he is a good teacher

I was a little bit anxious to take this class, but finally it wasn't so difficult after all. I am doing good now. The instructor is nice and very concerned about our progress. At the beginning his teaching method and his book were confusing but he did a great job by explaining how to use it and work with it.

he's a very good professor making the concepts easier to understand. Also, he makes us feel as a team on working out the math problems.

I like the way Professor Mastro teaches I have been able to understand his teaching methods and he is one of my favorite teachers at Hudson County Community College.

i love the method of knowing your 9 times table with your fingers , its really helpful.

i love his method of learning the 9 times tables using our fingers. It makes everything easier when not using a calculator.

His strategies overall, as far as I know, are great. I think that whoever had him and didn't like him didn't know what he was talking about and that this person didn't even like mathematics overall. I hope that eventually I pass his class. :)

I attended Mastros's class last spring and passed with his help. It was the encouragement he gave me that I also passed my algebra exit exam. You see, Mastro doesn't just help solidify your foundation in basic math, he also helps you construct your own self belief in understanding and growth in mathematical comprehension. I miss his company dearly.

He was really cool I was stuck in there for slacking on my placement test but even relearning things was fun because he is really patient with students who have been out of school for a while.
