Easy teacher, easy A. One down side: homework everyother day.

Very nice Lady. Sweet, but heartfelt! I would take her again, but she is very emotional. A few students gave her a hard time and she cried in a couple of classes and left once. She does try to be helpful. Mrs. Terry, keep up the good work!

Just do your work and listen to her, and you will get an A! Shes not that hard, you just have to do your work.

Great teacher, great class. Take this class, you will leanr a lot and get a good grade. I didnt do any homework because its not worth as many points as you get for just showing up for class one day.

Great class with a great teacher, she really cares that all of her students do well. Nice lady and very smart! There is no way any one could miss out on an A!

Mrs. Long is one of best professor ever, she is constantly making sure her students are on top of his or her work and also,she is has a great sense of humor.

Not too demanding. Covers majorly MS Excel. Tests are simple, and fairly as long as you practice exactly what she teaches you; that is what she'll test you on, and no more. She is very nice and fairly easy.

Miss Terry has a love for teaching that is unsurpassed. If you take the course seriously, you will learn. She carries a pager for her students, and she answers it! P.S. Quit calling her a pushover, she told me it hurts her feelings.

Lots and lots of homework, but at least I felt like I was really learning something, not just doing mindless essays. She's really nice and really cares about her students.

Mrs. Long is a very nice cuban lady. Just listen to her in class and do your homework (which is not hard at all just time consuming) and you will get an A. Always show up for class and be on time and you will have her trust! Do not mess with her temper, she is usually very nice though!

Overall a pretty good teacher, can be moody tho, buts thats only if you get on her bad side, other than that she's awsome. As long as you do the homework and practice what she tells you, you will get an A. Her only flaw is sometimes she is unclear on what she exactly wants.

Very easy class, just a lot of work. i really liked the terry, she is very easy on the students. the only thing i didn't like was the business plan project, i didn't see what it had to do with the class.

Pretty easy class overall;you still gotta study just a little bit, but she tells the students whats going to be on the tests, how much easier can it get, everything else in the class is cake, pretty nice teacher most of the time

An easy "A" yes, but she doesn't know any of the course material. She is argumentative if you ask her something she doesn't know, which is often. Is this her first time teaching this class CGS2100? Just Curious

I was one of Terry's students and she is nowere near what the previous, person wrote. I think Terry is an excellent and she has a great deal of knowledge and is extremely patient with people like the other person that wrote tha previos comments. Sounds like the other student is high on himself.

I liked this teacher. Very easy tests and assignments. She pretty much lets you see the test before you do it. Very nice. She can be nosy sometimes, just dont work on anything else during her class. Would recommend. Same course as high school computers.

She, makes it really easy but she is broing and kinda slow

Requires a group project that takes all semester,not always clear on the directions and what she wants in it. Tests are easy,as she goes over the answers before the test. Lectures are easy to understand,they require very little note-taking. Listen to her and don't talk while she's talking,as she will call you out on it,sometimes she gets off topic

The teacher was great, her class was so easy. I really recommend this teacher if you need an easy class to take. She does have you work on a group project, but it's nothing; she helps you out on it.

Very easy A. Class wasn't very challenging at all. Terry Long is a very caring and helpful teacher. She wants you to understand the material and learn. Take this class for an easy A and not that much work. Some homework required that you turn in, but she doesn't hassle you if you're late with it. An ok class, a bit boring, as well.

The class itself is incredibly easy. The teacher was very nice and helpful. My only problem is the teacher seemed to under pressure or something because she would very easily get her feelings hurt over nothing. She also handed out her own teacher evaluations at the end that she made you put your name on? Easy class though, just kind of strange.

She is "The Best"

This class is fairly easy, the downfall is the teacher gets offended so quickly for no reason, if you take this class do yourself a favor and agree with everything she says and never argue and you will be fine. Good class to take for an easy A together with harder classes.

She can be very nice sometimes, I think she is bipolar. It's an EASY "A" class, just go to class everyday, sometimes she cries cuz studets are mean to her.I had a lot of fun, and i learned a lot bout Excel.

She deserves more credit than she gets. Sure the class that she teaches is not rocket science, but she has a huge heart and didn't shut me out as soon as she saw me like most professors do. She is a good professor but more importantly she is a great person. Take her class if you can, her charm and bright smile will brighten your day.

As long as you get along with her, everything will be A+. Its like HS all over again. sooo easy. Yeah shes kinda corny with her jokes and life stories, but just be nice to her and she will be nice to you. DONT GET ON HER BAD SIDE. She will give you a lower grade. some dude she hated got a lower score then me and we had the SAME EXACT paper!!

Terry is a great teacher that really does care about her students greatly. It is impossible to fail the class if you at least try. You learn a lot but she makes it enjoyable. There is one group project but it is a lot of fun to do and you make new friends in the process. I Highly recommend this professor to take you wont regret it.

This is a great class! I learned alot and she is one of the kindest and most understanding professor I've had here at Valencia. She is a current student so she knows exactly how it feels to be a student with a full time job. GREAT CLASS! TAKE IT!

Terry is a great teacher. Its hard to fail the class everyone can make an A. You end up wanting to come to class. In the end shes a great professor :D

terry cares about people. she wants everyone to get an a and is hard pressed to give less than that. she is sensitive but that is what makes her aproachable. the group project is not complicated but it is assigned so you have no choice in yout teammates. just make the best of it.

She is great! From the beggining of the class she gives you a very inspiring story how she has made it to be who she is and after hearing it I felt like I could accomplish anything! She also gives you her home Phone # and truly cares about her students! Love her! She is also very patient.

aww she's a sweet teacher and if you don't get something she will take the time out to make sure you get it. its an easy A, i am taking her class (onsite) and you basically are in and out. you should take her.

She is an excellent teacher. She is one of the few teachers at Valencia that actually care about her students. I cant believe people are saying anything bad about her. She is very passionate about teaching.

She takes her time when it comes to grading but overall I can't compalin about her. Professor Long does a lot with Simnet which cost about $60 but I though it was very helpful.
