Mr. Turner is a great teacher, but a caveman could do this math. He does a great job at explaining if you are having trouble-just pay attention in class! It's not even what I would consider math, so if you don't pass his class, you probably don't need to be in college.

I enjoyed his classes...he makes stats easy to understand and will take time to help if needed. He does talk a little fast but i do as well! I would take him again without a doubt. Very nice guy

He is a great teacher. She is really funny and explains this class as interesting as possible. He may talk fast be he is sure to tell you when the quizzes are and what will be on them at least a week in advance. I think he is a great teacher who is very cool and easy to understand.

Very Nice Teacher. Explains things really really well and is really funny. He's very helpful with explaining things in class instead of 5 hours later when you forgot what you were asking. I use to hate math and he made me enjoy ut because he's good at putting things into real world context

At first I thought he was really weird, but as the semester passed he turned out to be a cool guy. If you don't go to class you'll probably get pretty confused. Overall he's an awesome professor.

Did not like the class, but Mr. Turner is a great professor very help,and if you don't understand something just let him know very easy to talk to. You have to come to class. He lets you know what is on the test and also gives you a study guide. Like I said not a fun class,but this professor will get you through it with no problems.

If your not a math person, this is the person to have. He will explain until you understand. He makes very possible to pass, he will meet with you if you need extra help. He does expect you to attend class!!

He's smart and knows his material. He will literally repeat the material over and over until you can't help but know it which makes the class easy you spend the whole semester on TWO subjects no way you can't pass good teacher though

Turner is a terrific professor. His lectures overlap information multiple times, so if you pay attention in class and ask questions, you should get an A easy. You only use your textbook the first half of the semester and can probably google answers, honestly. He's willing to help and very clear. Attendance IS mandatory. Homework is not! :-)

Mr. Turner is a great professor and is extremely helpful. He reviews a lot in class so if you pay attention his tests are super easy. For my class all of our work was online so we just printed it off and went to class. We were able to work in groups a lot of the time. I've had him for two different classes and I most def recommend him!

Turner was an awesome teacher I looks at Rate my professor to choose him and he makes sure you understand everything. For tests in his class you have 2 parts a group portion and a individual portion. You have many quiz grades and he drops the lowest. 2 Papers or so due in his class very pretty easy and not to much homework.

This is a really easy class to pass if you show up and pay attention. He gives out study guides before the test and goes over the answers. However there are two parts to each test, an individual portion and a group portion. I absolutely hated having to rely on others for half of my test especially since 2never showed up and the other never listened

Excellent professor! Extremely helpful and laid back. Clear with his instruction, and keeps lecture interesting. More than willing to answer questions and help students. I would strongly recommend taking Mr. Turner for math!

He knows what he's talking about and he knows how to teach this information. The content you'll learn is easy, as long as you pay attention. The textbook was never used in class or for outside homework. Buy it for a reference. Attendance is picky. I'd come as often as you could to be on the safe side.

Professor Turner is the best Math teacher I ever had! He does take attendance everyday and there are alot of quiz grades. 3 tests in the class. Test 1 and 2; and then a final test. He does alot of group participation in the class. He loves when you ask questions. Great class and interesting!

Turner is great, he is very helpful. If you have any problems understanding just let him know and he will work with you. He does have a talk fast just ask him if he could slow down and your good to go. The material is pretty easy just make sure you show up to class.also there are group tests and individual test. so get to know your classmates.

Awesome professor who takes an active interest in your success if you do. Attendance is suggested due to lack of textbook. Two papers and an oral presentation. Best Class for non-math people. He will answer all Questions. Pay attention to the way he wants you to present the information on the page. He takes 1/2 point for leaving off essentials.

If there were a six for easiness and clarity, he would get it from me. I obviously signed up for the wrong level Math class. If you need an easy A, take him. Attend classes!!!

Extremely easy. He is very nice and is willing to explain something more until you get it if you need him to. No textbook and very challenging. He does Individual and Group quizzes as well. Take him!!

He talks really fast lol. But his class is super easy. All we learned was voting methods and cryptanalysis. That doesn't sound like math but it kinda is lol.

