Awesome teacher. I had her for an on-line Art class she was very helpful and understanding. When taking an on line class, having a teacher like her makes it so much more enjoyable! I took her online art appreciation class. Her quizzes are easy if you take detailed notes from her powerpoints and skim through the chapters. Discussion postings are mandatory, but easy. I learned a lot about art. She's very helpful. I missed one quiz and waited til the last minute on most assignments. I still got an A easily and learned a lot.

I had Prof.Koonce for an online class. She is organized and grades assignments fast. She's friendly, helpful and answers emails quickly. Amazing class, outline every chapter, test are from lecture notes and images, one research paper at the end. Super great at communicating and even chimes in on discussion questions. You can truly tell that she loves what she does!

So I took this course after reading all the great reviews. WTF are they talking about this woman is awful!! I am taking her online class, she started her online class while school was closed and most students could not get there books, she gives 1 chptr one week then 2 chptrs the next. she does not allow u to DL her lectures. This class has a lot of information, but all comes from the book. SHE IS AWFUL!! She asked that you use her syllabus for due dates but her syllabus is unclear. she asks for more discussion in test answer but wont specify what she is asking for. you cant down load the lectures. sometimes there is 1 chapter due for that week sometime 2 chapters.

Really! This instructor is GREAT. Obviously there are students who don't want to do any work to get a grade. It's college! All you really have to do is read and take her tests which are very fair. She is concerned and responsive when a question arises. I think she is one of the best online teachers at gpc.

I was in her Art 1690 class and it was not a pleasant experience. She was VERY unorganized. from the start Syllabus was not accurate, sent multi emails to correct herself. one chapter she forgot to post until a day before it way due. tests are from book & promptly responds to email. I would not recommend her at least not for any class over 1301

Very easy class! One quiz and one discussion post a week-you do not have to respond to anyone else's post and still get full credit. The midterm is four questions essay style and final is multiple choice. Everything comes straight from the book. Extremly easy class!

Please take her online, she is very easy. she send a reminder in the beginning of every week. One quiz and discussion a week. midterm and finals are easy, everything is in the book.

Prof Koonce is the best teacher I have had so far at GPC. Take her class, put a little effort into it and you will make a guaranteed A.

This teacher is very attentive and responses quickly to emails. Instructions are very clear and if you read all the chapters the exams come straight from the txt.

Prof Koonce is by far my favorite teacher at GPC. She is extremely helpful, answers your questions almost instantly, all assignments are easy. Read the book and you'll pass but put effort into the class and you'll make a A+. I recommend taking her weather your majoring in art or not. I will talk all classes that she teaches. TONS of quizzes. I took this online in the summer, too. I was doing quizzes and discussions all the time. Very easy and simple though. Teacher made it pretty manageable. I would take again if I had to. No complaints!

I took this class online. super easy she posts all the work given for the whole term at one time so u don't have to wait. you do it at your own pace. this was a half semester, however if you make a mistake on a assignment that causes your grade to drop she wont change it even if you email her and ask. so pay attention to detail

Prof. Koonce is awesome and very engaged with her online class. The course is pretty much an easy A. She is a stickler for work being done on time, so keep that in mind (even if it's a minute late you won't receive a grade). Also, there is a small research paper which you will have the entire semester to complete. No reason to fail this class.

Took her art appreciation class in a mini summer semester online. Class was only 4 weeks long and fast paced but not hard at all! A lot of quizzes, but the answers are right there in the textbook online as well. Textbook is needed for discussion posts which are basically graded on participation. Easy A I would recommend her!

She was a great teacher, you can make an A as long as you put in the effort and participate. Also provides several opportunities for extra credit. I didn't need it but still participated. Online class takes a little time but interesting class, participation in key.

Prof. Koonce was great. I took her online Art History class, and it was very simple. Each week, 2-3 chapters were due which included a discussion and quiz at the end of each chapter. This made it easy to get into a routine. She was also great about giving feedback. Just read the information she gives you and do the assignments, and you'll be good.

Great online professor. All the work for semester was open and you could do the work in advance. Test/quizzes/discussions monthly. A lot but easy work. You had a whole month to complete certain sections. I recommend her for online classes. I missed my major test and final so i passed with a c but it was an A if i did not miss those important test.

Pretty simple curriculum

At around 42 credits, this is the easiest class I have taken yet. Extremely easy A, and all the answers to the tests are online.

Really great professor, she presents the material in a clear manner and provides you with everything you need to do well in the class. The quizzes are long (40 questions) but if you study the material you shouldn't have a problem doing well. I would highly recommend her!

The work load was the only thing I found difficult. If you manage your time wisely, it won't be a problem at all. She gives you a lot of material to prepare you for the tests, midterm, and final. She responds to emails quickly, and also answers questions clearly. Provides multiple extra credit opportunities. Definitely would recommend the course.

This class was a breeze. Easy A. I took it online and everything is open book/notes. No on site midterm or final testing required, literally everything online. Professor Koonce is very understanding if you just communicate your problem in a timely fashion. I took 5 classes this semester and this was the less stressful one.

Mrs. Koonce was very nice and a good professor. The homework was very straightforward and not difficult. However only issue I have is the due dates for tests and homework are at very random times, so if you are taking a lot of classes make sure to pay attention to that.

The easiest class you can take. Took this online in the summer. Not a lot of work and everything can be done very quickly. You need the textbook for discussions that are mandatory. Professor says she doesn't allow late work so just do it on time because she gives an ample amount of time. She sends out reminders too which is helpful.

This class is superrrr easy. Everything can be found online, I would 100% recommend this professor. It's a lot of assignments but it is all so easy as soon as you get the hang of it.

She's so easy there are quite a few things you do each week since it's a mini-sem but the work is really easy. You need the textbook for discussion posts and quizzes. My classmates complained a lot about it being too much but honestly, the work was super easy just time-consuming so if you don't want that then don't take her but she's an easy prof.

This was a really easy class. It was a summer online course so I did this within a month. It was a lot of writing but not essays. There are three extra credit options that I did. There are about four or five quizzes in each model and there were four modules in my summer course. The mid-term did come up fast. There are two exams, mid-term and final.

I took this class mini-mester online. Easy discussions and quizzes can all be found in quizlet and easy extra credit assignments. Just do the work, and the professor will give you full credit for all the work. Just be aware of the deadlines, she is very strict with deadlines. Would recommend 10/10 if you are able to meet the deadlines. Easy A.
