I honestly can not say enough good things about Toby. I was very apprehensive about taking Speech, but it turned out to be my favorite class out of the many classes that I've taken. If you don't take her class, your missing out. Best professor ever!

As what said before, Toby is a great professor, fun and fun! Specch class is all about fun, tests were easy, she gave another 10 points on take-home homework (so i got 104), speeches were fun also! She is also close to students, replies email soon. In the end, I got an A. Favorite class last semester.

Professor Rabbin is laid-back, very nice, and easy grader. She seems to be very close and approachable, however, it is a little difficult to get in contact with her (she has always many people around). Good professors I recommend her.

I love communications because of Professor Toby! She has a love and passion for the topic of Speech (aka Intro to Human Communications) and she instilled that love in those of us in her class. She used real-life examples which made certain ideas easier to understand/grasp when equated with real-life situations. I learned a lot from her.

Prof Toby is the shiz. I loved her class so much. I would recommend her to anyone. I love her stories and how she related speech to everyday life. She really makes everyone feel comfortable in the class so speaking in front of everyone wasn't so hard. Pretty easy grader too.

prof toby is bottom line the BEST MOST AMAZING TEACHER EVER!!!! this is a speech class so i was very nervous but she completely understands that and grades fairly and is very considerate plus she makes the class very comfortable for everyone. this is the only class i was sad to see end. i made friends here and she helped with that. take her class!

Easy A and the best professor ever! Not only did I learn a lot but it was also a very fun and enjoyable experience! 3 exams, 2 short papers, 2 speeches, and 1 group project. At first I was worried about the speeches, but we did them at the end when we were comfortable and got to know each other. Highly recommended, especially over the summer!!! :)

She is really self important, and talks about herself all class. I never cracked open the book and passed the class. She's nice, and reminds me of Kitty from That 70s Show, but it still was an annoying class.

I was very nervous about taking speech class but the professor made it easy. It must be her personality and the way she leads the class, which is very informal and conversational. Even though she was almost always late for class, overall it was excellent and I highly recommend her class. Thank you, professor, I really enjoyed the class.

Professor Rabbin is the best professor for communication class. Her exams are very easy, if you take good class notes. Her exams are fully from class notes. She grades speeches very easy.

I love this professor! Here analogiesstories make her class so fun. Tests are 50 multiple choice questions that are pretty easy! She is an easy grader for speeches because she wants you to do well. I love this professor! Here stories and lectures makes a long class so fun. It was a Wednesday only class from 6:30PM to 9:15PM so it can get a bit long, but she made the class extremely fun, interesting, and better. She helps students who ask for help and is always there for you. Excellent professor would love to take another COMM class with her!

I love this class and I loved this lecture. Honestly, her class was the best class that I have ever taken at MC. She explains that material very well. If you pay attention and take note of all the things she says, you will get a good great. Nice personality and loving professor. I would take her again if I needed to take more com. classes.

Took this class as its mandatory. The tests while multiple choice are written well (not easy). Had a rough semester since the class I was in didn't participate much (morning class) but that's only because she is passionate about the subject. You will learn a lot just take class notes and read, you can definitely pass. Deadlines are not flexible.

Professor Toby is good. Class has lot of discussion.3 tests. MCQ. Not easy . have to read and understand clearly. 3 assignments. one group and 2 other assignment. Flexible but give assignment on time. She is fair grader, if you write what she wants. She gives u credit. She knows it not English class but communication class. It makes thumbs up!

Professor Rabbin is a very kind and understanding professor. If you have to miss class for any reason just be honest and she's sure to understand. Quizes are every week so make sure you keep up with the reading and there are some projects which are confusing but they're supposed to be that way. Overall she is a good professor!

Taking her for communication, she is a very nice teacher! She is sweet and kind and very easy to talk to. There is a lot of textbook reading! We met twice a week and each time we had to read a chapter and had a multiple choice quiz on it. Her tests make you think, but there are only 3 and 1 take home.

I absolutely love Prof. Toby, she has a great friendly vibe. As long as you come to class and do the work you will be more than fine. Her lectures are inspirational and relevant. English is not my first language so the public speaking part was a bit harder for me, but Prof. toby gave me a great feedback and ideas to improve myself.

Shes a really friendly professor and easy to talk to. Shes very clear in what she expects and at the end of the semester you will walk out feeling like youve made a lot of friends. Its a very interactive course.

This was by far the best teacher I have ever had at Montgomery College. If you show up to class, pay attention, and do your work, you won't have a problem. Other than learning a lot of useful information, you'll have a good time in class. I would 100 percent recommend this teacher and if I could have her in all my classes, I would!

Overall, I enjoyed her class. She encourages her students to overcome the obstacles by showing a though character, but she's really sweet. Study hard her simplified presentations and also look over at the textbook. Casual conversations are okay, and she enjoys people with the courage to disclose personal examples of your life-experience with people

Prof Rabbin teaches communication by combo lecture and method of teaching. Without (much) technology, she shows the class how talking face-to-face strengthens relationships. Group project tests the theory of making friends by working toward a common goal. But honestly if youre going in and hoping to memorize ppt slides it wont work in this class.

I had Professor Rabbin for COMM 204 this past semester and she was one of the best and interesting professors I've had so far! When it comes to lectures, she uses actual events or experiences to better explain what topic we are speaking about in the class. Just remember to do her quizzes and work on assignments you've been given.

If you take her class please be ready to participate in discussions because it's something she really wants. If you prefer to sit quietly in class, take another teacher or else you will be miserable. She's really nice but write down when you have a test or something because the work flow is so sparse and inconsistent that it's easy to forget about.

This professor is amazing. She gives you the opportunity to take quizzes and exams online at your own time. Quizzes are 5 questions, very easy. Professor Rabbin is very kind,and patient if you ask for help she will help you. When I had her she gave us a Quiz each week, those helped my grade. This class mostly involves reading from the textbook. Professor Rabbin was very kind and understanding and was kind of hard at grading certain assignments but its easy to pass the class with an A or B as long as you put in the work and keep up with the assignments
