hes awesome. very understanding and always willing to help out his students. a real gem of a TA
If you're looking for an Easy A in biology lab, this is the teacher you want.
Ask to see his visual aids, you won't be disappointed
Such a good TA. Very informative and helpful with all of the work.
It is his first year teaching, but he has been amazing so far! He's real with his students and we all respect him a lot for that, and he's extremely helpful and easy to reach any point of the week. IF YOU'RE TAKING BIO 101 LAB, TYLER COX IS THE WAY TO GO!
Tyler has a clear passion for science that directly transfers to his students. Even though online lab format was frustrated at times, Tyler was always helpful and found a way to make it fun. He frequently uses visual aids that always brightened up my day.
Professor Cox was excellent throughout the semester. You can tell that he is very interested in what he does and even though it was online he still really cared about each student and wanted to make sure they understood the content so they could succeed.
Tyler is the best TA ever! super nice, really easy. The only teacher I had that actually answers questions and cares about his students. Wish I could take him again.
I took him for Lab for Bio101. If you want a great lab instructor, GET HIM NOW!!! He's the best, we joked in class but he was great at explaining the topic. Anyone that is worried about Bio labs, then get him. He is absolutely amazing, extra credit is always there, and Mr. Cox will do anything to help you out.
Tyler was a great TA despite it being his first year. Really understanding and is great at communicating. Very helpful and is just overall a super chill guy. Definitely would recommend choosing Tyler as your TA.
Tyler is absolutely amazing! He is the best T.A. you will ever have while at the University. 11/10 would recommend and would definitely take this class with him if I had to do it all over again! Sad that the class is over now and that he isn't a T.A. for 102.
Tyler Cox is the best! He's new but you'd never know. Made a good grade in the class (BIO 101L) but had to drop out of BIO 101. This shows that he really is helpful, a good teacher, and cares about his students. He is very personable and makes biology as interesting as it can be. He was super flexible for online & COVID, but without being slack.
Tyler is the best lab TA i've had at USC! He does a great job with explaining the basics & helping us out when we ask, and is willing to step-back and allow us to figure things out for ourselves with the hands-on labs. Grading: weekly quizzes and worksheets (very easy) & 2 lab reports (clear rubrics provided). He's super chill and the best choice!
Tyler is an awesome TA and person. He really cares about allowing his students to succeed. I defintely recommend him!
He was very generous and pushed back the tests when needed
He was so kind and funny, generous with testing and was very fair with extenuating circumstances.
He works with the class to make it easier for students (moves exams, extends homework, etc). He can get off topic often, causing the class to get behind. He is a very happy person who cares and gives a good learning environment. Exams are from any location on lockdown browser so for breaks it is nice they can be taken anywhere.
Best professor ever! He works with the class to make it easier for students. He can get off-topic often, but it's okay. He is a very happy person who cares and gives a good learning environment. Exams are from any location on lockdown browser so for breaks, it is nice they can be taken anywhere.
Tyler was a nice guy but EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. He was never true to his word which caused me a lot of anxiety. He always moved tests back which interfered with my pre-planned schedule. If you are someone who likes to stick to a study schedule do not take his class. He never responds to emails and never posts anything that he said he would.
Amazing guy, so funny and cares deeply about his students and their input on homework and tests. Very powerpoint heavy but gives you plenty of outside resources. VERY flexible with homework and exam due dates. 101 is a lot of memorization but SI sessions were super helpful. We got behind a lot on the units but I was never stressed out.
Super sweet and easy class
Ignore other reviews for Tyler, he is a GREAT professor. The tests were pushed back out of student request. Although the schedule did change throughout the course, it was never stressful. In my opinion it is not hard to memorize the concepts and take the tests. He dropped the lowest test and homework grade too, very easy and helpful professor.
Tyler is Amazing! He truly cares about his students and remembers we are all human. He is always willing to work around obstacles and push assignments back if he knows we are not ready or feels like he has been unable to go through all of the material. I highly respect him. I just signed up to take his 102 lecture next semester-Take his class!
He is such a good professor! He tries to make the class easier in every way possible and genuinely cares for his students. He gives us all the materials needed for exams, is open notes, and is a very understanding professor.
Really nice and funny, knows how to interact with students and make the lectures a little more fun than they should be. Always gives 3 attempts on homework so it helps with your grade. Before tests he plays kahoots and other games. My favorite teacher by far
Was the most positive professor I've had and works with the class to have everyone end with a good grade. His lectures are actually entertaining and he is a very relatable person. I will be requesting to take his BIO102 next semester.
