Professor Bell is a special person and a remarkable teacher. It was a great class.

I had a great time in this class and never once said I hated it. I learned a lot without having to stress. Learning the objectives just came naturally. I definitely recommend this class to others and assure them they will love it as much as I did. I also made many friends, which I never imagined. It was probably due to the first speech we gave.

What a great teacher!!! Even though I still feel nervous when I speak in front of others, Professor Bell gave me the tools and skills to better prepare myself for public speaking situations. I learned the do's and don'ts and will never forget to refrain from using the word "um". I highly recommend that every student take her class!

This was the one class I looked forward to each week because you literally have the opportunity to say how you feel. She is a wonderful professor! I will truly miss her and everyone in the class. I thank Professor Bell for the wonderful knowledge she has shared with me and the memories she has left with me!

It was a pleasure to have her as my professor. She taught me so much. This class was extremely interactive, which helps me learn better. The group assignments were great and not at all what I expected. Prof. Bell pushes you to do well in class and outside of school, so everyone always participated. My experience in SPCH 1315 was unforgettable because I was able to create memories with my classmates! This class pushed me to the limit by doing assignments I first believedwere impossible, especially related to public speaking. All I can say is that this class was way better than I thought! SPCH 1311 was such a great adventure! We learned from our peers and observed their strengths and challenges during speeches. I received much more out of this class than I expected! I almost took SPCH 1311 online, but I am very glad I took it in person. Prof. Bell is not only good at teaching, but she can "walk the walk" and "talk the talk" when presenting her own speeches! This class was my favorite out the entire semester. Prof. Bell is amazing. She truly cares and makes the assignments as easy as possible, but you still end up learning. I highly recommend her. Going to miss this class.

Professor Bell was great, I really enjoyed her class. She sends emails the day of class letting you know what to expect that day. She gives rubrics to let students know what she expects of them. Textbook not req. to buy as she hands out notes summarizing the book. She reviews before tests and if you study, it's an easy A.

Clear instructions with all speeches and provided topics. She's very outgoing and understanding. She will work something out for you either in general or on those bad weather days when a storm is coming. She cares for your safety.

Professor Bell is AMAZING! What I love about her is that she is so understanding when an emergency happens outside of class and you're not able to make it to class. She will email you everything you need to know in order to be caught up by the next class time. She is very sweet and funny, I definitely recommend her!

This class was one of the best classes I have taken so far in college! She takes the time and evaluate your public speaking, and tells you how you did and helps you to improve your speaking skills. After the course was over I became a way better public speaker. There is a textbook book for the class put its FREE and its online!

this class was so fun and entertaining, prof is really understanding. exams weren't difficult, it is helpful to study tho, as exams cover definitions, examples, and explanations. homework assigned isn't difficult, so long as you use the textbook for reference. overall vibe of the class was chill, really gonna miss learning in prof bell's class.
