Professor Altman is the kind of teacher who inspires you. I highly advise you to take this class. Very funny and knows his stuff!

Best professor to take at polk by far. He is caring and shows that he wants you guys to pass. He is there for you in any way and also gives out study guides that will have everything on the test. BEST PROFESSOR

This semester I took both intro to business and business management with Professor Altman. By far he has been my favorite teacher at Polk. He is always there to help a struggling student. Unlike most teachers at Polk State he wants all of his students to pass. Take This Class.. Awesome Teacher.. Easy A

He was great, whenever I had trouble turning in an assignment on time he was always very understanding, I learned a ton in his class and he definitely wants his students to succeed.

I took Professor Altman for Human Relations in Business and Principles of Management and he was fantastic. He doesn't load you down with work but you will learn a lot. I will take him for any class he's teaching.

Prof. Altman was highly organized and clear on requirements for his class. He was very responsive to emails. I dropped this class from a different professor because she was so unorganized online but when I saw Professor Altman was teaching it, I enrolled knowing I would have no problem following his directions. I was not disappointed! Take him!

This is a professor you want to take! He is very personable and responds timely to emails. Grades fairly and updates your grades weekly. In his weekly news update, he typically gives you some funny insight to his life and tells you what to expect for the week ahead. I can't stress enough how great of a teacher he is! You'll enjoy his class.

Everything you need to know The good - Prof. Altman explains what you need to know so everyone can understand. The mymanagement software helps too. He has a great sense of humor in class and is actually interested in his students. Smart, funny, caring, confident, sexy swag. The bad - not really anything. Not a fan of the interactive assignments.

My first semester back in 10 years.... I was nervous! Professor Altman is completely down to earth, explains things well and wants to see all of his students succeed. I plan to take the other 3 classes he teaches!

Really down to earth and helpful. Does not assign a lot of homework, not very time consuming, but you still learn. Makes class interesting. Attendance is graded. I would recommend him 100%.

He was a very understanding professor knowing that as this being an internship class that our schedules can be very hectic. As long as you communicate with him he is willing to work with you. Overall he was just a great guy. Sometimes you do have to email him a few times to get a response, but he was quick to apologize for his slow responses.

Professor Altman is very understanding and supportive. He cares about students and helps them to achieve the good grade, and to understand the material.

Professor Altman is awesome! He explains everything so you can understand. What I liked most was that hes really smart but doesn't act like he's above you or talk down to you like other professors. He is always willing to help if you need it and cares about student success. I plan on taking him again.

Prof Altman is a really great professor. He really takes the time to get to know things about his students. As for his course work, (I had him for Principles of Management) it was pretty simple. Maybe a little time consuming, but simple. His tests are all directly from the text and notes, which is all off of Connect.

Prof Altman was great! He was constantly making sure everyone was understanding the material. The tests were time consuming, but they were directly from the online reading materials, which you can use. I would definitely recommend taking him.

Best professor I have ever had. I wish all of my classes could be his class. I took this as an online class. You'll need to read each chapter, answer the practice questions for a grade, then take a test on the chapter. Weekly discussions and self-evaluation surveys are mandatory as well. I highly recommend this class and this professor.

I have never rated any profesor but felt Prof. Altman deserved it. hybrid class everything online including grading which is always up to date. Great personality, easy assignments and follows syllabus. Material is actually interesting so you want to participate. I will take any class he teaches. I wish he taught more Bachelors Program courses. A+

Prof Altman is a great teacher. His class is well organized and everything is easy to understand. His lectures are interesting and engaging. Grading is clearly spelled out for you. Do the work and you should get an A. It's not hard and he gives you helpful tips.

Such a nice, amazing, and funny professor! Makes lectures as funny as he can, will connect real world examples to help you remember. Is very clear on what the homework is, he wants you to pass. Show up the class before a test! The review/ what he talks about is the test! Is very hard to fail this class, easy to talk to him. I enjoyed this class!

Professor Altman is by far my favorite professor at PSC. He makes the lectures very entertaining, but you still learn all the material. He is known to give all the test answers the class meeting before a test. This way you will actually know what to study and you will know the material by heart. 10/10

I had Professor Altman online. This is the third class I have taken with this professor. He is responsive to emails and is very organized and clear in his grading criteria. He went above and beyond to make sure I could walk for graduation in May. Awesome Professor! You should do yourself a favor by taking him!

