speaks english and i like her, seems to be a new teacher. materials not always ready. sucky grading system. you end up using other resources to study. not bad.

she is very good. helpful and in the beginning she was quite hard but when it got to the mid semester, she was as easy as 0+0. her assignments jus earn an A for everyone. she is very brilliant and teaches to your understanding.

She's not even my professor, and I have SUCH a crush on her! What a cool lady. She helped me out at the practical reviews and is obviously dedicated to teaching, even with we adults who are returning to school after several years.

Shes a really nice teacher. Easy to talk to. Knows what shes teaching. In order to get a good grade you need to be dedicated because it is possible. Doesn't curve grades but does give bonus's. The teachers not hard but the course is.

Great teacher. She explains her notes well, she uses powerpoints and puts it up on the site so you can print for yourself. Her tests are straightforward. She buffets her exams so you get extra credit. High recommend her for A&P1. I wish I could take her for A&P 2, but she doesn't teach the class.

Make sure you hand the assignments in on time, if its 1 minute late, its late!

This is the professor who loves teaching and that definitely shows. She is VERY intelligent and knows a great deal of what she is teaching. The A&P is a class for which you HAVE to study and if you do, you will be fine.

Professor Young is an AMAZING teacher. She is funny, down to earth, and always willing to help. She is not "easy," but she explains what she wants you to know so clearly/enthusiastically that it's hard to do poorly in her class if you pay attention and review the material. She is a good professor to take to actually learn a lot of interesting stuff because she will answer all questions until everyone understands even off topic ones.

I really enjoyed her bio class. She explains things in a way you can understand and she is ALWAYS available to help you. Her tests are not easy, but you just have to study the chapters and ask her questions on what you don't understand. I highly recommend her for anyone that is taking AP I.

There is only 1 Prof (Theresa/Tracy/T) Young. VERY LOUD, so u can't fall asleep! Tests can be tricky but not 2 confusing if u don't miss lecture. She loves the trick questions & 2 giv 2 options that r extremely similar, so multiple choice doesnt help. But she is cool. Definitely see her outside of class for help, she will explain anything well.

Tracy is a caring incredibly knowledgeable prof whos very clear on her expectations. She gives out Pwrpoints for every lecture & goes over everything in detail. Didn't give many lecture quizzes, but lab quiz every monday w 1 xtra point q. She's very approachable and will take the time to work with you-highly recommend her, she fills very fast.

She is the best teacher I've ever had! She loves teaching and even though my class is from 6-9, I come out of class energized and excited because she makes it so interesting and easy to understand. She uses wonderful analogies that help you really make sense of what you are learning.

Took her for a summer A&P I class. Due to the naturally difficult nature of the class, I had trouble, but her lectures clear up a lot of the difficult material in the class. If you study, it won't be so bad.

Tough class. Studied hard and received an A but beware of summer anatomy classes. I would suggest having no job and studying for a short 7 weeks because that's all you'll be doing if you want a good grade.

I took Professor Young for Anatomy I in the summer and had to have her for Anatomy II. She is the most amazing teacher who really loves the subject. That's why she is so easy to understand. It's not an easy course, but if you try, you will get a good grade. The only people who don't get a good grade are looking for an easy way out.

Tracy is DEFINITELY THE BEST A&P PROFESSOR TO TAKE! She makes attending 8AM class worth while. She also jokes around so the info will stay with you. She clarifies materials as much as she can, in an easier sense. Tracy provides more than enough information for you to get A+ on exams-this I know, because I've gotten 100,103 and A on the final exam!

A&P I was my biggest fear about going back to school. Professor Tracy has an amazing passion and incredible energy for A&P that made the class fun and easier to learn the insane amount of information. I hope to be able to take A&P II with her soon. :-)

Okay, I'll be honest. She is BRILLIANT and she knows how 2 teach. However, she is probably one of the hardest A&P professors MCC has. Her exams are pretty hard, many will tell you over and over!All the questions are critical thinking. If you REALLY want to be challenged and work harder than u would w/ other profs, then take her. Record her classes!

Class is demanding, but if you are eager to learn A&P you should have no problem. If you are not really interested in medicine/biology, and taking this class strictly to fulfill a requirement then first I hope you are not going into a health care profession, and second do not take this professor.

She is so in love with teaching biology which makes the class so entertaining. I love Tracy! I would totally take her again if I would. She was so clear in all of her lectures, even if she wasn't, she would go back and explain the material as many times as possible. Professor Young was very helpful in terms of office hours and resources, but most things you have to learn on your own. She was late to class multiple times. Some things in her notes completely contradicts the textbook, probably since she hasn't updated them in years despite getting a new textbook for the class. Study on your own and you will pass.

