Dr. Karr loves what she teaches and it radiates off her. Sometimes it's ok if you don't read a chapter, she goes through everything in class. Attendance isn't really required, because if you do missskip, she records her lectures, along with her computer screen simultaneously, she posts it on tegrity, and it's so easy to follow. I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Karr is such a great professor! She gives help whenever you need it and during her lectures she even makes sure that everyone is understanding the material. She gives you plenty of extra credit options and she even gives you study guides for the tests. I definitely would recommend her to anyone and i'll be trying to take classes with her again!

Trisha Karr is an AMAZING professor. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to take intro to psych. The assignments are completely explanatory and you are able to get so many points in this class just by doing some simple work. Not a blow of class, but definitely a teacher you want for intro to psychology.

Very clear grading which is nice.. A lot of easy points! You have to study for the tests but it's not too bad. Application questions are a big thing. But she makes lectures very interesting!! Overall, great professor!

This class is decently easy if you're interested and involved. All grading is clear. There are a lot of quizzes, a few written assignments, but the only time I got points off were for tests. Going off that I would say easy A.

PSY 250 is a super easy class and as long as you stay on top of the quizzes and look over the powerpoints and study guide before exams you will get an A.

She's very clear about everything over the course of the class. She expects things from you but will tell you exactly what they are. Up to 10 extra credit points are given throughout the semester, some is just for being in class on a given day.

I've had Karr for 250 and 324, and I love her! 250 was a very basic-level class that was a lot of review from intro, but she put a new perspective on it. 324 is structured very similarly to 250, just a bit more work. If you go to class, listen, and take notes, you'll do well. Just make sure you keep up with discussion questions!

Karr is great! She is funny at times and very "hip". She has good stories that tie in to what you're learning. No cumulative final, which is nice. Pay attention in class. I used her study guides for all exams (I made quizlets) and ended with an A in the class. I read the TB often. Would take her again. There were a few other assignments, but easy.

Karr's lectures are very easy to follow and understand, so if you know the material and follow the review guides for each exam, they should be easy because the majority of her questions are examples. This was a very easy class and Trisha was a great professor. She knows how to teach this class for you to do well. Things can get kind of annoying or boring and whatever, but overall she's a good option.

She knows what she is teaching and makes class engaging. I wasn't a fan of the class, but I really enjoyed her. Complete work on time and participate and you will do well.