I have taken 3 courses with Professor Altman and would have him teach for the majority of my degree if I could! The courses are easy, but that is because he breaks it down to make it easy for students to understand and actually grasp the concepts being taught. The assignments and class are very value added to where you really do learn!

What can I say about Professor Altman that probably hasn't already been said. I've attended 3 different colleges and he's by far the best professor I've ever had. I wish he taught more of the bachelors classes but I had him twice in both upper and lower classes and he is amazing.

Very easy class and teacher. Super funny and chill, Im very shy but he made me feel comfortable and safe in his class. Just do the homework and youll pass. No final just four tests throughout semester. Pay attention on review days and test are super easy. Take all his classes if youre a business major. By far best professor at Polk.

Professor Altman is the BEST! I have since changed majors and schools, but he is so kind and patient with his students. He is passionate about teaching and business, and he is clear to make sure everyone understands the content before moving on to the next section. So many laughs in this class! Absolutely take his class if you have the option to!

Professor Altman is my favorite professor so far. I expected him to be a little cocky but this was definitely not the case. Physical textbook not required; I took a hybrid class and all assignments were done through Connect. I would highly recommend taking anything you can with him and will be looking for more classes with him myself.

This class was pretty easy, most work was done in McGraw Hill Connect along with discussions and replies. Only complaints are having to do the 60+ practice questions for each chapter as the assignment and not being able to work ahead. Professor was nice and responsive.

Altman is a pretty cool professor. His work is pretty easy and hes is pretty good at working with you if you have any problems. He was an easy A class and I will definitely take one of his classes again.

Professor Altman is very laid back, but also cares a lot about his students. if you have stuff going on outside of school and talk to him about it, accommodations are made quickly & in your favor. Short lectures & good info. Great teacher overall

Hands down one of the best Professors I have ever taken. A super cool guy with an enjoyable class. He tells you exactly whats going to be on the test and even gives you all the definitions. This was one of the few classes I actually wanted to go to. The online assignments are very easy, but are like 60 questions long. One was even 80 questions long

Great class! Easy to manage with a family of 5 and a fulltime job. This was an interesting class! I would take all of his classes if applicable. Be prepared to read and take quizzes. A few discussions here and there but nothing too difficult.

Professor Altman genuinely cares for his students and his subject! Lectures are never boring and he goes in depth about the subject. If you want to actually learn about business there is no better professor and Altman!

Gives a reasonable amount of work every week. Very entertaining lectures that help you understand and remember the information without wasting your time by trying to fill up the time. Everyone in class agrees outside of class that he is amazing. Favorite professor by far!!!

Professor Altman was an amazing professor. lectures are fun and interactive. 3 assignments after every lecture that take an hour or less to complete and are all completion grades. Fill in the blank exam every 4 chapters, they are easy. No final exams!! I would recommend this class + professor to any incoming business major!

Everything I read about this professor before I took his class was true. He makes it fun to go to class and he gets everyone involved. You should absolutely take professor Altman.

I'm rating him before I even finish the semester because of how good he is, I can tell this class is going to be my easiest. He uses McGraw Hill connect for basically everything, which is really easy to use and you can get high grades on everything as long as you're paying attention in class and you're taking the time to use the resources provided.

Probably my absolute favorite prof at polk state. The guy is so down to earth and the lectures are clear and through. Tests and homework are easy and there's no final. I recommend getting to class early, he enjoys talking with everyone and gives some solid advice.

I'm not a business major so I'm not too sure why I took this class, but Professor Altman was AMAZING. Homework takes time, but isn't too difficult. Tests are incredibly easy. Even if you fail all the tests, you'll still pass by doing homework. Really funny and nice. Very talkative with students and answers every question asked.

Altman is an amazing professor! While attendance mattered for a grade, it wasn't insanely pertinent to the final grade. He used an online textbook, and as long as you did the homework and barely studied before tests, it wasn't hard to pass. Super funny guy, and I loved his class.
