I believe this was his first semester at Lonestar but he did great! He makes sure it sticks to you and his lectures are clear which are off his powerpoints. He gives no extra credit but just be on time and there everyday and you should be fine.

This Professor wont give you any extra credit. Is just reading the book and PowerPoint he don't even go in deep on the subject. Only grades that he will use is 4 Lecture and 4 Labs and there are not easy . He is a charismatic professor but he doesn't review any lecture back.

This professor is honestly great. He might seem like he is hard but as long as you do good on the 4 tests and 4 practicals you're set. His lectures are off powerpoint but he teaches in a charismatic way. Some people say he's a tough grader but really, in my opinion he's not. Just study and put in effort and you should do fine.

Hes a nice Professor. But not a great teacher, he only reads from the slides but does not elaborate on anything. Test are really hard if you dont read the chapters and do the review. He sometimes give extra points if you come to class and pay attention. I love biology but this class was not well organized and prepared.

Dr. Ayache has given us bonus point questions on every test (DIAGRAMS ON THE REVIEW). The labs aren't hard, and the PWPT'S he makes are almost an exact copy of the book, which is why I saved $300! He is very helpful and will help your grade out if he sees you're trying in class, even if you miss a couple of classes, but don't take advantage of it.

He's a great guy, full of personality and some humor. His tests are tough. No reviews. We were given a review for the final, but the test was nothing like it. Extra credit for tests was not consistent. With all that said, he is a really nice and understanding Professor!

Although there is no final for the class there are only 4 exams throughout the entire semester. Labs are usually pretty easy and gives extra time to answer lab questions. He sends out study guides for his exams but he expects you to read the textbook for every chapter.

Very good professor. Lectures are based off powerpoints, but he makes them interesting. His explanations are incredibly easy to grasp and even draws diagrams. Labs are very simple to do. Four tests, no final. Gives online review questions before each test. Do them. Review answers are in the textbook and test questions are right off the review.

He includes lab reports and mastering into your grade. Also, attendance is a must. Youll do great. Take him.

A&P is a content heavy course, it can get overwhelming if you don't put in constant effort. Professor Ayache understands that and tries to bring focus to the more important topics of the class. He lectures thoroughly and prepares the class for lab exams. Textbook is useful but you can get by without it. Our class absolutely loved him.

He lectures for all of the lab and lecture time. Took the 8am-11 class and it was very hard to stay awake during the class because he just reads from the slides for the most part. When it is a topic he personally enjoys, his lectures become very interesting. He does not give reviews before tests. Cares about the students who care about the class.

Dr. Ayache is an amazing person however I was kind of displeased with his lectures. He just reads off the powerpoint that came from Pearson. The labs are easy but the lectures are hard and you have to do really in depth reading to get an A on it. If you stay on top of your work and read the chapters covered in the book you'll be just fine.

I have taken several classes at LONE STAR but I am yet to see a good professor like Dr. Ayache. He is very clear and demonstrates answers for easy understanding. No study guides, but if I can make an A?! Then anyone can make an A. If you are really looking for an Easy Professor that will pretty much HAND you an A without much effort, especially a Medical related class, then stay out of the medical field period. I took this professor because of all the great reviews in RMP, his class has been one of the hardest I've ever taken. Lectures are long & boring. He gives practical & lecture tests on the same day. Doesn't give review which really sucks because we have a lot of information from each chapter and when i had to study i didn't even know where to begin.

Prof A. is wonderful and goofy. Lectures are kind of hard to stay focused in but everything he teaches about you will use. Homework is online and easy. Please buy the textbook and manual; for exams there will be diagrams in both that will help you pass. I will definitely be taking him for AP2. STUDY!! This is A&P, its not going to be easy.

Most amazing professor I have had to date! After taking this class I aced the HESI. Professor CARES about you learning and makes the tests as easy as possible. He tells you exactly what is on the test. Homework is all online and straightforward. Lab practicals couldnt be easier, as he gives you the exact pictures he will use.

I loved this professor. He does NOT give reviews for exams except for the Final. But if you pay attention in class he will literally tell you everything that is on the test. I got a B due to lack of studying. Come to class, attendance matters to him. Only grades are lecture/lab exams, final, homework, and lab reviews. No extra credit.

Preparing for Lecture exam is tough he gives you Lab exam before hand to familiarize with it. Honestly other than that he is a great professor very motivational and lenient. Very few things to do but if you do the homework and Book lab quizzes you will be fine. He does drop your lowest grade. Gives point for perfect attendance.

This class is pretty boring and exams are hard. There are no extra credits and no exam reviews. Labs are ok because he is giving all of the materials and you only you have to complete all of the lab activity sheets before the exam. I got As for A&P 1 and for microbiology but for this class I received a C.

Dr. Ayache is great. The material is tough which can make lectures a little hard to follow, but pay attention, and ask questions. He is extremely patient and elaborates as much as you need to understand. Memorizing is half the battle. He's also really good at drawing diagrams. Read the textbook. Took this class over the summer. . . Was forced online because of COVID. I was extremely nervous about the whole situation, however, the professor was on top of things and was there for us the entire time.

Professor Ayache is awesome, he really cares about students learning, he is very good at what he does, there is a lot to study in A&P, and it is not an easy subject, however he explains the material really well, and exams are relatively easy if you study every day. I highly recommend his class.

I am currently in his AP1 class. Do not take his online courses. He is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. There are many things that have not been clear to students, and he just tells you to post on the discussion board so students can help eachother AND HE DOES NOT REPLY. DOESNT REPLY TO EMAILS. Covid is hard enough without an absent professor in a hard class!!

