English online GREAT class. Doesn't require lots of busy work. Easy to reach (IM, email etc.) and helpful comments on essays.

Online class. Class participation through bb is required, along with four solid essays. Good teacher, no surprises and sticks with syllabus.

Took his class online in the summer...easiest teacher ever. Got A's on all of my papers...if you can write decient essays without spelling or punctuation errors you'll get an A.

Dr. Logan promotes and encourages meaningful class discussion, assigns relevant and interesting reading. His class was by far the best lit class I have taken. Any student would make a great choice choosing Dr. Logan as their professor.

I like that there wasn't alot of hw. Some interesting articles for hw. He was a tough grader. Some of the essay examples were horrible. One 'A' paper didn't even use the MLA format correctly. One barely analyzed anything.

i took this class over the summer(on-line class) and overall i loved it!!! easiness, clarity, and helpfulness i would give it 110%.

Stickler about getting work in on time. Not very good about responding back to questions by email.

I got an easy A in an easy class. I needed a 75% on the last essay to get an A in the class. Dr. Logan's online class was simple and did not require much time. Assignments are easy and he responds to e-mails well. However, he did grade me harshly on the first essay but i fixed that and got all A's after that.

Prof. Logan is so hot and is such a great professor. So organized and prompt. He is actually Dr. Logan, so he is not only hot but very well educated. Loved him!

Great instructor. Very helpful, clear, and smart. Gives you every oppurtunity to succede. I would reccomend him to anyone who isnt scared to do homework. The books are also interesting, as are the class discussions.

Dr. Logan is a charismatic and magnetic professor. He goes out of his way to include everyone in a discussion without playing favorites at all. Gives a lot of life and energy to his lectures - very witty, never boring. Also he's pretty hot.

Dr. Logan is a greaaaa...t professor. He is too good in his teaching techs. He made this class easy and fun. you can get an easy A, if you pay attention to what he says, and always follow whatever he says.

The best professor I ever had for online and inclass English classes. Very organized and clear on his assignments. 4 esseys per semester, he does not overwelms his students with homework. Very nice, helpful and intellegent teacher. You will lern a lot in his class.

IF you know your stuff and do what you are suppose to, his calss is simple. I'm not the best writer and I never got anything less than an A. just read what you're supossed to and you'll do fine

I was terrible in English. Thanks to Dr. Logan that has all changes. He is ALWAYS available and answers your questions quickly. I HIGHLY recommend his class. I thought the Online class was wonderful and set at a great pace!! GREAT TEACHER!!!!!!

just as long as you read your stuff and be prepared to discuss it, you should be fine. there was reading every night but i enjoyed being exposed to new poems, stories, and movies. he's smart, helpful, and i would take him again. 4 major papers throughout the semester and in-class writings almost everyday on what you read the previous night.

Dr.Logan is a good instructor. The online class requires a lot of self discipline and time management. Graded/Commented papers are returned in a timely manner. I would recommend this teacher to anyone taking engwr.No homework, just reading and understanding sentence/grammer.[note] 4 papers,3 summaries,online group workshops for feedback on papers.

my only regret is that i am going to transfer before i can take any of his english lit classes, he is an amazing teacher.

awsome teacher!!! would absolutley take his class again if i was an english major. i hate english and feared it, but dr. logan made it so much easier for me! 4 papers, but he explained each one clearly and an optional final. he's very easy to talk to and understanding. i would absolutley recommend his class.

Took online summer class. He was very fast in responding to questions and a nice guy. He only required 4 essays and 3 summaries. Very clear on what he wants and is an extremely fair grader. I got a B and could of got an A if I tried a little harder. Leaves helpful notes on your returned papers. Would definately take him again. He made English easy

Good teacher, but he's pretty harsh on grading. Especially, if you are international student, I recommend that you find someone else. He will not give you any break because your english is second language.

Dr. Logan was extremely fair in his grading. I took the online class and it was great. He was very quick to respond to questions. I would reccomend him to anyone and definitely take another class with him.

He was very helpful. He provided clear and easy to follow instructions. There were no tests.

Dr. Logan was a great teacher. As happy as I am to be done with english I would definitely take him again if I had any more english classes to take. I will miss his class. I would recommend him to everyone!

Took the online course. Very laid back class you can take alongside harder courses, but YOU NEED TO MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL. Dr. Logan is fair in grading and gives good feedback with essays.

Whoever says this class is easy and that he is a fair grader is lying!! DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS. Half of the people in my online class dropped him already. He is a HARSH grader.

Before I took this class, I feared English. I did not want to take it. It was the best experience I have ever had as a student. He was very helpful, always responded to emails in a timely manner, assignments were clear.

I took the online class and he is very helpful with comments. Gives grades in a week and is fair. Although, there is not any if little extra credit. I had one e/c this semester, but only b/c he was in a seminar and wanted people to attend. Overall, he is a good teacher and if you do the work you will receive a decent grade.

LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM. I'm naturally a good writer, but I'm not very fond of English classes, but Dr. Logan's class was amazing. He is just a fantastic professor overall. very clear, helpful, and interesting. looked forward to everyday! If I had more English to take I would def. take it w/him!

He is ok teacher and taking his class online summer make it harder. He is a harsh grader and you have to be able to learn by your own. Not as good professor as i expected.

Another awesome teacher! I took him over the summer. We got a week to do sometimes a few quick assignments. He's a very fair grader, and pretty much another can pass this class by putting effort into their work. He is definately worth taking!

Logan was a very knowledgeable, understandable and helpful professor. His class is really easy: daily in class writings, two papers, minimal discussions. As long as you read the books and go to class, you will get an A.