Tyler is a very understanding teacher. He teaches well and gives you all that you need to know to do well on your test! He listens to the opinions of his students and tries his very best to push us to succeed. He makes the class fun and enjoyable, while also very informational.
Tyler is an extremely caring professor and if you ever feel like you are not doing good you can tell him and he will help you. Sometimes he gets a little behind but you can email him and he will get everything you need to you! If you also have any questions he is extremely friendly and helpful! He is a great professor, wants his students to do good
Was a great person who cares for his students and makes sure he has done everything in his power for his students to have success.
Tyler is a great person. I even registered to take him again next semester. Tests are open for a week and he lets you know what the discussion question is. Tests are mutiple choice with one discussion question. Barley any homework. His tests are super easy as he provides all the materials (study guides, kahoots, videos).
Tyler is an overall great professor. He is very understanding of the stress that students are under and is open to pushing back assignments and exams if it is necessary. I enjoyed his lectures even though they are very content based, he engages with the students and does a good job explaining in depth concepts.
He actually wants you to learn the material and gives you all the resources and time to do so. Best professor I've ever had and probably will have.
Tyler is a great professor! He is very caring for the class as a whole and wants all of his students to succeed! He is very helpful and was a great professor as an incoming freshman to college. He also goes over ;lectures very well, post helpful videos, and study guides, as well as reviews on games before the exams.
Definitely recommend Tyler! He's a great professor and really cares about his students. All the notes are posted on blackboard as well as lecture notes and other resources like videos, study guides and etc.. Class is mostly chill and just going through the slides.
I had the pleasure of taking a class with Professor Tyler, and I can confidently say he is an exceptional educator. Tyler is incredibly understanding and professional, always making sure his students feel supported and heard. He goes above and beyond to be helpful, providing clear explanations and offering assistance whenever needed.
Tyler is one of my favorite teachers, as hard as the exams are it is clear he is passionate about the material he is teaching, and I look forward to his class every week.
Just take his class you won't regret it. Amazing human
Tyler is one of the best teachers I've had before. He is down to help with other science related classes outside of his lectures. Tyler care so much about his students mental and opens up exams early or keeps them open for a good amount of time so it can accommodate our schedule/less stress. He provides great resources so his students will exceed.
he's an amazing human. take him.
He is a great professor! He is very knowledgeable in what he teaches and what he is speaking about.
Tyler has got to be the best biology professor I've ever had, his powerpoints/speaker notes are great and he makes his lectures fun to attend, we love his silly dad jokes.
Super nice professor, you can tell he really cares. You will do well in the class if you study the study guides. Would absolutely take him again!
He is awesome
Genuine teacher that is open to working with his students, enjoys teaching and getting to know his students. Very social and interactive
I loved Tyler. He was so funny, kind, and you could tell he cares a lot about his students. He does his best to accommodate us because he wants us to be as prepared and have as much of a chance to study for our exams as possible. He doesn't assign a lot of homework but the ones he does (very short), truly help on the exam.
His lectures are very engaging, and he has "toys" he throws to classmates that correspond with his lectures. His tests are similar to the study guide and he tries to make his test times work for everyone in the class.
He is the sweetest professor you will ever meet. He cares for all his students and when he asks for feedback he changes something if students are affected by it.
Tyler is the nicest man ever. He really cares about his students and is always listening to what we need. If students were stressed, we would move the exam back or give more time to take it. Exams are online and you definitely need to study hard for them. He posts PowerPoints and his script so if you miss class, it's easy to catch back up!
Tyler is the best! The exams are online and the study guides he posts are basically the same thing. Attendance isn't mandatory and he posts all the lecture notes online so its easy to catch up. Also optional final!
He is very passionate about what he is teaching. He ensures that he exposes us to all the information but lets us know what we need to know. He is one of my favorite teachers no complaints.
Tyler was the best professor in the world! He truly cares about each of his students and wants us all to do well! He pushed back tests when needed, provided study materials for the test, and was so kind when we ever asked questions! I definitely recommend Tyler for any biology class!
Amazing professor
Tyler is a really great person but fails to assist with posting what he said he would. It's frustrating when it comes to be the day of the test and the study materials that were promised still aren't posted. The testing schedule gets moved around a lot. There is very little structure. You typically have to teach yourself the material.
