The class is decent, sometimes boring. He talks too much about his personal life and business, and barely teaches the course contents, if there are any. But he tries to make the best out of it, a couple of fun activities, theres only 3 projects which aren't hard at all, and the tests are a joke. Just go to class, do the projects, you'll be fine.

He is hilarious! You do not have to go to class but I went bc he makes it fun & worth it! He is very helpful and tells you a head of time what to expect. The exams are not hard as long as you study. The slides are online and you do have to complete online quizzes, but they are super easy bc you get unlimited chances. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING HIM!

Excellent prof. Makes the class fun. The quizzes are easy take them as many times as you want. Easy 10%. The study you have to do is boring but easy 5%. And he gives you outlines for the tests so just study them and you will do fine.

Awesome Professor!! Class is very fun and easy. You will get an A as long as you study for the tests, which he calls quizzes. He also gives a study guide, which makes it that much more easy! Awesome teacher , attendence not mandatory, no classwork , no homework , online some online quizzes which are super easy (unlimited attempts). Only have to study for the exams , not hard but you have to study . You will fail if you don't . Makes class interesting and have a great sense of humor . BTW don't think you can get away with cheating.

What a great professor. There are 2 exams based on the powerpoint slides he gives the class and the MaMetrics exam which is done on your laptop in class. There are also quizzes that you get unlimited attempts to complete. It is an easy A, but make sure you study the powerpoint slides. TAKE HIM!! I wish I could take more classes with him.

Birritella is a good marketing professor. The online textbook for his class is mediocre, but I guess the department assigned that, so that is not his fault. The tests are worth a lot (35% each) but they are the material in his powerpoints, so there are no surprises. The MAmetrics isn't hard for those who studied. He is a good choice for mar 3023.

His class is half online/in class. It's not easy, but not hard either. If you study and pay attention, you can easily get an A. He's an amazing professor and does his best to keep the class interesting. His exams come from the slides, so no surprises there, plus he gives extra credits. HIGHLY recommend taking his class!

Very clear, concise, funny, witty and just an altogether outstanding professor. Clearly loves what he does. This class takes a bit of effort but it is not hard to pull off an "A" as long as you focus and concentrate.

I couldn't recommend a better professor! He was extremely helpful and truly cares about the students. He's very knowledgable & helpful throughout the course and the class itself is setup so have many opportunities to get an A. King B is one of the best professors I have ever taken. I would love to take another class with him. Very clear, study what he gives you and the test are not tricky. Funny lectures, very knowledgeable, cares about students, reminds you about due dates, replies to every single email. He is awesome. Take him!!!

My favorite professor this semester, would highly recommend him if you need to take this class! 2 in class exams, 1 online exam (gives you half the answers) and 1 group project! Interesting and entertaining class would take another one of his classes

Hilarious. He makes lectures interesting and relatable, but I only went to two of them. All you need in order to ace the midterm and final are to memorize his module definitions and understand the concepts. Very, very easy class. There's a group project that super easy and a MAMETRICS exam that is fairly easy as well. Loved his class.

He is hilarious and very entertaining. The class is very easy and the assignments are minimal. DEFINITELY take him over the other marketing professors here.

King B is the best! He became king of FIU because we won faculty homecoming king. He is an amazing professor. 2 test on lectures 1 test on Mametric very easy don't sweat it and 1 group project which was very easy you basically answer questions and grade another groups work. I enjoyed going to his class. He made it fun and interesting.

Incredibly large class nonetheless the professor still managed to make the lectures relatable to concepts found in today's modern society. Just the basics of Marketing but if you're looking for a good laugh and the ability to learn, recommendations for such professor are presented. Granted like students, have the willingness to learn.

Obviously you need to put in work, but as long as you do what you're asked(which by the way is not a lot) there is no reason why you wouldn't pass with an A in the class. Tim is a great professor. He is hilarious in class and he will make your life easy to pass his class. Only thing you need to do is the quizzes, take the tests, and study hard for the MA Metrics exam which is very tough if you don't practice. The review sheets that he gives are EXACTLY what will be on the midterm and finals... GOOD LUCK!