He's an amazing math teacher! He's great with answering questions. He wants you to understand the material so he will over-explain sometimes. Attendance is mandatory. He drops some assignments, the final is comprehensive, and he gives group assignments. But he wants everyone to get an A so he will give extra points.

I wish he taught more classes. Without his help Austin Peay or any college with my degree would be out of the question. He helps is you work. Give and take with Mr. Turner; do your part; he has your back.

Really enjoyed this class, and I HATE math. Mr. Turner made things easy to understand and interesting. He's funny, and genuinely cares about you learning. Reasonable work load. Individual and group work on tests. Extremely nice guy and very intelligent. You will be doing yourself a huge favor if you take him, especially if math isn't your thing.

Kinda looks like Jesus. I hate math with a firey passion and I typically struggle to do basic math formulas. However, Tyler was absolutely awesome in grading and teaching material! I did an entire wrong formula on a quiz and he still gave me a 90! Blessed to have taken this guy. If you suck at math, choose him for MATH 1010.

Professor Turner is a solid choice when taking math 1010. He is knowledgeable and really cares about the students understanding of the material. One thing to be warned about. I suck at math and for the first 3/4ths of the semester i was passing strait A's, but the last 4th hit me like a ton of bricks. It gets hard so don't let up half way through.

I enjoyed Mr. Turner's class very much. He made learning very simple and easy to understand. His classes were never dull, he's a goofy nerdy Jesus looking dude and he's just a super likable guy. Take his class!

The class has homework everyday and in class work that you have to print off. That has been my only complaint. He explains every math problem with the actual math and with vocabulary so if you learn better one way he hits on both.

I had him for a TTh class this semester and he's actually the best math teacher I've ever had. He tells you about quizzes well ahead of time, and he goes over the material at the beginning of every class. He's a really chill guy and a great teacher. I 100% recommend him, he's amazing. REALLY good at teaching and I always understood the material

Prof. Turner is a very smart, Jesus-esque man who genuinely cares that you pass his class! I took Math 1010 with him and breezed through! This was one class that I never had to worry about and honestly never stressed me out due to the way the class was being taught! He made everything so easily understood, all you have to do is show up to class.

The first half of the class is super easy but half way through the semester gets tough! I was going through a lot of personal issues and he saw the effort I was making! Dont give up! He is the best Math teacher I've ever had! His explanations are thorough and he drives the class at the speed of the slowest member to ensure everyone succeeds. He will not hold your hand but will provide you with absolutely everything you need to pass. I would recommend his class to any and everybody & wish I could have him for every math class!

Great guy. He will answer any question you have with a smile on his face. He is fun and willing to go above and beyond to help you understand something. He really cares that you succeed. If it is a priority to you, it will be to him too. He is patient and there is no question too dumb. Trust me, I tested this many times this semester. :)

Tyler is my professor now and I love him. he teaches math like I never had gotten taught before besides 10th grade but he works with you and if you have questions please ask instead of trying to know it on your own.

Professor Turner never leaves anyone behind. Some of the topics in class were hard to understand, he makes sure you understand. He is very caring and a great teacher. Doesn't care about attendance, just wants to see good grades and progress on your online work.

He's awesome at helping you when you're lost! Most of the grades were effort based, and attendance isn't mandatory. He posts everything he goes over online in video form, and they're really easy to understand. I'd really recommend this class because even when you're being challenged, Mr. Turner makes it feel easy!

10/10 would take Professor Turners class again. Before taking his class I had lots of difficulties in Math. I feel like take Professor Turners class really helped me understand math. He explains everything so well and simply and will make sure you completely understand. No question is dumb. Recommend!

Prof. Turner was amazing! he really has an understanding of what he teaches. He goes over everything in detail and makes sure everybody understands. the quizzes are super easy and most of them are group-led. There were only 2 tests for the semester. Overall he was very nice and super helpful. I would take this class again.

Homework is graded for effort every meeting. His teaching is easy to follow. Tests are not overwhelming and the days in class leading up to the test help. He is very kind and makes it easy for you to want to participate. I would definitely take him again.

Best teacher/professor ever. Amazing at explaining everything. Takes time to make sure everyone understands. Posts videos on D2L for every section, which was a lifesaver to go back to and practice the work. So caring for his students and wants to see everyone do well. Highly recommend.
