Great professor. He knows what he is talking about. Its not an easy "A" you have to do reaction papers, which aren't hard, and the test are not to bad. gives out a review study it you will do good. I loved his class and learn a lot. I would take him again if i could. Also if a lot of people get bad grades on the test he will give out pts.

He is really organized and you get your papers back pretty quickly. I really liked his class. The class discussions are open and fun. You have to do your work but he rewards your efforts. I actually though about dropping him the first day of class b/c I thought he was going to be a jerk, but i'm glad i didn't, it is a really good class.

Pro Randolph is really laid back and willing to help. He is a stickler for attendance and as long as you do your reaction papers and come to class and pay attention as well as read the chapters you will do really well. I really recommend him.

Mr. Randolph is one of the best professors I have ever had. I took him during spring term this year. TAKE HIM IF YOU ARE INTO POLITICS! I myself am very political and found this class interesting, as he tries to keep students up to date on current political events. Great teacher! Class is easy if you know anything about our political system.

I have only had three teachers that I have thought were great teachers and he is one of them. I highly recomend taking his class even if you are not interested in politics. Do your work which is not too much and you are guaranteed an A. EXCELLENT TEACHER!!!

Awesome teacher! He definitely makes the best out of Political Science. : ) He gives you questions each class pertaining to only a portion of the chapter so you can just study and read those key points. Tests are also opened notes. He's a great guy and a wonderful teacher.

I took him over the summer. Class went by pretty fast we had something to do everyday, but it wasnt to hard. Just make sure you read the homework or at least skim it. The tests were open book. He is glad to lend a hand i recommend him for anyone that needs a history class.

I loved this class. And i loved the way he taught it. The disscusions were always intresting and he gives you all the answers to the test with the reviews. Tests are open notes. So take notes on what he says and do ur journal( a reflection of what u learned in classs) and you will love it! he's a really nice guy, but doesn't like u being late.

EASY A. I took the blackboard component. Just read the chapters and take the quizzes. He gives you review questions that are the same questions on the quizzes. He loves poli sci and it shows. You have to write a one page essay 7 times and take 9 quizzes. All very interesting and simple. Take this teacher..

Took his course in fall 08. Great Teacher. Excellent class. Allows students to debate their views. Will help any student who needs help. Class is pretty much straightforward. Read the chapters, take the quizzes, discuss chapter in class. If you actually read the chapters you will pass the class easily with an A.

I took this course online and it was very time consuming and tons of work. The professor seems to be a fair guy, but the tests are tricky, I am an "A" student and I got a "B" in this class, which I was disappointed. He didn't give any extra credit...

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. I'm a smart girl, but this is ridiculous. He does not teach you any of the material. you are expected to learn it on your own before class so you can come in and participate in the discussion. The whole class is the kids talking, not him. Your only grades are tests, a paper you write IN CLASS from memory, & a group project.

YOU MUST HAVE A BOOK, there no way in hell you are going to pass unless you have a book... unless if american gov is your thing. Paper to write in class by memory but it was easy... he's a nice teacher

Follow the due dates for all assignments, discussions and tests and you are guaranteed to pass. 8 wk course is demanding but very manageable. Prof was helpful throughout the semester.

Excellent class and great professor! The class meetings include minimal lecturing and mainly discussions. Notes are available online and quizes are taken online. Read through notes and listen in class and you are pretty much guaranteed to pass the class and learn a lot!

He is a good teacher but his tests are deceiving even with the study guides done. His PowerPoint are so long! A lot of work with this class. If you don't go to class you don't get participation. This class is practically online. Would have taken it online instead.

Professor Randolph is not only an incredible teacher but he is a kind and cares about his students and their progress. Great communicator. Long powerpoints but how else do you communicate tons of info? Powerpoints are VERY informative. A lot of assignments, so you must be disciplined. No other professor compares to this one. Awesome!! Heavy workload is not the word. You will spend A LOT of time doing work but the teacher makes it more than possible to pass the class with an A if you follow directions and handle the work load.

Heavy workload, do not take this class if you have a busy schedule. Tons of assignments, however, everything is timed out enough that you will have time to finish them. You have to read a lot of articles, and the lectures are long. You'll have an understanding of the subject, but it is a lot of work.

Professor Randolph is a great teacher, without a doubt one of the best teachers here at palm beach state college. You have to be absolutely lazy not to do well in his class. If you pay attention to the study guides before each test, you will get an A. Just don't miss more than one class. You must take him if you're going to take American Government

Simply one of the best teachers. He should've been nominated for teacher of the year every year. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Took this as a hybrid. I highly recommend this professor. He was amazing. I found his class very interesting and learned a lot about myself in it. There is a lot of tedious homework assignments to keep up with but if you do those and show up for class you'll be fine. Tests are online and you can use your study guide. Easy A if you do the work.

