Awesome, funny, caring teacher! He used great examples to explain all the terminology! The exams could be tricky, but if you study your notes and go to class regularly you'll do good!

Tim Dey is great! He's funny and smart and is able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to grasp. It's a difficult subject but like any class, if you do the work, you'll pass.

He's tough because he expects you to know the material & doesn't coddle you with multiple choice & T/F tests. Very good teacher. Great sense of humor that helps make it through an almost 4hr. class. I learned a lot.

Great but tough teacher. He made the 4 hours night class interesting. I enjoyed his class a lot.

hes an excellent professor, hes got a great sense of humor and a unique style of teaching. him being a real life lawyer helps make a lot of complicated concepts easier to understand. hes a very intelligent guy and i would recommend him for business law I and II.

this guy is a good teacher, he is funny as heck, and knows his stuff, he uses alot of real life exapmles in order to relate to the student. I took bus law 2 with him and no lie it was tough but with studying its ok. Take him tho

this man is not a psycho...he just loves his job (i think). i went to every single class. that's how interesting and nonboring he was!!! take him if you want to learn something. believe me, you will use everything you learn in this class for resolving any future life problems.

Professor Dey is one of the best professors that I have ever had. He teaches in a way that helps his students to understand the material, learn something about it and have fun. Even though Law can be dry and boring, he certainly livens it up. If you have to take Law take him, he is the best Law professor there at Middlesex. I fully recommend him.

Probably one of the greatest teachers I have ever had. This was a night class that met 2wice a week, but he always found a way to keep the class entertained for the full 3hrs. Grading system is a little weird, but not difficult to get an A in the class at all. Taking him again in the fall for BUS LAW 2...only cuz hes that fun

the greatest prof at mcc. took him for bus law 1 and 2. the class is extremely fun, u wont get bored in this class, even though the subject is boring. if u take good notes u do not have to read the book and if u do not miss a class HE WILL BRING UP UR GRADE BY ONE LETTER, except no D from F, this man love his job and u will love his class.

My most FAVORITE professor at MCC! Absolutely wonderful! He is difficult, but you learn a whole lot. Attendance is key, tests rely on notes. Very understanding if you talk to him and will answer any questions so ask ask ask!! Grades fairly. Respect him and he will respect you. Great guy, down-to earth and very funny!! I always look forward to class

My favorite teacher by far at Middlesex. He is hysterical and makes business law fun and interesting. He's cynical so if you dont have a sense of humor, I dont reccommend taking him, but otherwise he is great. Attendance is important, but you will want to attend class anyway.

GREAT PROFESSOR!!! VERY HELPFUL. TESTS ARE NOT EASY, BUT HE ALWAYS GIVES EXTRA CREDITS SO IF YOU STUDY YOU CAN GET "A" OR "B+" ON THEM. PLUS EXELLENT ATTENDANCE WILL BRING UP YOUR GRADE. TAKE HIM. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

The realest professor at MCC. Not the easist class but he makes it interesting. As long as you show up and study you'll be fine. Gave us a take home exam and they always have extra credit. The people that said he is offensive and innappropriate are correct, but thats why class is fun. they need to get over themselves.

Brings law to life. Walks the walk and talks the talk. However,if you want to remain naive, there are other "textbook teachers" to choose from. One of the few teachers that will make you forget that you are wearing a watch. Respects his students, and makes a great effort to help them network by inviting world-class guests every semester.

Different teaching style. Cares about students and always willing to meet before/after class to help students having difficulty. Since he teaches so many different courses, he gets off topic a lot and strays to another course that he is teaching, but it all relates back to something you need to know. Gives scenarios that everyone can understand.

Great teacher! Interesting, funny, zany, loud, wonderful! Must attend class to get a good grade. Good note-taking is a must for his tests! His tests are not easy, but if you really work for it, you can get a good grade and learn a lot too! He really cares about his students!! If you need help, go to him--he'll go the extra mile to help you!!

My Favorite Professor not just in law classes but all classes. The other comments are right that he is kinda random and you need to pay attention but he is also very entertaining and funny. He is a practice attorney and therefore gives real world examples and tips. Also he once bought the whole class pizza becuse he missed dinner.

Never bored in his classes. Great information and real world examples. Cares deeply about students, will always help. Must attend class and read texts and be able to write notes really fast; he talks a mile a minute and tends to veer off topic but always connects everything to things we need to know. He's awesome, you'll work hard & it's worth it.

I LOVE THIS PROF!! My first impression wasn't so great but that soon changed. He found a way to teach so you don't even notice you're learning. His first hand knowledge is his strongest assit. He's super understanding and goes more than above and beyond to help in any way he can (even on his time off). Try one class and get hooked like I did.

Funny professor, cares about his students succeeding. Write down everything he says-tests are 95% from notes. Not easy, but enjoyable class. Likes providing students with seminars at zero cost & usually include dinner! People who complain about his classroom looking like a diner still eat the pizza he buys for the students 4-5 times per semester!

Prof Dey keeps it real. He uses the class to give life examples of everything we are discussing. The exams can be confusing, but he gives lots of opportunity to gain extra credit. I don't think i have taken an exam that offered less than 20 EC points! If you want to learn, with Prof Dey you will!! I recommend him highly!! He Cares!

I love Professor Dey. He always keeps class interesting. Sure sometimes he is unorganized, but he is very fair. He gives us real life lessons and applies this theory to the class room. He is a great professor who knows his stuff. Basically you go to class and pay full attention so you can write down important notes. He lectures and you write notes-its just that simple. No powerpoints, handouts, or homework for that matter! When he explains concepts, he uses the class to set up scenarios for you to understand. It wasnt hard at all

Professor Dey is a great person. His class is all about taking good notes. Take good notes and you will be good. Although his tests are hard but he offer lots of extra credit at the same time plus he'll drop your lowest grade out of 5. I failed his first test badly but end up getting a B+

He is a great teacher. Time flies in his class and he can make even the most dull case law interesting. He is funny and genuinely cares about his students. In order to pass you must show up and take great note maybe even write down some of the stories he tells you to help you remember He has office hours and is willingly to help. love him!

When I took Professor Dey class, we had so much fun. He teaches well and we have fun learning. Next time I hope to have him in person, instead remote.