Tyler is the best professor I've had so far. He has a good sense of humor and genuinely cares about his students. He is flexible with tests and can push back dates if the class feels like its necessary. He also provides lengthy but very good study guides with no surprise questions on exams. He is the best. I definitely recommend taking his class.
Best professor ever!
The nicest guy and professor!
Best biology professor of all time!
He was the kindest and most amazing professor ever!
Amazing professor!!!!!
He is the best professor that you will literally ever have!!!!!

He was the greatest professor of all time!!!!!
He was the best professor I ever had. Such a truly kind person and professor!!!!!
Definitely recommend Tyler as a professor! He really wants all his students to do well!
Great professor and a great guy in general!
Tyler is the best biology professor and no one can tell me otherwise!
Cares about all of his students and truly wants them all to succeed!
Tyler is the most genuine and nicest person on this planet, want's all of his students to do well, and is overall the best professor in the university!
Best professor!!!
Tyler was the best professor ever!!!!!
No question best professor you will ever meet!
This is the best professor I ever had!!!!!
If you want a great professor then just take Tyler's class!!!!!
Great professor!!!!
He has to be the greatest professor and person I ever met!
Take the class!!!!!!
This was my favorite class!
I feel bad for you if you don't take Tyler's class!!!!!
Best professor!!!!
If you don't take this class what are you doing?
Take the class!!!!
He was an amazing professor!
Best class ever!!!!
Take the class!!!
You won't regret taking this class!
Tyler always fill up the room with his amazing sense of humor! Not only is he funny, he also cares about the students' mental health. You will NOT regret taking this class! Lectures may be a little long but tests are exactly how he describe them to be. Would 100000% take this class with him again.
Best professor I ever had!
Take biology with Tyler if you want an A!!! He does an amazing job at explaining topics and his teaching is overall a great experience. He cares about every one of his students and treats everybody with kindness. The tests and homework are not difficult at all, they're very simple if you study and use the resources he gives out. Seriously the best!
Very good at making lectures engaging and implements fun with learning very well. While attendance is not mandatory, his style makes me WANT to come to class for every lecture to see how it goes. Overall great professor.
Tyler is a great professor; he tries to keep his lectures entertaining and engages with his students. He cares a lot about his classes and wants to make sure we succeed. We post all the lecture slides, his own lecture notes, and lots of other study resources. 5 exams lowest dropped, 9 HWs lowest dropped. Overall, HIGHLY recommend taking his class!
He is an amazing professor and he made class very fun. He takes into account how the class is feeling and will do anything to help us. He is very easy to get a hold of and he truly does care a lot about his students.
Really great presentations with lectures and sends out his lecture notes which can be very helpful if you do miss any information during lectures.
Love him! Attendance isn't mandatory but he sometimes lets you know some questions + their answers for the exam ahead of time(go to class!) He makes his lectures fun and he clearly cares for line of work. He has a LOT of resources for the exams - lecture notes, powerpoints, study guides, etc. I would take him for Bio 102 if there was room left.
He is THE BEST! I love to coming to class because he is so funny and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students. His lectures are always interesting and he's always telling jokes. Exams are easy and if you show up to class he will tell you exactly what is on it. He is the best and I'm mad his BIO 102 section filled up or I would take it.
Tyler is such an amazing person. At the beginning of the semester, he was not the best professor, but he has made clear improvements, accepted feedback, worked with the students, and is now an amazing professor. He pushes back tests when needed and provides study materials. He also tries to make things relatable, and I love his bio stuffed animals.
Tyler is so nice and caring! If you need anything, he can help. Tyler listens to feedback and tries to be as lenient as he can. Gives extra credit and study guides.
Tyler is a very sweet and genuine professor and you can tell he loves what he does. My only complaint about him is he either lectures way too fast or way too slow. He is very understanding, and typically listens to feedback, and makes sure his students feel comfortable and confident in their learning before giving exams.
Tyler is the best!!!!
Easy if you attend/read the lectures. Test content was exactly what he taught. Loved this class
If you are a STEM major and want a teacher who is caring and isnt going to kill you with homework or class work take BIOL 101 with Prof. Ty. He is such a caring and understanding teacher. Though the material can get boring he tries to make everything staright foward for his students, even tells us what the short answer question so you can study.
