He's not that bad! He tries to give detailed information as possible. His accent is strong but anyone can have accents so as long as you do your work he's not bad at all!

Honestly, he's the best prof! He is the nicest prof and will help you with anything! His midterm is easy and his powerpoints are golden! He's VERY boring but he gets the job done. I'd recommend him!

This guy is a very nice prof and you can tell he actually cares and wants to help you. This guy is probably the best ecn104 prof you can get. His midterm is really easy so if you want a good mark choose him. A plus about this guys course is you don't even have to attend he posts all of his slides online and you can learn everything by yourself.

I ended up with an A+ in this course and the one and only time I went to class was for the midterm. This subject can easily be self taught using his slides and the textbook, which isn't that necessary either. Definitely recommend him if you can teach yourself and want an easy A!

Although I studied just 4 days before the final, and I knew nothing before I started studying, I ended up with a decent mark, A-. I could easily have gotten a higher grade if I started studying earlier. Take him.

Tests are super easy. he puts up slides and practice questions for every chapter, so you don't need to go to lectures or get a book. he is a monotone lecturer that just reads off the slides anyways. nice guy though. he bell curves too. it is easy to get a good mark from him!

He is such a nice prof, midterms and finals questions are straight out of the chapter review he gives you on bb. Easy A in the course. Everything you need is in the powerpoint slides he gives you, read the textbooks for indepth answers.

Great prof, one of the few I actually liked in first year

No surprises on exam. You know what to expect. Great Professor, explains material pretty well.

He was great. gave you everything you needed to do well on the exam and final. Provided sample questions for each chapter and each lecture he went over and his exam were very similar to the questions provided.

Bagi is a great prof. Even with his accent, he's still comprehendible. He gives out sample problems for each chapter, so you get a feel for the questions that could be asked on the midterm or the exam. If you read the material and do the sample problems, you'll do fine in economics with Bagi.

This Professors accent is pretty understandable and he is a great prof. He is super easy compared to other profs and there is barely any homework in his class. He makes the easiest assignments worth the most so it is so easy to get a good mark. I studied to sample midterm and exam that he posted and passed the class. His class was not hard at all.

Bagi was a good choice for ECN104. I will say his lectures were fairly boring and he could be hard to understand at times, mostly because of the content, but he was very caring of his students and willing to offer extra help and answer any questions. Midterm and exam were fair and the APLIA homework was a real grade booster.

Nice guy but lectures are boring. Missed a lot of classes but taught myself through the powerpoints. The best part was he gave a lot of practice material which was similar to the actual midterm and final exam and you'll find it to be extremely helpful.

To be honest, I skipped every class and somehow passed the class. I really don't know anything in the course I sorta go lucky. His assignments that he assignes every two weeks are easy because half of the answer to them are online and if you have friends that know what they are doing it's a free 80%+ on something worth 25% exams are all MC

Kind of boring. But what prof is entertaining? What matters is he is an easy marker and a lot of students gets As in this class. One of the best profs I have had.

Don't really need to go to class but you DO NEED to read the slides (book is optional) thats why i love this guy. He gives practice materials and class average usually in the high 70s

i was surprised of my mark on RAMMS. I guess he bell-curved the final by like 15%. (i though i faled tbh)v He is so amazingly helpful inclass and outside of class. His practice midterm/final is almost identical. A lot of students gets As in this class. (like nearly 70% of class)

i repeated ECN 104 because I took with another prof. I took it for second time with MR. Galaabaatar and I have to say he is impressive. I like his teaching style (lecture slides and then discussion). He talks about what is on the midterm/final and gives hints throughout the class. Very easy tests!!!

he is the optimal prof if you want to get a good grade for ECN 104

pretty laid back guy and is a very easy marker. He posted the grade summary for the midterm and class average was in the high 80s. Solid guy. Class average for final was high 70s. Most people ended with As.

honestly the best prof. He is so kind and he gave me extra 5% after I asked him. His lectures are kind of long but make sure he remembers your face so you can ask him for a mark adjustment ;)

He gives practice midterm/final, APLIA homework (basically 20% free), and mark adjustment up to 10%. What else do you want?

very generous when it comes to marking. his lectures arent too engaging but i appreciate the fact that he gives almost everyone As. Boosted my GPA!

god sent to help students. Literally dishes out As. IMO the final was kind of tough for me but he boosted my final grade by 11% and i went to an A. I was kind of lucky that I didn't study for the course that much and end up doing well.

