very easy class. not very organized though...book was a waste of money. Nice teacher though.

I would recommend him. Lectures can be a bit boring, but he lets you out early. His tests are very straight forward. No tricks. Very nice man as well.

Very nice person, willing to help you out with anything you have questions with. Very fair with the grading. Final exam is tough but he doesnt grade it as heavy as I thought he would. Go to class and participate and you will do well.

Really easy class... do the lab reports, review the slides, and read the chapter. Just go to the class before a test and he tells you what will be on it and even some questions! Recommended 110% for HS!! =)

He is a very kind teacher. The class was pretty easy but it is met to be easy. It is a introductory class. You must take it as a pre-req for other classes in Health Science. If you show up to class, pay attention, and do your work you will get an A.

Prof. Dibble taught the first and painstakingly easy half of this course. You probably don't need the book, but it definitely has its worth if you use it. He's a nice guy and very approachable.

I LOVE Dibble. hes a great guy, very funny. But, I could easly not go to class and just read my book and power point notes. he also does a test review and gives AT LEAST 20-25 questions that are on the 50 question test. got a 4.0

Funny guy. Posts Powerpoints online. Subjects are fairly simple and obvious. Tests are multiple choice. 4 labs (graded by random people?) but are mostly cut and paste. powerpoints are following book. I took EMT-B course before so I knew most of the subjects already. Didnt read a single chapter (B+/A- w/min. effort) grading scale- 92%=4.0 EASY!

He's a funny and a great professor. I can't wait to take his other class WHP 315 and others. I don't know what the other person is talking. I think they need to learn more about patience, it's truly a virtue. Anyway, easy A just attend class, do the labs and pass the tests (Easy). Oh yeah and have patience.

Dibble is a great professor! Hes class was easy, interesting and informative. you must study and read the book and take time writing the labs. he WAS TIMELY on giving labs back as well as tests! Final exams grades got posted a little late but nothing out of the ordinary. so i dont know why some people are making a big deal out of it! get over it!

Easy class, great prof, nice guy. I'm not sure why the other person is complaining because Dibble let us out at least 30-60 min early and the exam results were given in a timely manner. Sounds like the person who's complaining is a lazy freshman. Read the book, pay attention and attend class, and do well on the labs.

this is a very easy class. he post all slides on moodle there is really no need to go to class except for test and the final.this is one easy class and he is a great professor.

Professor Dibble is a great teacher. He is nice, funny, and helpful, and just a good person. The class is very easy but there is a lot of information you need to memorize and tests are very straight forward.

Just print out the slides or take notes on them, his lectures are him reading the slides and not necessary to attend. If you do attend, he usually lets you out early...

Dibble is a pretty good prof. He uses powerpoint and all his slides are online. His lectures are basically him reading off the slides so you don't really need to attend class. His quizzes aren't too hard and labs were a good way to boost grades.

This class was a breeze for it being at the 300 level. We watched YouTube videos during every class. Attendance isn't mandatory which is cool. All the assignments were fairly easy but time consuming. Take this class!

Professor Dibble is a really nice guy. HS 201 is a very easy A. You don't have to go to every class since his lectures are all from powerpoint which he posts online. Sometimes he does give out extra credit but doesn't say when so you should try to go to every class. His quizzes and labs are very easy. He also tries to make the class fun.

Highly recommended! Just a note if you plan to do the online course over summer... make sure you have the time to dedicate to the class, especially since you're doing 99% of the class by yourself. It's not difficult, but there's a lot of information to cover in a short amount of time. Professor Dibble makes the class!

I was really looking forward to taking this class and was unfortunately let done after completing the course. The bulk of the work is done online and going to class was a waste of time. He barely lectures and all you do is watch youtube videos. There is a lot of work to be done on a daily basis but keep up and you'll do fine.

Class is really boring. All he does is go over the powerpoint that he already has posted online. Only go to class the week before an exam because he gives you exam answers. super easy, really nice guy. Only 4 labs, 4 exams, and one final exam. 2 extra credit opportunities.

