This is the easiest Professor I ever had in my life. He is really nice and very helpful teacher. One thing I like about him is that all the Test and Quizzes are open book he lets u cheat and pass the class with an A. This class was a joke to me and i know exactly where he get his tests and Quizzes from. So PLease take him he is the easiest teacher.

Fairly good professor. He will explain a topic in different ways to help the students understand it. Quizzes, tests and assignments are easy but know your acronyms. Sometimes he has a hard time understanding where students are having problems or asking questions.

EASY A

Believe it or not this Professor is awesome in teaching. He is the only professor that I know that would not yell at you or embrasse you in front of the class. If you take his class you than become a Albert Einstein see the cause....

He is one of the best professors I ever had. He is always willing to help his students. I can't understand the negative comments given by a few others. He has an excellent command over the subject. I had taken this course at my undergrad school but the way this professor conveys the concepts is really awesome.

He is a good teacher, he is helpful, and he knows his stuff. However, his expectations of the class are high - even for an intro class. His tests and quizes - handwriting programs, tracing programs, and flowcharts. Don't worry about your book, be able to code, trace what the code is doing, and be able to write code in 40 minutes or less.

If you want to look at what others commented, fine but in my honest opinion he is a great teacher. He knows his stuff (and he expects the same from his students). What I learned in his class made my job interview a success and I got that job.

This class was challenging but a lot of learning. Dr. Hussain is an excellent lecturer. He did a great job of keeping us engaged and interested during the class. Just a tip, never miss his class otherwise you cannot make it up.

The class was awesome. Professor was very friendly and helpful. He gave handouts to take you step by step and understand everything. Just follow his notes and you won't need the book.

I honestly dont think that all of Dr. Hussains reviews are accurate. I enjoy his lectures and he is very quick to respond to any emails if you have any questions about the projects. I loved CSC242 and I look forward to having Dr. Hussain again this semester. Great guy.

Does his job well, gives you every opportunity to pass. Curves tests if you don't do well and drops your lowest quizassignment. If you pay attention and show up to class, you'll do well and get a good grade.

Enjoyed his class. He has excellent command over the subject. Discusses things in detail. He makes sure you understand the stuff. He is just amazing. I am glad I took this class with him.

He's a good professor but his accent is sometimes hard to understand. Frequent quizzes and assignments. Sometimes his lectures aren't clear enough. Still he's very sweet and willing to help. He will call on you randomly though.

The most helpful and in my opinion the best professor in the CS department. His classes are also engaging, make you want to participate. His classes were pretty good, but don't ask for open book open notes. He makes those test extra hard

Very knowledgeable of the topic and is willing to help at all times. Going to class is very important as most of the information will be covered in his lectures. Does post power point slides online but goes a lot more depth in his class. Quizzes aren't too difficult as long as you show up to class and pay attention to his lectures, you'll do fine.

His lectures are really clear. By the end of the class, you will feel like you learned a ton of stuff. Although sometimes his accent is a bit hard to understand, he does his job well and makes sure you understand everything. He is extremely helpful and is easy to approach. Really nice guy and I would take him again.

He's there to help when needed. He was hard for me to understand. Test and quizzes and about 6 assignments. If your a good test taker you'll be fine, if not then study well. His class is majority lectures.

Dr. Hussain is very knowledge. He does have a heavy accent, so that could take a little getting use to. The work can be tough, but it requires you to understand what is taught in class and put the required work in outside of class. Overall I would say he is tough, but fair.

While many of you might disagree with me, I think Dr. Hussain is an amazing professor. Sure he's tough and he makes you work hard for your grade but how else is college supposed to be constructed? He is available to help at all times and he demonstrates expert knowledge on the topic. You learn a lot from him and I respect him for that. Recommended.

His lectures are really good, he knows a lot and if anybody asks a question he explains it very thoroughly. My main complaint is his quizzes, which have some vague questions on them, but if you do well on the programs it isn't an issue. The programs are interesting and he gives a lot of help in class. Overall very good, would like to take again.

Hussain is a tough professor for sure. I never used to understand his way of teaching until I took his software engineering courses. I learned a lot from him and maybe my experience was vastly different than everyone else. Regardless of what you took with him, I promise his level of strictness and tough courses will serve you well in the future.

T-Dawg was a real one!! He taught class by day and helped with the line dancing club by night! Almost no homework and no assignments he pretty much told me we will pass the class as long as we show up for the family guy trivia night.

An intellectual GOD in action. This man is quite possibly the computer scientist of this century. He is so ahead of his time. His proprietary software and research on operating systems are incredible. Literally the smartest man I've ever met.

