Nice teacher to deal with

Very knowledgeable of the class, lots of extra credit, have to read the book though and one paper in whole semester, definitely take her if you want to have an A and also if you want to learn psychology !!!

She is truly the funniest professor I have ever had. I have had her for lifespan and general psch and can't wait to take her other classes even though I don't need them she is the best at what she does. She is willing to give extra credit and offers some honors classes as well. They are worth it. TAKE HER YOU WON'T BE SORRY:)

Took her for Gen Pysch! SHE IS AMAZING AND HILLARIOUS! If you pay attention, and take notes this class will be an easy A! The tests are all online except for the final, which is comprehensive. So you really need to study for that! Other than the final, the class was a breeze. She makes a lot of sexual jokes, so if you are easily offended stay away!

She has interesting lectures and is quick at grading. She offers lots of extra credit, which is helpful because the exams are difficult. The final is open notes, but some questions are strange and you will not find many of the answers in your notes, even if you went to every single lecture. She has a website so you can check the syllabus

i LOVE GOING TO THIS CLASS. This teacher is very funny. Three test and one term paper to write. A few homework assignments to do. Not hard. Take her you will not be sorry.

Great teacher!!! She is very helpful with your research paper and is always open for office hours. HIGHLY recommend taking her class, & shes HILARIOUS !!! Love her class

She is amazingly funny! Gives extra credit and drops lowest quiz grade. But beware that her tests are somewhat challenging. Test and final were open notes but not many questions were used from powerpoint notes. I don't recommend this class as a condensed course unless you are already knowledgeable in this subject.

Took this prof. for 2 classes now and planning to take her for a 3rd. She's very supportive and helpful with academic and non-academic problems. Tests have some trick questions, but there are lots of extra credit opportunities.

Wish I had taken her for my Psychology class! She's AMAZING for an online Professor! I've heard Brody is better, but Meyer is GREAT. I would recommend online or in-person to ANYONE. Everything is extremely easy except her tests; make sure you study for those. EASY EASY EASY EASY EASY A!!!

Professor Meyer is AWESOME! I took her for Human Sexuality which undeniably was my favorite class of the semester. She is hilarious and makes the lectures fun. The tests were kind of hard but she allows you to bring a page of handwritten notes. There is 3 video response journals. Extra credit is available on the first day of class. Would take again

Prof Meyer is awesome! Took her Psyc 2301 hybrid course this summer. Her lectures were hilarious, never boring for sure! Quizzes & 100Q final were online, 1 research paper and weekly discussions. All easy if you put in the effort. She gives extra credit, responds to email & grades quickly, she's there for you if you need help. Would take her again!

Very funny, made class interesting, broke things down into understandable concepts. Homework was discussions and open book quizzes (I took the hybrid class) and an open book final. I'll definitely be taking prof Meyer again.

professor meyer gives you everything you need to pass. the class is well-organized, well-paced; each module had a project, exam and participation was required (written responses to conceptual questions, i took this class online)- not difficult if you put in a little effort. i used the textbook lightly personally, and passed with an easy A.

Freaking incredible professor! If you want to enjoy a Psycolgy class take Meyer! Funny, great lectures, test are fair!

Funniest professor I've had. Guarantee no one will be falling asleep during her lectures- very upbeat and witty. 1 easy project, 1 midterm (1 page of notes allowed), comprehensive final (2 pages allowed), & an online quiz for every chapter covered (These were actually difficult) but not due until the week before finals. Overall, EASY A! GREAT PROF!

Tracy Meyers is HILARIOUS! I took her class during the summer and despite it being a three hour class and I had to wake up 8 in the morning, she MAKES you want to listen! Classes aren't a complete blowoff, but it's easy if you just pay attention in class (which she makes easy!) and sometimes read the book (not much). If you can take her, TAKE HER!

I took Professor Meyer's just to get a pre-req out of the way but really enjoyed the class. She's really funny but also super easy! 1 midterm and 1 final! She lets you have a page of notes on the midterm and all your notes on the final. If you pay attention in class it couldn't be more simple to pass. **If you dislike cursing- don't take!**

She speaks FLUENT sarcasm everyday. She's hilarious but swears like a sailor! Also a lot of sexual jokes. She's hilarious and VERY laid back, and the course has very little work to do. It's mainly just listening to lectures and only two tests. Take her for Psych if you can handle her funny/bold personality!

Hilarious professor! I loved her to bits. She was always willing to help me, which was awesome! I loved how clear she was with what she expects; she also answers your e-mails FAST. I got some of my responses back within 30 minutes. If you're looking for a fun, laid-back environment, this is definitely it!