This class is really informative. I would have given the class a 5 on easiness because it's impossible not to get an A but it IS a lot of work. As long as you're willing to listen to the powerpoints and do the study guides, it's an EASY A!! He gives good feedback on assignments too. Probably the best POS professor at PBSC.

This was a hybrid class one day a week the rest online. If you do the work online and complete your homework you'll pass. Also he takes off 5 points from 15 every time ur late which counts for participation. Other than that he's a good teacher you will be surprised how much u really learn. GREAT TEACHER!!

This class was probably one of the most informative classes I've ever taken. I came into this class very confused on how American Government works and came out understanding so much about government. Yes, this class does have work involved, but completed the professor's study guide assignments and you will receive A on every test.

I took the hybrid class. I thoroughly enjoyed taking this class. He is very thorough and clear in his lectures, i learned a lot! He is also very knowledgeable about American Government. There is quite a bit of required work, but no more than any average College level course. Once you understand the course set up (blackboard) you should b fine!

One of the most informative classes. Some homework assignments took 3-4 hours to do with a quiz every week. He's very clear with his lectures and allows for open questions/debates in class, so you learn a lot. No class assignments. Everything on his quiz is in his video lectures. Would recommend to non-slackers!

Took him online! One of the most amazing classes I've ever taken. His online lectures were long, but very interesting. Was never a fan of American Gov, but he made me one. Left the class knowing A LOT! There's work, but nothing too bad. Prepares you for tests and is there to help clear up anything. Take him and you will not be disappointed!!

Expect to read A LOT. Especially if taking this class online. But its a pretty easy read, sometimes it can be boring though. Professor Randolph is a fair grader and is pretty clear on what to expect. He answers questions quickly and gives feedback on why you received the grade you did. Just one paper at the end of the semester.

He is such an amazing professor. I took his class online for Government and really enjoyed it. He allowed us students to debate and write our views. His tests were fairly easy if you do the study guide and watch his lectures. I would take him again. AMAZING!

Longest lecture was about 1 1/2 hr long. Each week about 45-1hr long lecture with note taking. Easy class, just have to sit through the lectures and take notes.

I felt that Professor Randolph overall was great. You definitely have to work hard for your grade, it's by no means an easy class. Be sure to do very well on his assignments and quizzes because his mid-term and final are very difficult. I would recommend him, but make sure to REALLY study hard otherwise you won't do well.

Professor Randolph's class is pretty easy. The book is free and he gives good feed back and lectures. If you want to learn you will. His lectures are pretty boring and dry but good. most of the class is online and there is only one quiz a week for HW. the quizzes are about 20 questions.

Most of the class was online lectures (kinda long) and a quiz each week, then in class was an interesting convo. Politics is my WORST subject and I knew NOTHING about it, but now I do! His lectures are awesome, gives you all the materiel that matters. i have had some online professors that literally just tell you to read chapter after chapter and take exams off of the chapters. literally teaching your self which is trash. So when i took this class i was relieved to hear the lectures and not need a text book. def should take!

I struggled with this class, no fault of the teachers, but because this is a subject I am not good in. I am SOOOOO happy I took this professor. He broke everything down into power point lectures and honestly gives you everything and more you would need to succeed in the class. TAKE HIM!!

This was my first online class and I loved it. He made it so easy by providing transcripts. I suggest printing the transcript and highlight and take notes on the side. All you do is listen to the lecture(s) and take a quiz (2 tires that get averaged). 2 or 3 discussions. Quizzes are open notes and the test is filmed using lockdown browser at home.

Prof Randolph is great. HIs quizzes are extremely straightforward. All you have to do is take notes on the lectures, and you get easily get an A. But, be prepared to devote some time to this class - theres over an hour of lectures each week + a quiz on them. But the quizzes are open notes and super easy if you have good notes.

This was my first time taking a history class on dual enrollment, and I have to say this was the best class I have ever taken. Professor Randolph truly cared about his student's success. He responded to emails fast and was very helpful to answer questions. I came into this class hating history, but now government is my favorite subject! TAKE IT!!!

I messed up on my midterm thats why my grade was a C+... the class was very easy. Class discussions every week along with a quiz due on sundays. Make sure you read the material he gives you. Make sure you study and the Final will be easy.

I knew NOTHING about government and I passed with an A. Watch is lecture videos (usually 1.5 hours) and fill out the provided study guide. Tests are straight from those. He breaks everything down as if he's explaining it to a child, so easy to understand concepts I never thought I would. Final and midterm are just as easy as his tests. Take him!

He is a great professor, and his class is very easy. The only thing you might have to worry about is his midterm and final because they are harder. He gives us plenty of time to complete our works, and they are effortless.

I took online half semester class and loved it! For being an accelerated class, it was easy as long as you actually watch the videos. It is set up so simply and deadlines are not tight. Just a great class and great teacher. I learned a lot in a little time in this class. Highly recommend!
