Not a mean person but a really horrible teacher. So slow and extremely confusing. Homework is really hard even with mathway. Videos are long and grueling. I would not take her, at least not online. Would not have passed this class without the help of tutors.

Cant understand her due to her heavy accent. Dosent teach good at all. Dont waste your money.

Honestly don't take her class. When I decided to take her class, I based my decision on the fact that she had a 4/5-star review. After taking this course I deeply regretted my decision. I was already struggling with math, and she was so undedicated to teach her students if you take this class, you will be teaching yourself.

Trick questions on the quizzes and tests on purpose. She teaches basic Calculus and puts 3x as hard equations on the exams. She puts questions on the quizzes she never lectured about. People are thinking about dropping the course after the first exam when everyone studied very hard.

Not a very good professor. Confusing lectures, does the math in her head, and yet expects students to understand the topic. If this is your first introduction to calculus then be prepared to do a lot of reading and teaching yourself. Choose a different professor if you can.

She can teach and can answer questions well when asked in class. However, her lectures are very confusing and fast-paced as she does all of the work in her head. Her exams are nothing like the reviews she provides. She asks very difficult questions on her exams and does not allow calculators. The majority of people are struggling in class.

She is the worst! If you are taking Calc 1, the good reviews DO NOT APPLY. Lectures are disorganized, she teaches basic topics in class and basic examples for hw/reviews, but for the exams she puts hard questions that arent easy to do in your head. Never enough time to complete her exams. You will be teaching yourself everything. Her TA is better.

She is also not very good at teaching, does few simple questions, and asks much harder ones for the test. Her TA is so much better. Woundnt recommend taking her

Worst professor I have ever taken. Visited her during office hours and she yelled at me for not knowing how to do a problem. That is the reason I'm here? There is homework due every week and she moves on really quick. If you're smart and can grasp concepts within a couple of days, take her. I learn a bit slower and had heavier courses so I dropped.

Dr. Hajjari is incredibly rude towards those who had asked questions in class and makes other students afraid to ask questions. She constantly skips steps in lectures and goes way too fast and gets frustrated if you can't keep up. You'll have to teach yourself everything from a third-party site she makes you pay for to do homework and quizzes.

Oh boy, do I have something to tell you about this teacher. Dr. Hajjari has to be one of the absolute worst teachers I have ever had in a long time. She thinks disrespecting students is fun, and gets angry when you ask a question. Not to mention, the "clear" and "riiights" get incredibly infuriating, no NOTHING IS CLEAR ABOUT YOU! One of the rudest professors Ive had she would get mad at students when they asked questions, or explain things in a way where she was mimicking you. I thought I was the only one struggling but everyone in my class agreed that they were completely lost and failing. Almost no one would pass the tests. By the end of the semester everyone dropped out

I've taken math online for the last 2 years and have never had such a horrible experience. This Professor is rude, disrespectful. Does not care about her students passing at ALL. Please avoid!

Don't take unless you like teaching yourself and like being frustrated. Was very rude in the beginning but changed near the end (I'm still salty tho), and there are no calculators and I only passed because of how many grades she had dropped. Almost everyone dropped the class in the beginning too, and overall just a very bad experience.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. LISTEN TO ME. This professor is extremely rude and will get annoyed at you if you don't understand. Get ready to hear "Clearrrrr" and "righttttt." She is very tough. Homeworks and quizzes are online. I was the last person to drop the class. I had hope raising my grade but the teacher is very difficult.

THE WORST PROF. Online anytime class. She requires you to show your desk during the test and is very strict about it, even if it is physically impossible to show. Grades harshly, class average got a 40/100 for exams. She doesn't update grades so everyone has lower than a 70% and it isn't accurate. DO NOT TAKE HER

Horrible. took her online anytime for Elementary Statistical Methods and I would never do it again. Most of my classmates withdrew. She has video lectures, but you can't even hear the audio in a lot of them and it doesn't go with the notes that she has for the class. Stickler for lockdown browser on quizzes and requires you to show face and desk.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! if you can avoid save yourself the money. She does not make any effort, she does not care for her students understanding of the material. She frequently skips around actually explaining how to solve problems and gets her own problems wrong. She does not do extra credit, her work is ridiculously fast paced. AVOID i wish did.

This is the worst professor out of all she never grades when you do both exams and homework and if you pass she takes off points. Everyone in that class is passing these courses she never puts in the right grades. She needs to be FIRED.