VERY easy class and I learned something along the way... mainly how unhealthy and pathetic my diet was LOL. Class certainly isn't what I'd call "mandatory" but it does help reinforce the concepts. He gave us 50% of the questions & answers the week before each exam!! This should be a moderately painless 4.0 for anyone willing to give some effort.

Awesome teacher! I took this as an online class and he was super helpful. Always answers emails and is available on campus too. Did do one group project, participate in discussions and 2 online quizzes. Very straight to the point and I suggest him as a teacher!

Class isn't mandatory but he will give assignments when he sees a lot of people aren't showing up. Gives extra credit. Labs are easy, just do them! He often lets you out of class early & gives 50% of the questions that will be on the exam. He is very friendly and you can always go up to him if you have any problem. Take Professor Dibble!!

You'd be stupid not to take this class with this professor. I took this class on Wednesdays and I only had to show up the week b4 the test and the day of the test. He gives you half of the questions and the rest is common sense. I never opened the book to study. Just do your labs and you'll get an A...and if you do bother showing up he's funny :)

This professor was very helpful to me in a subject I had basically no interest in. I took this class as an online course where the first half of the semester was taught be a different professor and the second half was taught by Dibble. The first half sucked! The professor was horrible! It was nice to have someone who actually cared at the end.

I think hes the best teacher I've had so far at Oakland. Even though I find health boring, he makes it interesting, understandable and even funny. He puts all of his lectures on moodle so no worry if you miss a class. He is very approachable and helps in every way he can with quizzes, labs and lectures. He also gives easy extra credit.

This is the first professor i've ever rated on here - but I liked him so much I had to give him the great credit! I had him for HS201 and EXS360 - HS201 he gives you 1/2 the answers before a test and EXS 360 he lets you use the book! Very funny and laid back guy :) would highly recommend!

Dibble's class was a Godsend & is perfect for any student that hates science as much as I do. What other professor gives half the exam Q&A's?? He did that for every one, including the final. The labs do require some effort though, just saying (but they're not hard). Also, his lectures were pretty interesting, even funny sometimes.

Easy class but there is a lot of work. Quiz and hw assignment every week, discussions during the first few months of class, and a cumulative final. He also gives EC. I didn't buy the textbook but it would have been easier to study with it. He’s always willing to help and explains everything. Its all independent work, so do it on time and get a 4.0!

Good class. Recommend him to anyone, dont need the book for reading but do need it for a couple self evaluation pages. Do need to show up to class for random Iclicker quizzes. He is ver chill and laid back, great person to talk to as well.

I definitely recommend taking any class with Professor Dibble. I have taken three different classes with him and they were all great. I would say there is a decent amount of work load to do, but nothing that is difficult. Pretty funny guy too.

Easiest class I've taken at Oakland so far. He is a very easy grader.. as long as you do the work you get an A. He tells you from the beginning exactly what assignments need to be done for a 4.0 so you can pick and choose which to do. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this class for anyone and everyone. You don't need to have any previous knowledge for it!

I took Stress Management with Dibble online this semester and I did not expect the work load that he was about to give. For a two credit class, it was a ton of work and honestly stressed me out. There were readings and discussions each week, certain assignments on others, workbooks and I didn't understand the due dates at times, but take him!!! :)

Dibble is awesome. Quizzes you can take as many times for highest grade, papers are short and he always gives 100% on them, one final exam which is 2 hours long. That is the only test you will have to take. 4 labs throughout the semester which he grades somewhat tough so spend some time to perfect those.

He's one of the best professors that I have had! You are given points for assignments instead of going off of percentages, which helps. There are optional weekly writing assignments and quizzes that are so easy and are definitely worth doing to get the extra points. You only need 911 points to get a 4.0. Just put in some effort and you'll be good.

This class was so easy. If you can't get an A, then you should go back to first grade. There are quizzes every week that you get to redo and it gives you the answers after 1st attempt. Moodle posts which if you post and reply to classmates, you receive points. There are 4 labs, they take forever but are easy. Simple 3 question homework assignments.

