Amazing professor, if you are reading the textbook, watching the online lectures, and using the study guide to study there is no reason not to pass. Her study guide basically outlines each test question and there is lots of supplemental instruction and outside tutoring if you get lost. You just have to dedicate time.

This class should be an easy pass if you are watching her lecture videos and completing her study guide. Her exam are word for word her study guide + HW + quiz. My advice is to start watching the videos and taking notes the first day of each chapter starting. It is time consuming but it is possible. Lab TA's are awesome and the exams are not bad.

Dr. Chiarelli has zero empathy or sympathy for her students. I had a personal situation come up and she could care less. STUDY the study guides, they are very clear on what you NEED to know for the exam, but make sure to study EVERY DETAIL. The lab is the only good and enjoyable part and the only part that actually help you survive. Amazing TAs!!!

Great lectures! Be prepared to study a LOT, and know every single detail on the study guides. Lab exams help your grade a lot, and makes studying for lecture easier, so focus on that. I recommend using Anki! Also, it's best if this is your only difficult class, because it is extremely time consuming.

This class is very very hard, but Dr. Chiarelli makes it somewhat better. I did not do great on most of my lecture exams, but the homework, quizzes, and labs saved my grade. There is a lot of content, and the exams are hyperspecific. She gives lots of opportunities to ask for help, study and you'll do alright. I never actually used the textbook.

Dr. C does a very good job with her lectures and provides a study guide for each exam that covers almost all content on the exam. I personally didn't find the textbook useful for anything but the homework. Spend time watching lectures + going through study guide intensively + quiz Qs to succeed. No drops, optional final to replace lowest exam.

She's an amazing professor. Her class is tough though. It requires a lot of studying. Attendance to class is not mandatory, but LAB IS MANDATORY! There is Hw, quizzes, and test. Her lectures are great & she explains the material so well. She's there to help you! The final is optional. If you study, you will pass. Attend the tutor sessions!

The class is based off 10 exams, 5 lecture and lab. Her lectures are decent, but she provides recorded lectures that have everything you need for the exams. Study guide is a must, since she is very clear as to what is supposed to be on the exam. Use the book for the practice questions, and don't expect curves. Class average for tests was around 67.

Grade is based off of 10 exams, 5 for lab and 5 for lecture. Has homework and quizzes for each block of both lecture and lab. Following the study guide is an absolute must especially for exams. Going to class isn't required but I would recommend for certain blocks. Definitely do not slack off. Textbook is a waste of money.

Anatomy as an extremely difficult class and you have to put a lot of time and effort for it. Dr. Chiarelli is a good teacher. The lecture exams are mostly like the study guides, but they can sometimes have some random questions. Her lectures are not required, but I would go. Lab of course you have to go. Lab exams are easy, but you have to study.

This class was amazing. The professor is a bit sassy but very knowledgeable. If you already have an interest in anatomy, it should be easier for you than others. The tests are difficult and draw on lecture material as well as some questions on topics from the lecture homework and very few from book. Most of the material is from the lecture though.

Loved Dr. Chiarelli. Class was only on zoom which was fine. Had about 5 lecture and 5 lab exams in total. Study guide is your best friend with some unexpected questions in there but not that big of a deal. Study guides can be a lot at first glance but if you are good at memorization, you should be fine. Loved her sarcastic humor too.

Anatomy overall is a difficult course. I recommend making friends and studying together to make it more fun to learn. There are no reasons to not pass the class as Chiarelli provides materials to succeed! Overall my favorite professor at UCF and is super nice. Managed to pass with a B. Make the study guides your best friends!

Dr. Chiarelli is very knowledgeable and answers all students' questions thoroughly during lectures. Exam questions come from the PowerPoints, quizzes and homework assignments. Knowing everything on the study guide is the best way to succeed in the class without memorizing unnecessary information.

While her in person lectures are not mandatory nor really necessary, her online lecture videos are absolutely amazing and provide excellent information. Without watching them, you will not pass. Grading wise you ONLY have 2 quizzes and 2 homeworks due the day before the exam but they're fairly easy. The labs and TAs were all really helpful!

When this professor lectures, it's a lot to take in. It's best to be prepared for lectures by taking notes ahead of time. Also, FLASHCARDS FLASHCARDS FLASHCARDS

Ended with an A and never attended a single lecture. The online lectures that she posts are exactly what will be on the test, watch them over and over and over. And she explains things very well in those. Also, make sure you get A's on lab and lecture hw/quizzes, you have multiple attempts. that should be a big grade booster. Good luck!

This class was difficult but somehow manageable. Dr. Chiarelli is very knowledgeable but speaks extremely technical. I recommend going to the library sessions and get to know your TAs they will be your saving grace. There is no extra credit so it all comes down to homework, quizzes, and tests. You'll need to put in major hours for this class.

the class she teaches isn't an easy class necessarily, but she makes it so much better. I really enjoyed her class and lectures, and I wish she taught more classes.