Super chill laid back dude
Tyler is an amazing professor! He is so down to earth and makes his lectures entertaining but informative at the same time. I like how there is a study guide and Kahoot to help with the exam. The exams are straight-forward so it is not that difficult.
Tyler is a very engaging professor. He keeps class entertaining and gives a clear study guide for the exam. He also gives you plenty of time to complete the exam and plenty of additional study resources.
Great professor would recommend. He makes his class a fun place to learn, and it has been wonderful being a part of his class. Thought his test are tough sometimes but its college so you just gotta adjust.
Tyler is an amazing professor. His class is very easy and you can tell he truly cares about his students. It is a low stress class and his lectures are hilarious.
Wish I could take him all four years.
Tyler is always enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about what he is teaching. He makes lectures more enjoyable and is very adamant that his students have a fair chance of doing well in his class, even though it is considered a "tougher" course. There is a lot of homework that is helpful and a grade booster considering the tests can be rough.
he is a very nice guy, however if you are p
he is a very nice man, however if you are pre med DO NOT TAKE HIM. he does not prepare you, our class is units behind the other classes with different professors. his study guides do not reflect his exams. he does not give the extra credit he says he will. I am premed, and i feel like i am not prepared what so ever. Very caring and sweet guy though
IF he posts stuff it is never on time or very last minute. I have to teach myself or ask other students with different professors. he is very sweet but if u are premed he is not the best at prepping you for anything
The best professor ever!
Tyler is the best!
Tyler is a super nice guy who cares about his students. He posts all the PowerPoints, as well as his script that he follows each class. The homework is usually pretty easy and you get 3 attempts to do it. The exams are easy and straightforward. He gives extra credit on most of the exams as well.
He is so friendly. I like when he hands out toys related to the lectures. What I don't like is how his lectures are very long and boring. I don't learn much from his lectures. I had to type down the notes because of how fast he was going. So in this class, don't try to use any notebooks. You just won't be fast enough. Glad the hw helped my grade.
I loved Tyler so much! He cares about his students so much and as long as you pay attention in the lectures, you should easily pass the class. I really wanted him for next semester as well, but so did everyone else. He's hilarious and really a great guy. He also offers opportunities to make up your grades if you're struggling with the class.
Tyler is a cool & sweet person but doesn't post things what he said he would. frustrating when comes to be the day of the test and the materials still aren't posted. testing schedule gets moved around a lot. very little structure. You typically have to teach yourself & the lectures are boring. class isn't necessarily hard, theres a lot of HW grades
Tyler was a very nice guy and truly wanted to help you if you needed it. Since it was his first year, though, I think he was still figuring out his style of teaching, which made it difficult to learn. However, his easiness made up for the confusion because he was always lenient on grades and you could tell he was trying to figure out his style.
He posts everything on blackboard so you can do this class without attending the lectures.
If you need help, definitely reach out and go to his office hours! Tests are very straightforward! Cares about students and will move tests if students request. His study guides are exactly what the test is on! Attendance isn't mandatory and lectures are posted, if you do well at teaching yourself. Best professor I have had for sure!!!!!!
Tyler is a nice guy and he was lenient, but he was super unorganized and never did anything he said he was going to do. If he did, he did it wrong. His teaching style is not engaging and he was hard to reach outside of class. He did not do things because he "didn't feel like it." He vaped in front of students after class. He cannot take criticism.
Tyler is a super fun professor. He is very honest about the things that will be on the exam, and he does his best to help his students out. This is his first year teaching, so he is still figuring out things. I could tell that he was doing the best that he could do, and it is obvious that he is passionate about teaching. I will be taking him again
Tyler seems like a really nice person, but his teaching style was very unorganized and not easy to follow. He would often change due dates of exams without announcing it on Blackboard, and also not post them or study guides on the dates he said. It would be helpful if he made announcements about these changes and also posted what he said he would.
Very chill and funny professor. He's knowledgeable about the lessons and it's clear how he grades. Exams are straightforward. He is willing to push back assignment dates - very understanding. I would take him if you need a bio credit.
Professor Cox is extremely flexible with regard to seeing him outside of class. He makes himself available to the students and is very helpful. The homework is pretty easy and there isn't too much. The lectures were helpful and while not relevant to me he always made sure the class was ready to move on.
he is very lenient on extra credit
Mr. Tyler should be the highest paid professor at this school. He is such a sweet guy and knows how to connect with students. He has a collection of biology-related stuffed animals that he brings to class and lets students hold. If you have the opportunity to take his class DO IT!
