoyable. There is a good amount of homework, but manageable. Tests reflect the material learned. She spends time with you if you need it. She definitely wants you to understand and genuinely loves to teach. Highly recommend.

I loved Professor Florine. She was fun to listen to and I would I loved the class. It was easy and I would recommend anyone take her. There are 4 major tests and there are quizzes at the end of every day, but you get to work with a partner, but don't miss class.

I took Sue for MATH 202, 203, and 204. She does a great job at explaining difficult concepts! She is always giving out advice & how you can get your students interested in math or teach it in a way so they understand! She gives you a study guide that is exactly like the test but different numbers. You also get 1 side of 1 sheet of paper for tests!

She is the best math professor at Winona State. She is very caring. She makes you understand the material. You get a study guide that is like the same as the test, and you get a page for notes for the test. You have to show up to class since there is a lot of group/individual quizzes that will help you. I have taken her for 3 math classes.

Although you don't use your textbook, the online code is necessary, and you'll use your textbook for 202 and 204. Florin is amazing and doesn't like Friday classes. She has you watch her online lectures then goes over them the next week. The tests are super easy, and you get a "cheat sheet" for each one. Easy A.

Sue is one of the best math professors I have had for education. She is very experienced and is able to provide examples of everything on where we will see these in the classroom and how to help students. She is funny and keeps students on their toes, didn't ever class on Friday. Clear class schedule and stuck to it.

Amazing professor. Sue is hilarious, caring, passionate about her teaching, wants nothing more than for you to succeed, and will have you laughing and engaged even for an 8am. I've taken her for multiple courses now and wouldn't have wanted to take anyone else. She is very beneficial to your education now and helps to prepare you for your future.

Professional Florin is an amazing person, but if you are bad at math, make sure you go in on her office hours. The way she sets up her class is so you watch online lectures and take notes outside of class, and In class you do homework (group worksheets). She is super nice but maybe not great for people who are bad at math.

She is a great professor. She gets you ready for the exams, does the lectures online, and the in class quizzes are not too hard. She teaches us how to be good teachers for the future!

LOVE PROF. SUE! So funny and offers lots of information relevant to future teachers! Easy to tell she has lots of experience with students. Clear expectations and willing to help with assignments. Lots of points available in the class so getting the grade you want is easy to achieve.

She is super nice and kinda funny. She is a little much in the morning but her class will defiantly wake you up. Only used the online textbook for mymathlab otherwise we didn't use it. Lots of group and individual quizes along with 3 test. You get to use a sheet of notes for your tests as well.
