At 1st I was scared to take this class. I don't like to talk in front of people. Wargo made the class feel relaxed, we were like a family, so it was easier to give me speeches. I am not the best at giving speeches, but I tried and that is all that counts. I totally recommend this class. FOR SURE TAKE HER!

Traci is a great instructor. She is down to earth with her students. She enjoys teaching and you can see it. The lectures are enjoyable. Class time goes fast. You really do need the textbook for the tests. I wish she taught other courses.

I enjoy coming to class. Traci explains all the assignments and offers examples to follow. YOu need to make sure you come to class on days where she passes out the requirements or else you are screwed. Great teacher. I wish she taught more classes, or other classes than just speech, like English.

Summer Session, went to fast, I really would have liked to have taken this class during a normal semster. WARGO made the class EXCITING. Speech day was of course freaky, but listening to everyone's speeches and know we are all in the same boat made life easier. I LOVE THE TOASTS! PARTY LIKE A ROCK STAR NIGHT! ...

I did not want to take a speech class at all. Wargo made the class fun. You know in advance all your speech days. SHe is willing to work with you to switch days too. I like coming to class. IT is a funny class. I would so take her again.

Wargo was an great teacher and made public speaking fun(i know thats a stretch). Everyday before class starts, the class just talked about funny things that happen in their day. Also, Wargo is an easy grader so as long as u don't stare at ur notecards, you will get an easy B and possible A

Wargo is really nice and funny, kind of a smart ass at times but its not offensive. Shes super flexible, easy to change dates and class times with her. Public speaking is never easy but the setting is relaxed and nice. shes very laid back, i would recommend her to people nervous about speaking. goodluck!

class was a summer class so it went fast and the work was A LOT but basicly if your a parent definatly take her class. garenteed to pass even if your speaches arnt long but if you are a student, then she wont joke around with you and talk about her family all class and will give you a c sometimes a b in the class.

traci is an amazing teacher!!! i am terrible at speaking in front of crowds, and she makes you feel as if you did a good job. she is laid back, and just likes a good laugh as though it seems. she is hilarious. i have never had a funnier teacher. and if this hasnt already convinced you to take her class, winter session=take home midterm and final :)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Wargo is a great help. Show her your outlines before your speeches. U can do that email or in person. Makes giving speeches in a relaxed atmosphere. (although I had public speaking). She is funny as hell. Tell her, I SENT YOU! Ha ha ha ha

Wargo is awsome!! If you show her your speech outline before your speech day, she will tell you exactly what needs to be changed to get an A. You can't miss a speech day (approx 16 speech days) short days because you get to leave when the speeches are done, 10% of your grade is based on showing up on other people's speech days to fill out a friend

Tracy is a great teacher with a great sense of humor. She can be pretty colorful, so maybe not for the easily offended. Very helpful and easy to talk to. Responds quickly to email. First speech is the hardest, but everyone is nervous so all in the same boat. She is a good choice for a teacher.

She's so great! Perfect teacher to have when speech just isnt your thing but you actually try and show effort and progress, I got an A and was absolutely dreading taking a speech class! YAY FOR WARGO!

Professor Wargo is very entertaining. She loves to tell hilarious stories to the class creates a good environment. Her lectures are simple, and she is very straightforward and to the point with what she wants for your assignments. I strongly suggest taking her class.

This was a great class. I thought speech was gonna suck, since you have to take it. However, Tracy was great. She helped students succeed. The key to success is in asking a professor for assistance. Show her your work.

You will enjoy the class. Like the other student says, she tells funny stories - kinda to ease you into giving speeches .... cuz no one like to stand up and talk infront of people. Wargo offers a course that is wonderful for the 1st time speech maker. Of course, you can't speak on controversial topics, but you are free to select anyones you want (other than the hot buttons in society). She works with students on a regular basis! I wish she was apart of the English department so she could help me write my papers.

Wargo is one of the most interesting teachers I've ever had. She wants to relate to her students and she does so very well. It makes class fun and I actually look forward to going to class. She can be a little tough on the speech grades, but fair.

This is a class you must attend if you need Com105. She is very helpful, lectures are fun & informative, with everything you need to know for ea. speech. Very easy going, hillariours and she makes sure he scaptures your attention, so you aren't bored. I work 40+/hr a wk and was still able to keep up with everything she assigned, which is not much.

We had online homework. We also have to email the professor with our speech personal evaluations. I TOTALLY FORGOT TO DO THAT! So for those that say she doesn't have homework ... um YOU get HOMEWORK from her, some you do at your own pace like the Website, some your have like total deadlines due. Yeah she is funny

Wargo will challenge you, but she tells you exactly what she expects before every speech. She even provides detailed examples located within a packet she gives you. People have no reason to fail this class. She's funny during lectures and makes the class enjoyable. She will make you become a better speaker that's for sure! Great instructor.

I was terrified to take this Speech class simply due to the fact that I have a fear of public speaking, however, taking this class really helped me deal with my fear. Wargo is funny and she gives great tips on how to speak. You will need to write out your speech. Practice, if you have a fear of public speaking. I totally recommend, Wargo!

This class depends on the people in the class. Wargo feeds off the students energy based on what i've seen. So sometimes she's hilarious and class gets interesting other times its boring. This class is not hard at all just meet her deadlines and you'll be fine. But the speeches are to close together.

Wargo is such an amazing professor. All you really have to do is do the essays and meet the requirements and you'll pass. She doesn't mind what you do as long as you turn in all you requirement and do the assignments you'll do amazing in her class. Just make sure to turn in your final or else your grade drops.

Wargo is an excellent instructor! If you follow deadlines and show up, this is an easy pass. She is very clear with grading criteria for speeches and is always available for help. You don't really use the textbook in class however, the mid term and final all have questions from the book. Read on your own time and you'll pass!

Ms. Wargo is really Great teacher! I had her in highschool and now college and found her class quite easy. But you have to pay attention to the syllabus and announcements! Also adding into putting the effort into getting your grade! All in all Ms. Wargo is a wonderful person to get taught by.

She cares about each student and responds asap. Always brings positive light to each topic. In class attendance's mandatory but there's a lot of individual work days. Syllabus lays everything out and lets students participate. My favorite class that semester. Work is generally easy but she is always available for questions. Lovely woman and kind.

This was a speech class so participation is key. Professor Wargo is amazingly organized, clear, and cares for her students. She is always available to help guide the students and goes out of her way to make sure assignments are done well. Her online class is the best setup Ive seen out of 6 online classes. Shes fun and wants you to do well.

Professor Wargo was great! Really enjoyed her class. The textbook doesn't count for a grade (it's online), but it can help you understand the criteria for the speeches more. As long as you follow her instructions and grading criteria, you should have no problem with her class. I had a lot of fun. If there's EC available, take advantage of it.

Professor Wargo makes her class super relatable and feel fun! Attendance is mandatory on speech days, but if you miss lecture shes posts it all and lecture days are really short anyways so its not a lot to catch up on.
