Wow, he was an amazing and funny teacher. Take him, you will not regret it. Just read the book when he tells you to, and take good notes. You should get an A if you do those two things. Show up for class,but attendence is not required. However, if you do not show up, you will not do well because your notes are NECESSARY.

i took his class in the spring and it probably was my favorite class ever. he's really nice. you don't use the textbook a lot so i wouldn't buy it. he gives a ton of notes to study for the tests. there are no quizzes or anything so your whole grade is just the tests. he also gave us an extra credit paper. attendance isnt counted. great teacher!

I forgot a couple of things like the section number and the book we used but the point is that Dr.Taulbee was a really good professor. He's one of those teachers/people that can describe things with real life experiences that are acturally interesting. If you take him you'll not only laugh but learn!

Freakin awesome as both a person and an instructor. Shows up 99.9% of the time, and was absent 1 day the semester due to jury duty. Keeps the class engaged, down to earth, honest, and a great sense of humor. His lectures always go uninterrupted and are clear as day. He gives you what you need for the test and textbook use is for only 2 tests. Highly recommended for anyone interested in Psychology and 5/5 stars. You will not regret taking his course!

Took his 1 Month class. If you don't like to read, or if you can't read and comprehend then I would not advise such a short time in this class. You have to read 4 chapters a week, and then take a 45 question exam where you can't go back to change your answers. He gives extra credit for participating in the discussion board though. He was a funny teacher and I believe he is one of the few good teachers out there in Richland. There is no homework and your grade is what you get on your tests which is similar to universities. The one thing I loved about his teaching is that he was able to explain concepts and theories by using stories that there's no way you could forget it!

His course is extremely easy. I took it online. The class was 5 tests, 50 questions each. The tests were based on the reading. He also had mandatory "extra credit" on the discussion board which was responding to a question he posted. The only thing I could see as a problem was the tests were only available for 2 days.

You should take this class if you truly enjoy PSY. Take this class on campus, otherwise you will miss out on all the great and interesting stories he tells. He was the one that made me want to become a psychologist. Tests are online, go to class, no textbook required. TAKE NOTES! PAY ATTENTION! Amazing teacher, and so kind and understanding.

Absolutely love this professor, he is very interesting and has the best stories and also jokes around.All of his exams are online. The exam is mostly over what he lectures, his class isn't mandatory but it's better to go so you can get all the information. He is very great at explaining things and he will make sure you get the information down.

I would REALLY recommend this class. I took the class online and thought it was easy; as long as you read your assigned chapters which you are given plenty of time to do so you will do great on your exams.

I don't see how people can fail his class. Either you aren't paying attention to his very clear lectures or you aren't showing up to class. This man literally repeats sentences, phrases, and words so you can copy them down. If you show up and take down everything he says then there is no way you can't pass this course. This teacher is insanely good at teaching! I took psychology last year and got no were with it and ended up dropping it. This teacher makes you want to come to class everyday. Can comprehend his note, stories, and the class. The stories are the BEST part. Such a wonderful, easy, fun class that Dr. Taulbee brings to your everyday.

Extremely knowledgeable professor- has many years of experience in the Psychology field. He has very interesting stories and a good sense of humor. He cares about his students and offers plenty of help. I would say it is almost impossible to fail his class. Loved him and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Maymester class. Awesome professor! You'll love his lectures and stories. If I could take his class all over again I probably would it was that fun and easy. Great Professor!! I would take him again if I could! Grading is pretty clear. Participate in discussion board, read every chapter he assigns ( do not just skim through, your tests will be based off these chapters) and he assigns one paper based off an article! Easy class and he responds to email's quickly!

Dr. Taulbee is the best professor I have had ever. He is crystal clear in his lectures, telling lots of stories to get you through Psychology. He made me interested in something I would've never expected to be interested in. Gives all notes you'll need, but you need to take notes the whole class. Book rarely used. Stay until the last day, worth it.

We had a great time in the class. He is so funny, tells wonderful jokes and listens to students with a great care. replies email instantly. class is simply amazing, tests are easy. we have a lot of extra credits. If you want an A, take notes and record lecture. Easy A.

