@nd semester taking him he is a WONDERFUL TEACHER!!!!!!

If you want to start your own business take his class he will help you.He is sometimes disorganized and doesn’t manage time well.But he has helped many students start their own businesses. His quote was "once you’re my student you will always remain my student.” Also if you want an A take him.

Professor Jackson is a brilliant teacher. Out of all the business classes I have taken, I have learned the most form his. He is very funny and is also fair with everyone. There is no reason that someone shouldn't get an A, if they really want it they'll get it. He gives a lot of extra credit quizes.

An excellent teacher and an even better person. "Once a student, always a friend."

Exellent teacher not only does he help you make contacts with the guest speakers, but his classes are very informative. Once you take his class you will gain a friend.

This guy rules. He is more interested in you learning than piling work on you. Not to mention he brings in a lot of speakers who are really helpful in everyday life and in your credit management. Oh yeah and if you take his summer class your final is a potluck.

Goofy teacher with a great sense of humor. It's ridiculous how much extra credit you can get in this class. Downside: writing the business plan takes a huge amount of time, but you can choose to do an easier project though. He doesn't cover much from the book, more about keys to business success from his own book + personal experiences.

Funny teacher and on first day tells everyone that they are getting an A. Be prepared to write a thorough business plan as that is the only way you can fail the course. Gives a tremendous amount of extra credit points. Hope to take more advanced classes with him soon.

EASY EASY "A". This is what you will do every day: He comes in the class, take a extra credit quiz, listen to a guest speaker, then go over next class extra credit quiz. He is soooo easy every day you have extra credit. Imposible to fail his class.

This is a meritorious professor here. He knows his stuff, he has lucrative experience in the business world. He also had a very positive attitude and seemingly optimistic intentions towards his students. Oh and I forgot to mention that you are almost guaranteed an A (very easy criteria). In short I wish all professors and courses were this good.

BEST professor I've ever had at CCSN. He is very experienced in the Business world and makes the class very interesting. He will make you learn alot but also make you laugh. I suggest taking all Business and Management courses through him! You will actually ENJOY going to class and won't want to miss a single day.

He was a great teacher. He make believe on my self. since I took his class I alway have a goal of getting just As on ever class. He really encourage me to get good grades.

Awesome teacher, everyone should take him. If you need his help for anything, he will drop what he is doing to help you. IF you do all that he asks of you, automatic A.

Professor Jackson is awesome. No other word to describe him. His criteria is simple and to the point, the man knows what he's talking about and has the experience to back it up. Easy A and an enjoyable class as well, if you are studying business I suggest you take as many of his courses as you can.

Cool guy. knows alot of successful people, so has good plug-ins as far as guest speakers. Sometimes he might be a little late for class or his cell phone might go off.. But ask him where he keeps his textbooks..you would of never guessed. i should of got a D for the course but he gave me a C for my participation in lectures. COOL GUY

This teacher is so awesome and you can tell he really cares! He is so smart and really can help you with your own business goals! The whole class loves him and he is an easy A!! Everyone in Business should be required to take his class!!!

GREAT PROFESSOR, gives students plenty of extra credit opportunities and is very helpful. If you get enough extra credit points, you won't even have to take the final.I didn't and still had plenty of points left over! "MUST TAKE HIS CLASSES"

EXCELLENT PROFESSOR! He gives enough extra credit throughout the course... enough to avoid taking the final exam. Tests are open book. Attendance isn't mandatory, but you get extra credit points for it. He's prettly funny too! It's a great course and I definitely recommend it.

He's funny, down to earth, & will help you out if you're in a bind.

Professor Jackson is very helpful. I have a disability and he really helps me with it. In his class he makes me feel as if I don't have a disablity, but if I need extra help he is there. I really am glad I have a professor like him.

This class was wierd. If you do the work and come to class youre guranteed an A+ but the man needs to sort himself out. He does not know what is going on around him. He forgets everything and can be very frustrating to deal with. I dont think he was always like this but maybe he just doesnt care anymore... who knows. It was an easy class though.

Best professor ive had, had a W at the end of the class and he let me come in late present my grades and i ended up getting an A. He gives tons of extra credit and also knowledge that is not in the book. Fun teachers easy going and understandable!

He makes his class unique and interesting. Impossible not to get an A with all the extra credit assignments. Thought he was a fun professor.

Professor is very knowledgeable in his field of small business mangement. Take some solid notes, reach your chapters, and get involved with class discussions and DO all the extra credit and you'll get an A. He is super guy! Loves to teach!

Prof.Jackson has a very unique style of teaching.I would definatly take this class again, some classmates say that he is a horribe teacher, but he is successful and he only teaches because he can. I loved being able to pick at his brain haha! you can learn alot from this man.

What a great professor. The best college experience I've had so far. Their is so many opportunities to get extra credit that if you don't pass you're lazy. He has us bring in real live business owners every class to share their personal experiences and speak on success and how they did it. Book not covered in class, we do take home tests. #1

I've never seen so many people complain about getting an easy A!! This is rediculous! Professor Jackson is a good teacher despite the matter that he gets off topic and is very forgetful. He is a very kind and understand man that will do everything to help you succeed and get an A, including a butt load of extra credit! Stop your complaining!!

