Professor Wysocki is the best teacher I have has so far at HVCC. He is very thorough with his material and has a way of keeping your attention and interest. Highly recommended for Psych. Not easy to fail his class at all.

He's a really nice guy. Easy once a week chapter fill in the blank worksheets, easy test every 3 weeks on the 3 chapters that he goes over during class all week. Likes to do video clips, interesting, keeps your attention; actually likes what he does. Definitely a teacher you want to have. Attendance isn't a huge deal. Highly reccomended!

He is by far the best teacher I have ever had. He is very helpful and knows how to relate to the students.

Great teacher, interesting lectures, nice guy. Grading system is very easy. Quiz, open notes, once a week. Test every three weeks, they aren't hard. I handed in the one assignment (research paper) 1 month late and still got an A. Attendance isn't wholly necessary. Gives extra credit. Highly recommended.

He is the best teacher I have had and knows what he is talking about and can explain things so that his students understand it. Test are easy I hardly studied and got an 84, quizzes are easy just make sure you fill out the study sheets because thast whatthe quizzes are on an dyou can use them. Highly recommend him for a professor!!!

Pysch was a good class. Teaching method was easy to follow. You need the book for homework and worksheets. Tests are easy if you study the handouts. Class was never boring, he is very open minded and understanding. He enjoys a good class of participants.. which makes the class easier. You want him as a teacher.

This teacher is very very good. He's interesting, normal and intelligent. He makes snese and everything is straight forward. Homework, grades and expectations are straight forward and easy to follow. You dont need the book because his outlines that he hands out are so efficient. to study for the tests do the study guides they help alot.

Dr. Wysocki was great. Clear in lecture, willing to answer any questions you may have. Very respectful of everyone. Opened to suggestions. Funny at times. Wants you to succeed. Weekly questions. Relaxed grading style as long as you have an understanding of he material.I would take him again giving the opportunity.

(Just took midterms, haven't completed class yet.) Very easy testing & grading. He gives a handout for every three lectures, and you fill in the blanks for notes. Nice guy & very helpful. Interesting & fun class.He obviously loves psych. & teaching. A little too patient with disruptive students.

Follow the outlines he gives you and it's easy.

Mr. Wysocki is an AWESOME professor. He'll help you out with anything and anytime you need to talk he's there for you. Class is easy, and straight forward. Easy grader. Uses a lot of examples to help explain and he relates things to his life. He brings in props to help demonstrate things. Excellent teacher. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

He is so hot! you can easily fall in love with him. He is also so sweet teaching in class. He is not the common and boring prof. He use variety in his teaching during his class. He also gives extra credit paper to help students. Read EVERYTHING in the book. Highly recommended!

Amazing teacher. Makes the class super easy and is extremely fair. Plenty of extra credit if you need it, one paper which is only 4 to 5 pages, and isnt very strict about it. Nice to look at too :)

He is an amazing professsor! He's always willing to help, hands out important outlines at the beginning of each chapter, and responds to voicemails/emails very quickly.I don't see how anyone could ever have a bad thing to say about him or his teaching skills!:)

I'm taking Psychology for my business degree and Dr. Wysocki has really made taking his class worth while. He comes to class ready to help you learn. Majority of class time is spent in open discussion. If you read the assigned chapters and do the study sheets you will pass no problem. I would definietly have to see he is one of the best profess

He's the best teacher I had this semester. He hands out outlines, and you just fill in the blanks as he goes along. Everything on the tests are from the notes he gives you. 4 Tests MC with a small answer question that is about something from the notes as well. Very easy, nice,approchable. Take Him, you'll love him.

had Wysocki for general psych & child psych. he's very organized. gave packets for each chapter & you filled in missing parts. 50 multi-choice tests & 100 mc final. speaks clearly. he's enthusiastic & gets you thinkin. very clear printed instructions for essays (4-5). objectively graded. very fair. responds to emails quickly. very enjoyable class.

Professor Wysocki is a amazing teacher! He is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and all around a nice guy! Honestly the only thing you need to do to pass is study for the test, thats it. Totally my favorite class I have ever had to sit through!

Very good teacher, gives you everything you need to do early so you have plenty of time very easy final exam and fair tests. Certainly is very demanding for a general psychology course lots of work and a nice 7 page paper.

Even @ University, I still consider Todd Wysocki to be the BEST professor I've ever had. He got me interested in the subject, and I still use it today! Clear, fun, respectful. Passionate about psy and kids. Should be your FIRST choice as a psych professor at HVCC! He shaped my vocational future!

Dr. Wysocki is an amazing teacher, and an amazing person. He actively gets EVERY student involved, he tries to build warm relationships students, and he is great at conveying information in a comprehensive manner. He recently won the SUNY chancellors award and it is well deserved. Best teacher/Professor in my experience.

He's probably the best professor I've ever had. He's incredibly smart and the pace at which the class is tough is perfect, and if someone has questions he will slow it down. He is almost always available in office hours. If you're taking this class, take it with this guy!

He's a great teacher, willing to listen to student's questions, and uses his life as examples to explain things easily. He took the time to read all of my essays during my semester with him, and because of that he gave key points about my writing, which gradually improved. I would recommend this professor no doubt.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING HIS CLASS!! I switched my major because of how much i loved his class. I looked forward to it everyday. He is funny and makes the class laugh and uses real life examples which help you understand the material (he even brought in videos of his daughters). I can not recommend him enough! Wysocki made Child Psych so easy for me. Psych being my major I was already interested and he only furhtered my interest in the subject. He explained things thouroughly and made sure everyone understood the material. He was great at helping people one on one if needed and was one of the best professors I have ever taken.