I didn't learn anything from him. I had to teach myself things which is why I didn't do so well with the exams. I passed with an A since there was a lot of homework. His lectures were heavy and long. It was nice that he gave out candy and let us play with toys. I wish I had learned something from the class though. (Bio 110)
Mr. Cox was a great Bio 101 professor. You can truly see how much he cares for his students. Class is pretty straight-forward, try to take him if you can!
Very nice professor. Only a few homework assignments and 4 exams. Exams aren't hard. Overall would take again with no hesitation.
Very nice and caring about his students, wants us to do well. Easily accessible for office hours and appointments where he explains whatever you needed. Homework could be done more than once so you can get a 100 on them. Creates lengthy study guides but all exam material is on there and homework. Drops lowest exam grade and final is optional.
Did not plan timing for lectures well. Tests were always pushed back multiple times due to his inability to finish the lectures in time for test. Difficult to reach by email. However, workload was easy and so were exams. Study guides were provided which were helpful to do well on exams.
If you are a very organized person and like to stick to set deadlines, Tyler's class may not be for you. Granted, this is his first year teaching a lecture styled class so there is room for growth! He is very funny and nice, but would consistently move dates around which stressed me out. Other than that, the material was never super hard.
Tyler is good professor, I think the content of the class was so easy that it doesn't matter but he was pretty good. You could tell that he cared and he was very flexible about changing test due dates. It got a little confusing at times cause he would change things a lot, but if you show up to class or stay in the GroupMe, you'll be fine.
Awesome guy! He really wants everyone to pass and be happy. Final is optional basically replaces your lowest test grade. Lectures are boring material he does his best to make it fun.
His tests are really easy if you put in the time & study what's on the slideshows. If you're Type A, you won't like his style bc it can be disorganized w/ test dates & hw deadlines constantly changing. Not encouraging skipping class or anything but absolutely everything is on the slideshows, so if for some reason you miss lecture, you're fine.
Exams are easy if you pay attention in class and know the study guide. Professor Cox really cares about his students and that they do well in his class. He's very open to suggestions from students and tries to make sure we aren't overwhelmed. Definitely recommend him for BIOL102.
Professor Cox was a great teacher. His classes were very lecture heavy, but for all tests he had review days and helpful office hour sessions. The TA Seth was also very helpful. I recommend to take him if available.
Professor Cox was an ok teacher, but it was his first year teaching, so it was a little bumpy. The class is graded on tests and homework so there aren't a ton of extra credit opportunities in the class, though he did throw in a few midway through the semester. He did set up a class GroupMe, which was super helpful.
I LOVE HIM. All of the exams were homework questions and he made it very nice transitioning from highschool to college.
Tyler really is a great teacher, however, sometimes there was a lack of communication. The lectures were fairly easy to follow along with and tests accurately reflected material taught in class. Overall, he really cares about students and wants you to succeed.
Sweet man, a little unorganized, and the lectures are slow but that was good for a 110 class.
Tyler is a pretty likeable person and seems pretty laid back. HOWEVER, he AI generates his lectures and often reads off an AI generated script (He posts it and so we ran it through an AI checker). Whenever he goes off script, he has made multiple false statements (not just a word slipup like full on making up incorrect concepts) so be careful lol
Tyler is a great professor! He's super laid back and really cares about his students and wants us to succeed. He can be a bit disorganized at times but honestly, I haven't found it to be a problem bc he always ends up getting through all the content we need to know for exams. He also drops the lowest exam and homework grade which is super helpful!
Tyler was awesome, super laid back. Anyone can pass this class if they learn the material. He provides many resources and is extraordinarily flexible. Would definitely recommend him to any major. He's a goofy friendly guy and super relatable, he understands and respects our time, treat him well!!
Very nice. Gives you all the material you need for the tests. SO UNORGANIZED. He's new so I can give grace but he's unreachable on email if you have problems. Not a bad class, he's just disorganized(which made the lab so annoying coming from someone who had to do extra individual lab reports). Tests are online and decently easy.
Can't reach him outside of class, encourages you to use AI for test review (and I am pretty sure he uses it himself), so disorganized, fact checks himself with the textbook. Really chill and nice guy and new to lecturing but you can tell and it can really impact your lab grade. I just didn't even show up to class.
