Western Heritage. This class was a walk in the park. GREAT GREAT TEACHER. VERY CLEAR AND helpful. Lots of group work which allows for easy simple grades. EASSSSSSSSSSSSSY A!

At first her syllabus is a bit intimidating but it's not so bad.If u're not comfortable with writing 1 page papers you probably shouldn't take her class. We had to write 3 one page papers, and also a final paper that is to be 4+ pages. Although the papers seemed a bit too much for a history class, i enjoyed this class!!!

Love this teacher!!! Class is always fun to go to. No text is used during the class. Everything goes by notes taken in class. Tests are hard but fun at the same time. If your not someone who likes to talk in class then I wouldnt recommend taking this class. Best teacher I have had yet!!!

I love Jesus, but she got a Head on her. I bet you she was defintely the head of her class. She was cool but had this white stuff on her lips when she would lecture long so be aware because it might gross you out. Overall cool teacher but if you show up you will do fine.

Miss Crawford is one of the best professors that MCC has offered. She is very professional and always willing to help her students. She hands out extra stuff for us. I learned a lot from her, not only history but also her work ethic and her cares. Hope she could be an instructor of all my classes!

The only reason why I said mandatory attendance is because I took her online course. Out of all of the teachers I've had at Macomb, she was the best by far. History is not the most fascinating subject to me, but she made it easy to understand, and easy to learn. All assignments were written, along with essays for the exams, but overall, very easy.

This teacher was so good that i took two more of her classes for a total of three this is hands down one of my favorite teachers of all time.

Mrs. Crawford is an excellent professor. She tells you what is expected of you and keeps to that. I like the fact that she takes off points for attendence if you don't show up. My only pet peve is I wish she would not wait for people who are late. If you are late all the time in the real world, you would get fired or written up.

Buy the book because you have a lot of reading assignments. Pop reading quizzes and current event quizzes are given frequently. She gives a study guide for each test (there are 3). You have 1 paper on imperialism (5 pages), 1 group project, and 1 debate. But she spells it all out for you and it isn't very hard to complete.

great teacher, she was always there for questions and answered them to a t. the world history class was not too hard. If you follow her instructions and do they work there is no way you cannot pass without atleast a B. She lays everything out for you nie and organized and is a gret teacher. ùwould recommend her for any class you can take her.

I honestly hated history before her class, but she makes learning it fun, she is very helpful before/after class, always responds to emails. you will use the book. make sure you read the assigned readings, bc you will be quized. [5 questions a quiz if you read its so easy] her study guide is so helpful, do it, study it, you will ace it!

Tina is awesome! Loves history and loves teaching. Always willing to help if you have a question or problem. We rarely used the book so that was a waste of cash. Go to class, pay attention, take notes and you'll be fine. I'm surprised she doesn't have a Hotness rating on her review because she's young, really cute and has a nice body. ;)

Do not take HIST 2200 online if you aren't prepared to spend a lot of time doing homework. It covers 2 chapters a week. Each chapter takes about 1 hour to read. There are at least 4 assignments to do, some with videos to watch which another take 1/2-1 hour. Also need to respond to other classmates postings. Online does not mean easy!

Shes a very sweet&passionate teacher. She loves the subject. Uses ppt, but full slides are not always on ANGEL,SO TAKE NOTES. Very Helpful! 4 exams including final all w/study guides. Reading quizes every week so you need the book! She's very leniant and laid back and is passionate/helpful to stressed out students during exams or papers! WILL HELP!

Professor Crawford is very energetic and helpful. she uses ppt as main teaching method. the ppts are long and only the pictures are in angel. the book was a waste of money. i would recommend her to other students but she has a 6 page paper that you have to turn in to pass, and a lot of credit is given to students that show up.

This was the second time I had her as a professor. Shes one of the best professors I've had. The class is relatively easy. There's a lot of lecture and note taking during class. The exams are multiple choice and matching. There's also a paper required for the class, that is probably the hardest but only because it takes a lot of time and research.

Took her online history class. there is a LOT of reading, but you are teaching yourself everything. be prepared to spend a lot of time reading. on average around 5 hours or so a week. grading is good, as long as you understand what you are writing about. Assignments aren't bad, as long as you read provided articles and watch video clips.