Loved this class and the professor! She made everything interesting and she always jokes around with the students. All quizzes are online and over the reading from your book. She has it set up to where students who put in the work will receive an A in the class.

Professor Meyer is hilarious. I've never enjoyed a psychology class before this one. All quizzes are from the text book and are online; the mid term and final are lecture based. One major project but if you follow her instructions and have her look it over before you turn it in, you will definitely get an A.

I was planning on dropping the class since I had a unprepared start but I'm really glad I didn't! Professor Meyer made class interesting to be in. She has a certain way about the way she teaches that makes the information stick in your head. I highly recommend taking her psychology class!

Professor Meyer is a great teacher! I had her online, but as long as you follow the syllabus you'll be fine. The tests were a little bit hard but had no limit and are open book, the grades are then averaged. Attendance isn't mandatory (since it was online) but the more times you log in the more likely you'll get a semester bump at the end if needed.

This was an all-online class. The professor was responsive and approachable. Tests were a little tricky. This was a summer course, and she gave valuable advice on how to manage the course modules since it was a short course.

Professor Meyers is awesome. I love how she makes the material plan and simple. Her quizzes are a little tricky, but not hard. Her test are not to bad either and comes from her slides. Not an easy A class but shouldn't be any problems passing it. If you do take her, be ready to crack up laughing. She's really hilarious!

My favorite professor. Make sure you read the textbook before you take the online quizzes, and take advantage of the extra credit opportunities- she offers plenty! One easy paper in APA format and you can have a page of notes with you for the midterm and the final. She responds to emails quickly and has a great sense of humor. TAKE HER!!!!!

Best. Teacher. Ever. Took her for Gen. Psych 2301 and Lifespan. She swears a lot, so if that's something that offends you, stay away, BUT it makes you look forward to class. For Gen. Psych, if you show up, participate, and do your best, she will give you an A. In Lifespan, you have to work for it a bit more. Still got an A. Love her!

Prof. Meyer is really funny. She swears a whole lot but it makes class interesting. We have a lot of days off (which can be a good or bad thing). There are extra credit opportunities. She has clear lectures. Provides online textbook free. What more could you want lol.

I never had a class before that I didn't mind missing, but her lectures are so great. She keeps in entertaining so you pay attention and on top of it she is hilarious. By far the best college professor I have had. I would recommend taking her to everyone.

Amazing teacher! She makes psychology fun and interactive! Show up, takes notes and listen to the lecture and then leave. Take good notes and you'll be fine on the final exam. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING HER!!!! Easiest class I've ever taken!

My 2nd time taking Gen Psych and she was the only reason I passed! Insanely funny and always makes things interesting. As long as you engage in conversation in class, do the given assignments and make her laugh youve got yourself an A.

She is very caring and offers a bunch of extra credit!! Her lectures are very fun to listen to. There are online quizzes, 1 midterm, 1 final, and 1 essay/project. She is very understanding and loves seeing her students succeed.

Great, offers extra-credit

The lectures are fantastic; however, the tests are barely based on the notes, instead it is more about the textbook. Do not get behind on the readings nor quizzes due to the amount of content. There are 18 chapters which are quite lengthy; in addition, attempt to complete all extra credit assignments and was ahead of the due date. Keep all notes!

Prof. Meyer is a real gem! She has a great sense of humor and always kept lectures interesting

Took Learning Framework as it is a core class option.I'll admit I thought it would be a cakewalk It was not,but as evidenced by my grade of A, it is very passable, provided you fully participate in the discussion boards, thoughtfully prepare for the weekly quizzes,and finally, follow her grading rubric for major papers. She grades papers quickly.

I took professor Meyer for psychology 1301 and I loved her. She was extremely funny and made her lectures very interesting. She would give examples of everything and made it easy to understand topics. There are discussions, a couple of papers, 15 online quizzes (you have most of the semester to take them) and tests. 10/10.

Good professor, easy grader just do the work material is easy to understand. Requires weekly interaction. Quiz every week a long other things. A few papers but are fairly easy. Book needed to use in weekly discussions but are easy to do. I took this class working over 50 hours and with 10 credit hours. If i had more time would of made an A easily

Professor Meyer's lectures are truly spectacular! She made the class fun and engaging and was an incredible communicator. Also, the assignments were not especially difficult. She does swear a LOT though, so if that bothers you, you should give this one a pass.

