She's very helpful and explains everything in detail so the slowest one in class can understand it. Homework is not graded but turned in. Getting a good grade is easy as long as you are willing to work.

She is the best instructor ever. She is always willing to help anybody who need help. I hardly encourage to take her course.

This is the best professor at Mesa College. Excellent teaching style and wonderful personality. Drops lowest quiz and test. Approachable and helpful, and gives loads of extra credit. Her course is setup for success. Trust me! She is just amazing so take her, if you don't you are most certainly missing out.

GREAT TEACHER! very helpful, and clear on assignments. Go to class...she works out homework on the board and gives good study guides for quizes and exams. Very nice teacher. Do the work and you'll get the grade you want!!

T Tuttle is super cool. She is really nice and fair with her students. She makes the subject as interesting as you can make acctg. I am not getting a very good grade but she is AWESOME. Acctg is just hard for me. Not much homework - done in class. Read the chapters. I am finding the test review worksheet are not super helpful for exams.

Awesome teacher who will help you whenever you need it, very lenient but knows her stuff. Respect her and she will most definitely respect you back. No need to Cheat because everything is clear, tells you exactly what will be on tests. I am taking her for 116B.

You are lucky if you get Mrs. Tuttle as your teacher. She is the best teacher at mesa college and it's unfortunate that there are not more Tracey Tuttle's teaching at mesa. She writes what you need to know from the book on the board and test are easy if you study. No paper. Best teacher ever stupid to not take her!

After taking her 116A class and getting an A, i took 116B online through Tracey and it was WAY easier than i thought. She is the best teacher i have ever had. Be sure to register for her class as early as possible because her classes fill up quickly since she's so good!

Taking the ONLINE class in the summer of '07. I highly recommend this class. Re-workable homework, long time durations to take the quizzez, extra credit possibilities. Helpful tip... Copy your results from the practice quizzes (webct) and practice homeworks to Word for a few repeats on the real quizzes. This always makes for some easy answers.

She gave us every opportunity to get a passing grade in what was a pretty complex class Acct 116a Financial Accounting.

If you take acct online u get exactly what you deserve. Make the extra effort to come to school b/c this is NOT an easy subject. Tuttle's helpful, clear explanation, super nice, wants you to do well. She's funny and let's class out early most of the time. Most of the quizzes are take home. And she tells you question by question what is on the test.

Take her class! She will work with you... If you fell desperate, and want to drop, DON'T DO IT. Like I said she will pass you. All you have to do is show her you care. She understands the frustration one can have.

Ms. Tuttle is the best accounting teacher at Mesa. Took 116B. Tough class but do all the work pay attention go to class and you should be fine. The final at the end was take Home. Take Tuttle!!!

Prof. Tuttle is GREAT! I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you're an acct/bus. major. 4 tests but she drops one meaning you have the option of NOT taking the final. Fun project in the end that's SUPER easy (and fun). She's also accomidating to your needs. Take her!!

Amazing teacher. All accounting teachers should serve as pupils to her class. She teaches in a simple strait-forward manner that everyone can relate to and learn from. All praise Mrs. Tuttle!!

Great Teacher. Hard Class. This class requires a lot of attention. Reading everything is the only way to succeed in this class. Teacher responds to emails and questions promptly. Quizzes have questions that book doesn't cover. All I can say is READ READ READ. Teacher is very helpful if you have questions.

Took online. Class is hard because of the subject but if you read the book it can be possible to get an A. She let you drop 2 lowest quizzes and lowest exam. Homework can be done 3x with highest score kept and answers are provided. This teached structures the class in a way that allows you to get an A or B if you read the text/do HW/take quizzes.

Prof. Tuttle rocks! Best teacher at Mesa. She explains things very well and is always willing to help you, and returns emails everytime. She has some great stories about when she used to audit casino's in Las Vegas. If you show up and pay attention to her lectures, you will learn alot. Just beware of her tests, especially the pink ones!

Tuttle is AMAZING. Really sparked my interest in Acct. Took her in class and she is very helpful,easy to communicate with and is an EASY A!! Didn't have to take the final!! Quizzes are mostly group and assignments are a breeze. I would reccommend her to ALL and ANY!

Online class, teacher is very nice and gives free extra credit points too. Uses Connect (no need to buy textbook). There are audio lectures that sound very boring but beat reading the book. Lowest exam and quizzes get dropped so that makes it easy, but often the material (and the homework questions) can be pretty hard. I would recommend the class.

