He's dreamy
He's the best
Awesome teacher... makes class a blast!!
Arrogant and nerdy.
thinks very highly of himself, arrogant
very full of himself.....his way or no way
Awesome teacher...very full of himself, but very smart...be prepared to think and do a LOT of work, especially in his HIS200 class
I had him for His 200 and he does make you work extremely hard. He is a really good teacher, however, and makes you think a lot and ask very interesting questions. He is a little arrogant and is a funny guy. P.S. He is from Brooklyn
tons of hard work, but rewarding. pay attention, do the readings and writtings, and participate with knowledge. NEVER MISS CLASS!!!
great prof strong views learned much about how to be heathly and lose weight sit and talk you might just learn something
This guy is a bore. He rambles on and on about absolutely nothing.

keeps me awake in the morning funny and knows tons of stuff great for history
This is an interesting class, but the tests are so difficult that you feel like a failure. He doesn't care if you know facts, it's all about the signifigance...if i had another chance to pick a teacher for this class, i wouldn't pick him.
Legg is awesome- you gotta go to class to get the notes you will need for his exams. Cool guy,fun class. Do your best and you will do fine.
Arrogant. Insults students openly and gets a kick out of it. Makes him feel good. Meanwhile, I know of nothing he published of note to make me think he is worth the hassle. Got an A, so I have room to talk.
Dr. Legg is awesome! Don't listen to any one else. If you go to class and take notes that is all you need for the tests. I rarely read the text book and I still did well on all his tests. Just pay attention and you'll do fine! He is very funny and he love
Legg was an awesome teacher...participate in class and have fun with the guy and you will do well. He tells you what he wants from his tests which are all essay...Just do what he says and you will do fine
This course was all about intelligence! Class discussions took you from one extreme to the next for every reading and you walked away each class going...Huh? Got a B- and I was worried i'd get a D.
I love Dr.Legg!! Great teacher, smart, and gives you what you need to succeed.Grow up and understand you are in college!Cool course.
best professor in wcu
A good teacher who really cares about his students. He's challenging, but he'll really make you think.
I thought he was a good teacher but once I really got to know him he is just there to receive his check and leave does no work over the weekends email him all the time never get a response I don't think he know what is going on stay clear away if you want
Dr. Legg is a good professor. He demands the right amount of work for a level 200 class, and he expects full participation from his students. If you stay on his good side, he is not mean and nasty. Just don't pull stupid things in his class.
Need to do a lot of reading, writing, and thinking in his class. Isn't the most fun class, but it is one that you come out of feeling like you got your $'s worth.
Prof. Legg is a great teacher. He won't tolerate disrespect so if you feel he was mean to you, well you probably deserved it. He's is extremelly insightful and makes a difficult class enjoyable.
good guy knows his stuff but is not as good as webster in the dept chair postion get him out

Hands down one of the best teachers I have ever had. He WILL make you look at history in a new light, no question about it. Expects ALOT from his students, but it's reasonable. It definitely will make or break a history major. I definitely recommend him, makes 3 hours feel like 1 1/2 hours.
kind man and very sexy. Going to class was a pleasure.
The many papers were very unclear and difficult to understand, and since theres no way to get a hold of him when you do he is very short with you and doesn't explain it any better then the instructions he gave. Not difficult just very unclear and unhelpful.
I learned a lot from his class about history. Now I have a very new prospective on history. THANKS to Dr. Legg!! You can pass the class!! As long as you are always there, read the work (and do the note cards each day), & work really hard. But remember the class is challenging.
don't bother
He reminds me of oatmeal -- bland and lumpy. He is a horrible teacher, who is unclear, unforgiving, and uncaring. He is self-centered, downright pompous, and mean when talking to other students. He is not as great as he thinks. I think he should take a long hard look in the mirror.

I see that many people do not like Legg, and i'm willing to take a guess that it is because they are uncomfortable with work being hard. This teacher isn't easy, because he wants you to think. Are we in college to have work done for us? If you want a class that will leave you with something more than a grade, take Legg, he gives u a run for your $
Dr. Legg is probably one of the most influential and compassionate history profs. He has helped me with so much- searching for grad schools and everything else. He's a great man to talk to if you have an problems or concerns about life in general. If I was 20 years older, I'd marry him.
you can't be afraid to work in this class, because honestly that's what historians do- we read... A LOT! if you can't deal with the work load, then don't be a history major. dr. legg is an incredible teacher and individual. he cares and loves every student he encounters, and you don't get that with a lot of profs. he's changed my life immensely
Okay, he is difficult, but funny. I wouldnt say hes helpful or clear because everytime someone asks a question he answers it WITH a question. I know he wants us to think but seriously sometimes he just aggrivates me. Take this class when you have PLENTY of time to devote to it.
