Really sweet lady. Taught Kindergarten for years so her real life experience really gives you something to work with. You have to go to class and do at least a little of the reading but even though the class is fairly simple you will learn alot.

Very easy class. She gives you simple 10 question tests and one midterm. Lots of power point presentations...but I learned something from the class. She's a very sweet lady.

This is a great teacher! She is very organized and is consistent with the syllabus. She shares her experiences from being a teacher, both good and bad. It's nice when professors don't act like they were always perfect when they were teaching, and she definitely doesn't so that.

She comes off as being really hard, but she's not. She has power point's for everything, a lot of group activities, and review sheets for each test. Tests are 25 questions and pretty easy. She's very structured and also incorporates her teaching/personal experiences into the class. Overall nice lady.

You would have to be an idiot to fail this class. Attendance does count, but the tests are straight from the powerpoints, which she posts on webct, and as long as you do the projects and follow the directions you will get an A on them. Extremely easy grader, but when you do mess something up somehow, she can be a witch about it.

She gives you many opprotunities for points and is extremely helpful when you need it. She really wants you to be successful and you can tell. Attendance is a must though.

Very easy class. She gives you a study guide for the test that kind of helps but as long as you study the notes you will be fine. Her tests are almost straight forward of what she puts in her notes. Her tests have some scenarios/examples on them as well as definitions. Really easy grader as long as you follow the directions.

She is a friendly teacher who is very structured and organized, which I like. The assignments are pretty easy and the tests are a breeze if you study the powerpoints. She also has some cute stories from when she was a kindergarten teacher. I would recommend her.

This teacher is okay, but I wouldn't take her again. She's nice, but pretty tough. Attendance is a must! Her tests are not super easy...you really have to study. She uses several examples from the book- not just the powerpoints! There is a lot of tedious work involved with this class! And she doesn't make it very exciting.

Don't take this class if you have a life. You can only miss 1 time. I deserved an A and I got a B because of her ridiculous attendance policy. I only missed class twice. I don't know why everyone is writing these nice things about her. Misleading....

Mrs. Leveridge is terrific! Go to class, study her PPT's turn in your work on time and you will EARN that A!

Professor Leveridge is a great choice!! She is very helpful and her tests are easy if you study the powerpoints. You do have a big project in this class. I was scared at first with how much work it was going to be, but it was tons of fun and extremely easy! Easy A, if you turn in your work and attend class everyday then you will get an A!

AWESOME TEACHER! She is so kind and helpful. Her attendance policy is strict (only 1 unexcused absence and with every one after your final grade gets dropped a letter grade) but her classes were interesting. Alot of discussion. You just need to go to class and review the ppts for the tests. Im taking her again. TAKE HER FOR EVERY CLASS YOU CAN!

LUV HER! Great professor. She is very insightful. Class is mandatory but to be honest you don't mind being there. Lots of discussion that included a lot of great ideas for future teachers. Test come from the PPS. You do have a big project ---that may seem overwhelming at first but it's a breeze! Will take her for everything possible!

This is such a great class, but it is the teacher that makes the class! Take her if you need this class, she has great discussion, every chapter is laid out for you via ppt., it is just an overall great class! Loved her!

TAKE HER! She is a great professor! All her tests come from her ppts, and she does have a strict attendance policy, but she lets you write notes to excuse your own absences in the end anyway, if you don't already have a dr's note, or whatever. Don't let the attendance policy scare you, plus you'll actually WANT to be there!

It is impossible not to love Dr. Leveridge! This is the second class I took with her and I strongly recommend taking as many classes with her as possible. She has a strict attendance policy, but you won't even notice because you will want to be in class! Tests come straight from ppts and textbook practice tests! BEST PROFESSOR AT UTSA!

Attendance is an absolute MUST, but she is great. She's more than willing to help answer ANY questions you have. She loves what she does and it shows. She really cares that we learn. I loved taking this class with Mrs. Leveredege! She is very helpful and very knowledgeable and gives plenty of ideas and goodies for the future classrooms. Easy class, clear teacher, easy tests that are taken online. Was fun at times and work at other times. Strict attendance policy, only allowed one absence. 7 page research paper was the hardest thing about it. I rarely used the book.