She's a great professor, gives extra credit, extremely helpful with the practice problems, and she makes sure that you understand the material very well. I definitely recommend her to those that are mathematically challenged.:)

Took online section, Prof is super organized and timely. All assignments and test are are clearly laid out. Material can be a bit challenging, but it you know what is expected ahead of time. Prof is very helpful and quick to respond. Exams really test knowledge, but if you do the HW and Quizzes you will be prepared. Do the extra credit!

I took Financial Accounting (116A). She is very clear about her expectations and is helpful in the fact that always reminds you (weekly) of what is due. She also grades on a curve, which is great because accounting can be a tedious and very detailed class.

Online course was about what you would expect from Financial Accounting. If you are being forced to do the course, it won't be much fun for you. I enjoyed it quite a bit, but it's my major so I knew what I was getting into. Prof. Tuttle answers questions from every chapter, and was very helpful when I needed some assistance personally.

Just go to class, very straightforward and tells you exactly what will be on the midterms. She has tendency to miss class but has the courtesy of emailing students most of the time. She will often relate her own experiences in a fun cheerful way.

Very nice woman, She's is laid back for the most part. about 4 Exams and they are the majority of the grade.

Easy A+ online course, as long as you put in the time and effort. Averaged about 2 hours total a week for reading, homework and quizzes. Exams are very straightforward since they're open book/note. Easily reachable. You can do all the assignments in advance, and the text used wasn't expensive.

Really nice teacher. Didn't really read, just skim the book when doing the exam. Easy class if you pay attention. The study guide is basically the exam but just different numbers and wording.

Overall accounting is pretty hard, but MS. Tracy help me a lot by sending each week lesson notes. All you have to do is read the book and do your homework and you will be fine. I wish she was teaching ACCT 116B. I took Accounting before and I got a D but with her I received an A!!!

BEST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER TAKEN! She really cares about all her students and lets you know in her emails. Do all your quizzes and homework. 4 exams one optional if your grade is good enough and so are the last quizzes and homework.

GREAT TEACHER! Very helpful, super nice, and really cares. Weekly quizzes are easy A if you read the chapter each week. She drops lowest 2 quizzes and 1 lowest exam. Play your cards right and you can sail through the last few weeks of the class. I wish she taught more classes!

Happy she is teaching ACCT 116B over the summer. If you have to take ACCT 116A...PLEASE take her. Lovely person. Very helpful. If you read the text AND read over HER chapter notes and do All the homework, quizzes and tests, you will do well in her class.

Professor Tuttle was simply amazing! I took this class online, and though I've never met Prof. Tuttle, I felt that she was always there with me throughout the course. She was our cheerleader in the background, provided great motivational e-mails to the class, and clarified several confusing accounting topics. I definitely give her two thumbs up!

GREAT TEACHER! Very helpful. Read and do the work, but ask her anything. She goes above and beyond to help YOU be successful, in this class and beyond.

The best accounting teacher yet. She always reminds her students that she's there for any questions or concerns, McGraw Hill is the accounting homework lab that you use and it's a piece of cake where all your tests, homeworks and everything else is on. If you want a good grade in accounting, take her!

Great Professor ! She is always sending motivation messages. Although, the test was very hard . 35-40 questions a test with a maximum of 180 min. Were similar to the homework !! 15 quizzes that are super easy, the discussion projects are also easy.

Do NOT take online. Take her in person. Homework load is pretty tough. All done through connect. She is very helpful and wants the best for you. Only issue, this semester is her missing class a lot. But she had a good substitute. She let me sit in her lecture's since I made the mistake of taking this class online.

Study sufficiently and its an easy A in your pocket

She was great. Very clear syllabus and course work. Understanding. You are able to work ahead. Uses McGraw Hill Connect: SmartBook, Homework and Quiz for each chapter, and 4 exams (only takes top 3 grades). Homework was tough if you didn't read/study the chapter. Would take again!

5 week online course; difficult but doable. A lot of HW but that made passing the exams easier. She sets you up to succeed. Everything is on Connect. Do everything assigned & extra credit you WILL pass with an A. Course is easy if you just study like you should in any course! She emails back in a timely manner and very understanding. Take her!

I took her 8 week summer course and its def a lot of work but as long as you do all the assignments, HW most importantly & extra credit your good. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time tho w/ all the assignments but it prepares you for the exams. I took her class online and she always emailed me back right away anytime i had any questions.

Professor Tuttle is a really good professor, she's very passionate about what she teaches. She encourages student involvement and shes very understanding about questions and makes time for her students. 4 exams, one group project, and lots of homework. The homework is core to the class and helps you retain the information a lot easier. Take her!!