He is a ****. The man thinks he is god... all knowing omnipotent, and that within himself lay all the answers to the questions of life. DO NOT TAKE LEGG'S CLASS IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! for those of you who are forced to take 300, well your going to have to sit thru his unbeliveably corny remarks and endure his snobbery... enjoy!
Legg is tough. Don't expect to hear much if you email him and DO THE ABSTRACTS THE NIGHT YOU READ THE PAPERS!!! DON'T PUT THEM OFF!!! Oh, and don't expect to get much back (grade wise) from him. You'll learn a lot but you have to earn your grade.
NEVER responds to emails, then gets annoyed when you stop at his office to ask a simple question. He thinks he cool, but he ain't!
This man is the spawn of satan!! I had him as my advisor before I transfered to a different school. He decided not to keep in touch with me regarding a class I needed. When I confronted him about it, he basically yelled at me and called me a liar and said that I was only hearing what I wanted to hear. Stay clear of him!!
Dr. Legg taught my methods class and he is one of the most amazing professors that I have ever had. I wish I could have taken more classes with him. I think the majority of students dislike him because they are slackers. You do not belong in his course if you are not a serious student. I bet his critics have low GPAs.
Dr. Legg's methods class taught me a great deal about history, but it was by no means easy. I enjoyed Dr. Legg's discussions, and I found his class to be tough but fair and rewarding. He is a very skilled educator and a worthy historian.
Legg was great for varieties, there was a lot of work but none of it was busy work and a lot of it will come in handy when it comes time for a seminar class. He is a fair grader but don't expect any hand outs from him in terms of grades. Do the work and show him your moderately intersted and you'll do fine.
not an altogether bad class. while legg is not the worst prof i've had, he is not the best. he pushes for excellence which is good, but he is extremely vague, and takes for-ev-er to hand back assignments. complains about his busy sched, and ne-ver responds to e-mail. hard to avoid if your a HIS major. either him or hardy for HIS 300. :(
Legg was the best professor I ever had. Legg was very challenging and demanded excellent work but in the end it was worth it. I had him for varieties and senior seminar and thought he made both classes very interesting. He can be vague, but I think it was in order to make you think for yourself. Very helpful as an advisor too!
Not a very good professor in my opinion. Only lectures, gives no notes. Gives a lot of reading. Tests are difficult. He NEVER responds to email. Seems to not really care about his student's; just there to get a paycheck.
Terrible teacher. Doesn't ever respond to e-mails when asking for help. All lectures, no notes. Makes you feel dumb if you aren't doing good in his class.
His wife is an native american and he loves native americans. I like him as a teacher, he assigns a lot of reading but i don't do any i just go to class, take notes and get B+ or A- which i think is good.
very well.
very hard teacher. tests are nearly impossible. take this class if you want to have to withdrawl or get a D.
THE WORST! Only 4 test and thats it! You must do the reading its about 100+ pages per week...be prepared to witdrawl!
Terrible professor. Lectures, no notes. Does not respond to email. Gives an outrageous amount of reading per week, 150+ pages. If you do not read intently, you definitely won't pass the tests. If you fail ONE test, you will probably have to withdrawal or receive a D in the course.
He's an okay professor. Sounds like a mix of kermit the frog and ernie, and for the first half of the semester all i could do was sing to myself Rubber Ducky...but when you do actually listen you can understand what he's talking about...so if you can deal with a bad sense of humor and nasally voice, go for it.
I hated that he never responded to my emails. I did all of the reading, took notes in class, & still failed his tests, the questions were miles long & confusing. There are only 4 tests! He thinks he knows everything & makes you feel stupid. I was forced to withdrawl & take the class with a professor who can actually teach. Don't take him.
dont buy the books. at first i thought he was corny but he was very helpful. the class was fun by the end of the semester. take notes. he posts his lecture slideshow online. print them out and just google evry topic on the slides and write down a couple sentences about each topic and the class is easy. if u do tht, youll get at least a B. fun class
All you have to do to pass this class is read. Legg lectures about nothing the entire semester. You can never go to class and still get an A. Really learned nothing in that class
Great professor who really knows what he's talking about. But, you must read the books! All your essays are on them.