I'm taking her right now for my Block A courses and she's amazing! She is so passionate about Education - the assignments are fun but the papers are time consuming. It's rare that you'll get to leave class early, though. I wish she taught the rest of the Blocks because she's awesome!

3 essays and 4 tests. Guaranteed 100's on her online tests if you use the required MyEdu Lab. She's very nice and understanding. No extra credit is given. Only 1 paper that is 8 pages (required) the others are only 1 page. Must know how to use APA 6th Edition correctly. Weekly "pretests" on MyEdu Lab but easy if you skimmed the chapter.

This class is an ABSOLUTE waste of time. Because this class is a requirement, Leveridge isn't a bad professor, but she takes this topic too seriously. This class is done over things in a workbook and some power points. She's a nice lady, the tests aren't hard, but this class is already boring and she doesn't make it any make it any more exciting

Remember highschool, yeah it's basically the same thing here. Leveridge is a sweet lady, come to class, be nice, do your work and you'll get an A. She's not here to make your life hard, think of her class as a gpa booster .

Her AIS class feels like a joke. Although she makes it sound like the class takes effort it really doesn't. Each of her assignments are only a page long and she tells you what is going to be on the tests in the class prior to it.

As long as you do every assignment and listen to her instructions it's an easy A. She gives 3 major tests and a group presentation as the final. She goes over the exact questions on the test in the class before the test. If you write down the test questions and find the answers in her powerpoints you'll get a 100 on the tests. She's a sweet lady.

Professor Leveridge is such a sweet and kind old lady. She is very cute in that she sometimes dozes off when the TA is teaching. She is pretty clear on how she wants her assignments, and in her "reviews" for the test, she is looking right at the test when she tells you what to study. Super easy grader, and super sweet person. Super easy A

She's a sweet elderly woman, but her class can be kind of boring. This class is honestly the easiest A I have ever achieved. Through projects and everything, she and the TA are there to help you every step of the way. She's an easy grader AND ATTENDANCE IS A GRADE. Tests are super easy and she likes to give bonus points for them. Take her!

Doctor Leveridge is an amazing professor. She truly wants her students to succeed and makes it incredibly easy to do so. Before taking an exam, she lets you know exactly what will be on the test, so you can prepare accordingly. Although she may seem quiet, she is really sweet and funny when you get to know her. This class is a great GPA booster.

Dr. Leveridge is the sweetest old lady you'll ever meet. Seeing as she has a doctorate you should already know she is a very intelligent woman. Her class was mostly taught by her TA named Benito Rangel... the dude drove our class insane. He's an art major who would grade our essays and was lost. The class was so easy and is a knock off for sure.

If you're taking Leveridge for AIS beware of one and one thing only... Crappy TA's. Although Leveridge is a good prof, when she allows her TA's to do the teaching you often don't learn. AIS is a class that shouldn't be mandatory and is super easy. As long as you show up you'll be fine

SHE IS A GREAT PROFESSOR. VERY ACCESSIBLE AND HELPFUL. THE COURSE DOES DEMAND A LOT OF READING AND WORK, BUT THE PROFESSOR WAS GENEROUS TO DIVIDE IT WELL AND GIVE ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE THE DEADLINES. GRADING WAS CHILL TOO AND MADE LIFE EASIER FOR STUDENTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSOR.

Professor Leveridge is a great professor. By far the best I have at UTSA. She is super sweet, super caring and overall a very nice person, putting aside her professor side. Her class is super easy. Just keep up with readings, papers and projects and you are all set for an A in her class.

Professor Leveridge was very sweet and cares about you and your grade. Literally just show up to class, do the assignments (most for completion), read over the posted power points atleast once before the test (she will tell you which ones), and sound like you know what you're talking about for your final project (presentation) and you'll make an A.

Very sweet old lady that knows it's a boring mandatory class but makes it worthwhile to you. The class is an easy A if you just put in the effort and show up. Two group projects with someone with a similar major or interest as you. The final was a very interesting project (iUniversity) which I loved. Just try not to take it at 8 am like me.

She doesnt disappoint; shes very knowledgeable about Education as a whole. No quizzes, just journal entries that are simple. Two group projects, which can be fun if you really have a passion for education. Overall, shes trying her best to prepare for the long journey of college. Great professor!

