She is a great teacher. She makes sure students understand what she explains. We always used the book in class, and to do homework. I highly recommend this teacher.

She was extremely nice and helpful. she almays had a smile on her face and trifed her hardest to make the lecture as intresting as possible without going off topic. she takes notes from the book and hands them to you, like what more can you ask for?

Excellent teacher, very helpful, very knowledgable. She gives review before the test and all you have to read it for the test. I will strongly recommend her for psychology classes who wants to learn and with little efforts you can get A.

She was really good...very strict on puntuality tho but you got to use notes on tests and she was really helpful...I miss her class

Prof. Landry was one of the best teachers i've ever taken. she is so bubbly and knows how to teach in a way that you will understand and remember. I toke a summer course and we didnt use the book at all. just print out the power points and take notes and you will do great. there is a paper due towards the end but it's pretty easy too. Take her!!!

Mrs. Landry is very sweet and bubbly. She loves teaching and she is very interested in everyone. I found the sweetness to be borderline corny at times, but it never made me like her any less. Ms.Landry is one of the BEST professors at Houston Community College! You have to put in the effort of studying, but she makes things easy for students and is open for questions. She has a passion for helping students and about psychology. Definitely taking her again for Growth and Development!

Awesome professor for Psychology! Took it in the fall and got an A in her class. Three tests and one final. No paper! It was always a pleasure to listen to her lectures. If I were a PSYC major, I would definitely take all my classes with her! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Professor Landry is perky and amazing. Lectures consist of PowerPoint slides which are lengthy but straight forward. The class consists of 4 easy, straight forward tests, one 6 page essay about yourself and a mandatory final. I received "A"'s on all of the assignments so far. Take her class for an "A". She is just AWESOME.

The easiest A you will ever receive. I would take her again, she makes class really interesting. 4 multiple choice test and one major essay. The essay is just a reflection paper about yourself. You just have to study her PowerPoints really well in order to ace her tests. The book is require for online homework, it's not necessary to read though.

Probably my favorite professor. She is hilarious and will help you on ANYTHING you need! You never have to be afraid to ask questions, she will gladly answer anything to help you understand. I loved waking up on monday mornings for her class, and that's saying something! I wish every teacher was like her! 1010 would have again!

Being a physics major, anything other than math classes bore me. Landry made psychology interesting and had the worklife experiences to further engage the class. The tests were very easy and if you showed up to class and took notes, the power points were clear and understandable. There are reading assignments from the book, which helped.

In case you haven't heard this is the best professor you could ever take! Not only will she be there for you during your course, you can reach out to her at any time after and she'll be there for you. She cares about the students and cares about her teaching realm. Take her and enjoy psychology!

Easy A as long as you study and pay attention. All her power points are on the learning web so if she goes a little too fast you can always look at them later. Professor Landry was amazing!! Her lectures and exams matched up perfectly. Everything was easy to understand. She gives one long paper assignment to do, but you are made aware of it months in advance and it is an easy paper. Her exams are clear and easy if you pay attention in class or look through the lecture notes. You won't be disappointed.

summer term: Prof Landry is one of the sweetest, most caring profs I've ever come across. She is so genuine in her desire to help students not only memorize the material, but know it too. Her power point are key to passing. Tests are application oriented and multiple choice, 50 questions. Loves to answer questions. Test reviewspot on, study them.

I strongly recommend her. Her lectures with a lot of examples make you understand easily. 4 tests( the lowest one is dropped, extra credit for every test, 1 final exam, 1 reflection paper and online assignments due at 11:59pm on the test day. Take her, you never regret.

Lovely personality! She will always discuss with you after class and answer any questions. She is organized and follows the syllabus. As long as you can keep up, she wont care if you miss a few classes. The material is interesting and she makes sure everyone understands the lecture. She likes to ask questions that get you thinking. Professor Terese Landry was an amazing professor. All of her classes are fun to attend. Great personality and loves what she teaches. She gives many opportunities for extra credit and all of her assignments are easy to follow. I would definitely retake her if needed. Very well organized and responds quickly if you need to email her for any reason.

PSYC 2316- Class is effortless and very very interesting as she not only teaches but correlates with real world. With this professor I listened throughout the lecture the entire time, she makes it to fun and interesting that you won't waste time daydreaming, one of the few classes that I actually learn while being in there. Easy to take notes, ask questions, have fun debates and leave with something you'll want to share with everyone.

she is good professor, tho the grading on each assignments is a bit hard, if you take notes on each of her lectures classes and read for any exam coming up, you will pass her class. if you can do this, you will definitely pass the class.

Prof. Landry is one of the best profs I've had during this semester. Going to her class would be the highlight of my day, her lectures are so informative and they really capture your attention. The homework load is light and manageable and you have to study for the tests, but they're not hard. She also gives a lot of extra credit opportunities!

Straightforward expectations. Lectures and textbook are interesting and great introduction to psychology. You get two attempts on chapter quizzes which helps reinforce the material. Sends weekly updates and is very open to communication. She really wants you to succeed and offers tons of extra credit opportunities. Take Professor Landry if you can.

This professor is SO awesome!! I took her 5 wk summer class and it was "hybrid", but we met in person every time except for the last week since our final exam was online. Her lectures were super interesting. There was 1 essay over your personality, but it was super easy and fun! Weekly quizzes were easy and straight from the lectures/ PowerPoints.

She is one of the best professors at this school.. She teaches well and makes the information easier to remember with the PowerPoints given. Her assignments are easy and everyone along with tests are given online. No lockdown browser is required. Its very easy to get an A. Professor Terese was amazing her ppt were short, her lectures were fun and engaging, and her homework was easy. Loved this class and really felt heard since she encouraged us to share our opinions about the topic from ppt. It was a very easy course hardly any homework and tests were easy. She's funny and sweet highly recommend taking her class.