Great teacher and easy A. He's very understanding and I learned a lot about stress management. No tests, just a final journal due the last class. Very fair grader.

Great guy and the class itself was very interesting. I just did not expect the amount of homework that he gave out. Tons of assignments and multiple large(r) projects due at the end of the semester. While there is a lot of work, the work itself is very easy and shouldn't give you too much trouble.

Best professor I have ever had, hands down. He tries to cheer up students by showing funny videos sometimes. He lets class out early most of the time, which was nice. Tests can be hard, so make sure you study, but he offers extra credit. The homework isn't bad as long as your meet the requirements.

Oh this class!! If you do the assignments, you get a 4.0. That simple. If you don't receive a 4.0 in this class, you must have forgotten about an assignment or turned it in late. Probably the easiest and most entertaining class I've taken at Oakland.

Prof Dibble is just the best prof I've ever had. I'm already taking 2 other classes with him. He's super sweet and funny and the class is an easy A. He's very understanding and is always there to help. Take dibble as much as you can because he is amazing! Classes were fun too and usually lets you out early.

Probably one of my favorite professors at OU. As long as you do all of the assigned hw and online quizzes (easy 10/10) then you will be fine. He gives the answers to half of the questions on all the tests and the final. I got As on all the tests and final from just studying the day of. Makes the class really easy to 4.0

For a two credit class, there was A LOT of work that he assigned. I was not expecting as much busy work as there was. Instead of a final, there is a journal due at the end of the semester. Don't procrastinate with it because it's a lot of work. Overall, the class was pretty good and it will help you learn some decent ways to cope with stress.

Not a bad class, definitely pretty easy overall. Short assignments due every week along with quizzes that you always get 100% on. The tough part of this class is the Labs, (4 of them total) count the most and he has graders who grade them. Some of them were okay and some of them were hard. Otherwise a good class to take for an easy gen ed credit

Get the textbook, I only went to class a few times in the beginning and then came for only the exams. Each exam is 50 questions and he will give you 25 with answers the Sunday before the exam. The labs are the only semi difficult thing in the course. He gives you 10 extra credit opportunities, do them! Best professor and I hope I have him again!!

Best prof at OU. Without a doubt take Dibble! He is such a genuine guy & cares about his students. Such an easy 4.0. Hardest part of the class was the labs (but they're in every HS201 course). But he offers so many opportunities for points that it's impossible not to do well.

He is awesome. He likes to make his classes fun and entertaining. He starts every day off with a comedy clip which are actually always funny. He is like the grandpa you've always wanted. You will not do bad in this class. Assignments involve watching animated kid films- his classes are amazing.

This is the second class I took with prof Dibble and I am enrolled in another one. I am in love with this prof because he really cares about his students. He will take time out of his day to help you with anything even if it is not related to class. This class had two exams, group project, and a few writing assignments. Take him!

The class is very resourcesful for those aspirng health fitness and medical professionals to add Wellness Coaching to your profession tool box. You get what you put into the course. Hw, in class particpations, two exams, presentation, and graduate project for the grad students. Good class

Best professor ever. Even though I thought I was going to end the class with a 4.0. I was easily mistaken. This class is not an easy 4.0 due to the labs. He has students that grade them. He gives a lot of extra credit so do them if you want to end the class with a 3.0.

If you need a science gen ed credit, take this class! So much extra credit is offered that I had a 4.0 in the class before I even took the final. The labs are a huge pain and the graders suck, but all of the extra credit more than makes up for it. The tests are pretty straight forward if you pay attention to lecture.

I have taken him twice, and he is an amazing professor. He really cares about the students and wants to see you succeed. He is an easy grader and is super funny as well. Having as an online teacher and as an in-person teacher, you can see that he is a really awesome teacher.