Really loved having Tracy. I am a visiting student from another University and she is probably the most invested in her students out of all my previous professors. she gives a lot of homework for lecture materials, but i think it is a good way to practice for the exam, it also helps you to get a good grade, because you can do the homework multiple time and only the best grade will be recorded. and quiz on every lab. exams are not straightforward, you have to think about a little bit.

So this professor is really good when she actually teaches during lecture. However in lab, she makes you do everything on your own and that part I hated. Lab wouldve been much more helpful if she actually went over the muscles with us. She gives a lotttt of homework but that helped me since it was easy points and helped me study for the class.

Tracy is probably the best professor I've had. She loves what she does & truly wants the best for all her students. Be prepared to read & study all semester. If you don't have time to study at least 25 hours/week don't take the class. You'll have 5 exams, 2 practicals, 2 lab reports, & a quiz every week. Overall, she is amazing & makes A&P bearable

I LOVE PROFESSOR YOUNG. I took her for A&P I and wish I had taken her fro A&P II. She is amazing and very funny. The class is just hard regardless of who you take but she makes it a little bit easy. Be prepared to study a lot tho. It is expected in order to pass.

I really enjoyed Professor Young. She made it a priority of hers to make sure we understand what she was teaching and used stories to help do so. After the weekly lab quizzes, it was pointless to stay because she would make us do it on our own. Lots of homework through connect but was an easy grade booster. I seriously wish she taught A&P II.

I took Professor Young in the Fall and now in the Spring. Thank god for her because if it was any other professor, I probably would have failed. There is a lot of material to learn so be prepared for that. Go to every lab because if you don't it will mess up your groove. She missed lots of classes thru illness, so she gave us free work. I took basic chem/bio ten years ago, and I did very well in the class! Tracy can explain hard concepts so simply! If I can do it, anyone can get an A. Only thing I hated is the lab manual book for the entire A&P I Is ridiculously disorganized that needs to be updated. I made my own chart to study muscles. This professors lecture is AMAZiNG!!!!

She is AMAZING! Many professors are not helpful and hate their job, but Tracy is so passionate about A&P! She loves when you ask questions because you're thinking about the content on a deeper level. Tracy is a great teacher. I took her class online over the summer. She is very passionate about the subject and does everything she can to help students (ex: providing practice quizzes, helpful worksheets, ways to memorize things.) She was also very responsive to student feedback, so make sure you address your concerns!

I had Professor Young for A&P 1 this past summer, remote live lecture. The coursework is a lot, but she does a great job at explaining all of the information. Each week there is a packet that you take notes on. She is enthusiastic about what she does and engaging during her lectures. I would take it again if needed.

took AP 1 with Professor Young, through zoom. She makes everything very easy to understand and gives you the tools you need to pass her class. Wish She taught AP2 ! she has a great personality and always there if you need help. Would highly recommend you take her for AP1 you will definitely LEARN.

Really good. She gives you everything you need to pass and uses the must-know book religiously. Listen to her lectures, take notes, and don't be afraid to approach her. I normally don't ask teachers for help, but A&P gets tough no matter who you take. She was always willing to help. (I took NRB 131 at the same time btw)

This class is hard, work hard and take notes all the time, a lot of flash cards. She always cares and advises us on how to study. Lots of homework and quizzes help you to know the chapters. Sometimes it's tricky questions, only I don't like DO your own (OYO), especially in the science classes. Overall, she is really the best.

The COURSE is not easy, but she herself as a teacher is awesome. Very passionate about what she teaches, and connects everything to one big picture. She answers questions very well, and wants her students to pass. 10/10 recommend

I just had Tracy for A&P 1, she is amazing. She loves what she does and she loves seeing her students succeed. This class is hard no matter the professor, but if you have the opportunity to take Tracy do it! Professor Young is knowledgeable & enthusiastic about what she is teaching! She knows her stuff! Lots of material, you *need* to study for the tests or you will barely pass. As long as you really pay attention and do everything she tells you to do to prep for exams, you can do really well. Tells you exactly what to expect at the beginning of the course. Enjoyed her lectures and passion for the subject but a lot of info was crammed within a short time during labs. Gives tips for remembering the material during lectures. Only ever used the textbook for the on-your-own assignments since the material you need is all in her powerpoints.

Tracy didn't mess around. This class is serious business, you need to study every chance you get. There's a lab quiz every sunday, and while she doesn't take attendance, you really do miss vital information from her lectures. But she made me want to do better in class every day. You need a solid group in this class to help each other out.