I just read the slides and I got an 87 and then he bumped me to A+. What a guy!!

i had my first class with him and he seems pretty chill. We have a small midterm and final and also we have 25% aplia (free). I asked him if he would give me a mark adjustment after the semester and he said for sure if I had reminded him. I guess I am getting an A!

he cant teach but hes very easy going on the exams and marking. I got a B on my midterm and then B+ on final, and with the help of aplia and his mark adjustment, I managed to get 94. He is nice so make sure he knows you!

To all first year BM students take his class. His lectures are really boring and he has a thick accent. However, his exam and midterm was way easier compared to other ecn classes. Class average was in the high 70s. He posts questions for each chapter and a lot of the questions were copy pasted on the midterm and final.

Amazing Professor and highly recommend him for ecn104. His tests are really fair and are based a lot on his reviews. His lectures and powerpoint are also informative and will help you succeed in the course plus he boosts your grade.

Idk about the free marks or if he actually boosts students. Just do the APLIA assignments and cover all the material covered in his slides. Dont need to use the textbook if you understood the material. Do the chapter sample problems and sample exam banks (he provides all of them). Great prof, will help you with content outside of his lectures.

He's a nice guy overall; gives sample problems that will be close to the midterm and final exam questions. Should do those to ensure you know your stuff.

Professor Galaabaatar is very caring. He tries to make his lectures very relatable with appropriate examples. He gives practice questions for the midterm and final (make sure to do them)

Gabi is super nice and caring. To be honest, his lectures weren't needed to be successful as he posted all his slides online and uploaded weekly practice questions. IT was 40% midterm and 60% exam and the tests were both similar to the practice questions. The class did so bad (57% average) that he boosted everyone 8% after the exam.

He's a very calm and great prof. His slides and lectures are exactly what is needed to do the homework questions. Very easy to follow and understand.

He definitely prepares you for a masters program. To do well in his course, understand the definitions and theorems.

If I can give this professor a 10/5 I would. If you pay attention to his lectures they're very detailed and insightful. He is also very caring. I missed a class, so he explained the entire lecture to me in his spare time after the lecture ended. He is very kind and I 100% recommend taking his class

I was a bit nervous seeing the other reviews for this particular course, but I found him to be a great professor. He provided lots of practice material with solutions, and his practice assessments were very similar to the midterm and final. It is not an easy course, but he does everything he can to prepare you well, and is very fair and responsive.

Really caring, will always let you make up for missed homework and takes time to explain concepts to you. He gives practice tests that are exactly like the midterm and final which are great for review, he also curves the class grade up

The lectures can be a bit dry, but the professor posts detailed slides and practice questions online that really help with exam prep. Unstuck ai was a game-changer for me - much more efficient than relying on ChatGPT alone. Overall, a manageable course if you stay on top of the material.

this guy is the GOAT. You'll get over his tiny accent, he's caring and he's clearly passionate about ecn. He helped me outside of class hours and gave me a free textbook. PLUS he curved the grade, God Bless

Highly reccomend reading the textbook before class, as concepts can get confusing at times. Professor is willing to help anyone when asked and lectures are easy to digest (open in powerpoint)

this was easily the hardest class ive taken in the last 3 years but professor Galaabaatar and his ta Raymond made me enjoy it a lot. Be prepares to learn a lot and read a lot and practice alot! Go to his office hours and ask a lot of questions.

2 exams mt and final and 2 homework assignemnts. Really hard course, but the prof is legit even tho its the toughest course in econ. He makes it clear you must attend lectures tutorials and ask questions. Im happy with my mark and graduated now. Thanks prof!