I love Dr.Legg!! Awesome teacher and as long as you go to class, read the weekly readings, and take comprehensive notes your golden!
Dr. Legg is a great history prof. He is tough and makes you work, but you really learn the info. that the class is about. I have now taken him for 3 straight semesters, he is great. You have to read the books as your essays deal with them and your classes are mainly discussion.
Horrible class! Talks all semester long, very boring! very dry! Gets mad if your not interested in History class. It couldn't get more horrible than this professor. If you take His 150 take Vance Kincade he is AWESOME!!!
Great man. Very kind! this was an upperlevel class. never took attendance but there was reading every night and the next class is based on discussion of reading and topic of the day. no surprises but tough grader. not a lot of work just a lot of reading. Legg is the man! this was one of my easier classes. would take again!
He is awesome! Forget the people who say he is boring or hard. He makes class interesting, and I hate history. all essay tests, but its not difficult at all! TAKE HIM
Prof Legg is a good guy. He knows his subject matter very well. He has good stories, and is pretty down to earth. THEN, there's the other side. HIS 300 was the first intense history class I took and probably still is, compared to later courses. It requires a lot of work and refining of skills. He's a nice guy, but tough! Know what you r gettin into
I was worried in the beginning of the semester because all he does is talk the whole class, but as time went on I realized that if you listen to him and take notes you will do well on the test. Study the notes and you will get A's. You dont even need to read the textbook. I would definitely take him again!
Very helpful if you arrange time to meet with him. Nice man. Takes awhile to hand back graded work but as long as you show effort by attending class and participating you will succeed. Also READ the material, tons to read.
I was scared the first day of class because I had heard such awful things about his class but none of what I heard was true! Dr. Legg's class was by far my favorite class. He's nice and his class was fairly easy. Only 4 tests during the year but as long as you pay attention and go to class you are fine. He also kinda sounds like Kermit the Frog.
Dr. Legg knows ALOT about history and is a great teacher. He is quite challenging; however, it was worth it in the end. As long as you attend each class, take notes, and read the asigned readings, you'll do fine with no problem. Very nice man and cares for his students.
Dr Legg was so nice! He will talk the entire class but as long as you listen and take good notes you will get A's on the tests! he assigns reading but they arent mandatory and i never did them and still did really well. attendance is not mandatory but if you want to do good on tests its sorta important to go to class
Alright, Dr. Legg is a very nice man. However, as a history major, I found his class challenging. The material was not so much the challenging part but the way in which he teaches the class. He tends to be scattered with his lectures and he never returns graded work, leaving us with no idea what our grade is.
His class was only four tests, and the questions were straight out of the lecture notes, you don't need to read the textbook at all. Attendance isn't mandatory, but since his tests are primarily lecture based I would recommend going. He has a good sense of humor, but sometimes his lectures get boring so it's hard to pay attention.
Dr. Legg is a great professor. At first I felt like his tests were difficult, but if you do the readings (depending on what class you have him for) you will do fine. As for history majors, he teaches so you will do things right in the future. Its difficult at first, but it really pays off, especially in his 300 course. Will help you with ANYTHING.
Dr. Legg is a very nice man, he is one of my favorite professors at WCU. He's immensely helpful and very knowledgeable. His lectures are interesting and he keeps you engaged
I took Dr. Legg for HIS 152 first semester and came back again for HIS 151. Quizzes are usually 5 short questions and a short essay on on specific reading every week or two weeks. Only 2 exams plus a final which are essay responses. He always makes clear connections and loves class discussion. Show up to class to avoid using the book.
I had Dr. Legg for HIS 152 and i enjoyed him so mucht that I took him again for 151. He knows the material very well and will go out of his way to help you out. He is a very nice person and expects the same in return. As long as you attend class and do the work, you will pass. Very enjoyable class
He talks all class and usually about unrelated topics that have nothing to do with the readings. Each week you have to read 50-60 pages of material and the quizzes are 5 questions that are so specific from the readings that they can be hard to answer. I would never take him again, very hard grader, no quiz/test outlines, and overall a poor teacher.
Dr. Legg is extremely intelligent which some 'smart' students find intimidating. Expect to do the work that is assigned and do the readings. Do this and you'll be fine.
