She gives small assignments that are due every class, but theyre super manageable. Shes really nice, and shes gives precise feedback. She also makes some good jokes. Best PoG teacher ever!

Light workload, she sums up the readings every day in class, you don't need to participate and she is really good at lecturing. This class always fills up quickly but if you're in the first registration slot definitely take her.

Prof. Sanders is one of the best POG profs. You have 100 word hw's due each day in class based on readings you don't have to read all the way thru, & the tests are super easy because the questions are straight from the study guide. She is a very picky paper grader, which can easily drop u from A to A- or B+. Pick a unique topic & go to office hours

One of the best educators I've ever had. Her understanding of the subject is deep and she has great answers to questions. Make sure you go to class because attendance is mandatory and strictly enforced. Tests are really easy as long as you fill out the study guide but papers are graded really tough and make up a large part of your grade.

exams are easy, just review the study questions beforehand. 2 papers make up 60% of your grade but no matter how dog it is, you will most likely get a B-. She takes attendance so show up. Make sure to do 14 posts out of the 25 chances throughout the semester cuz they do count. Do the first 14 so you don't have to worry about it again.

The class was graded on attendance, tests, and papers. The papers are difficult, and the first test was difficult. Doing the readings help.

Paper grading is very subjective and the second half of the class has a lot of material. Make sure you know at least one of the books super well and you'll be fine. Tests only make up 20% of the class grade. Try to go to her office hours, although she may come off as annoyed. Don't disagree with the theologians she chooses in your essays.

Super engaging lecturer: funny, knowledgeable, and breaks down concepts easily. Tests are a piece of cake if you do the study guide (she tells you EXACTLY what will be on them). Follow her instructions on papers and you'll get an A. Class discussions are really interesting and she clearly cares about and considers what students have to say.

A very good professor who takes her course material very seriously. Her classes are very discussion based, and she assigns a very fair amount of homework and reading.

I took the online intensive August session of Problem of God and she was able to make the 2 hour lectures interesting every single time. Make sure you do the readings! Such a kind lady - she obviously cares about her students and will give you so many opportunities to succeed in class. The best choice for Problem of God.

Has a high rating because she is welcoming to new students. However, she is rude at office hours. Her grading is extremely subjective. Be prepared to receive a grade you don't understand at all. Her papers feel like they're graded out of a hat. Even better, the final is all essays and so you better hope there are A's in that hat.

This class is the best option for PoG. She is so accommodating and has clear expectations. There is a fair amount of reading, but you can get away with skipping some since she explains the key points in class. Tests are not hard, but she is critical of your writing. You get what you put in and she covers many religions. Take her if you can!

I had Prof. Sanders for the August Intensive POG session and she was great. As a more STEM focused person, I think her lectures were pretty engaging and interesting. She's a pretty fair grader however, your class grade relies heavily on the 2 papers + final. Overall great pick for POG though :)

Actually my favorite class at Georgetown. I've never been a religious person and this class really opened my eyes to different ways of thinking. There really could not be a better professor for Problem of God. I would highly, highly recommend it. If you don't even go to Georgetown, audit this class -- you will learn so much.
