Although this is avery difficult subject. he took all the time to explain and go over the material. Is very good that you end up his class actually knowing the material. He is a person willing to help and gives a lot of chancesto his students.

Arif is a very nice person, very entertaining, very funny, and very good-looking. This is a hard class, but he ties the material to the medical field. He is a physician by training and very knowledgeable on this subject. Tests are hard, but he apparently gives a lot of points just for showing up.

This class was a breeze. it is the easiest science class I ever took. He gives good a review before the test. No homework and he drops the lowest test grade. He is a great teacher.

I was really woried about this class. I was really pleased with Arif. He is nice, understanding, smart and willing to help you if you need it. He will direct you on exams so you know what to study. This is a great class to take. A&P is a difficult subject to learn. He makes it incredibily interesting. Wish I had taken him for A&P1. I learned more in his class than my difficult A&P1 class. We had weekly quizzes and exams every couple of weeks. If you pay attention to the lecture, you will do well in his class.

Without a doubt the BEST teacher I've ever had. Taking his Saturday combined class/lab and he is so inspiring and knowledgeable. He is entertaining and really helps you learn and wants you to succeed. No grade yet, but so far A. Do everything you can to take him!!! I wish every teacher was this good, he really makes AP2 easy and understandable.

The best professor Valencia has by far!! He TEACHES his students. He doesn't talk over them he TEACHES. You will learn a ton in his class. You don't need the textbook just take VERY good notes. I wish I could have taken him for everything! You would be silly NOT to take him!

He made me love A&P 2!!! He knows how to keep you interested in the lectures by using comedy and things you can relate to. He loves when you ask questions. And all of his quizes and exams are online except 2. All you have to do is study his study guides and power points and you will do fine. Highly recommend.

This instructor is a good instructor. He wants you to learn. He tells stories that are clearly designed for you to remember the content he is discussing. He does expect you to study and know your material and come ready for class and to ask questions. Remember, it doesn't matter whether he is easy or hard: know your stuff as a med professional.

He is a good teacher, however you can study a lot on your own. Basic material was covered good, lot's of ppt and notes. Class became less interesting, when we had to take every single test in the classroom. There is not much lab work.

Professor Syed Arif, best teacher I have had here at Valencia. He makes you want to come to class to learn about some pretty straightforward material. I recommend this class to all majors because of his teaching. I learned a great deal and exams were even challenging and fair to everyone. He is responsive to emails and questions in a timely manner.

Professor Arif offers Saturday classes which works great if you work full time. He is hilarious and his lectures are very interesting, you will not get bored. He is very caring and wants his students to succeed. I would recommend taking Professor Arif.

Best Ever! Really caring, and one of the smartest professors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from.

Class has 4 exams, 3 lab practicals, a couple of quizzes, and 1 final. Dr. Syed is smart and nice, but he doesn't follow a rubric or guideline for his class. However, his lectures are interesting because he's funny and can break down the material for better understanding. I suggest to use the openstax textbook and create your own notes for an A.

This Professor is amazing!! I took him for A&P 1 and now I'm taking him again. Honestly, he truly cares for his students. He is an experienced professor with so much knowledge. I am an older adult and can distinguish between knowledgeable Professors and those that truly care to teach and also give advice. Many Prof. are tardy due to any event.

The best of the BEST! My class was saturdays at 8:30 and let me tell you it was great! He explained everything that we needed to pass the class. Very detailed. My only regret was due to the pandemic we had to do everything online and we met via zoom and he tried to make the lecture interesting. I wish I had more time with him in a classroom.

I took A&P I online with professor Humayun. He provided us with lectures for every chapter necessary and emphasized in his lectures specifically what was going to be on the exam. This made it easier to know what to study for. Grades were only based on exams. Overall, to me it was an easy class as long as you put in the time and work for your grade.

This teacher is nice and if you don't want to do any work than this is a great class. I probably did a few hours of work for this class the whole semester. Every single assignment/test is not due until the last day of the semester.. the study guide and PPT has everything u need to pass. If you want to learn a lot than don't take this class.

Easy class but you have to listen to several video lectures for 5-8 hours (sometimes more) per quiz or exam. The lecture is disorganized but manageable. Prepare to be stressed out if you procrastinate, since everything is due by the end of the semester.

He will use visuals to help you understand where everything is and how it works. He gets distracted easily talking about life lol but overall he is really great. Class is mostly online. Textbook is not required because he provides you all the material necessary to study and pass his class.

4 Quizzes. 3 mod exams. 3 Lab practicals. 6 reading assignments on McGraw-Hill (the most time consuming assignments but easy to complete). Lockdown Browser required. this class was manageable but the lectures(videos) are lengthy. Syed is a great professor but if you do want something challenging pick a different professor. attendance counts as EC.

Took him for A&P1 I had such great time I took him again for A&P2. Professor Arif is very intelligent and kind.I took both classes mixed mode; lecture online and some exams in person. Tests are very easy and straight forward. Lectures can be 1-2 hours long just watch a half of it one day and another the next day speed by x2 and you'll be fine.

Great professor with a plethora of knowledge. Very easy to contact, very understanding and lenient with deadlines. I wish I had him for all of my science courses. If you can't take him at Valencia look for him at Seminole. His classes fill quickly!