I thought it would be talking about todays technology. It goes back to the Native Americans and only goes up to 1994. So it was not what I thought it would be like. He is hard to listen to. He also gives ALOT OF READING. If you don't like reading make sure you read the whole ch. 11 if nothing else because that is his favorite topic. Not recommended
DO NOT take him for anything higher than HIS 151! Anyone that said he is a good HIS 300 teacher is wrong
Dr. Legg is the best professor I have had at West Chester. He is not easy and gives a lot of reading, but you will learn more about history than you ever have if you engage and actually put the work into the class that he expects. If you want a typical history class that teaches you nothing about history, take someone else.
Dr. Legg is one of if not the best history professor at West Chester. If you want to learn how to do real history and work like a true historian you should take his class. It will be hard, time consuming, and a little overwhelming but it is completely worth it. His classes have helped me more than any other classes I took at West Chester.
Dr. Legg is one of if not the best history professor at West Chester. I took him for 151,300, and 400 and can honestly say i learned more in his classes then in any class at West Chester. His classes are hard and he challenges you to do real history but it is worth it as you learn so much.
Such a sweet and caring man. Before classes start he always has conversations with his students. Tests were right from the power points. No writing assignments. 5 question quizzes on reading assignments. Definitely taking him again!
Dr. Legg is by far my FAVORITE professor at West Chester. He is incredibly intelligent and has a way with words. When he tells his stories, you cant help but smile and interpret historical events. I took him for HIS 300, and compared to some of the other history professors that teach 300, he is a BREEZE. Take him if you want an amazing mentor.
The class was a breeze if you paid attention and attended class. No textbook because he provided it for you online. Most of class was a discussion led lecture. The exams were all writing, but the questions were fairly general.
Dr. Legg is an extremely intelligent and interesting professor to have. I had him for 300, a core major class and his teaching style is very fitting for this class. He asks a lot of questions and will challenge you on your answers even if you're right. For quizzes, all essays. There's a lot of reading but it's pretty interesting.
any teacher that sees a student struggling with the material and tells the student in a positive tone that the student should maybe drop the class, is most likely only there to get paid. AVOID
Dr. Legg is an okay guy but if you go to his office hours for help he makes you feel really stupid and doesn't give you any real useful information. The grade is based off of four tests and every class is a lecture, he tends to talk really fast so get ready to write. The book is helpful but not needed.
Dr. Legg is a great teacher. I will admit that his test questions can be a bit subjective and your grade is based off of four tests and quizzes, but nonetheless, he is an awesome prof. He takes an interest in all of his students and will go out of his way to help you should you ask. I would definitely recommend going to his office hours.
want a gpa destroyer ? take this guyyyy
If you're taking this for the American Experience course, DON'T. This was the hardest class I've ever taken and it ruined my GPA. The class consists of 4 tests, no quizzes, no participation grade, no attendance grade but if you don't show up to class, you will not pass.
Dr. Legg was amazing! He understands not everyone is a history major and he teaches in a way that is understandable to all. His grading methods are fair and clearly explained. He is willing to help whenever asked. I would definitely take him again and recommend him to anyone!
If you don't pay attention in class you won't get a good grade. The only grades he puts in are tests and quizzes so you have zero chance of pulling your grade up if you don't do well on either of those. The lectures are long and boring and you will be looking at the clock the entire time.
Professor Legg's lectures were actually very interesting and kept students engaged in learning. Unfortunately, he would never review the material before tests and expected you to know every piece of information for his tests. I felt that the tests were hard but he does give you identification terms to study. The class was really hard for me.
Legg is a hard one to rate. He's a nice guy and clearly cares about what he's teaching. The problem is he simply does not teach well. His style is so open-ended, he asks too many ambiguous questions and his lectures are painfully long. "How do you think the Native Americans felt?" and then he'll discuss that vague notion for minutes. A real bore.
I'm a history major had Dr. Legg for methods and US. He is an amazing professor but if you want help from him you need to ASK HIM. Go to his office hours, he will help you if you're struggling. He is both interesting and hilarious. His classes have kept me interested through the whole semester, and reassured me that I want to keep studying history.
Dr. Legg is an excellent professor. He is very clear in what he expects from his students, and if you complete the readings and come to class prepared to discuss them, you'll be fine. This doesn't mean it will be easy, but this was a graduate level class, and so he expected graduate level work. If you like American history, I would recommend him.
He asks a lot of questions, but it really makes you think differently and you're able to understand the bigger picture. I love going to his class. He's really helpful. Overall a wonderful man, so sweet.
