Fullerton keeps his lectures interesting and answers any and all questions. There are 3 group projects during the semester that you will work on with your assigned team that aren't too difficult, just very time consuming. Make sure you watch every single module as you will be tested on them at the beginning and end of classes.

Dr. Fullerton takes pride in doing things his way and believing that as the correct way. His lectures are clear, and he consistently takes feedback from the students to make sure they are understanding the material. He writes all of his own tests. Only issue is there is too little time given on all of his tests, work fast! TAKE FULLERTON FOR ENGR!

Dr. Fullerton likes to do things his own way, and has a pretty good way of doing things! He is very clear in lecture and always takes feedback from his students to ensure they are understanding the material. He writes his own tests and emails students with regular updates. Only issue is a too short time limit on exams. Take Fullerton if you can!

Wow, I really felt like I learned things in this class. Overall, the course was hard because of all the time spent on group projects and homework, but it was doable. As for Fullerton himself, he wasn't too bad.... gave some powerful lectures and offered help when I'd ask for it. He's a relatively tough grader, so watch out for that.

Dr Fullerton has very clear lectures and is a helpful professor. Not a big fan of partial credit on exams. It is expected that you have a semester long group project similar to ENGR 111. Know how your project works or he will chew you out on it and it is embarrassing. He does get rowdy sometimes, but overall a good 112 prof.

Dr. Fullerton is super chill and is super lenient when it comes to class. Attendance is optional except for the 15-minute quizzes at the start of class each week. He gives very brief lectures each week and doesn't require any of the time-consuming practice assignments that most of the other profs require. Highly recommend taking him if possible.

Pretty chill guy outside of class, even at 8am. Kinda funny, overall decent at explaining things. A lot of the struggle of ENGR 102 is just the overall class, which is streamlined by the department. So you can't really hit him on the difficulty. Exams are tough, quizzes are hit or miss. Not a bad professor, consider taking him

Good prof, very nice. ENGR102 is just a lot of work no matter the prof. His lectures are simple and to the point but I had to do a lot of learning on my own time. I struggled to keep up with the amount of work that was assigned. Pick good group members who can code because they will make or break your grade.

Fullerton wasnt really that bad of a professor, just frustrating that i learned that his in class quizzes and labs were much harder than other professors. Exams are designed to be confusing and will most definitely tank your grade. Overall he was pretty approachable, but I think i just had bad luck when it came to grading from the ta's.

You work on coding assignments with 3 other group members. Exams are moderately difficult if you haven't had a coding class before. He doesn't make you do the zybook activities which are required for some other professors.

Super chill and funny. He has a very laid back style so it's up to you to finish your work. Did not lecture extensively, but he posts the powerpoints so they are very helpful to look back on. It's a hard class if you do not already have coding experience, but he is very understanding and is willing to help.

Without coding experience, this class will be hard. He reads slides for the most part and works through some examples. A positive is that he seems as eager to get out of class as the students are. He is easy to reach by email. He grades fairly. He seems a little cynical at times. An overall average professor.

He basically just went through a slideshow and read off of it. If you don't know how to code I wouldn't recommend him. How well you do in the class depends on what group you choose the first week. He was a little too chill but his TA's are amazing and they help you a lot. I would do the other assigments on zybooks if you have never coded.

Genuinely a horrible professor for an already horrible class, would give homework answer quizzes because he couldn't be bothered to actually grade with feedback, so it was often extremely difficult to figure out what you were doing wrong. He also got very angry if you ever went to office hours to ask a question. The worst professor I've had so far.

Terrible class, bad professor. He is sarcastic and condescending. He gives an insane amount of homework compared to other professors for this class and doesn't grade it; he put up a quiz where you input your answers, and there's no partial credit and margins of error are very narrow, so the scores are low. I would have avoided him if I could have.

Don't know why, but I really liked this guy. He's clearly very intelligent and articulate. Everything he does wrong is a product of his circumstances. He has to go through a ton of material in 50 min and this is his first year teaching the class. The grades are low, but he has said he will curve. Overall nice and smart professor.

216 just sucks in general. Dr. Fullerton is given like 50 slides of content to teach in 50 minutes. Dr. Fullerton gives much harder homework, and expects extra work like FBDs, but that's to ensure understanding and get you ready for the final. Also, Dr. Fullerton doesn't allow corrections, but that's to give a bigger curve after finals.

216 is probably the hardest class out there for freshman engineers, which is mainly due to the final exam being designed to fail you. However, Fullerton did try his best with the time that he could, as 50 min per week isn't nearly enough time to cover all of the content in this course. He does give a lot of homework, but no more than other classes.

Decent professor, but not the best lecturer. He reads off the slides. However, it seems that he is trying to mention some important information. It feels like the slides are just too long for a 50-minute lecture once every week. Homework is difficult but I think that is intended to sort of do well on the finals. The finals didn't feel too bad.
