He's os the best professor I have had, If you need a GPA buster take him you will get an A there is no doubt about it, just make sure to go every class meeting because attendance counts as points on his exams, and when I say points I mean 30 points!

PROFESSOR TING LEI IS AWESOME

First day of class, he shows a slide with students' positive and negative opinions of him. He knows he has a heavy asian accent, but he's thicked skinned and encourages you to ask him to repeat anything if you don't understand something. He has a big sense of humor and makes class fun!

It is very hard NOT to get an A in his class because he loves to give lots of extra points for anything you do. He gives students an extra 20 points for turning in their term paper 2 weeks early!? He is silly, likes to use videos as a teaching tool and his accent can be a bit frustrating. Don't buy the book. Tests are based on his lectures.

One of the best professors I ever had. The class is based on his notes so you don't need the book. We took 2 exams, one 5-8 page paper, and the final. Never gives hw. He has a heavy accent but its not that hard to understand him. Very fair and just a good teacher.

Pay attention to his handouts, videos shown in class, and the materials on the overhead projector - if you do all three things you will eaily get an "A".

Lei is great, he has an accent but don't need to be brain sugeron to understand what he is saying. People don't understand because they are dumb and can't put informations together. Ex. If a dag chase a cav the dag will win, eveybody knows dag is DOG and cav is CAT, but dumb people don't. Get my point. Lei is great, He help u runs marathods too.

He is a gifted teacher. He respects his students enough to make them think, not just memorize. I was super skeptical about psychology, but his open attitude changed my mind. He integrates material from all over the place, which isn't confusing if you open your mind. He was engaged and prepared. You could tell he cares that his students learn.

Very entertaining, informative, and pleasant. Class was delightful. Readings were pretty useless, however, and I would have appreciated more recent articles in the field. Otherwise, the class was excellent, and the Professor was great.

Dr. Lei is clearly an expert in his field, and I can't remember the last time I had a professor who was so receptive to students' suggestions and comments. His grading system wasn't entirely clear, but I can forgive that because he was pretty generous with grades. I enjoyed the class.

BEST PROF EVER! He's a kind person and as long as you go to all his lecture you will do fine. Pay attention to the videos and you'll do fine. You dont have to worry about his accent because you'll get use to it after the first week. Very funny as well and smart, he knows his stuff. Very intellectual. Best psy prof ever!

He was very funny and smart! His grading doesn't really make sense, but I didn't care since I got an A! He is very generous when grading so you don't have to worry! Just pay attention to whatever he teaches in class and you'll get an A as well. Don't bother buying the textbook, just pay attention in class and videos! Best of luck!

He was an amazing professor! All of his lectures were interesting which made you wan't to come to class everyday. You learn things that you will need in the future. There one research paper that assigned the first day and due toward the end of the semester (you choose the topic.) Professor Lei is always there to help.

I had him this past Spring Semester and he's a good professor. He teaches off of powerpoints. Attendance is very important so don't skip his class. Those who don't do well in this class either don't participate, come late/not at all or are in the wrong class. This class was refreshing because this professor encourages you to think outside the box and has great discussions. His personality is out of this world. If you take his online class you'll need connect purchase to access the assignments, other than that you will need to attend every class. His lectures are very friendly mostly watching documentaries based on the recent assignments, expanding your knowledge for current real-world scenarios, very understanding.

Great professor. Attendance matters! He counts how long you been in class. So my advice don't skip class. If you have earned enough points before final, then you don't need to take final. Unless you want to. You should be able to get 93+ before final. Participate in class, asks questions and professor will help you.

This professor is CHEF KISS. LITERALLY. No exams, papers, nothing BUT the McGraw Assignments. Sure they'll take a while to finish BUT imagine you always get a 100% on all the assignments?? That's pure bliss. CHEF KISS. He has a thick-ish accent but if you pay good attention, you'll understand him.

Prof Lei is one of those professors that you don't come around often. He makes PSY so easy and fun to learn, will make you question everything and is very caring. This professor you get literally once in a life time. Only had 1 test and if you got an A you dont need to take it. Because of this he puts alot of value on participation and attendance. Full credit on all online work If you participate hes a easy A. But he gets off topic alot, so if you are serious about psych major take that intoi consideration.

Lovely professor! 10 McGraw hw i finished within the free trial. Attendance and participation(60%) weighted heavily on ur grade. If you participate enough you can OPT the final! It's mostly discussion in class but he listens very well and gives extra credit opportunities! Don't skip classes and talk in class and you'll be fine!

Prof. Lei was amazing, if you want an A all you have to do is participate in class and do all the assignments, its that simple. His lectures are interesting and he is very funny. The only downside is paying for the book and the assignments can go up to 2hrs, if you knock 2 assignments a week and contribute in class you will be guaranteed a A+
