Makes economics interesting. I did not like either of my principles classes because it was so boring. She keeps the class awake and eager to learn economics. The tests are a bit tough especially the graphs. Study them intensively.

This has to be the best class and teacher at TU. Professor Woroby made me love economics and now i might minor in it. She makes sure you understand everything that will be on the test. She gets a bit repetitve but i guess thats for the dummies in the class. I got a 100% on the second midterm. So...

Took her before this and got an A- in Macro, but this class was just difficult. She tried teaching it the best she could, but she goes quickly. I still learned a lot though. Somehow got a B-, thanks Woroby!

Eh. She is alright but there are much better teachers in the Economics department. She isn't all that interesting but she is a nice lady. She doesn't explain graphs all that well but other than that her class isn't all that difficult.

Ms. Woroby is a good professor becuase she gives very interesting lectures. However, the test are very hard and she does not get to know her students by name.

Didn't need the book but must attend and take good notes. She will explain step by step the concepts needed to pass the tests. Not my major but got an easy A.

she's really easy and she repeats things a hundred times. if you pay attention you'll understand everything. avoid her once a week class though if you can because it's very boring and you won't get out early. the temptation to leave during the break is very hard to resist. easy teacher though, and she's nice.

soooo boringgg. she shows up like 5 minutes late every class, and keeps you till the last second. its not that easy but not that hard either. all you have to do is pay attention. i never could though cause i was always looking for the nearest thing i could hang myself on. its SO boring only 2 tests and 3 hws so if you screw up once you're screwed

she's a really good teacher - uses real world examples. one of the best teachers I've had at towson. tests aren't too hard if you take good notes and study. My books we stolen in the middle of the semester and she let me skip 1 test and have the final count for double so I could get a copy of the notes from a classmate. very nice!!

Woroby is a good professor. Her lectures are not boring and she will make you really interested in economics. She keeps number use to a minimum and she mainly uses graphs. However, you have to study for her 3 tests. Some people find them easy but I found them to be a little challenging. It is do able though. You must be willing to study.

She is such a great teacher. She made Economics interesting and and she is one of the best teachers I had in the history of my education.

3 Tests nothing else counts. More than half the grade on each test comes from drawing graphs that are not explained or showed at all in the book. I learned a lot from her class, and it is useful information, but most likely will have to retake because I was unable to study the graphs very well..

The classes are interesting, but tests are tricky. Know your graphs! I was a bit disappointed going into the final with a 96 on test 1 and 88 on test 2 and ending up with a B. Thought I did well on final, guess not. Interesting class.

Her lectures are very interesting. She associates a lot of course material to real life.

prof. woroby is an amazing person. she is never boring, her class is soo interesting. But, her exams are pretty hard, study!!!! copy down everything she writes/draws on the board, becuase most of it will be on the exam, more than the text marterial. She definitely knows her stuff. She is extremely intelligent and makes sure you understand what she is talking about. The subject material can be hard sometimes but she does her best to make it easy and clear for you. I definitely have a better understanding of the macroeconomy thanks to her. Shes nice, very intelligent, i went into this class knowing nothing about economics and i learned alot but i did study a lot too, there are 2 midterms worth 25% each, a final worth 30%, and online h/w's worth 20%, i got an A in the class but i wouldnt of if i hadn't studied alot! Just go to class and take good notes and you'll do fine!

Professor Woroby is great. There is no busywork; you just come to class and learn. Sure your grade depends on three tests, but her tests are not difficult (some people say they are, but they probably have an IQ less than 100). Everything you learn is interesting and when you talk to people about Economics you will realize how much you learned.

Warning: If you have no ambition and are not willing to try hard to learn, you will fail this class. Professor Woroby will teach you a lot if you attend the class, even though attendance is not mandatory. The class is very challenging. Good professor, but goes really fast during lecture. Says that you'll need the study guide, but you don't. Take VERY good notes and READ the book. Even if you don't read the book until a few days before the exam, DO IT, it will help a lot. YouTube and Google are also your friends. She will help you if you go for help so do it if you need to.

Not a good teacher. likes to hear herself talk. Gives a review that doesnt have to do with the exam. Very arrogant towards her students. Dont take her night classes she keeps you there till the last minute. Curves every exam but you will most likely need it.

Woroby is a nice teacher, her lectures didn't seem as long. She always engages you into the topic. Her tests are hard though, and she expects you do really well on them since your entire grade just depends on them.

An Aplia assignment once a week (she might not use Aplia after this semester, though). No papers. Go to class and take good notes and you'll be fine. Weekly homework assignments online. Online textbook. She doesnt use ppts or the text book in class but explains everything really well. Needs you to be up-to-date with the economy and stock market. Most of the questions on the exam are from what she covers in class. Should definitely avoid skipping class.

I personally found the class very straightforward and not that challenging because of my experience with microeconomics. This class was fine. It was boring at times, but I had no problem with Professor Woroby. She is very fair in her grading (and gives curves) and she is straightforward about what to expect and what to know. It was a fairly easy class for me and in all honesty, I hardly used the textbook. Dr. Woroby is incredibly knowledgeable (by far one of the best professors I had at Towson). The course was tough and covered a lot of info. Listen, take lots of notes, & memorize the graphs

Dr. Woroby has a fluid teaching style, and it can be difficult to keep up with at times. To be as successful as possible, adapt to it. Oftentimes she will begin one line of thought, and then connect it to another, leaving a disconnect in your notes. Memorize all graphs and formulas. If she needs you to write something down, she'll tell you to.

As an economics major I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Woroby's sheer knowledge of the field - she is a gifted economist and her ability to elaborate on theories is so impressive its almost scary. Consider yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to take a course with such an established member of the economics community.

Professor Woroby is AMAZING. The course is challenging, but she explains the material very well. She's willing to help if you ask her. There were 3 midterms, each 25% of your grade, and weekly homework assignments that totaled to 25% as well. The midterms were lecture-heavy and a lot easier than the homework itself.

Professor Woroby's ECON202 class is challenging, but if you stay engaged and use helpful resources like unstuckstudy, you can succeed. The exams are tough but she curves them, and the homework is also demanding. Overall, a worthwhile class if you put in the effort.