Fun guy - easy class. Take home test, no finals, you get bonus points for asking questions and such... I didn't participate at all, got a B or better on all my test, did all the homework (which there wasn't much), and still was about 600 points over an A. Missed a handful of classes as well.

Professor Jackson is the best business teacher Ive ever had he is so kind and thoughtful to each and every one of his students, and to me that is Care-plus ( he knows what that means)

I really liked his High energy and friendliness. I also like the way he speaks it is elequent and he do not talk down to you. The class was a breeze. I was not crazy about the lack of focus and him being over the place with the material.

If you only care about getting an "A" then this is the class for you. If you want to "LEARN" any useful information about business management then "DO NOT" take this class with this professor! We learned nothing from the book. This professor is only an organizer for this class, the speakers teach it and the students do all the paper work!

I LEARN A LOT FROM PROF JACKSON CLASS AND FROM THE GUEST SPEAKERS AS WELL. YES, IT'S REAL EASY TO GET AN "A". ONLY A FOOL CAN FAIL THIS CLASS. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS STUDENTS.

Tons of extra credit. very funny. helpfull. but very strict. no test retakes. very open and honest about what you will get out of the course from beginning.

Awesome teacher!!! If your class brings in guest speakers you will get a lot of information and networking. If you have a boring class-it won't be too interesting. Easy A- a lot of extra credit-do it all and you won't have to do the final tests.Open book for all test.If you can't pass this class then why are you in school?

Prof Jackson is an extremely kind and understanding teacher. The class is very, very easy so if you enjoy a challenge he probably shouldn't be your first choice. He does care about his students though and makes it virtually impossible to fail his class. Got an A!

This professor teaches different than most. He does not lecture often and its not strait out of a text book. Almost everyday we had a new experienced business owner come and speak to the class. The insight you get from meeting these people and networking is better than any lecture IMO. He applies the concepts of the class, not just lectures on them

Great class, had visitors from real businesses come in and speak about what it takes to be successful. One of his textbooks required is all the exams we take, including the final to do at home which means it's open book. He does take points off if you are late or absent so make it to class.

This Professor has a lot of respect for students and treats us like customers valued in a Business. Many other staff on property abuse their privilages but Professor Thomas makes studying in the library fun once again.Professor Thomas is encouraging students to read more instead of joking he has made education serious again.

I took Intro. to Small Business Management,2012 Summer Term class with Professor Jackson. Lots of guest speakers in the class so class time was limited for lecture. Reading & Test are done on your own & at home. He was very energetic & made the class fun!Show up, do your work, get a A. Lots of opportunities for Bonus points :) Liked his Class!!

Easiest class in the world if you just do the extra credit. He treats you like kindergartners. Name tags and everything. As long as you keep track of your points, youll pass. Attendance is mandatory.

Really easy class. If you want an easy A take this class. Half of the class is extra credit. Some homework only about thirty mins. for each class. Tests are easy. He is kind of goofy both in the good and bad way. The most useful material in the class is his famous keys to business success. It is a businessman's bible. I still use it to this day.

Professor Jackson is such a kind and professional person that is willing to help every student in his class. Very interesting and fun class. I would definitely recommend any future successful business owners to enroll to his classes.

This class is an easy A with take home tests and final. He gives you so much extra credit it's crazy if you don't get an A. Only bad thing is that he can be unorganized but I still enjoyed this class.

Professor Jackson is an experienced businessman. Although times have changed and technology has grown, many important keys to business success remains the same. Professor Jackson focuses on such key points and this is where the value of the class mostly comes from. Students aiming to get the most out of this class should focus on the keys.

An amazing person, sweet, so helpful & always willing to work with classyou. Definitely would take him again. Textbook wasn't used very much & there wasn't structured lectures everyday. Many guest speakers (relevant to reality of business). Class was based on real life experiences rather than reading textbook. Few tests. Loves his job!

Lots of extra credit given in order to make sure you receive an "A" Guest speakers play a very big role in his class and give the audience a real life look at business

Lecture is long, takes awhile to get to his point. Tends to go off topic and repeat the same things for a few classes. All tests are take home, and he wants a thank you letter for evry guest speaker. Would recommend taking a different professor but if you want the easy A this is the class for you

He is a wonderful teacher. He has a lot of business knowledge and he loves to hear from the guest speakers. He is very old school however helpful in a million ways. Test are take home.

Easy A, open book test, get a LOT of extra credits more than test just by asking guest speaker a simple question

Professor Jackson is one of the purest people you will meet. His class is very VERY easy. Textbook is not needed so don't waste your money on it. All that matters is the key tests and asking questions. Trust me it is impossible to not get an A. Everyone passes with an A.

We used the textbook a total of 2 times. I had two open book test which he let us take at home, most questions were online. In this class you grade yourself. You earn points for every question you ask and assignment/test you take. Extremely easy class.

If you want to learn about nearly everything there is to know about business, TAKE THIS CLASS. You won't be disappointed. But I'm warning you, if you want an A, you're gonna have to work real hard to earn it here. At the end of the semester though, no matter what grade you get, you'll feel satisfaction deep inside because you learned quite a bit!

The professor said everybody can get an A!!!!Nice professor. Recite 20 keys to business success. The quiz is an open-book test. 20 questions. you can do by yourself, or with another partner in the class.