Very sweet and caring professor! Her ais class is an easy A and the textbook is online so no need to spend money. There were one-page reflections over chapters in the book and one open-ended test and two presentations. I would recommend taking professor Leveridge if you want an easy A!

Proffesor Leveridge wasn't horrible she just wasn't my complete favorite. Still a good professor. This is just a class you need as a prerequisite as a Education major. There are essays about every week and your grade comes from attendance, essays, and group projects. You can fail one assignment and still make an A.

Super sweet woman. If you show up to class its so easy you don't even have to buy the book. One assignment a week, also very easy. You are assigned a group for the whole year but its mainly for powerpoint projects.

She is very kind and shows compassion to all of her students. Her assignments were laid out perfectly and take only about an hour to complete. You have a group the entire year for presentations, but you have your own separate presentation. I wasn't very good at presentations until I took this class. Put the effort in and get an easy A.

Professor Leveridge is awesome! She really cares about the well-being of her students and will do all she can to make sure you're successful in her class. Professor Leveridge is one of the sweetest professors at UTSA hands down. As long as you show up and complete the assignments, you are guaranteed to succeed. It is really obvious that she wants her students to do well. She is always willing to work with you to fix an issue.

Take this class! Easy assignments, pretty much completion grades. I got 100's on everything except one test, which I got a 95 on. She tells you which slides will be on tests and there is one group project and one final project. She gives you time in class to get all assignments done because she knows that you have other classes. Highly recommend!!

Professor Leveridge is one of the most caring professors I have had. She is great at involving her students and making sure we are understanding. You will have 1 assignment due each week and a final project. I never knew I would love this class as much as I did. I wish I could do it all over again

One assignment a week, should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. One in class discussion post per week, super easy takes five minutes max. Break out groups every week to discuss your goal of the semester. One end of semester project, follow rubric and it should be fairly simple. Not a hard class at all.

I liked Professor Leveridge. I had her for AIS, and it was a simple class. We had 1 assignment per week and had discussions during class. I never stressed out over this class. She is a sweet lady as well.

Professor Leveridge encourages students to email her with any questions and always answers in a timely manner. Her class time primarily entailed listening to her and the peer mentor talk, and work did not require a lot of effort. Class activates were very real-world oriented and will help students succeed on and off campus if you allow them to.

I took her with a set online zoom class once a week, she does expect you to participate in class and one of your grades will reflect your participation but it's super easy. Other than that, assignments are clear and easy, as long as you turn them in on time you will get an A.

I took Dr. Leveridge for an online AIS summer course and she was amazing! All assignments were easy and the semester-long project was fairly simple and honestly very fun and interesting to do. She also gave very sweet feedback on every assignment which I appreciated. Definitely one of the best professors I have ever experienced! :)

Super easy class. there were weekly assignments but none of them were super time consuming. there is a big project at the end of the semester but it isn't hard, just takes a little more time which is why she gives like 3-4 months to do it. she is super sweet and is good with giving feedback as well as answering any questions you might have.

Amazing teacher, we have weekly assignments and maybe only 4 are lenghty. There's an end of year project but thats super easy as well I ended up doing mine on the Sims4 because I had to make a model of a classroom. Cant miss more than twice because on your 3rd absence your grade is an automatic c. Easy class just don't be absent.

She is very easy and the class is all about what UTSA has to offer to their students. All of the assignments and discussions are extremely easy. Final project is about activities geared towards career readiness and she gives you the entire semester to complete. Don't hesitate to take her if she is open. You will not regret it!

Very minimal assignments (one a week, maybe an hour max) and an easy final project you can work on the entire semester. Quite a bit of groupwork but nothing that is for a major grade, just in class participation. Very easy to talk to and understanding, will give extensions if you give her a good reason. Nice to have a conversation with in general!

Only really major module in this course is the semester-long project but even that is pretty issue. You could probably knock it out within a month if you wanted. Besides that, her class helps you discover every resource that UTSA offers and how to use them.

AMAZING PLEASE TAKE HER IF YOU CAN!!! you can submit anything and get a 100% but the only tough assignments is the semester long project, which is mainly community service projects and you have to present it.

This class was pretty simple. There were weekly in-class assignments that could be completed before the end of class. The only major assignment was the Career Readiness Portfolio which we had around three months to complete. If you start the project early, you should have no problem getting an A+ in the class.
