EXCELLENT TEACHER! Very funny (we're a hell of a lot more complex than yeast!) and very helpful. Writes class outline of that day on board before class, teaches the book material without really using the book. Study guides accompany each chapter and is due on the test day. Dr. Obradovich is an EXCELLENT intructor! He take's a 4-hr morning psych class and makes it enjoyable! My only criticism is that there was a lot of homework. For this class (PSY201A) there were a few hours of homework every week. Easy, but time-consuming. Also, this class covers the "brain" more so than "behaviors." Bottom line: A+ instructor!!!

Very energetic, a bit disorganized. Heavy workbook use, which amounts to tear-out pages and summarization of the textbook. Very interesting class and good teacher. Key to getting a good grade is to read the book (tests straight from the book even though he will try to convince you it's from the notes), study for a few hours before the test (make sure you know definitions of all key terms and concepts), do homework (1-2 hours/week on top of reading) and come to class!

Dr. Obradovich spends very little time teaching. He lets students take over the class and talk about whatever they want, no matter how far off topic. When class is on topic, he asks us to raise our hands for polls over and over. When test time comes, study hard because it's all on the test even though very little of it was covered in class.

This class was enjoyable! It consisted of discussion posts and 4 quizzes. You do read the text book for some of the discussions so It is used frequently. You can use your notes on quizzes so write good notes! He also gives extra credit at the end which was amazing! Really nice and caring professor!

Mr. Obradovich is amazing! He really cares that his students are learning the material and will not hesitate to re-explain a subject he's already gone over. He was probably my favorite professor this term. Very friendly, and always smiling and happy when we logged onto the Zoom sessions. He made any confusing concept in the textbook clear!

Overall easy class if you just stay on top of the weekly discussion assignments. They are like mini essays at 500-600 words with adequate research to back it up. He provides several prompts to choose from or allows you to choose your own that ties in with the weekly reading. Easy grader and sends out a weekly email with feedback

1 discussion a week, 500-600 words, ties into the reading, many prompts to choose from. Class was out of 250 pts, with two extra credit assignments worth 3 pts each. 10 discussions, 5 pts each, and 4 quizzes 50 pts each. All quizzes were open book/open note. Book is dense, so prioritize focus questions. Utilize search function in the book. Easy A!
