Professor Sasano is an amazing professor who takes the time to make sure you understand the material before he moves on. While it isn't set up to be the most difficult thing you've ever done, don't think showing up will mean a pass, you'll have to earn a good grade in this class. I would absolutely take this class again without hesitation.

One of the best teachers I have had at Woodland. I had him for Psych 12 and Psych 33. I actually looked forward to going to class.... He covers a lot of material but posts his powerpoints and outlines on canvas. Test reviews are very helpful so dont skip that day. Highly recommend!

Personal and Social Adjustment. Mr. Sasano is amazing at making the material relatable to everyday life. He cares for students and their ability to succeed. All is detailed and made clear for the students (PowerPointsChapter OutlinesStudy Guides) but is educational as well. Tests were multiple choice. Participation is key. Take him, he's great!

I took Todd's late start class this semester and I must say it was not hard at all. His lectures were always pretty good with videos and movie clips that related to the lecture topic used perfectly to make more sense of the material. Todd was easy going and mellow. His sense of humor was a bit cornball but, he was present in both heart and soul. Professor Todd Sasano cares about his students. He is CARING Right before class starts he would come to students individually and will ask , "How are you doing?" gives good feedback or advice. He is respectful and his class is entertaining and fun. He grades from 4 Exams/not accumulating. Is better if you read the book lectures before hand .

I didn't think I would meet my favorite professor at the very beginning of my college experience. Todd Sasano is ideal in that he is one of the few college professors that genuinely cares about student success, has lectures to look forward to, and has personally left me inspired to continue pursuing psych. Lectures are easy to understand and relatable! His lectures are powerpoint heavy, but he posts his lectures on Canvas ahead of time. I like that he posts his lectures because I am able to really pay attention in class without having to worry about writing everything down! He also utilizes visual aids for students to better comprehend the material.

This is my favorite class I've taken by far. Teaches with lots of real life examples so it actually makes sense. If you pay attention during class, he emphasizes what will be on the exam so no surprises. Lectures are funny and entertaining and he is genuinely caring. He is approachable and easy to talk to. Sign up early as his classes fill up very fast and he is definitely worth it. Unlike other teachers he wants you to succeed. Awesome lectures, study guides and he offers extra credit. I really enjoyed taking this class. The work in this class was easily manageable. I had to do only one discussion every week, and the professor answers all your questions as soon as possible.

One the best teaches I have ever had! Cares about us and reasons really fast. He even comments on ever single one of our discussions which makes it feel less like buzy work and more like it is important to him! Loved him so much would definitely recommend him!

Psych 33 was a class I was always looking forward to go to! Todd's lectures are always fun and entertaining. He offers extra credit and dedicates a class day to review for the exam. I recommend printing the lecture outlines, they were so helpful. Todd is also an awesome professor who cares for his students! You won't regret taking a class with him!

Todd Sasano, during my 2019 class lecture in the Spring, is a professor that truly wants people to get involved with participating in class. He assures that they should try and give an answer and shouldnt be afraid of saying it. Great encouragement, however, its better if he calls them out in class to get someone to answer though.

I have to admit I was a little nervous about taking a summer online class, but it went great! The class was very well organized. Each week was broken down into easy to follow lectures and discussions. Professor is really nice and responded quickly and to all my discussions posts which was really nice.

Fantastic teacher. Class is well organized and easy to follow which I appreciate as I have taken some really bad online classes. I missed a assignments due to a personal issue and he was quick to respond and let me make up the assignments. I also like that he provides alot of feedback and reminders during the semester.

Be sure to participate the discussion and do your assignment. He will give you all the tools to get a good grade but you need to study. He gives encouragement words that will cheer you up! So study and do your best.

I had Mr. Sasano for Lifespan and this course. Both online due to COVID. He is really easy to get ahold of, his material is very interesting and his classes seem to overlap in some areas which helps a lot. Weekly discussions are not bad and the exam are pretty doable, make sure you follow the review sheet. He is an awesome teacher.

If you need any psychology class, Todd is the way to go! He is so clear with his expectations, and offers a lot of extra credit (even for things as simple as submitting before its due). Professor Sasano is very organized. You will get the material for the entire week on a Monday, and you will have to complete assignments usually by Sunday. Unless you put zero effort, it is hard not to pass his class. He gives you feedback and he grades promptly. He is also very good at replying back to your emails ! I definitely recommend him!

Professor Sasano embodies every key characteristic a professor should have; he's engaging, patient, communicates efficiently, and he understands that quality trumps quantity. He will push you to think critically, but he never makes things so rigorous that it becomes unmanageable. I found myself genuinely loving the courses I took with him.

Professor Sasano is an outstanding, caring professor. The courses themselves are not hard at all if you keep up with his pacing, which is very doable and reasonable. Todd Sasano is the best Psychology Professor at WCC! I took his PSYCH-41 course online and very much enjoyed it. The assignments, which consist of discussion posts, exams, and extra credit, are pretty straightforward and easy to complete as long as you keep up with the assigned readings in the textbook. I took this class to fulfil a requirement for RN programs I hope to apply to in the future. The instructor is all about helping his students and is always available to offer his support. The course is set up in a clear manner, the lectures prepare you for the tests, and he provides extra credit opportunities. I really wish he taught science courses

With Professor Sasano my experience was great. Had a big event in my life and he was more than happy to accommodate m with work early. Answered any questions I needed and helped with giving extra credit with assignments. I will say use the study guides they help a lot.