Nothing but tests and doesn't put grades in.
Worst professor I've ever had. Takes years to grade and give back test. Constantly cancels class but expects you to still know material. Every class is a lecture, the tests might as well be midterms . Powerpoints are not helpful and the book is unecessary. Worst class I've ever taken by far. Don't do it to yourself.
Pros: He teaches differently by asking you a lot of questions to lead you to the answers, there is no homework, you gain a different perspective of American History Cons: He lectures all class, the slideshow doesn't help/isn't posted on D2L, tests are hard, you don't need the book
Dr. Legg is a great professor. He makes class enjoyable and is so kind. There are a few readings that you need to do that aren't in the textbook, but he makes them available online. I would recommend Dr. Legg to anyone who needs this class. The book will help you on tests, so I would get it.
Can't decide if I loved or hated his class. It was interesting, but he would lecture the whole time and ask tons of questions to encourage thinking rather than memorizing (which I liked), but it got boring and frustrating. The tests were entirely written. He doesn't post anything online. Slides aren't helpful, all test questions are from lectures.
Dr. Legg was awesome for 151. He asked a lot of questions, but you learn more from him than most professors. I always enjoyed going to his class and I look forward to taking his other course's in the future. Read the textbook before class, you'll be able to answer questions. He's a great guy, without a doubt my favorite professor at West Chester.
Dr. Legg is such a great guy! Yes the class is hard and yes you do have to work for an A, but it is definitely possible. Write down EVERYTHING he says in class because he puts it on the test word for word. A lot of writing on the tests and not many other grades besides quizzes. He is an amazing professor nonetheless! Take him for 151 only.
Professor Legg is such a sweet man. While he was not the most timely in handing things back, he is so nice and cares about his students. His class was difficult, probably my hardest that I took at WCU, I learned so much from him and now that I am in graduate school, I respect him even more for what he taught me.
Wonderful professor! He's very entertaining and genuinely cares about his students. Always a class I looked forward too. 15 chapters, 10 quizzes and you get to drop the two lowest quizzes. Wonderful Guy.
Dr. Legg was my favorite professor last semester. He made his requirements for the class very clear and if you follow those requirements, you should get an easy A. There were 10 reading quizzes and he dropped the lowest two quizzes. There was one writing assignment and the final was a piece of cake. You just have to read the book and you'll do fine
Really patronizing. He says he's getting you to think but you still think within the box of what he wants you to answer to lead his class in a planned direction. He talks at you and yells the whole class for no real reason. At another college i have studied history at a higher level and done better than in this class bc of the confined thinking
Legg, a very knowledgeable professor for maritime history, knows all of the ins and outs of the topic and loves to share his knowledge. there are many readings and articles which he will quiz you on from time to time, usually with advanced notice. class has 4 novels that it covers that are very interesting and are the topics of tests. good class
Worst history teacher I've ever had. Dr. Legg's class is a lecture based course. Be ready to write so much your brain hurts. And good luck on his tests, he tries to trick you with information you are expected to know, even if it wasn't presented in class. DO NOT buy the book, it doesn't help you at all. Take as many detailed notes as you can!
Loved this guy!! Second best professor I've ever had. You'll learn so many interesting things from his lecture. He makes everything relatable and interesting. He's a really intelligent guy and he cares about what he teaches. Make sure to read the book consistently because he quizzes you on the upcoming chapter every week.
Dr. Legg is very knowledgeable, but is opinionated and vague. For lack of better terms, he "mansplains", and is condescending. You read a chapter from the dry textbook every week, so prepare to read. He has no problem holding an awkward silence to prove a point.
I dont even know how to describe this man. I am currently taking one of his classes and ive never been so confused in a 100 level class. Takes himself way to seriously and also is one of those professor that makes you scared to answer a question because he is rude when you get it wrong. Just wish he was easier to follow.
Dr. Legg is incredible. If you actually put forth effort in this class, you will do well. Reading the chapters and taking notes before class is the best way to get a good grade. He focuses more on the "big picture" than specifics. The textbook perfectly outlines what he is expecting you to know for the test. Definitely recommend!