I had a terrible experience in this class. She consistently entered the wrong grades, and when I raised the issue, she was dismissive and passive-aggressive. The online lectures had no audio, making it impossible to learn anything. It felt like she didn't care about her students at all. I wouldn't recommend taking her class!

Do not take her class, almost everyone in my class withdrew. She is so rude especially when you don't understand. SHE CAN'T TEACH AT ALL. Her accent is really bad! Also, everyone failed the test, and she wouldn't let us retake it or curve the test.

Terrible teacher, poor lectures, really strong accent, no extra credit, does not explain course material properly, more than half of the class dropped the course, hard grader, and very rude. Overall would not recommend.

the worst professor, I took this class online, you have to show your desk and paper or you will get like 30 points off. my friend had took her in person and she was being very racist towards her because she is Arab. I would NOT recommend her at all.

Very strict, she does not understand everyone learns differently. She requires you to show your work for the online class, but if it is not the way of the textbook you get points deducted even if the work and answers are correct. Does not respond to emails or questions. Good luck to anyone that chooses this professor.

This math teacher is extremely strict and unfair she lower the grades for even the smallest mistakes and enforce overly harsh rules that make it hard to succeed. Instead of supporting students, her grading system and teaching style create unnecessary stress and confusion.

DO NOT take a class with this professor. The test are created to make you fail! The test are difficult for no reason. If you do not want to waste your time and money don't take this professor!!!

Dr. Hajjari is one of the most unfair professors I've had. She cuts grades without valid reasons, ignores student effort, and doesn't seem to care about your success. No matter how hard you try, it feels like she looks for ways to lower your score.

I'd stay far away. After every test we take, she'll ask the chat how it went, and the chat becomes a thesaurus for the word awful as everyone shares their experience. She talks so much but somehow not enough, wont answer students' questions cause she assumes they 'weren't listening' when she just can't teach. Worst professor in 20 classes I've had.

I take her Summer class and the only cons I can give to her is her assignment not to heavy. But pros that she only give us access code for first 14 days, after you need to pay, 90$+tax.She ocasionally give you reason to cut your grade.Her Exam is hard and she required many things not just only cam. Conclusion, dont take her class our you will pay

It was a bad experience, she asked to set up the camera and other things, and if you didn't do it right, she would deduct all urs points. She cut my grade to D because im not show my whole desk. Never understanding, and always think her students are cheating. She will cut your pts for no reason. Don't take her class if you want to save your time.

This professor is the worst. She is very difficult to get a hold of. She assumes you're cheating when you aren't. I got an A on a test and was given a lower grade because I turned in my work 1 minute late. I was given 10 minutes to turn it in and had to make it a pdf. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!! What professor thinks that this is okay.

Mrs Hajjari is the worst professor I have ever encountered. She finds excuses to lower your grade and makes up the rules as she goes along (even when you've scored well on the exam). The rules on how the camera should be setup changes on a whim, she never responds to emails asking for help. I do not know how she's still employed at HCC. Stay away!

Ms.H is very demeaning when students asks questions. On top of that she never responds to her emails. Hard to understand what she's saying and doesn't allow calculators in class???

I found out that she requires you to upload your scratch paper; it's mandatory, and if you don't upload it, she deducts points. She also uses LockDown Browser, which is fine, but she wants the camera positioned a certain way, or you're considered a cheater. I've worked too hard to let her fail me over technicalities.

She makes it very clear that she is not here to help, she is VERY strict when it comes to showing your work on tests, you could have gotten the answer correct but if you did not neatly write the work neatly or show the work the way she taught it, she WILL take points off, even though you got it correct. For your own good, avoid her at all cost!!!

For your own grades and mental health do not take her. She is very fast paced and I mean her teaching. She moves on to quick. She literally laughed at this one kid for asking a reasonable question because we were all confused. She does not want any calculators and rarely any formulas. If you make it late to a test she marks you as late.

She gives note pdf files and expects us to learn and test on them. She is very polite when talking to her but she doesn't give examples or practice assignments. When we do assignments we have to go to the full extent of scanning our area, talking so she can hear our voice, and do a bunch of things for assignments.

Run as far as possible. Exams are what you're grade is. She requires you to submit you're scratch paper and it has to be organized. If you have correct answers but didn't "do it right" she marks them incorrect. She expects you to use the textbook in every way including doing you're work just like they solve it. I was an A's and B's student til her.

She cannot teach. Supposed to have a degree in this I believe but can barely do basic algebra without making mistakes and miscalculations left and right. Overcomplicates simple topic, goes in depth for things that do not matter. Not super harsh with grading, but her homework and quizzes were often incorrect and she would have us redo them