Class was WAY too easy. Show up on days you have to present. Dibble takes forever to grade assignments, but all of his classes are structured the same. If you get to know him, he is a great mentor to have. This class, however, was so easy that I would've rather not taken it. It wasn't worth the money I spent on tuition.

pick this if you need a science gen ed! this class was not bad at all. the hardest part were the labs but even those werent that bad, just time consuming. you can add up the amount of points you need for a 4.0, and its easy to get them. you would have to try hard to fail this class!

i took him for a summer course and it was really easy he is nice and easy going. there is a few things that are due at the end which determines the grade they're super easy you just have to do it. he requires an expensive textbook but i didn't get it yet still got an A. overall i recommend for an easy class.

He's the best! He really cares about the subject and when i had him it was a night class and he still made it fun and interesting. The labs are really time consuming and the graders suck but if you go to his office hours hes willing to give points back if they made a mistake. Professor Dibble is one of the easiest teachers at OU. Class consists of 3 labs and the remaining assignments are optional. One exam (the final) Multiple attempts on each question easy 100%. All assignments are optional for a better grade and quizzes are all easy as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR HS 2000.

Very easy class. I only put effort on the labs the rest of the assignments, quizzes, final exam were easy 100s. You may get bad scores on the labs but you can still easily get a 4.0.

Stress management online with Prof Dibble was great! You do have to put the work in about one or two things a week but his expectations are very clear, guidelines are very simple and its actually a very interesting class! I highly recommend him and this course.

I would without a doubt take another class with professor Dibble. He tried his best to make our 8am class fun and interesting. He always had jokes to tell the class. There are weekly assignments and a final project but they are all simple and straight to the point. There are a few quizzes but they are also pretty simple if you pay attention.

I've taken Dibble 3 times. Yes, it's basically impossible to get lower than a 3.7 in his 4000 level electives. Yes, I know that's all you care about so you'll stop reading... More importantly, Dibble genuinely cares about student success and that's why his classes are easy. He will always try to help you. OU needs more profs that care like Dibble.

Prof Dibble is awesome. The class is chill and fun. Assignments are really easy and short. There is a group project. There are 2 quizzes and no final. You really get to have a positive outlook towards life through this class. Its great for stress relief. I would Definitely take another class with him.

Really easy class and he was a funny guy. The only thing that sucks is he has "graders" grade the lab assignments and the final behavior change. They grade really hard and will mark you down for stupid stuff. Attendance is not mandatory and the homework is optional. Tests were so easy you did not have to study. Not that much homework assigned.

I LOVED HIM. He is such a nice and caring prof, if you don't want to ruin your gpa take him!! So much extra credit that even if you dont do well on your mandatory assignments, you'll still pass with an A or A-! He also has such a pure heart, he really tries to pass on his good lucks and good karma to everyone else :( going to miss him a lot

Dibble is easily one of the best profs I've had at OU. Laughter as Therapeutic Modality was a great, informative class unlike anything else I've taken. Though the class has a sort of laid back atmosphere, you still have to put in some effort on the writing assignments. Group work is a large portion of this class, so participate and you'll do fine.

Such a kind hearted man, means well and wants all his students to do well in his class. Relates a lot of his lectures to today's society. He is a very knowledgeable man and is willing to work with you if you struggle or have any questions. Tons of extra credit, making it hard to fail. Attendance was not mandatory but I enjoyed going to class!

I took his class online, it was relatively easy, the only hard part was the 4 labs he gave us that are graded tough, but it's easy to make up your points with all extra credit given. The only reason I rated him a 4 instead of a 5 is due to him being unorganized at times and not having his syllabus updated which made a few things confusing.

An easy A and Dibble is one of the best professors at OU. There is one group project that can be done in a week but he gives you the whole semester. A handful of writing assignments that do not take long at all. He only lectured about 2-3 times the whole semester and we watched a lot of movies and comedy clips. I highly recommend taking!

He makes the material easy to learn and as long as you do the work and try, you will have no problem in his classes. I have taken him for 5 classes and each class has been a wonderful experience. Terry Dibble is the GOAT. I love him so much his class was not mandatory but I showed up every time as respect to him. His lectures were always something you could understand very easily and was very laid back. Make sure to find the book online for free though you don't have to buy it trust me.