Best professor! She is so knowledgable and it really shows in her lectures. The study guides are one of the best I've ever received for studying for the test. I have learned so much from her and I wish I could take her again! The class is definitely difficult but there are so many outlets outside of lecture and lab that helped me to learn.

Tina is the GOAT. She has all her lectures on Canvas so if you miss one you can just catch up (or just watch those if you don't want to go to class). Her exams are sort of difficult but she provides a study guide which contains all the things that might be included in the exams. The labs are long but you get YouTube videos that have all the info.

i took her last semester and got an A without having to take the final! lecture material is hard, but her study guides are identical to exam material. she is an amazing lecturer and they are recorded. lab exams are tedious but very fair if you memorize the structures using the resources given. overall amazing professor! 100% would take her again.

There is absolutely NO reason you should fail this class. There is a lot of content yes however the study guides outline literally everything you need to know. Not only this but there are so many resources available to you. You have to take advantage of what they give you and put in work. This might be the first class that really challenges you.

This course has A LOT of material. The professor has recorded lectures to watch in addition to class lectures. There are study guides given for the exam, as long as you study all the material on the study guide you will do alright on the exams. The study guides are very long and tedious to memorize but extremely helpful.

She is amazing at teaching anatomy. This class should be an easy pass if you watch her lecture recordings and do and study the given study guides. I love Dr. Chiarelli! Learned so much from here class. I like her lectures both pre-record and in person. Exam is average not too hard not too easy as long as you study you will get an A. Lab is mandatory, better don't miss that. You can integrate what you learned from lecture with those model.

Watch the recorded lectures and find related YouTube videos for more understanding. Go to the lecture to ask questions (if you have). Other than that, the SI session and lab TAs are super helpful. Dr.Chiarelli wants us to succeed, she provided all the resources we would need. This class is by far my favorite!

Dr. Chiarelli is honestly a great professor and she's really knowledgeable and very passionate when she teaches. Attendance isn't mandatory and I think they're only helpful if you like to ask questions Otherwise, her pre-recorded lectures online are your best friend. DO THE STUDY GUIDES EARLY AND BE THOROUGH! You will fail the exams if you don't.

The class itself was very challenging and there was lots of material, making it very difficult. Dr. Chiarelli did give many recourses of many ranges depending of what type of learner you are. There were many aspects of the exams that felt they were meant to purposefully trick you, which I didn't like. Also, more physiology than just anatomy.

Chiarelli is passionate about the class which makes her great. She's a kind person. For lecture, just memorize the study guide but have a general idea about the other topics. The final is all questions from previous exams so go to office hours to review the exams. For lab, I recommend going to the library review sessions & watching the YT videos

Great professor, but hard class. I took her course in the summer and I didn't realize how much I had to study so I bombed the first block. Her study guides are super accurate to the exams so if you know the study guide, you're good. Lab definitely saved my grade. Go to the ALAP sessions for lab! I got As on every practical once I started going.

I think she structures her class very well. For a hard subject she makes it to where it's totally attainable to get a good grade. She has study guides that basically tell you everything you need to know and are actually on the test unlike other teachers. I love her she's great.

Very nice professor, she knows what she is doing and satisfies my needs for a good professor. Yeah, the exams are hard but not "I'm gonna drop the class" hard. Stay ahead by watching lecture videos before class. Reinforce information as much as possible. You will need to read the text book. Study guides are great. Study lab material and lecture material synonymously. Chiarelli is very intelligent. Ask questions, don't be intimidated. Put in the work and you will get an A. Lab is an easy A.

Anatomy is a hard course in general, but if you keep up with recorded lectures or attend in person lectures you'll be good. A lot of effort is needed but it's definitely doable. There's five blocks, each with homework, a quiz, and a lecture and lab exam. Lab is easier and will help boost overall grade. Hard class but not impossible.

There are study guides available for each lecture exam that tell you exactly what to study. Watch her pre-recorded lectures early on in each block to make it easier.

Dr. Chiarelli is an amazing professor and is really good at explaining the information! Anatomy is not easy, but an A is feasible. For lecture, there are 5 exams (multiple choice) with a one-sided cheat sheet that is allowed. For lab, there are 5 (written response) exams with group case study presentations and 3 dissections. Highly recommend!

Overall, she wasn't a bad professor. However, my lab grade saved me in this class. Her exams were hard, in my opinion, solely because there was a lot of content crammed into each exam. You need to put a lot of time into this class, and unfortunately, I did not always have the time for that which is probably why I felt like I was struggling a lot.

5 exams and 1 optional final, she provides lecture recordings and a study guide for every exam which can get you a B, if you want an A on the exam I recommend studying everything on the lecture recordings and on the slides because some of the questions of the exam were not on the study guide. Lab will boost your grade and is super easy.

