Prof. Grace is great. Her lectures were absolutely helpful and she was always willing to help. It was great. Highly recommend.

Took her online class, she posted 2/3 5 minutes lectures a week. We had a lab due every week and took 3 quizzes. Super helpful videos, and she responds to emails very quick! Dont need textbook.

I loved prof. Grace and I wish I could take her for all of my classes. Lectures were very concise and well formatted. She really wants you to succeed. I loved that we used apps that we will use later on in our careers. Nothing was required except a lab each week, but she had lots of opportunities to get extra help. 11/10 would recommend.

If you have the opportunity to take her class, do it!! It was an online class due to COVID and she was amazing. Pre-recorded, short lectures. She teaches you a programming language for the course instead of using long formulas compared to other QMM classes. She was friendly and truly wanted to see her students succeed. I did not use the textbook.

Short lectures recorded each week and labs due later in the week. 3 quizzes are the basis of the class. You use a program instead of formulas which makes the class fit in with our future careers better. She is always available and gives a lot of help and wants you to do well!

I am still in QMM2410 and I have never used rate my professor before but I had to make an exception. Professor breaks everything up into 6 mins a day and gives us short little videos making everything very easy to learn and fun. Sometimes I watch her videos wishing all my professors made learning this easy and fun! She also answers emails fast!

Dr. Grace breaks down statistics and teaches you exactly what you need to know to be successful in her class and on the job. She uses real world examples and software, doesnt require a book, teaches concepts in short segments, and provides you little hints so you remember the information. Definitely wish all my classes went this well.

Mrs. Grace was a great teacher. She makes this class as easy as possible for every student because she cares about our grades. This class was easy and taught me the needed information. I would most definitely recommend her if you have to take this class!

Professor Grace was THE BEST PROFESSOR EVER! She was absolutely phenomenal. She had 3 videos for the week and each was only 7 min long and it included step by step example problems. If you watch the videos and take notes Cornell style you will pass. Weekly lab is like 5 questions based on the videos. 3 quizzes based on labs and arent cumulative

She really cares about students, she replies emails within hours and even during the weekends and if you are struggling, she is going to help you no matter what! Professor Grace was awesome! She grades based on weekly labs and 3 non-cumulative quizzes which are exactly like her examples in her 6-minute lecture videos. She uses real-world research examples and has you use PSPP and SSPS which are software commonly used in the statistical analysis workplace. Take her, you will be happy you did!

The long and short of it is that Dr. Grace is the fairy god-mother of statistics. If you take anyone else for stats at Oakland... you have NO idea what you're missing! Sweet, intelligent, and genuinely caring about her students. She is extremely well-respected in her field; wants to befriend and help you out in the job market!!

Absolutely amazing professor. Very straightforward and gets right to the point, no nonsense. Uses her own lectures and relates back to the text book. Her lectures are very interactive so students learn material as she teaches instead of staring at a screen. Uses Excel throughout the entire semester to ease the hand computations. TAKE HER!

Tammy is so sweet & always willing to help. TAKE HER, you will regret not taking her. She makes statistics so easy and fun. You will not need to memorize any formulas, everything is done on excel. There is no final and no midterm, just 3-4 quizzes throughout the semester. Literally show up, pay attention, and you will pass with a good grade.

Professor Grace is perhaps the best professor at OU. She is kind and genuinely cares about what you learn from her. Everything is done with PSPP where you learn to program and analyze the data. She goes in depth but takes the times to show you all the steps so you don't get lost. You will not regret taking her! No books or access codes either!

TAKE HER! You will not regret it. All of the other stats classes have to use formulas and hand compute everything. We just use PSPP with Prof Grace which is an easy software program to pick up. I've taken her for both QMM 2400 and QMM 2410 and I've gotten A's in both classes. She's the best prof at OU.

Professor Grace is the best part of OU. Her class is not only fun but she makes you care about statistics in a way that no other professor make you feel the same way about. She teaches to how to accomplish the content in the real world and not like the book wants you too. Take her class you will not regret it.

I took QMM5100 - I had to pick QM2400 to write a review since there is no option for my class. Dr.Grace made the class easy and enjoyable. She didn't overcomplicate concepts which can be taught in other classes with vague explanation. Her class is different from where students have difficulty understanding how they are actually used in real world.

I absolutely love Professor Grace! She didn't overcomplicate concepts. She made her own powerpoints and taught only the tings we needed to know. She put the same types of questions on homework and quizzes. She practiced repetitiveness which helped us learn the concepts. There was no exams and the quizzes were exactly what we learned. Shes the best!

When Professor Grace taught it was all based on real-world experience. The material that Professor Graced used in lectures was material that she created herself. There was nothing taken out of a book and pasted onto lecture slides. It was all real-world examples. I will most certainly be taking more classes with her if I can.

GREAT PROFESSOR! Everything is on excel & pspp. You get to use notes for the quizzes which are really easy. Write down all the example problems in lecture because they are similar to quiz and write formulas on a separate sheet to make it easier. She is very funny and wants everyone to pass and get an A! Highly recommend for STATS.

