Great guy really made things clear and fun, good power points, really learned a lot about physiology.

He is a SUPER nice teacher. He also tells funny stories. He teaches the lectures as if he is talking to you not just him telling you. He makes everything interesting.

Very easy class if you study before tests. All notes on powerpoint and D2L. Lectures with Dr. Underman are interesting but others can be boring sometimes.

Awesome professor! His lectures are really interesting and he incorporates personal stories into them, which are funny. Exams are fair. Definitely recommend him!!!

VERY EASY!!! all the notes are on D2L so i havent gone to lecture all semester. u need to study the notes from the slides tho to pass the tests. LAbs Fridays are really easy. no sweat. Plus hes awesome to stare at 2x a week

He is an interesting teacher with incredibly funny stories that spice up class. Half the time we had guest speakers, but his lectures were always fun. He does talk really fast so sometimes you can't write everything down, but it's worth it. No surprises on tests. Take him.

He is a fun teacher and very clear. Print the lectures and listen in class. Don't be overly confident for the tests, he does throw in a few curve balls. His one guest lecturer Barbara Gibson is utterly boring so be prepared for that. Other than that EASY CLASS!

Dr. Udermann is a great teacher; he is passionate about what he teachers and has very clear and accture information. You probably don't have to go to every lecture, but he is a good guy and fun to listen to so lecture twice a week with him isn't too bad

This class is an easy A. Just show up for the lectures and labs.

He's easy to pay attention to, doesn't just drone on about nothing, but he says his tests aren't about specific stuff, and then they are! You actually have to study for tests a little, you can't just wing it.

he's a very good professor. I've gotten A's on both tests so far. be prepared to study though, there are some picky details on the test. not to mention, he's gorgeous!!

This class was relatively easy. Dr. Udermann is a fun and entertaining guy and gives you plenty of extra credit opportunities plus you almost automatically get 100 pts from lab. Tests are not that bad but require a little studying.

Very funny and interesting professor. He tells lots of fun stories and jokes, he makes the class fun. The tests are difficult, and the notes are jam packed with information. The lab is a piece of cake, it's a high school gym class.

Took this as an summer online course- It was the easiest class I have ever taken. An easy A. Didn't have to meet during the semester and everything was done over D2L. An easy 3 weeks...

If you don't like Udermann, you've got personal probs. The guy is money. Super easy class. Step one: print out slides (containing easy and clear fill-in-the-blanks) for class. Step two: fill in easy and clear fill-in-the-blanks during class. Step three: Review slides 2 or 3 times before a test. WALA! Automatic 98.

The only class that doesn't require attendance that I actually WANT to go to. He talks about his family and personal life a lot as it relates to the topic and it's really interesting...and ridiculously funny! :D Take this over any other health course...SOO much fun!

Easy gen ed class. Use the power point slides online and you will do good on the tests. Friday "Discussion Group" is gym class. It's fun if you aren't hung over

Pretty cool guy! This class is pretty easy especially for athletes...it's some cool stuff. The labs are pretty boring, and extremely easy. Easy Class :)

Easy class, but fun. He makes you laugh. The lectures are interesting because he knows how to break up the material with funny video clips and old stories. Just go to class/labs, do the few homework assignments, and study for the three tests and you should get an A in the class.

Easy A! Labs are pretty dumb and he gets sneaky on test questions, but overall, easy class. Makes lecture go quickly and keeps it entertaining w/ stories, pictures and videos. Loves what he does and it shows! Just do the work and show up, no problem getting an A.

He is the man! His lectures are intresting for the most part and by going to the review classes you'll be able to know what to study for the exams. (which are really easy anyway)

Uderman is pretty much the best teacher here at La Crosse. He is hilarious and has so many stories! I wish I could take him for all of my classes.

Loves to talk and tell you story after story during lecture. Overall, pretty good professor - although we were often tested on material we never covered in class. By the end of the semester I thought he was pretty obnoxious and downright annoying.

You cannot go wrong by taking Dr. Udermann in HPR 105. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the course coming into the semester, but his lectures are entertaining and enjoyful. Highly recommended.

TIP ON SKIPPING: skip the guest lectures, because if you go to Udermann's lectures, and just listen, you wil retain enought to do pretty good on the tests. Plus, his lectures are entertaining. Overall, I'd say he's a good prof

Dr. Uderman is very open about his own life, and it makes the lectures interesting. Although lectures are not mandatory, the ones he gives are interesting enough to make it worth your while. Skip the guest lectures...complete notes are all online. Also, study for the 1st test...it is NOT just common sense

Udermann was straight up the man. Easy class, but he kept things fun with stupid jokes, stories and you-tube videos. Very intelligent and funny as hell. You'll enjoy the class and get an easy A at the same time.

As much as I despise HPR (aka gym) I have to say Udermann is an excellent teacher. His lectures are very entertaining and I actually did learn a thing or two. I also really respect him as a person. So even though you don't have a choice to take HPR or not, Udermann is a good teacher.

Awesome professor. Keeps class exciting, and is overall a very laid-back guy. You'll do well in the class. He lets you out early quite a bit. I don't like the HPR subject, but at least he made it not a TOTAL drag.

Its a good class, there are lots of kids in it. So you do not always need to attend. If you print off the slides and go to lecture its very easy. Test seem like there really easy but there are only 3, so don't assume you don't need to study.

Watch for little trick questions on the test. Otherwise very easy class you sit there and listen the whole time. He plays lots of YOU TUBE videos too

Let's face it, this clas is easy. I got a BC and all I did was show up at most lectures with the printed slides. I never even studied. All I did was rely on my memory from the lectures. I took notes but never reviewed them. Just imagine what happens if you actually do study! Easy A for you. Easy to remember because he makes it's fun going to class.

I took this class online and it's easy, pretty interesting, and convenient if you take it online.

Took this class online. I loved the lesson about health and fitness myths. Instructor likes to connect with his students and responds to everything. Got an A, just went through the slides and read the chapters before taking the tests and responded to online discussions each week.
