Professor Delvaux is an exceptional professor, she's extremely knowledgeable on course criteria, I love that she's approachable , goes above and beyond to help anyone to better understand course material. Ms. D was great. I took the class with another teacher and failed. She is there when you need help, she comes in early so you can get a head start. Participation is a must so is attendance. She said it's O.K to miss a day or 2. Students started not to show up, wanted special treatment because they missed the lectures. She is cool & understanding.

I took her in 130 and loved the way she does her lectures and how she helps students. She is easy going and understands that people learn differently. This is the first time she is teaching this class she told us. We only a couple weeks into the semester but so far the professor is great and as she said "we learn together". Great teacher!

Easy course when you do all your work, read the chapters and study a little. All the tests and homework are on a portable site and accessible 24/7. You can email or text the instructor any time you need help. She is pretty fast in getting back to you. Test are multiple choice questions from the book.

Great professor, she calls herself a facilitator of learning. You have to read, you have to do your projects, and take weekly chapter tests. We did a class project building a computer for the veterans center. She is really cool, laid back. She cares about your grade and is giving a lot of extra time and help to students who struggle.

When I first came into class and saw the old and outdated computers they use I was like... "I am out of here". Professor Delvaux told me not to judge the book by the "cover" and give the old contraptions a chance. So I did and it was great. Still the computers are old and many of them are junk. We did build a new one which they gave to a veteran.

I liked the class, the professor making learning fun. Pop Quizzes in form of games... my kind of learning. She is great with all students. You can feel she likes being there and never get's tired of repeating the material if you didn't get it. Bad thing, all the computers are outdated, very old and falling apart.

I really like this professor, she is very helpful, understanding and explains stuff really well without losing patience.

I just enrolled. We met twice and she is great. She added everyone from the waiting list. That was real cool because otherwise I couldn't take the class. The class moved to a larger lab and everyone in class is supportive. I really going to love this instructor and her class.

Easy straight up teacher, very clear what she is expecting from you. When students are behind she makes a good effort to help you catch up. It was the third class I've taken with this professor, and each time I have had a great experience. She is letting you know what to expect, her directions are clearly outlined and precise. She is fair and straight forward, helpful and available by phone, email and via chat. Through it was an online class but she was there for us 25/7 to help. 

The best class ever I took at this school. The instructor has the patience of a saint. She is helpful, knowledgable & funny. I loved the Zoom meetings, and credit her for not giving up on any of us. The COVIT19 did a number on all of us, but Professor Delvaux kept us all going with positive thoughts, encouragement and gentle pushes do to our best.

I had a rough semester, when I missed an assignment she would message me asking if I was ok. She would also reply quick to emails. She would let me turn in my missed work with a few points off. After the semester was over she took the time and helped me with personal stuff. She is an amazing and caring person would take her again!

A phenomenal professor. Understanding and respectful of schedules and needs. Willing to help her students in any way she can. She genuinely wants you to pass her class and learn the topics at hand. This greatly helped me sit and pass both CompTIA A+ exams in January of 2021. Professor Veronika is a great professor and mentor.

I completed the ITIS115 with Professor Delvaux. The course was hard. Besides her motivation, her canvas course structure, the resources available, the lectures, and the supplementary material she added to each lesson, kept me going. My journey of higher education has not belonged to anyone but her. She is without a doubt the most caring teacher.

OFF 215 Outlook was a great class. Professor is in email contact with you, and lets you know when you fall behind. Encourages you to do your best, and offers help if she sees you struggling. Get ready you have a lot to read when the class is online. The weekly "what have I learned" Q and A, I liked because it helped me to study.

Outlook OFF215 was a good course and I learned a lot. Course setup was easy to follow and material in chronological order to make it easy for students.

Professor Delvaux is understanding and very helpful. Her method of teaching is good, follow the directions and whenever you get stuck she will help you figure it out. You have to apply yourself and be an independent learner, but she is there for any questions or concerns when they arise.

Online class lot's to read, great video resources, detailed lessons, and well organized. Course focused using Outlook with Microsoft Exchange 365. Intense 6 weeks course with 14 lessons. Participation mattered and was mandatory. Teacher was in contact by email, via grade messages reminded you when you missed or were late with assignments. Loved it!

Professor Delvaux is hands down the best educator I've had ever. She provides the textbook for the class so it really a necessary purchase on your end. You do have to follow every direction in the textbook to the letter but that is really the only difficult thing in the class. She provides snacks for you from time to time! Overall highly recommend!

Teacher taught about changes that have occurred over the years within Outlook. Windows versions, and browser updates. From Win95 to Win-Vista to Win 10 and 11. Past versions of Internet explorer to MS Edge. It was great to see how Outlook kept up with the changes over the years and evolved with it. It was a great learning experience.

Class is still in session. I am happy to have taken her class after I heard from others that this professor is really helping students to succeed and be successful in class.