Professor Crawford is wonderful. She has a bubbly personality and is interested in what she teachers. However, exams are pretty tricky, there are quizzes almost every class period, 6 news journals throughout the semester, and a term paper. Professor Crawford wants her students to succeed so she is more than willing to help and answer questions.

Ms. Crawford loves teaching history. She knows a lot of information, I sometimes had a hard tim eunderstanding everything she was trying to say. She is very willing to work with you and gives a lot of extra credit!

I think it was 2760. History of the middle east was the class. A lot of writing. 7 three page essays and one 7 page essay. Other then that I liked the class. I would only recommend her if you like writing. One other thing that is summed up in two words. TECHNOLOGY ISSUES

This was my first online class and it was defiantly a challenge. Be prepared to work! The class was great and I learned a lot. Ms. Crawford was very helpful, accommodating, and I loved the way she taught this class. Her assignments really force you to think rather than just looking up dates. Very prompt on answering emails too.

PPT Group project at end of semester. Tests are fair, questions are from class notes and study guides. PPT's in ANGEL. Grading is NOT arbitrary. Follow the syllabus. very little reading for 10 quizzes, xtra credit given on case by case, more than accommodating. Had a great time in the class. The class work is pretty time consuming for an online class. If you're looking for a blow-off online class then this isn't for you. Most of the assignments are tough, but don't forget history is not always that easy so I know she doesn't do it purposely. When it comes to grading shes so understanding. If you're looking to learn I recommend her :)

It might seem like a huge work over load because of all the assignments but don't forget there's only 4 exams in the 8 weeks! Most online classes require assignments and a quiz every week, and then a midterm and final to add to it.

Took her HIST-1700 class. Right off the bat, very good class. She grades very well, finished with over a 105%. Not even kidding. However, this class requires a lot of time and effort. Lots of reading, Assignments due every weekend. Exam every 2 weeks out of 8 weeks. Overall A+ rating, great professor, very helpful, wish there were more like her.

I took this class recently and i must say, at first i was nervouse with the amount of work at the begining but it soon slowed down. I work 50 hours a week and took 2 classes, including this one. While it was a lot of work, she is very fair and works with you. Very good grader, cares more that you learn rather than get the grade. Extra credit given.

So heres the load down, I bought the book, never used it & sat in the class on my phone the whole time, I was almost always late, usually with food, & I took notes occasionally. There were times I brought in my laptop & watched That 70's Show. There's a final project, focus on that. Test aren't horrible but you gotta know something. She grades easy

Her tests were entirely based on in class discussion and lectures, so if you write down what she puts on the board and the key points that she mentions you are golden. Lots of extra credit given and very easy grading. Show up for class, do the group project well (its easy!), get your A!

She made a typically boring class very fun. She's very helpful and gives tons of extra credit and makes reading quizzes very easy. There is one major paper, but it's easy and everyone in my class received an A. At the end of the year, there is an easy group project. Tests are tough, but all the extra credit helps. For a summer class online it was a lot of work. But Ms. Crawford makes sure you are graded fairly on your effort. This is not a blow off class. We have goals here people. Reach out to her and she will respond to any question.

She is a very easy grader. You only need the book for the 5 quiz's its open book as well. She lets you use a giant cheat sheet for the exams. She grades the paper very easy and all of the homework assignments.

Cares for students and is fair and upfront about expectations. Go to class, participate in discussion, study with the study guides and you'll do great. Has a fantastic way to teach material, learned more in this class and had terrific discussions with other students and in class with her. You'll enjoy her as an instructor and equal human being.

This is my second class with Professor Crawford, and I think she's amazing. She gives great detail, is willing to help, and is easy to get ahold of if there is an issue. I'm mediocre in History, and I finished my first class with her 97.4, and this class I currently have a 98.5. She is truly amazing, and I recommend her to anyone!

She cares about her students and about what she is teaching. She is not the most timely with her grading but grades fairly. There are 3 tests a semester and one essay which are not too bad as long as you pay attention during lectures and do the in-class assignments. I would take a course taught by her again!

Even though there is a lot of work she grades really fair and gives out a lot of extra credit, just follow the directions and you should have no problem getting an A in the class! She's very nice and straight forward about her expectations. Highly recommend and would take her again.