Very intimidating but tells it to you straight. Hes truly passionate about what he does and helped me so much with my research ability. Theres SO MUCH reading so be prepared. The final is blue book 10 questions on the whole semester so never doze off. Have a reason to miss class dont just miss to miss cause he knows. He wants you to succeed
Professor Legg is the best professor/teacher I have ever had in my life. The class is by no means easy and you will have to work to see good grades, however I have never learned so much in my life. He constantly uses analogies that connect ideas and expects you to understand the big picture. He, nor the class is intimidating as others are saying
Overall good teacher. On the tougher side but does a good job explaining his slides with out of history questions. Pretty relaxing though, not too serious of a guy. Would take a class of his again.
the worst class I have taken is with him. As a first year student, having him at 8am mon/wed/fri was the biggest drag. He gets off topic way too much and as he has a lot of knowledge the way he constructs the class is completely unhelpful and confusing. His tests are hard, and gives quizzes almost every week. I would do anything to get out of it!
This class is one of the only classes that I felt like I was learning in, and he is a very caring professeur. You don't need the textbook because it won't help on tests. All of his test questions come from what he says in class. He speaks very fast, so I would recommend typing your notes.
Took this class as a junior and it is the hardest class I have taken so far. Way to hard for a 100 level course. Get ready to read because the readings are typically 25 pages long and there will be a quiz in class. Test's are based off his lectures. I would recommend writing every word he says in class, ya never know what will be on the tests.
Legg was awful. He could be extremely rude to students and cant read social ques. His lecture voice was a cross between yelling and a soft condescending voice. study super hard for tests both with the textbook and class notes. everything in the lectures are fair game for tests. no projects. tests were multiple choice and essay writing.
He would give lectures- the test is what is on the projector and everything he would tell you. write it all down. there are four test and readings (which you will be tested on) you actually have to read! your four best scores will be taken. Overall, you will work for your grade and I recommend you go see him bc he wont post your grades online. :((
Take good notes and pay attention. Attendance is mandatory, if you miss one class you'll be far behind already. Rely on your notes to study, his powerpoint will not be useful. Go to office hours as often as possible. Tough class, but he will grade you depending on your effort.
Dr. Legg is a great professor. He assigns readings that you are quizzed on, but as long as you actually read the quizzes are super easy. He only keeps your 4 highest scores. Tests arent bad. Make sure you write down everything he says in class. There are 3 assignments (5 questions each) that require you to think but arent hard at all.
Professor Legg is the best professor I have had in college. I learned more through his lectures than I ever have in a history course and found myself very interested in the material he was teaching. It is important to write down everything he says during lecture. Participation is not mandatory, however, it makes the class far more beneficial.
Legg's lectures are really lengthy, confusing, and he gets off topic. He also gets very upset when students don't participate. Going to office hours helps, but he'll keep you there for a long time. Textbooks are required and there were at least 1-2 quizzes a week and a paper every other week. Take as many notes as possible.
I really enjoyed my time in Dr. Legg's class! I had him this semester and he fell sick so he was out for a week which resulted in us being a bit rushed at the end but overall I really enjoyed the class! You have to do the readings, there's no way around it but if you do them there is no reason you shouldn't pass the class.
My favorite professor so far at WCU. Professor Legg really enjoys teaching and getting to know you. If you come to class with an open mind and a positive attitude you'll enjoy the class. Take good notes and go to every class and you'll do well. Not that much work.
Do anything you can to avoid being stuck in this class! He lectures the entire class and calls students out. You will have reading homework almost every class that you will actually have to do due to pop quizzes. There's a midterm and a final that were both very hard, but he curved them. Do your work and you'll manage to get a good grade.
Professor Legg was difficult but I learned so much from his lectures!
Professor Legg is an absolutely marvelous professor if you love history, bonding with professors, and receiving all the information you need for the test in class. Every class is a lecture, but they are ALL quality and time flies. Tests are insanely easy if you just write a 60 second synopsis after each lecture. A must take if you love history.
He is a very confusing professor and very old school. Doesn't use D2L to post grades or anything and all the quizzes and papers are based on the readings. He doesn't take attendance, but if you don't show up you will fail the mid-term and the final. The hardest part of the class is trying to stay awake every time.
Easily the worst Professor I have had at WCU. I taught myself everything by reading the textbook because his lectures were nothing like the tests. He isnt helpful outside of class and even made a student cry. Im just thankful I passed the class but I would not recommend anyone to take him ever.
Dr. Legg wasnt too bad, but I felt he didnt explain concepts very well and his quizzes and tests were hard even after reading the textbook. He also has an attitude at times
Inconsiderate. A million quizzes and 4 tests. A donkey if you know what I mean. Dont take him hes the worst. Will call on you when he sees you are confused and then belittle you for not understanding.