He is hilarious. The lectures go on for quiet some time but he is able to keep an auditorium class entertained. He is extremely passionate about what he does which is always awesome to see in a professor. He is insane when it comes to exams. Takes them SUPER seriously. Great professor! He is hilarious and keeps you entertained. A lot of students learn the hard way,but the 2 EXAMS count for a large portion of the overall grade. DONT CHEAT WITH HIM. If you actually study the study-guide though, you should be good. Attendance isn't mandatory, the book is because of the modules you have to complete. GREAT professor.

I find him a bit overrated. Yes he can be entertaining and makes class interesting, but I think his rating boosted his ego too much. On days where he wasn't so friendly he was extremely rude to a lot of students during exam days. He would snap at you if you asked him where to sit, and was kind of a diva. 2 exams, a Metric exam, and a group project.

He is a bit overrated. Should talk a lot slower during his lectures, because students tend to get lost in his ramblings. He can be moody sometimes and feels entitled when he is in that mood. Overall, entertaining at times but wish he was more focused on the actual lecture, instead of personal stories.

I love Professor B! He is so helpful that everyone stays after class to speak to him. I once waited 25 minutes just to say, " I love your class!" Loved his class, but you must study for the tests. There are only two exams ( mid-term and final) and short online quizzes.

There are weekly quizzes but he separates half due half way through the semester and the other half at the end. There are 2 tests (midterm and final) both are really easy, just skim the notes every week, and a week before each test just study for about an hour or two each day and you'll do great. One group project that is really easy. Great Class.

There are not enough words to describe what an amazing professor he is! I went to class 3 times.. the first day and then the two exam dates. SOOOO EASY. Study Abroad Switerzland/Austria/Germany. Birrittella went above and beyond his duties as a professor for this experience. He provided exceptional wisdom, guidance, and mentorship, while remaining professional, courteous, and caring. I can only imagine how my life would be further improved had I taken more of his classes earlier in life.

Prof. Birrittella is honestly one of the greatest professors for Marketing in Fiu. He teaches you a lot about marketing, makes it fun it is almost impossible for you to fail the class. There's 12 online quizzes, easy. 2 tests 50 questions each, can be a little tough if you don't study the study guide he gives you.

He's amazing!! Such an awesome professor who is willing to always help his students. He always answers his emails promptly and will meet with you outside of class if necessary. The book is required for the class to take the quizzes, but the tests come straight from his ppts. Attendance is not mandatory but his class is fun to go to anyway!

Prof B is a great professor! Took as Summer A. His lectures are funny, engaging, and he really teaches well the material. He lets you know what will be on the tests. If you study you will get an A. There are 2 tests, 12 easy online quizzes and drops 2 lowest, and one not difficult group project. He is inspiring, helpful and caring prof. Take HIM!

He's a great professor. He brought inspirational speakers to one class and in another class he brought members of FIU organizations to give us more info about them and show us the importance of getting involved. The class is really easy. Just study and you'll be OK. Go to class so you can learn. He reads an inspiring story at the end of the class.

If you take Hybrid course, Quizzes answers are online, gives opportunity to get extra credit. One easy group project, lectures are hilarious, very flexible, always is available via email. first class mandatory. Exams are contents heavy, but are based off his PowerPoint which he opens from day one. No reason you shouldn't pass.

He's a very good professor. Make sure you do the online quizzes on time and read the powerpoints for the exams or you won't pass, they're hard to just "figure out". Other than that, it is an easy class.

2 exams, 5 essay papers (easy), and a group project. The group project is a group of four to work on a case of one famous retailer, it varies each semester, and the best 4 groups will present to earn scholarship money from the retailer, and the work is a term paper about 10 pages. Exams based on powerpoints, super easy if studying .

Prof. B is awesome! Took a hybrid class so we met every other week. Does a good job explaining the material and what is expected in the test. If you study his study guide, exam is an easy A. Course consisted of 2 exams, quizzes for ea. chapter, and a group assignment. He's super funny, kind, and knowledgeable, always made the class laugh.

This professor is great! all the exams are based on his power points, wont really need the book but he gives you extra credit for the class if you rent a book from him and other extra credit options as well. Great guy, he actually gives good feedback and is there to help. Answer emails in a timely manner, and will help you if ask for help. Quizzes and the video discussions are easy. The Financial Assignment is bit long but manageable. Extra credits available.