The 'There For You' tag X10! Professor Taulbee worked with me when I had something come up on test day. Was never treated with more respect from a professor than I had from him. Took him online, but would have loved to have had him in class. He seems like a wonderful man! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I took his intro to psychology online and I really enjoyed it! 5 very easy discussion boards, 5 exams and no final. Just make sure you read the material and study it very well before taking the exams. Overall, great teacher and great class. Highly recommend it.

He's a really good professor who gives fun and intriguing lectures. He makes sure students understand the material and helps them when they don't. Great prof. all class work is really easy, you just listen and take notes. If you miss one lecture though you do miss important info that will be on your test. Offers extra credit and is enthusiastic, would definitely take again!

Taulbee literally saved my grade. I missed an exam and he let me retake it. He's super understanding and wants his students to pass. I took this class online and it was super easy, I'd definitely take him again. If you want to make an A, study for the exams (there's 5) and do all the discussion boards.

Prof. Taulbee is one of the most understanding teachers I've had. I take his class online and submitted one of the test late due some tech glitch. I emailed him about it and totally understood and said he wouldn't take off any points; his class is super easy, just read and you'll ace the tests!! Definitely would recommend :-)

He is an easy professor, all he does is talk and you write it down. As long as you come to class and take notes the test will be easy. They are all online so you can use your notes. All lectures but he is hilarious and will tell you many stories that relates to the material he is covering. Definitely would take this class again. He understands the struggles of a college student and will work with you if needed

This class does not require to be on class everyday. Five tests online with all the answers is in the notes. Do not try to search Google, it won't work. Just take notes and you will easily get A. The teacher is so hilarious and helpful. I believe the lecture class will be more fun and interested than the online. Work hard and deserve it!!!

By far the best teacher, i took the 3 week online course, i had to read a lot but it helped that their is audio books that made it easier for me. I had a problem turning my assignment on time, wrote him an email and he did not penalize me. overall i would recommend him. Got an easy A with a little hard work.

His teaching style is very straight forward and he is so easy to follow. He lectures every class but is interactive even in a huge class. You have 5 tests over his lectures and 2 EASY papers. I would suggest taking notes on a computer because they're a lot easier to reference. The tests are timed which is my only complaint because you have to rush.

Tom really loves the subject, and you can tell. He has been a psychologist for over 20 years so he knows his stuff. Must go to lectures to get info for the 5 tests (only things graded in his class). Tests online and open note/book. He makes sure to make class interesting by adding personal stories. Barely used textbook but need it for a few tests.

Almost all of the information was given in his lectures so attendance and note-taking are crucial. Other than that the class was pretty straight forward, multiple-choice tests that were simple if you attended class and read the assigned reading. He was hilarious and I thoroughly enjoyed his class.

Attendance isn't mandatory but if you don't want to read on your own time so just go to class. He is a very cool professor who has lived a very full life and tells stories that ties into the material which he teaches. I'm kind of going to miss his class but life moves on. but i definitely recommend him.

Come to class, take notes, study a little bit and you'll pass. Your whole grade consists of 5 tests and 3 homework grades that going as participation grades so as long as you turn it in, you'll get credit for it. But Professor Taulbee is a great professor and I do not regret taking his class.

There's no better way to start taking PSYC than with Dr. Taulbee. His lectures are entertaining, he's funny, and all you really have to do is show up, take note of what he says, and take the tests. Occasionally, he'll ask you to take note on some stuff from the book, but it's never a lot. Best PSYC professor around!

I know im little late but you'd be dumb if you didn't take his class, he is very laid back and likes for his classes to be very engaging and talkative when the time comes and he likes to joke and bring up politics at first it bothered me but its his personality so you learn to get over it real quick, his test are online and are extremely easy.

I took this course as an eight-week flex term and found it to be very easy and manageable. Professor Taulbee seemed nice and was helpful in our correspondence.

Professor Taulbee class was easy, but be ready to do a lot of reading. There were 5 exams worth 100 points each, 5 discussion posts worth 5 points each, and 3 writing assignments (2 were worth 20 points each, 1 was 10 points). If you read and study you will understand his class assignments. I love how my fellow classmates engaged in the D.B.

