She gave notes online, but only after the students begged her to put them up. She is really new and doesn't know what she's doing yet. There are other teachers way easier and more clear than she is, so take someone else if you can. Her class was okay if you studied alot before the exams. Alot of online quizes-very annoying

This class has been a pretty okay experience. Yes, she does seem new, but she is very nice and tries to make things as clear as possible. The subject matter was a little boring in the beginning, but it gets better. If you do the readings, come to class, and take the quizzes, studying for the exams really isn't that bad and you should do fine.

I tired really hard on the exams, and got B's and C's... a real bummer. THEN, we had the online quizzes, and I tried real hard on those and got C's and D's. Another bummer. Ended up with a 1.7 and tried extremly hard. Now I have to take it over again because you need a 2.0 min. in a gen ed class. She's too difficult for a gen ed class...

She was horrible. The only thing I ended up learning was that she is rude, not understanding what so ever, and unfair. Her exams were difficult and more that one answer could apply. By the end of the semester, she wouldnt even give us the answers to the online quizes which she used on the exams. how does that help you learn? DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS!

Meyer is a good professor and pretty helpful. Class was closely supplemented by moodle practice quizzes and a discussion forum for students to voice questions and concerns outside of class. I took this online. The material isn't difficult, but the quizzes (15 at 20 pts each) and the exams (4 + final at 100 pts each) were tricky, but not impossible. Also the 75 engagement pts for participating in online discussions was a nuisance and didn't help my understanding. I think I'd have preferred a normal lecture.

Dr. Meyer did not post any lectures, and all of the exam material came from the book. It was expected that you read one or two very long chapters per week and essentially memorize everything. The exams were multiple choice and short answer and timing was a big issue. She is also very picky on the exam short answer. Would not recommend her.

I took her for her 8 week course and lets just say it was okay to say the least. Every week there is a 53 question assessment with 3 are short essay questions. You get a very long time to take it however, the questions seem confusing. She marks the essay questions off for very specific things. There is one easy in class essay. Overall it wasn't bad

Professor Meyer was great, but you definitely have to teach yourself. The class was pretty easy (1 essay, quizzes every week, discussion posts, and 3 exams). My only complaint is that she graded the short answer portion of the exam a little too tough. Overall, it was a nice class and I learned a lot.

Do not take classes with her online. She does not post any lectures, so you just have to read the textbook. Her exams are multiple choice and short answers questions, and the multiple choice questions seem to be made up by Professor Meyer, who does not proofread her work and her questions may not make sense, since she tries to make them so specific

The exams look NOTHING like the readings she posts. I've taken calculus, physics, and chemistry (passed them all with A's) and I'll tell ya that she made this class harder than everything else. Little to no explanations. Again, the exams look NOTHING like her notes. The exams are 60 questions in 60 mins (1 min per question). Final was a nightmare.

She is very kind and accessible. This does not make up for how hard her class is. I took psy1000 for an easy A to get credits. But, it is the class I am doing the worst in. Our exam was proctored and you had to know book backwards to do well. It was terrible. No lectures, just read and good luck. Makes it hard for no reason. I am also a 3.9 student