I have taken Professor Ayache for A&P I and II. He makes wonderful to the point Powerpoints for every chapter with ALL needed information, clear and amazing reviews informing what will be on the tests. Easy set up for due dates of tests and assignments with plenty of time in between to keep up at a good pace! If you do the work YOU WILL GET AN A!

This professor is absolutely amazing, my first time taking anatomy I ended with a C and I was really worried to take this class but wow he is amazing and really helps you with everything you need.

Haven't finished his summer course yet but as of rn it seems like he set up this class to be easiest for him. Doesn't respond to emails and seems to be uninterested in actually helping with the questions you have. His powerpoints are basically the entire textbook so I have no idea where to focus

Probably the best biology teacher out there. 4 exams including the final (lecture & lab), pearson HW, & labs for the whole semester. Labs can be timely but everything else is fair. He is also an understanding professor. Biology is a difficult subject, but he makes it bearable. I would recommend him to anyone. Plus, his d2l page is very organized.

Hands down best professor! Take his in-person class, you won't regret it! We had a blast between class discussions, dissections and a trip to play with the Antamoge! He explains everything in an easy to understand way and he will help every student to understand the material. He is extremely even-tempered and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Ayache!

Out of the 3 anatomy classes Ive taken this was by far the easiest & best class to take. He is super caring & loves to teach. He also makes little jokes to lift up the class energy. He is also lenient on grading & is very very generous on the amount of time he gives u to turn stuff in. He really wants his students to do good in his class. TAKE HIM!

The BEST professor ever. He answers ALL your questions and if you don't understand something, he will make sure you do by approaching the concept from different angles. He goes at a reasonable pace and his tests aren't too hard (focus on the reviews). He really wants you to excel; just do your part: study the reviews and do the assignments.

Professor Ayache is such a great professor, you can tell he really enjoys teaching by the way he presents the material. He always makes sure we understand the content and provides great visuals which makes it easier to understand what he is teaching. He emphasizes the importance of medical terminology to make A&P easier and understandable.

He is a wonderful professor and will take the time to explain concepts showed in the class.

Professor Talih Ayache was hands down one of the best professors I've had. He makes sure you understand the content and is always open for questions. Funny and caring about our education. There was 4 lecture test and 4 lab tests (all online and the lecture final in person), the reviews he gives definitely help a lot. Also teaches some terminology.

I took Hum A&P 1 2, I loved his class. Listen to his lecture study the reviews and do the reviews. Show up awake and ready to learn and he will teach you! Amazing teacher and he can draw really clear examples! I don't think I can express how amazing this teacher is and he does care about his lessons and making sure as students we learn.

the class if fairly easy there is 4 lecture exams and 4 lab exams all exams are timed and on lockdown browser but no camera the lab exams have 30 questions in 30 minutes lab exams are extremely difficult. There is a required work book half of it is due mid semester the other half due at finals. there is essential no work to do except study.

4 lecture,4 lab exams, book not required, lab manual REQUIRED. 1st group of labs due midsemester 2nd due towards the end. Perfect if you're ok w lectures and self-study. If you are more hands on or like to explore the models u may struggle. Visited the lab ONLY 3xs. Post test reviews online! Great personality but old school style teaching.

4 lecture, 4 lab exams all online, final in class. Lab Manual REQUIRED! lots of time given to complete assignments. Very engaging, loves to answer questions. Likes to be ahead of schedule with lectures. Overall amazing professor very funny and has very interesting stories. Went to the lab 3 times total. You will not regret taking his course.

One of my favorite professors! To the point. Great sense of humor. Extremely knowledgeable. Great lectures and discussions! F2F lectures but tests are online. Book not required but helpful to have. Must buy lab manual. He is caring and wants you to learn. I would definitely take him again!

Take this with a grain of salt, but not a fan of his teaching style. Wonderful person & incredibly knowledgeable BUT I personally don't learn listening to a 3 hr lecture and reading from 100+ slides. Worksheets/lab reviews are good, only did 3 actual labs. 4 lecture + 4 lab exams, last one in person. Agreed with the previous "old school" comment.

The class was great. During the lecture, he gave some excellent demonstrations with visual aids.

He is a caring and easily approachable teacher. It is better if you dont miss class since he explains what is really important in a clear and visual way. His drawings on the whiteboard were really helpful. His main concern is that you learn and understand thoroughly, so if you have a question or comment go ahead! Just a few Labs in the classroom.

Professor Ayache makes the material engaging and clear. Definitely attend lectures - he has great visuals and explains key concepts well. The labs can be challenging, but his review sheets are super helpful. I also found unstuck AI great for study prep.

If you want to actually learn A&P, avoid this professor at all costs. Lectures were disorganized, glossing over key concepts, Labs were just a second monotone lecture. We were left to figure everything out on our own. Lectures were dry, Communication was terrible, and basic concepts were left unclear.

If you want to learn avoid this professor. You're basically on your own if you take online classes. Lecture were videos taken inside the classroom. The power points were running 200 slides. He uses Pearson which is not user-friendly The only thing I liked was his exams were pretty straightforward and there wasn't much homework.

Great teacher, little homework, and tests are what you're going to have to focus on. The other negative reviews are accurate if you're a poor student who needs to be breastfed information. We are in college; there IS going to be more effort on your part thats just how it is.

Professor Ayache was very easy to learn from. Attendance is needed to get reminders on due dates and the class has lots of lectures/long power points. Overall great class, would take again. Only thing is prepare to take lots of notes.

Attending his lectures are important for understanding the material. He gives great examples & draws things out. His tests are doable. He gives a review before the test with general concepts to review, these are very helpful. He is funny & gives handouts that also aid in learning. I will be taking him for A&PII because I enjoyed this class so much!