Do yourself a favor and take him! He is an amazing professor and the lectures are hilarious! I would remember terms on the test cause I would remember some joke he made about it in class lol Super nice, caring, and knowledgeable professor. Professor Birrittella is by far my favorite professor for this fall semester. He is so understanding and caring with any issues or comments involving the course. One advice I would give is you have to work for the grade. He will not give you an A if you do not deserve an A. Overall, I hope to be taking another course with him soon!

GREAT PROFESSOR!! If you can take him then do it. Easy A, weekly assignments that take 30min-1hour max. Midterm and final were pretty easy, just watch his lectures and take notes and you should be okay.

Dr. B explains everything that comes with the weekly quizzes and two exams. You have to study for his exams, they are easy if you know the terms and put them into practice. He gives extra credit opportunity and is easy to talk to outside of class.

Take the time to read the PowerPoints and read the exam review to get an A, Quizzes are easy, For writing assignments always do one more page, for example if he says to do one page do two for all expect the project with the groups. Follow what he says and you should be good.

I love this professor. There was discussions, group projects, lecture write ups or quizzes and exams. There was one extra credit opportunity. You do have to do a lot of writing in this class, but he keeps the great feedback on how to get an A. Answers emails super quick. Exams on honorlock. This professor is absolutely incredible. I mean, genuinely cares about his students. I wish I could take him every semester. Gem of FIU.

Easy to work with, cares about students, ACTUALLY READS & COMMENTS on your assignments. Engaging & interesting class, fun videos & short lectures.

Tests and quizzes are straightforward and based on the book. The weekly 2-3 page writing assignments are easy as long as you watch the videos. He even leaves feedback on them and tells you how to improve. Overall the class is more time consuming and analysis based than it is difficult. I enjoyed it a lot and learned a lot about marketing structures

This class was easy and straightforward. The professor is wonderful and gives the best feedback. The only thing I did not like about this online class is that its LIVE so you have to attend the zoom sessions and participate. It's a major part of your grade. I choose online because my work schedule so it was a bit hard but other then that 10/10.

This class is truly an ease and the prof. is AMAZING but beware the midterm & specially the final can be tricky so you have to study. The class is fairly easy and not assignment heavy you do have 10 informative video asgmt (about 500-600 words each) that can get kind of tedious bc you might not know what else to talk about to reach the word count.

So great! Gives the option to either write out 5 vocab definitions or take a quiz per chapter. If you choose vocab, no need for the book. 2 exams that are pretty simple if you actually watched his videos. (I say do the vocab cause the exams are based on the videos where the vocab is) There's a group project which is kinda annoying, but still easy.

Professor Tim's course was great. He really cares about his students, personalized emails , always checks on his messages and updates grades. Option of either a quiz or lecture video write up weekly. One exam and final, both on Lockdown.

SO nice. Updates you on your grade throughout semester. Quizzes (1/week) are easy. Few writing assignments but easy grader. 1 group project w/ 3 parts. Exams are easy if you follow provided study guide and take notes from his LECTURE VIDEOS, do not rely on textbook for exams. Easy A class. Offers extra credit. Nice person, cares about every student

Take this class online is super easy. Not worthy of going to an actual class. Amazing professor, weekly HW that is super easy. He cares about students, and the way he teaches is so good. You watch videos and answer based on that. Always wants to hear what you think, not facts about videos or papers. Amazing class to learn and not stress. TAKE HIM

Honestly the best marketing professor there is. Attendance isn't mandatory but the lectures are great, funny and really help you understand the content. The class itself isn't very difficult with few assignments but the tests weigh heavily on your grade (50% for 2 exams). If you're thinking of taking MAR3023, take his class for sure.

Awesome professor. He is super funny and engaging when it comes to the lectures. He gives a fair amount of assignments throughout the semester, and it's manageable. There is a group project that was completed during our class time. Overall, great professor and would recommend!

This class was all around perfect. Professor Tim knows how to make a long class enjoyable and informative. Attendance isn't mandatory but I would recommend going for the exam hints. This class isn't intensive and you could easily learn the coursework through his powerpoints. TAKE HIM!

Great introductory experience into the world of marketing. The only problem is that his class may not be as challenging as some wish it to be.

(Took over summer) Very chill and nice guy, gives extra credit and little assignments every week. He's fun to interact with.
