PROFESSOR SYLWIA IS A GREAT TEACHER. SHE IS VERY HELPFUL AND POSITIVE. AND WILLING TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE LEARNING. I WANT TO TAKE MY OTHER ENGLISH CLASSES WITH HER.

She gives plenty of work and it feels hard, but it really helps you get better with your English vocabulary skills.

For my first college professor I think she was the best teacher.

Professor Kulczak was a pretty cool teacher, she is there for you, especially when she sees your missing work or anything she would tell you to bring it in and she gives you time.

I had english teachers, but she is my best. She asks you to write Journal Entries, and theyre essays. You don't think it first, then you realize you write them. You need to prepare for tests and homework. If you're lazy, you won't pass. If you want to learn, she will help you. She is organized, likes details. Funny and sings too!

She made me work to get A, but it was worth it. Now I feel ready to take 1A. We used books a lot, sometimes its a lot of work. But hey, if you want to read and write, take her class. You will learn how to take tests in her class too. She gave us lots of practice and tests. She prepares well for the finals. I like how she teaches, organized.

I lkied her class and lectures. Learned how to write journal entries, she calls them. But they are essays. helped me in other english class i took. you must do homework and come to class! Interesting stories and articles. Easy when you have books and you do work. Lab work was hard, then I learned it. She showed me how. Liked class discussions.

I learned a lot by writing her journals and I read many stories. She gave interesting topics to talk about. We had fun in discussing. Grading is tough, you have to work for it. But it's worth it. You learn a lot to read fast and write.

Once your behind its really difficult to catch up. She gives a lot of homework, but if you're on task then it shouldn't be difficult. The work she gives isn't difficult, but it is challenging. My writing has improved so much due to her feedback. You'll enjoy this class because I did.

She's a cool teacher , pretty straight forward. Just do your work and you'll pass. she hardly miss class, that's the only thing that's sucks. Text books for her class are cheap just the Totalreader you have to buy in the student store $30 bucks, and 2 more books but the total is around $25 bucks.

MY reading and writing skills improved. Now it is easy to write essays. As long as you do your work you are going to make it. She gives many chances to catch up if you are behind. Good tips and advices .

My professor is strict and firm but really nice and vary caring about our success in life. She gives us homework and expects us to turn it on time . She has clear rules. She's vary respectful and she has high standards but students should be able to handle that. She taught me how to find the main idea of a passage and the supporting details.

She cool teacher , is easy A class you can't fail endless you have more than 3 absent then I'll assure she I'll drop you she takes attend serious. She I'll help you if you don't understand a subject but you have to stay after class or go see her during office hours

she's a very cool and understandable teacher. what I actually learned from this class was being able to read well and understand what the lecture is really about. the annotation helped me a lot because it helped me figure out the definition of the words I didn't know. It is actually an easy class to pass if you do homework.

This class was very easy but I just was to lazy to do better and actually pay more attention and do more assignments if I could go back I would do things a lot different. from taking this with miss kulczak I have learned how to summarize essays, know the difference between introduction the main idea and conclusion.

When you feel confused or you don't understand a certain topic she would be gladly to help you, non like other teachers that I met before they get frustrated when your confused. I felt like this class gave me improvement for reading skills because I learn some new words but also I read the passages and stories. This class was easy to pass because in lab work, I work on two websites for earning good grades, Total Reader and Townsend press. they're both little easy to work on.

All you have to do is get your homework done, and participate in class. Shes a great teacher, and she also gives a lot of opportunities to turn in assignments. There is no way you cant pass the class, just do your work.

Taking English 80 is enjoyable experience for several reasons. I learned proper grammar skills, making new friends. My professor was great : I love the way she would explain the homework and our class exercises.

Hardly ever use the textbooks in this class. Very lenient with grading and even the testing. A bit stricter on late work but still gives partial credit. I really do recommend her.