Had Professor Meyer for Human Sexuality. Funny, engaging, very easygoing. She gives out plenty of extra credit options throughout the semester. She provides tons of study material. Tests reflect the power point notes. One easy research project toward the end with plenty of time to do it. Easy A if you study and do the weekly discussion boards.

Professor Meyer is great! I took her gen psych class online and I love listening to her lectures. She's funny and is really puts what you are learning into a real life perspective. If you take her online course, just listen to her lectures, take good notes, and you'll do great. Put effort in to the projects and discussion boards as well.

She is the best!!! she is so sweet and so caring!! she really does care about her students and their well being. I would take her class over and over and over again. I wish she taught every subject. she made me feel seen and loved. not many professors can do that but she seriously is the freaking best!!!!!

easy A. u can find the textbook online for free. all you have are quizzes, discussions, one paper, and one final exam. if u watch her lectures u will get an A on the quizzes but majority of the questions she writes herself so you can only get the answer from watching her lectures. quizzes are worth like a test grade. beyond easy and loved the class

She was an awesome teacher and kept the online class interesting. We talked about a lot of taboo topics and she encouraged discussion. I learned a lot while staying interested. It was a great class and I would take it again.

Professor Meyer is great, but be prepared to work for your grade. Many of her quizzes involve something specific that she talked about in her lectures, so be prepared for that. She is a tough grader !

She was intelligent and hilarious. Attendance wasn't required, but she did tests about things she mentioned during class. The lecture was amazingly engaging, but jokes can go a little far. Tests were not hard, primarily based on notes. But there are some core assignments you need to work hard on because it makes up 30% of grades.

Prof. Meyer was great. Her lectures are engaging and she gives very easy-to-understand examples. She does swear a lot (A LOT!) so if that bothers you then I don't recommend you take her class. She has extra credit opportunities and all of her powerpoints are posted on Canvas. She provides the textbook as well. I would definitely take her again.

Prof Meyer is great!! Her lectures are so funny, I have to be careful listening to them in the library because I always have the urge to laugh out loud. She is very knowledgable and engaging. It is also obvious she cares about what she does. She doesn't just hand out grade though, but with a little work, an A is very achievable!

So funny I miss her! If you are easily offended by little things maybe find another professor Lol. She could've prepared us for quizzes & stuff a little better but if you take good notes & make flashcards for yourself you should be good. She is such a sweet lady & I was inspired by her a lot.

I have never enjoyed 9 am classes because I'm still trying to wake up usually. In professor Meyer's class, however, it doesn't take long to wake up. Her lectures are always engaging, creative, and make me do the haha. Seriously, though, she's definitely worth it if you are interested in the subject at all, and the workload is relaxed.

Professor Mayer was great. The lecture was not dull; she kept it interesting even though there was much to learn. Take good notes during the class because you will need them to study for quizzes and will use them in some assignments. There wasn't a lot of HW. Participation is important. She is very real and does to hold back. I really liked her.

I've taken her class for two years, did a research with her and presented at a national level conference, and got her recommdation letter. I got into Rice University, and we are still keeping in touch. Try taking her class once, you would like to take her again.

I loved having Mrs. Meyer as a professor! She was very funny and as long as you attended classes, there was virtually no homework. Weekly quizzes that were hard to get 100 on, but as long as you paid attention in class and took notes they weren't too bad. Work hard on the core objective assignment! Meet with her in office hours for it, she offers!

Professor Meyer's is hilarious and brought so much energy to my 8am lecture. Assignments and quizzes were easy. She's honestly so funny and makes the class fun.

This professor was great! Attendance not required but everything she goes over in class is what will be on the quiz or final exam. Breaks down information into points which makes note taking easy. On the final she allows 1 paper with hand written notes on it front and back. Would highly recommend her.

Quizzes have ambiguous questions, there is a semester project, but not too much coursework.

There's a lot of reading but each module is about 3-4 weeks long and has one quiz and one discussion. there's a really easy semester project as the final.

Best professor at Frisco Collin Collage. Her PowerPoints are key to passing so make sure to take notes and study. She gives extra credit opportunities, they're super easy to do & takes less than 3 minutes each. No “tests” but only quizzes lol. Very understanding and cares about you personally.

No tests, only quizzes. There were projects and one extra credit opportunity. It was fast paced, but the quizzes are open note.

Dr. Meyer is a good professor and her classes are really simple. We would do in-class Kahoots to review for quizzes. Other than the quizzes, students have to present an individual research summary, write an end-of-semester reflection, and take the online final exam. None of these were hard at all and the lectures were interesting!
