Very heavy lectures and tests. Nice lady, not the best teacher. I recommend you only take her classes if you are a nutrition major, it's a lot of information to memorize for proctored exams. All the info she gives in lectures is from the book so if you can learn well from textbook reading, take her.

Saecho assigns work via Canvas and an online book you buy from Cengage. You CANNOT depend on the book to prepare you for the tests.