Look... this guy's class is tough. I'm going to be blunt about that. But the knowledge and wisdom he brings not just about computer science but life in general has absolutely changed my life for the better. Some pop quizzes but mostly an emphasis on 4 projects. If I could take his class again I would. I hope he's in my life for a long, long time.

Dr. Hussain was one of my favorite professors I had here at Kutztown University. One time I forgot to turn in an assignment, and when I came to class he asked me if I was okay. I broke down in front of him, told him how I had been watching Banana Fish, and we immediately bonded over our love for the anime. I then turned it in late, got an A on it.

Tauqeer is honestly the best teacher and mentor I've found at Kutztown. Last semester I had 355 after another comp sci course that I was struggling with. I went into Tauqeer's lecture crying, as I had failed a project for other class. Tauqeer tutored me in the other course and gave me extensions in his class. Saved my semester! Thank you Tau!

Just show up and do your work and you'll be fine. It's that simple. Have a good work ethic and you pass

Not an awful class. He's a good professor. I'd take him again.

He assigns a lot of homework, but it is extremely helpful! He gives practice problems while teaching which made it super easy to understand the concepts. He is great at teaching, but lacks empathy for students. His grading is very difficult, but if you ask him questions and study, you can do well. Just don't expect him to accept any excuses.

Tauqeer is an amazing teacher and the best professor in comp sci. I didn't really know my father growing up, but in many ways Tauqeer has filled this void for me and is a role model and father figure I look up to. He is very charismatic, elegant, and hilarious. I always look forward to the family guy trivia nights he hosts, even if he always wins.

This is a hard class, but I really improved by French skills! We even did a class trip to France! It was just like Spider-Man: Far From Home!

Learned a lot. Good class, no. great class, yes! If you have a chance, talk to him about his times as a child soldier in the Uganda liberation army... very sad, but inspirational.

he is a great professor, but besides his genius lectures he also has a huge heart for the clubs of KU. he has been the fencing club's biggest donor for over a decade now. not only that but he helps teaches the class around once a month. it is an honor to be taught by the one and only 1992 national fencing champion himself.

tauqeer is an amazing person and professor. i had invited him to my nephew's bar mitzvah and the rabbi was running super late. tauqeer hussain stepped in and helped perform the bar mitzvah ceremony saving the day and then we danced and read the torah!

Didn't think I could admire this doctor more until I found out he was a massive fan of Pokemon TCG. I would frequently go to his office hours so we could discuss coursework over a mean game of Pokemon. Dude is a tank.

Was saddened to learn the news of the death of my dog. Luckily for me, Tauqeer caught me bawling inside the Sharadin Arts building. He stopped, gave me a pat on the back, and told me "Always follows your dreams." That changed my life. But my dog's life is still over.

Final exam for his Operating Systems class was easily the hardest test I've ever taken. And that includes when I was quizzed on the anatomy of my dead dog. He dresses nice though. Always a highlight of my day to see which fit he's rocking.

he used to be a very cool, charismatic, and funny guy but ever since the solar eclipse he has changed. now he only meets students over zoom, wears a mask, and only reads off his powerpoints. sometimes he just stops and stares off into the distance, and i wonder what happened during that day of the eclipse. i hope he is ok

Hussain used to be one of the best teachers. From the family guy trivia nights to the heart-wrenching stories of him euthanizing someones dog. All that changed the day of the solar eclipse. The spark he had was gone, and all I can sense is a husk of what used to be. I can only imagine what happened during that eclipse, maybe something with the dog?

No need to worry. Just seen the doc hitting the quan at this year's lunar eclipse. Back to business as usual now, thankfully.

saw him at home depot, he talked to me about how he was replacing the master bedroom, living room, and 2 bathrooms in his house for a massive home theater that he could watch family guy in. very cool to know about what he does outside of the classroom!

i met tauqeer in highschool when he moved here in '04 from pakistan. he quickly adjusted to the tight groups of people and rised in popularity. until he made the crucial mistake of falling for aaron samuel. tdawg (his hood name) quickly made enemies with the entire class but he made a public apology. he is a good man and i respect him.

Beware of taking this professor. His intimidating knowledge makes me feel like small man. Jk haha. Serious though he is such an amazing teacher and person. Couldn't tell you a thing I learned because I'm always focused on how scrumptious he looks in his outfits. They don't call him T-Hussy for nothing!

he taught the entire lecture in japanese. i couldn't understand a word. and then he put family guy japanese dubbed on for the entire class and made us stay 5 minutes late to finish the episode...

Taqueer Hussain is one of the most outstanding professors at Kutztown University. His sharp wit and comprehensive knowledge of Family Guy have to be envied. One night, my car's battery died with no hope of starting. Luckily, Taqueer was there to give me the jump I needed to get back on the road in time for Thanksgiving break. Would take again.