Best 101 class ever! He's super helpful, easy to understand, and grades fairly. Every test is set up the same: essay to hand in the day of the test and 50 multiple choice questions. I learned so much in his class. He's really nice and easygoing, and treats everyone with respect.

He is the best teacher you could possibly get! He will give you an outline for what to study for the tests and he makes every really hard concept really clear. He is also really fun and does class exercises. Be prepared to speak up in his class and have an opinion.

Probably my favorite teacher of all time. The course is clearly outlined in the syllabus, and it is strictly followed. He keeps the class interesting and involved, and the tests are straight from the notes. Dr. Wysocki excells at teaching, and I highly reccomend him.

Wysocki is an easy goof kind of professor. He explains things in a more discussion based setting. He will get the class involved in his lessons about whatever he teaches. He is a good professor to talk to about any problems that happen outside the class. He is understanding as goes over the class notes easily and at a slow pace at times. Overall, he's a good teacher and should be an easy A.

He's possibly the best teacher I've ever had. We would have an essay due the day or so before our test, which isn't a big deal. The notes he gives include everything you need to know and he tells you what you need to study. Everything he says to study is on the test. He deserved to be the Department Chair for Psychology; he knows how to teach.

Professor Wysocki is very passionate about his career and will do anything to help his students. His lectures were very interesting and he often incorporated Youtube videos and demonstrations into class discussions. He tells you what will be on the tests. He actually cares about his students passing and makes study outlines that he goes over in class and optional study sheets for the tests- which we handed in at the end of the semester for extra points. if you have the option of taking his class DO IT!

Professor Wysocki is one of the best you'll ever have. Participate, read, study, and ask questions if you need to because he's there when you need him. Few quizzes, very short essays and a research paper which are not difficult at all. Each will benefit and you'll learn so much, that you'd want to take his class again. He's a great professor!

You shouldn't be allowed to graduate without taking a class with this guy. He's the most AMAZING teacher I've ever had. One of the only teachers I've ever had that cared about your honesty and integrity rather than your intelligence level. Really teaches you to have an objective outlook on the world. By far one of the greatest Professor's I've had the privilege of being taught by. Syllabus is clear and modules are perfectly laid out. During lecture, Professor Wysocki speaks TO you and not AT you. Knows how to teach in every embodiment of the word. A true asset to the teaching profession. His passion for teaching is shown by his enthusiasm.

Best teacher in New York state. Hands down. I have never been good at psychology classes and I passed his child psych course with an A and actually understood it all. If you have the option to take him, do it. Work load isn't a lot and its very doable.

Todd was a fantastic professor. He hands out printed notes at the start of a class unit and gives tests that are pulled straight from that packet. Homework is light and very easy. Todd brightens up your day with his hilarious anecdotes and was truly inspirational. I was glad to have him as my professor.

Not only to get the notes but you never want to miss out on an opportunity to sit in one of his lectures. He is hilarious, caring and willing to help you.

Probably the best professor I've had at HVCC. Attendance isn't mandatory but so many people showed up every class which shows how great his lectures were. He's funny and explains the material well. I didn't buy the textbook and just used the library one once a week for a weekly assignment and did fine. I HIGHLY recommend Wysocki.

I took two classes with Mr. wysocki and I have to say he was by far my favorite professor I've ever had. You will not regret taking his class. He is just really good at what he does and he makes the class interesting. He's a great professor and a great person!

Phenomenal. A truly great person and professor. Class is always full and when he asks "What do you think?" most of the class wants to answer him. You don't see that in a lot of classes. Great job presenting the information you need to learn.

Test can be a little hard but if you study you will do fine. Over all amazing class I would highly recommend taking any one of his classes.

Do all the study guides they will help with the test which can be a little difficult at times. Also if you do all of them, He gives you 10 points extra towards your grade. Such an amazing professor. I took General Psychology with him and enjoyed every class. A few classes I know I laughed so hard, I was in tears. Very understanding and knows that some material will be dry but does his best to keep your attention. Do the study guides on BB!

Professor Wysocki is a great professor. I would highly recommend taking him for PSYC 100. He makes class interesting and fun. His tests are not hard as long as you do the review sheets and look over your notes packets which he provides. If you miss class it is easy to catch up and he is available outside of class if needed.

Professor Wysocki was awesome! You take 5 tests and write 5 essays, as well as the final and a research paper. If you stay on top of your work, follow the guidelines for assignments, and do the optional study sheets you'll do great.

Wysocki is a great professor. His class was very well structured and his lectures were great. He does a great job of getting you interested and relating material to your own life which makes it easier to learn. Tests were all multiple choice with bonuses. Overall such a great professor. Dr. Wysocki is a great professor. I took his class for Psychology 100 and its my first time taking psychology in my life but he made it easy. 5 essays and 5 tests through the whole semester. Professor Wysocki was very engaging during lectures and was available and helpful outside of class. You will write a fair amount for discussion boards so be aware of that. He also provides chapter overviews that really help prepare and focus on the specific information needed for the test. But hes very clear about assignments which I found helpful

He gives you the proper grade for the work you put into it and acknowledges when you attend his office hours. one of my few classes that wasn't begging me to stare at my phone. obviously trained somewhere to be a good teacher and speaker, has a talent for engaging students. studied and took notes very little and got 80s on tests. consistently connected course content to real life, both his own life and students lives

Funny, kind, and cared about his students. Attendance not mandatory but the answers to the tests are the stories he tells! Make flash cards for the printed notes that he gives you AND GOES OVER IN CLASS TELLING YOU WHAT IS ON THE TEST. Hard to fail.

Made the class super easy for a part-time student and all assignments graded fair with good feedback.