Dr. Logan was the best English teacher I've had so far. I'm taking his Eng 300 online class now and he's pretty organized with homeworks, quizzes and essays. Always consistent with posting announcements and grades. Unit objectives for the next 4 weeks are posted 4 times during the semester. Gradings are 4.5 out of 5.

Great class. Introduced me to some books that are now some of my favorites. Simple assignments, engaging class discussion. His lectures are a touch droning, but it has substance.

I dont see what everyone is talking about Logan is a great prof. Im not very good at eng. or writing papers but this was easy. If you show up, read and do the in class writings its easy points. 4 papers and all easy, hes very clear & helpful. He grades easy and his class discussions were interesting. He made English easy for me.

I took his ENGWR300 class online. Everything was very clear. He even told students how to prepare for the quizzes! I see some students struggle in his class, but I think it is because they didn't pay attention to the directions for assignments and quizzes. He is a fair grader, and he usually completes grading on the day he promises.

Online class. Not a lot of work but the essays are graded very hard. I was an AP English kid in high school and this guy just grades essays ridiculously hard. Also don’t give an opinion he doesn’t agree with or he will mark you down for it. Nice guy overall but don’t disagree with him or your grade will suffer.

This guy is the best! I loved Dr. Logan. Her grades pretty fairly, but be warned he won't bump you up if you're on the curve for the next grade up. He gives good constructive feedback and the website is easy to follow.You'll barely use the book though.

Dr.Logan is fantastic. I loved every minute in his class, he mad each persons opinion seem like it mattered. There was quite a bit of reading, but gave you around a month for each book. Good Books too. Enjoyed this class and him so much, signing up for another of his classes. He is a credit to the school.

Amazing Professor! Highly intelligent! Awesome lectures! I have taken two courses with Dr. Logan and I wish I could take more. I loved every minute of my time in his class. You will work for your A, but its well worth you while to take him. You will be a better student for it. He will certainly help prepare you for the next level!

Professor Logan is very knowledgeable and professional! However, I would say the classes were boring and monotonous often! He uses D2l, assigns four essays, 1000wrds, 1500, 1500, and 2500 words. Also we read Great Gatsby and Glengarry Glen Ross which was very boring. Overall, this class is OK and if you work hard you'll definitely get what deserve!

This teacher is the best! Although one has to work hard for the grade, in the end there is reward for you- good grade. Four essays had to be submitted through dropbox online, and he uses turnitin com, so there is no way to cheat. He does not accept late work! The last class meeting was great, as he talked about his college life and gave us advices!

Dr. Logan really knows how to teach. I hadn't taken an english class in years before taking this one, but God does he make sure you learn. I would definitely take him again if I needed to. Lectures can be boring, the papers are long (OMG it's an english writing course), but he is very clear with his expectations. Be eager to learn, you'll be fine.

first English class after a long hiatus from school. 4 essays total with a couple quizzes per unit. if you do all assignments an discussion, should be able to pass class. I'm a horrible writer and I completed this class with a B, and i missed some quizzes. i thought this class was straightforward and perfect for onilne.

Dr. Logan is an amazing professor. He is incredibly kind and cares deeply about his work. I always enjoyed coming to class because we would discuss whatever reading was due in a very interesting and in-depth manner. The essays were straight-forward, and Dr. Logan was super helpful during his office hours if I ever needed additional direction.

Dr. Logan cares about his students. He takes the time to give feedbacks on essays. The class is fast pace. There was a paper due each week. 3 summaries, 1 critical analysis,and 4 essays (4th one was an i-research paper). If you put in the work you will do fine. I received an A, even after the loss of my grandma during midterm.

Dr. Logan is the most caring professor I have ever had! I am a former English major and had I attended his courses earlier in my studies, I may likely still be on that path. His grading criteria is clear and fair and he makes himself available for students that seek assistance, without making them feel judged for not understanding.

Love love loved Professor Logan. I am a huge fan of English Writing in general but Professor Logan was by far one of my favorites. We wrote papers based off a book centered around cognitive biases (I'm a social sciences major and LOVE Psychology) so this was right up my alley. Make sure you read and do your work! Great class!

I took Dr. Logan's 6 week online summer course which consisted of 3 summaries and 4 essays all based around the same book. As long as you're a competent writer there is no reason not to pass. If you can follow basic direction and don't need a lot of babysitting then you should definitely take his class.

He has a lot of knowledge on just about every area of english I can think of, and seems eager to share. I can email him in a formal, or an informal sense, and I can trust that he will respond in kind. In class he is animated and very receptive to the mindsets of his students.

Really enjoyed this class. Whenever I had question Professor Logan was quick to answer, and answered honestly. I appreciate no sugar coating because I want to become better, not just get by. There is A LOT of reading. But if you do the readings and understand the stories and books, the essays should be fairly easy. I really appreciated his help.

Great prof. 350-500 word response every week plus 2 1500 word essays. Dr. Logan makes his class very straightforward, and I appreciate how organized the class is and how helpful he is. He seems to have handled the transition online very well.

Take this class! I just took his ENGWR 303 class at ARC & got an 'A.' Dr. Logan's coursework is very clear cut with no room for confusion. There's a weekly reading/writing prompt, and then two "big" essays which take place of a midterm/test. If you don't wait till the last minute to do your assignments, you should be able to get an A with him!

Didn't purchase any books that he asked for, listened to stories on youtube or read online, SAVE YOUR MONEY, there is 2-page essays that had to be 350 words due every week, and 2 essays total that had to be 2,000 words, very laid back and easy, loved this class

Very chill class. Most of the assignments, which make up the bulk of your grade, are pass/no pass short essays. There are two big essays which are graded, so you really only have to put in some elbow grease on those. I probably spend around one to two hours a week in this class, and only work harder for the two graded big essays. Asynchronous.