This is by far one of my favorite professors at MCC. She is very understanding and will work with you if you are willing to make an effort in her class. She gives lots of extra credit and small homework assignments to bump up your grade. She also works in the rws. You could take that time and work with her along with her office hours.

The class was extremely easy for me after taking ENGL-1190. This class focuses on a lot about history of Europe and Asia and the Middle-easy and some parts of Africa. This class was a lot of fun to take and I hardly needed to use the book since most of the work was us watching videos and writing up papers going into details about those events. Gl!

Professor Crawfords classes are so informational and easy! I took her online and beware that all her test materials do come from the Teams meeting class. If you skip, this aint ment for you. News journals are due every week, 3 exams are in this class. There are also class activities and reading quizzes, but its easy. Super kind and caring teacher!

She is AMAZING! BUT to be honest I barley went to her zooms and I stilled passed but that's your choice if u want to risk it. 3 exams. For me her First 2 exams are multiple choice that she made so her lecture will prepare u for it, last exam was a written one. Also super understanding and zooms are pre recorded! I do recommend to attend her zooms.

At first I was super sketched taking a women European history class online but let me tell you, yes yes yes!!! This professor puts out her assignments with very clear instructions on how she will grade and that she wants. If you don't like reading I wouldn't recommend, but overall not a hard class.

Took her for HIST1700 and literally so easy. Each week she gives a little typed up note that are an intro to the topic and then you have articles and videos to watch. Takes a few hours to get though them all then respond to the HW question max of 3 a week. 2 tests that are just the HW again. Super easy class and easy grader. Not hard at all.

Was very pleased with professor Crawford! She is very knowledgeable in the subject of history. This class tends to swing a little bit biased to the right wing of politics so if youre a person who cant handle that perspective this class probably isnt for you because there is a lot of debating. Overall, I loved her!

She was amazing! I honestly was a bit worried with the amount of work and reading but after a couple weeks it became easier and easier. You also realize how easy of a grader she is. Incredibly easy grader, and offers a load of extra credit. Her lectures were always super interesting, but unfortunately she does focus too much on current events. Only other complaint is she lets people talk over her too often. In the end we didn't get through the last part of the material in much detail. Still would highly recommend.

Professor Crawford was very down to earth and reasonable as a person. I turned in a couple things late one week due to my hectic work week. I was stuck staying over but I still was given full credit. She's very accessible and only 1 of the exams did I find to be challenging, the rest were opinion based so as long as you recite facts you get credit.

I took this class 100% online, it was easy, and everything was due on Sunday. Had to write only 2 papers, which were not hard. Every week there were several discussion boards with required responses to others. Overall, LOVED this class, it was interesting and very insightful, highly recommend it!

Mrs. Crawford was well-informed and wants to see you pass. Her reliance on videos for notes did get annoying but she makes up for that by being EXTREMELY lenient on due dates, exams, exc. Class is easy so long as you study modestly. She also recognizes hard work and will reward you accordingly for it. Would especially recommend for busy people.

Professor Crawford is very understanding and can be lenient if you talk to her. Although the course has a book you read, she selects the parts we need and it usually isn't much since her lectures cover a good chunk of the information needed. We had 3-4 assignments a week, with 2-3 discussion posts and a short paper with only 3 "written exams".

Great teacher, very helpful and kind. My only complaint is the workload. 8 hours of a podcast for one ten-point discussion board was rather excessive. I am not at all a history person but I was able to pull off an A, but I can only attribute that to her being very generous with extra credit.

I'm in her remote class and she is very accommodating and open minded. She allows people to speak their opinion but if you just sit with your camera off with no interaction she's fine with that too. Her study guide for the final is very though and helpful. She pushes back assignments and isn't a strict grader, I recommend!

I really enjoyed this course. it was pretty easy, very self ran where you figure out when you're going to read the lecture and do the assignments. The lectures were easy to follow and the assignments had simple instructions. There is ample opportunity for extra credit.

The best prof I was ever taken. I had a horrible experience last time w a MCC prof but this one completely made up for it. She was so sweet and although there was a lot of hw, it was easyyyy. Easiest A in college.

I took her for michigan history and she was great! Every week was 3 lecture readings, a textbook reading, then 3 assignments and your exams are just writing papers!