He is THE BEST professor i have ever had his Lectures were so interesting and i loved going to his class. Most of the class was just him talking and you taking notes Wich was very easy. Would definitely recommend to everyone to take his class you will always look forward to coming to class

OK so this man is pure genius. You won't really understand it until you graduate from college do your masters degree or whatever. If you want to learn and expand your horizon take his class. If you just want an A, still take his class. You'll learn so much about life and not just the field of psychology. Tip: sit at the very front.

Professor Taulbee is one of the best Psychology Professors there is at Richland and beyond. He shares so many of his experiences of what he did on being a psychologist which is very fascinating. One thing- he does talk really fast sometimes so I would recommend recording those lectures on your phone.

No homework for his class except a few discussion boards and a few state mandatory assignments. Lectures MUST be attended as most test information is based on lecture notes. Material taught will be material tested. Nothing more nothing less. There are a few times where he will ask you to read something in the textbook but it's not necessary.

If you want to be a psychology major, do not take this class online. However, if you just want the credit, like I did, choose this professor. There are only a total of 10 assignments - 5 exams and 5 discussion boards. Each assignment is extremely easy and you have a lot of time between each assignment (month). He posts a thorough review for exams.

Solid professor for sure! If you have the opportunity to have Professor Taulbee, definitely take his course. His class is very simple; only 5 tests and 5 discussion boards. If you don't read, you will fail. However, he gives great notes which are helpful for exams. I took his 8 week course and found it pretty easy.

Attendance isn't graded but lectures are given in every class. Every exam is exactly the same as the notes that he gives during lectures. Great sense of humor and keeps lectures interesting with stories. Discussion board for each exam (no word count minimum), little homework, and only 1-2 chapters of textbook reading depending on each exam.

The amount of reading was massive! Prof. T gave lecture notes, exams are 90% from notes! Five DB assignments. Prof. T cares about students and their grades. Overall class was good! Happy its over!

Honestly, I do recommend taking this course, the lectures are really chill and he's really funny. There were 5 exams based on your notes, all taken online. The exams were 55 questions each. There are 5 short discussion boards after each unit is complete. There is one short paper for this course. No PowerPoints, write notes as he speaks.

Really good Professor that cares about his students. But some of his lecture examples/scenarios were inappropriate. He referenced women poorly and also in a lustful way. After awhile he stopped doing it but it was still weird. However, the learning aspect of the course is good, he has a good teaching style. Take a lot of notes & you'll be fine

He gives lots of extra credit out. You will pass this class if GO TO CLASS. Tests are on what he says in class. No ppts/slides or notes. Answers are not online.

Take. this. online. class. I still managed to get a b+ despite missing a whole test by accident. He does not accept late work without a doctor's note. This class is very interesting and easy to follow. He also puts grades in quickly.

Dr Taulbee's class was super easy and easy to follow. He does not accept any late work and gets your grades back to you super fast. He provides you with notes for most of the chapters but you will still need to read them on your own and take notes on the other chapters he doesn't provide notes to.

He's a really great Professor. Understanding if you have any excuses for missing assignments, and there are only 5 exams. The discussions are mandatory but they're good for you since they're bonuses! I'd defo recommend to anyone wanting an easy psych class

This professor makes psych super engaging. His lectures are entertaining and the tests are straightforward. For study prep, I found unstuckstudy ai and the textbook really helpful. Just stay off your phone in class and you'll do great.

He is a very experienced professor and actually enjoys talking to students. He's entertaining and gives good examples to bring psychology to life. Class flies by. Be prepared to take lots of notes as your grade is mainly tests. He gives plenty of extra credit though so easy to get an A.

Prof. Taulbee is a fantastic lecturer. Attendance is optional but highly recommended because how else are you supposed to do well on the tests. That said, the tests are pretty easy if you took notes (which you are allowed to use). Easy A, highly recommend.

I wish he taught all of my nursing classes. We love Taulbee! My favorite professor of the 25+ professors I have had. So clear, so chill, some of his test answers are hilarious when you read them, Dont walk RUN TO HIS CLASS!!!!!