I took this course on-line and Prof. Tuttle was very fair and offered a lot of extra credit. Do the work required - ask questions if you don't understand something - and if you also do all of the extra credit and you can pass with a solid A.

I really enjoyed this teacher. Really understanding about the fact that sometimes life gets in the way and is very willing to help her students. Shes strict but fair and you know your accounting when you leave the class.

Despite, I took 8 weeks online (was too hard for me), I love the organization of class, professor is helpful, always email back with detailed explanations. Office hours. Don't take 8 weeks if you are busy, 5 weeks was really hard - 3 chapters per week. Assignments, quizzes, projects, 1 hour exam (per chapter), 3 hours exam (3 chapters, per week).

She's a solid choice. Lots of homework to do but it's open book, so it makes it a bit easier to understand. Tests are online and open book as well, 2 projects (A master Budget, and a Cost Budget for a manufactured item). WOULD RECOMMEND to take her if you have the chance.. not to sure if she was going to teach next semester due to an illness.

She is a good choice because her expectations are pretty clear. There isn't much opportunity for extra credit. Its easy to figure out how to solve the problems, though chegg/googling to find the right formulas is most helpful. There isn't much "teaching". You mostly pay for the Cengage experience. You dont have to read much to get at least a B.

Professor Tuttle is a very nice lady who goes the extra mile for her students. I took her for the 8-week online summer session and she is very easy to communicate with. This class is mainly work through mindtap, three discussion boards, four midterms, and a comprehensive exam. Please take her, but DO NOT PROCRASTINATE on mindtap: easy but A LOT.

By far the most caring and understanding teacher I've ever had, is very cognizant of the time were in and gives extensions to kids effected by Covid-19. 100% recommend taking her. Also her work load isn't unbearable.

Took 8-week online course. Quite a bit of work, keep on top of homework and quizzes. Do not allow make-ups but gave an amnesty week for students catching up. Instructions were a little confusing at first but cleared up. Answers questions and emails well.

Professor Tuttle is excellent. I took the 8 week class for both A and B and it was a lot of homework, but definitely doable if you aren't lazy. She responds to emails within 24 hours and is always helpful and encouraging.

The 8 week course is fast paced, with 2 chapters worth of homework assignments and quizzes due every week. Be ready to spend some time doing them and understanding the material. Exams are based on homework and quizzes but is a little bit longer. There is a project that is broken into 3 parts, make sure you follow instructions and do all required.

I loved how structured the class layout was. Very straight forward and organized than most classes I have taken. Her lectures are the best because she goes over the exact same problems but using different numbers so it is easy to follow. She responds back within minutes! Super caring in your success.

Very caring professor, she will respond emails quickly and help you with any difficulties you have. There is a lot of different homework assignments and quizzes due every week, plus 5 exams and 3 discussion assignments/ projects. She has videos recorded where she goes over all of the homework problems. So there is a ton of work, but its not hard.

Tuttle is very nice and kind. I took the hybrid class so I had my exams online to be completed by the end of the week. In-class lecture can be overwhelming and long since it is two hours. She cares about you learning the material and goes over example questions each class. Has so many online lectures to view to help with homework and quizzes.

If you're considering taking Professor Tuttle... do it. With above and beyond communication, reminders, consistent assignments, and effective extra credit she truly sets you up for success. My online, intersession Accounting 116A course required 4-5 hrs/module, but any accounting class would. She responds fast and provides optional notes/lectures.

8 week. Not as hard as 116A, each chapter has 4 assignments: ASP (what u know), CC (concept/watch clips), homework, quiz. everything is unlimited tries except quiz. 4 exams, 1 comprehensive assessment, 3 discussion assignments. If this is your first time taking her, it is very fast paced. She is always there to help, responds quick.

continuing. homework does not correlate with the quiz or exams. her course you must pay $150 for and she uses cengage for both ACCT116A & B. i dont recommend her course if you have a job and are a full-time student because homework will take 1-3 hours to do. homework has the "show me how" which gives you stepbystep tutorials, some don't. use google

Accounting is a rough subject and MOST accounting teachers are the worst. However, Tracy is an angel. I took the 8 week online course and it was heavy. Hours of work daily. However, it's easy to cheese the assignments with a Chegg account, wouldn't recommend this though it makes it harder in the end. She's the best option for accounting - so kind.

Accounting is quite painful and sometime boring, however Professor Tuttle's class is a great introduction to accounting and the course load while heavy, isn't too difficult. It was just grinding out Cengage assignments.