Tammy is the best professor I have ever had. She actually wants you to learn and makes it so easy for you to learn. She won't teach you anything that won't help you. She posts lecture videos about five minutes or less every week and then have one assignment. Class was mostly online, if you take the notes then you will get a 100 on all the hmw/test.

Tammy is by far the best prof. at OU. She makes this course way too easy. Lecture vids are 3-5mins long and the homework is just like the example problems just diff numbers. All tests are open-note, so take good notes! Test problems are identical to example probs just diff numbers too! Take prof. Grace, she basically guarantees you an A, TAKE HER!

Make sure you take notes on every slide she shows. She makes this class very easy by allowing open notes on the quizzes. She irritated me a bit by setting the lectures up as if we were in some sort of special learning environment, but other than that I don't have any complaints. Just be sure not to let her get under your skin, and take notes!

Great professor! Take notes of everything in the lecture, write down hw problems, show steps on how to solve and her class will be easy. Her in person lectures are repeat of what she does in her videos but you must show. The last class of the semester we did nothing related to stats so you may not have to show. Homework is on moodle and super easy

Prof Grace is an amazing Professor. She teaches Stats how everyone should, using excel instead of handwritten equations that is no longer needed in the real world. She creates amazing lectures that are very easy to understand. Don't take any other professor.... take her!

I do not like math, but Professor Grace made math enjoyable. She posts videos explaining the sections in the textbook and if you take notes on purely the videos, you WILL get an A on the test/quiz. Even though the class I took was "in person", the only time we had class was the Monday before a quiz, which was awesome. I would write more if I could!

This class was made to pass and enjoy (for what Stats 2 is). She actually cares about student success and how busy being a student is. It's all real world practice. The layout of the course is very straight-forward. If you do the homework, the test is a piece of cake. You can't find a better Stats prof at OU.

Professor Grace creates her own simplified slides. I took one of her hybrid classes, and she posts bite size 2-10 minute lecture videos explaining each topic exactly as it will appear in homework and in quizzes. There are no complicated formulas to memorize in this class. Emphasis is placed on ease and practicality for use in the real world.

By far the best professor at OU and its not even close. She genuinely cares about you and is super helpful. I would retake Dr. Grace's course in a heart beat!! If you have the opportunity to take her, do it. She wants her students to do well and delivers the material in a way where it makes sense. Open note tests and HW are almost identical to her example videos which are very short (No more than 7 minutes long)! She does a great job explaining overal.

Amazing! Only a handful of in person classes. Only for tests and reviews beforehand. Weeks consist of 3-5 5ish minute video lectures and one assignment. Makes stats easy. She makes it as easy to pass as possible. Very understanding of scheduling conflicts etc. Posts due dates and in person class dates at the beginning of the semester.

Professor Grace is the best professor I've ever had. Stats is a difficult class but with her hand made recorded lectures, learned the course content with ease. She utilities PSPP for classwork instead of making us try and memorize insane equations like the other professors. Only take her for stats! You will learn so much (and retain it).

I did not stress about this class for a single second. The first week I just had to get used to using the software, after that it was easy. You'll probably study for 2 hours MAX a week for this class. 2-3 minute lecture videos, there was 1 assignment due on Sunday each week and open note test for all 3 tests. She was amazing.

I did not once use a textbook, calculator or had to memorize any formula's for the entirety of this class. This is an extremely easy A class if you practice using the software for about an hour each week. And you'll actually have fun and take away a lot of information in the end. Definitely take her, she's so easy going and kind.

She uses real-world examples and only teaches what is necessary. Make good notes from the simple lectures she gives and use them on the homework and tests, and you will pass.

Professor Grace makes the class super manageable and teaches the content in an easy way. She is quick to respond to questions and you don't have to spend additional money on supplemental materials. She also makes sure that every research question is applied to real-life problems. I had never taken a statistics course before and I did great!

This professor is all about real world examples. You wont see textbook examples or boing word problems you get the data you run the test and you get the answer.

As someone who has always struggled with math, I am astonished by how well I have done in this class. Dr. Grace is organized, caring, and intelligent. These reviews do not even do her justice!! If you can get into her class you will not be disappointed. I have literally never enjoyed a math class until now, she's the best prof I've had at OU!

She makes learning statistics actually make sense. She does not give busy work and does short video lectures that get to the point with a project at the end of the week (just an assignment).

You should definitely take this professor. You don't have to buy the textbook. She gives a clear lecture and it's easy to understand when she explains it. I took her for QMM 2400 and QMM 2410 and both pass with an "A". Attendance is mandatory if you want to learn but it was a hybrid class so most of the time was online.

Tammy Grace is the best. This class is run differently than other stats classes. If you want to do handwritten computations, find another professor. All the busy work and useless stuff is cut out in this class. Her lecture videos are very short and get straight to the point. You will save about 10-15 hours a week taking this class with her. 11/10.
