Awesome Teacher! He's a bit critical on grading, but if you're good in grammar and can write well, he's not that difficult. Take him for both ENG 101 and ENG 102 you will really learn how to write A's. Taught at Loyola University Chicago.

He's fairly critical of your work, but he'll also teach you ther tricks to writing A papers for any class. Great teacher if you're looking for helpful instruction on writing college term papers.

Great teacher!!! He lets u pick out of a number of topics what to write about. I like the fact that he lets you have class time to do the writing and his last paper though hard was not too bad...

Inspiring! After returning to colloege as an adult, he was able to coax out the creative writer. Always fun, always challenging. I highly reccomend taking and English or Literature class with him.

Vince is the best professor ever at wright college. He really teaches you how to right well developed essays not only helpful for his class but also for other classes.

VERY FUN TEACHER...but don't let it fool you. He definetly makes you work hard if you want an "A". I would definetly recomend him though. Hes very motivating and inspiring. Makes the otherwise boring English class fun and interesting.

He is a great teacher!! Any one looking for some one that is fun and never lets the class be boring he is the one you want!! Even though i went into the semi thinking i hated writing he made me see a whole new side to it!! He teaches you the way things need to be done but in a fun way. He even lets you pick your topic most the time.

He is a great English teacher. I took his class in the summer. Tells you what you need to know and allows you to work on your essays in class. He is very clear and is available & understanding if you need help.

Yes! he likes sports and gives plenty examples just because he's trying to relate to you, he could talk about poetry but he knows more people like sports but he'll be the best you can get at Wright.

Makes you work hard, and although I was determined to finish it, I got hopeless and frustrated with a feeling that he was trying to stretch my grade to C to encourage me, so I dropped the class. Memories were painful, but after a month or so, I realized I learned A LOT and made great progress. So it pays off. (Eng is my 2nd lang)

He is very willing to help; however, he is also very scatter-brained & goes off on tangents. No textbook was required, he provided all the readings. As long as you do the work, it's easy to pass.

Vince is one of the most laid back and understanding teachers I have ever had! In the beginning it was stressful with papers but after 8 weeks he gave us the rest of the semester to work on our research paper. He is willing to work with you via email to help with essays and class time is mostly spent reading or writing. LOVED HIS CLASS!!

Take a class with him! Super engaged with the learning process. He won't ask anything of you that you can't do-because he's right there with you to help you understand. Its kinda like getting the keys to the car. You do the work, he gives you the keys.

I love him. He is an amazing teacher and I have taken 3 classes with him. Very cool and down to earth. Class is super easy, just write and turn in your papers. He talk a lot but he does stop. Has a genuine interest in the students and cares about what we learn. Not your average professor!

I took this class for Creative Writing, and I would take it again if I could. He definitely helps with the writing process, and it got me writing like I've never written before. Amazing feedback. Always willing to help. Only an e-mail away. He talks a bit too much, but they're good lectures. You just have to write and you pass.

Professor Bruckert is an amzing english professor and you really do learn how to write better papers throughout the semester. If you want to slack off and get an easy A, don't bother taking this class. Be ready to learn and enjoy pushing yourself to become that hard-working, well deserved A student.

Vincent is a very laid-back and easy-going professor (he prefers to be addressed by his first name). My class was Cont. American Lit. and he introduced us to many great modern stories and writers. If you seek feedback on papers, he is more than willing to help making himself as available as possible to his students via txt or email.

He is a tough grader but gives great feedback that helped me improve my writing style. He provides the text so you do have to buy it. If you show that you work hard in the class, getting a good grade is not a problem.

I've taken Vince more than once. He really lets you schedule your time with an occasional submission assignment. Participate, communicate, and have fun he likes to experiment and pick peoples brains out. If you're into literature and writing he's someone who will catch you're interest.

Mr. Vincent is an amazing teacher. He cares about his students and help them to be better. He is inspirational and gives great feedback where you have to improve your work. English 241 was such a good class as he helped us with creative writing. Everyone loved that class. If you like to write poetry/short stories, take him, you'll learn a lot!

I loved Literature with Vincent! He used great books curriculum. The stories that he picked were about real life's struggles. Participation matters, but the discussions are very interesting. Very inspirational and caring teacher! I had three classes with him and would take him again if I could!

I was afraid of Eng 102 as English is not my native language, but he made this class so interesting. You have to work in order to get an A, but he is helpful and gives great feedback. Taking him you'll learn how to write a good paper. Best teacher at Wright!

Professor Bruckert is a genuine man. Very helpful with his feedback on papers and give you advice on how to better your writing. He does follow the great books curriculum, but all the reading is done in class as a group. Definitely made this class easier. He doesn't take attendance, but you need to be in class in order to hear the plays.

Vincent is someone who truly cares about his students. He treats everyone with respect and enthusiasm, and helps them find themselves through writing. If I could take creative writing again with him, I definitely would! Amazing teacher with great personality.

I can't speak highly enough about Vince. He's incredibly invested in his students and his lectures are hugely insightful. His goal isn't to simply help his students to become better writers, but more passionate students and prepared individuals as well. I would recommend his courses to anyone and everyone!

Vince gives you feedback on all your papers. Down to the last day of class. He lets you text/call him even after school and office hours of you need help with your paper. He replies to email quick too. Just keep up with the papers and youll be good.

He is an amazing teacher thats gives great feedback. You read plays one day then write an essay the next day. You can email your paper to him and hell respond with corrections to make your paper an A, not a lot of teachers do that. The first day of class hes gunna show you how to write, just stick with that outline and youll be good.

Vince is a very professional and inspirational person. He teaches you the basics first such as differentiate sentences type so when you get further in the course you won't get lost. Take advantage of his correction and time outside of class - you can really benefit there. I highly recommend him if you are willing to learn and improve. Take him <3

There was a paper due every week (couple paragraphs long only) but he was not picky. He was undertstanding and replied quickly to concerns and emails. very helpful. Recommend for an easy A. Final consist of two of your smaller researcg papers during course combined. Communicate with him and he will cut you some slack.

lets you work on the essays DURING class and gives immediate feedback while looking at everyone's progress one at a time. Clear on what he wants and gives handouts. Very knowledgeable and open to email and text. Also meets one on one outside of class, during class time. Always pay attention and participate, you will be called out to share/answer

Vince is a people person and has a unique style of teaching that may not be for everyone. His classes are casual but meant to be a sort of life lessons than book memorization. The more engaged you are in the class the more you'll learn. He is also very helpful outside of class!

One of the greatest professor @ wright. He is such an inspiration and loves what he does. Follow his outline when writing papers in and outside of his class. I learn a lot from Vincent and I love writing essays in his class, a great way to express yourself.

Professor Vincent is an okay teacher. He is definitely an Essay "A" however, he does like to talk about himself A LOTTTT. There is a total of 5 essay 1/2 pages. Beware though that his essay's do not come with prompts so he talks about what he wants in class. TAKE NOTES. But even then he can be very confusing on what exactly he is looking for.

Vince is a very intense teacher who provides opportunities for students who work hard and care about their work. His lectures will go off tangents sometimes but he does care about his students. His essays are prompted in his class, but you can always text or email him to understand the material better. He helped me in my two semesters at college.

Would recommend this professor because he gives good feedback on papers before you turn them in. Its not that hard to get an A if you follow the rubric and proofread your papers before turning them in.

Professor Vince is one of the best professors I had, yeah sometimes he rambles and goes off topic. But he really gives tough love to his students pushing them to be the best at their ability. As long as you take notes and listen to everything he wants, you will pass and he will like and appreciate you.