Dr. C lectured blocks 1-3 this semester. She's a knowledgeable professor with a strong grasp of the content and how to lecture it. There's a lot of material, 40% of the grade is HW and quiz, 60% split between lecture and lab exam, optional finals to replace lowest. Difficult to earn an A with other hard class, fill out study guide, TAs are great.

I really enjoyed the lectures she had for the classes. She's very knowledgeable and she has recorded lectures where she goes over all the material if you don't want to show up. The hw and quizzes come from the textbook or material in the lecture. Exams can be difficult but using the study guide and materials can help you. I recommend using Quizlet.

idk why everyone hates on her, ik she yaps a lot and her exams are a bit hard but if you review every single slide she gives you, you're gonna do great. 1st exam was the hardest IMO. lab is easier than lecture js bc u need to know the pic instead of the acc content. groszer teaches the last block, use her study guide instead of chiarelli's.

Dr. Chiarelli is knowledgeable and kind! The course consists of 5 lecture exams, 5 lab practicals, and an optional final to replace the lowest exam grade. Just use the study guides to take notes, watch her lecture recordings, and attend the TA/SI sessions for a good grade. Lecture exams are a bit hard but the easy lab practicals make up for it!

Hard class but not impossible. She genuinely cares and is knowledgeable about what she teaches. Go to class AND watch recordings. Dont skip the readings. 5 lecture exams, 5 lab practicals. Lecture exam is monday, lab practical is whatever day you have lab. i would try to not have lab on monday. 2 optional cumulative finals to replace lowest score.

If you want an A, put the effort! Watch the lecture videos before class. You literally don't need the textbook, I never used it so don't buy it. Study Tip: Recall anything bolded on slides as best you can and go to Diego's SI Sessions to nail it down.

Anatomy was extremely difficult for me, but Dr. Chiarelli provides many resources and happily helps students. She made it as doable as she could. Sometimes I felt like she overestimated our knowledge in lecture. I never took anatomy before, so I was lost at times. HW and quizzes really help your grade as long as you do them. This class is not as difficult as I expected. Study the powerpoints for lecture exams, know them by heart. Dr. Chiarelli is so knowledgeable and encouraging, do not be afraid to ask her questions. Lab practicals are very easy if you use the ppt and watch the lab videos. Optional lab and lecture final.

It takes a lot of hard work to pass this class and is not easy but she makes it very doable. I had to endure organic chem I, physics II, and AMH 4270 all with anatomy and it was a tough journey. If it wasn't for her lenient, fair grading, I do not think I could have gotten an A. I was very proud of myself and I found anatomy more interesting.

Easy B, effort for an A! Just do the pre-recorded lectures and start filling out the study guide early. Lab is SO easy, you should be getting an A+ on every lab exam/HW. Lecture exams are hard but not impossible. Know the study guide and you'll do fine. Honestly exam 1 was hardest so just push through. It's a difficult class, be patient w/ urself.

Wonderful professor!! Anatomy is a very hard subject, but she emphasizes going one step at a time and not overcomplicating. There is tons of material to cover, but powerpoints and lecture recordings are all available online. She will explain and answer any questions. The class is incredibly difficult, but she does her best to make it manageable.

She is AMAZING!! Not gonna lie, anatomy is hard, but she is a wonderful lecturer and explains things so smoothly. Make sure to go to every lecture, whatever she emphasizes in lecture is what is going to be on the exam! Use all the resources she gives you (study guides, HW, TA reviews) and you will pass :)

Great teacher! Class is combined with lab that will carry your grade. The content of the class is not difficult by any means, just information heavy!

The class on its own is hard and lectures do not provide all the information you need. That being said, there are uploaded videos of her going over every slide that you can watch and review at any time. The professor truly enjoys teaching anatomy and it shows.

The professor is a good lecturer, although I never went to lecture due to my schedule. I only relied on the lecture recordings to fill out the study guide, and studied for lab practical day of (bad). If you have an iPad, use that to heavily annotate the slides as you watch lecture and lab. Be patient with yourself, this class is a lot to deal with.

By far my favorite professor, she has a passion for anatomy and it shows! She is very open to answering questions and explaining things, the class isn't extremely hard just very time consuming. Focus on the lecture exams but the lab practical's as they help with your grade. Finals are optional. This class is all about memorization and concepts.

Very well educated and knowledgeable. Going to class is not necessary, she restates all the information she put in her lecture videos. The videos are really long and content heavy but she gives you a list of all of the things you need to know on the exam. I wouldn't say this class is as difficult as people make it out to be.

Tests are HEAVILY based on the study guides she creates (also throws in several homework/quiz questions in each test). Don't sleep on the last 2 units because its a lot of info in a short time. Tests don't weigh a ton towards overall final grade.

This class was my favorite class I've ever taken on the pre-med track! Dr. Chiarelli is a great lecturer and is very passionate and knowledgeable about anatomy. I would 100% take this course again and if you work hard an A is very attainable!