LOVED HIM. If you arent a try hard this class is very enjoyable, yes he messes up sometimes but he is young. The content is interesting which makes the class easy. He gives you study guides that help so much on the exams. They are online but lock down browser. Take him!
Super disorganized, had to learn most the material on my own because the lectures were confusing and chaotic. Overall a good guy just new/still trying to figure it out.
This is my second semester taking Tyler, I chose him again because he is a great teacher and a very fair teacher. Go over slides and lecture notes, almost all exam questions come from the HW and Kahoots. He has office hours multiple times a week and is a really great guy. He cares and wants his students to do well, he also drops lowest exam.
Tyler is a laid back professor BUT HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I emailed him with questions related to the course throughout this entire semester and he has not responded once. He does not communicate important information through blackboard so you just have to figure it out yourself. He also reads off his lecture slides and is very monotone.
The professor loves what he does, and you can tell when he is giving a lecture in his classes. It helps a lot because he posts the slides and notes to go along with the slides if you aren't able to make it to class. He also has a great personality and likes bring his personality to the table so he will make lecture interesting.
Great professor! He cares a lot about his students and what he teaches. Provides a study guide for test and homework. Definitely recommend.
Tyler is a good professor. He is passionate and cares about his students. He offers extra credit, which is very helpful. The class is test heavy, with a few homework assignments to boost grades. My main complaint is that he never answers emails, which can get very frustrating.
Very easy going wants you to learn but also makes it easy to do well. Highly recommend taking him for this class if you need it
He is definitely all over the place but he is a very personable and good professor. Attendance isn't mandatory and he is sometimes hard to get a hold of through email, so best bet is to ask him questions during or after class. He is pretty young so he gets along very well with students and all test are online lockdown.
He makes clear what you are being graded on. 75 percent of grade is exams and 25 is homework. Homework: unlimited attempts. Attendence: not mandatory. Exams are fairly easy if you actually study. I created a quizlet for each exam. All exam material comes from his slide shows online. Highly recommend you take him if you want an easy A and
Do NOT take this class in the summer. He is so disorganized and never responds to emails. He didn't post anything he said he would the second week or show up to class so in the last week we had to do like 3 exams in 4 days if you took the final. He's nice but doesn't seem to understand that his negligence is unfair to his students.
Tyler was a really sweet and funny professor, but he is very disorganized. There wasn't a clear schedule for the whole semester, making each class and assignment feel a bit improvised. I think he really cares about his students, but hasn't quite figured out a good rhythm for his class yet. I was consistently stressed out about his class.
He's a great teacher. He's very laid back and definitely wants you to succeed in this course. Lectures are very interesting especially with how he teaches. I have my class at 8:30 with him and have never missed one because lecture is so cool.
Homework and online assignement were large part of grade. Exams were fine if you go to lecture otherwise not representative of the topics covered. Class was entertaining and he wants everyone to do well. Extra credit offered. He taught at different speed based off of mood so teach yourself most of it.
Very easy. Only one lab report to write. Each lab takes less than an hour. A bit disorganized.
Good professor.
Tyler is a great teacher! He truly cares about his students, and wants to see us all succeed. If you go to his office hours, it definitely makes a difference and helps you feel better prepared. Exams are easy if you study the slideshows. Highly recommend taking his class!
Tyler is one of the best bio professors I've had here!! Attendance is not mandatory but he is so funny and relatable I would recommend attending them. You are graded on the best 4/5 LDB exams and 3 case study homeworks. If I could take another class with him, I would!
Overall, a good prof. Grades 4/5 exams, lowest one dropped. Final is cumulative but not mandatory. Mcgraw, not hard j annoying. My biggest problem was emails. He NEVER answered mine. Very infuriating considering that Im unable to go to his office hrs most of the time, and the one time I went a different time he wasnt even there. Very frustrating.
Tyler is a very nice professor to talk to. However, I found lecture and blackboard very hard to follow and unstructured. He also doesn't answer emails which is very frustrating. He's a nice guy that wants students to succeed, but I wish I felt like I learned more.
He is one of the nicest professors I've had but you will not learn a thing. If you want an easy an A take this class but if you actually want to learn anything take a different professor.
Amazing professor, sometimes got behind schedule on lectures bc he went into detail a lot. Exams at home on lockdown browser, attendance not mandatory. Worst part of this class was it only being offered at 8am.
