Prof. Granito's class is the best one I'm taking on campus this semister... wish I had more classes like his... lots of laughs and of course we've learned a lot too.

He is absolutely hilarious!!

Social psych. was one of my favorite classes. Granito is one of the best psych teachers at LCCC. Would TOTALLY recommend this class to everyone! He gives out study guides for the tests and as long as you know the info on them the tests are simple.

i think that this teacher was an excellent teacher. the only recommendation i have is to not take him in the interactive class based out of st. joseph campus. i wish i would have sat in his classroom so that i could have paid more attention and been a little more interested in material. this is one of the greatest teacher i have while in college.

Granito was a very upfront teacher. He told you exactly what he expected out of you as a student. I enjoyed his class, tests were a little difficult as long as you read the book and notes you should be ok.

He is very interesting and is a lot of fun in class.

he is a very nice professor so far. i am looking foreward to spending the next 15 weeks in his class. And getting to know more about the feild of phsycology.

He was very clear on what was going to be on his tests. He even made class interesting. I remember watching the prison video in his class, and he even took us outside for an experiment once. He was a cool teacher.

He is entertaining. and if you do the work it is an easy class. I like the way he tests. They cover the material without being tedious. If you keep up with the reading and studying you'll do fine.

So nice and a very fun course. He is a fair and amazing teacher. I enjoyed his class.

Introduction to Psychology was somewhat of a difficult test. I did not do well on the two tests he gave, but completed all extra credit labs and must have done well on the final because I got an A in his class! Then hardest chapter is on the brain. Study a lot, make flash cards you think you know it all, but a multiple choice tests comfuses you.

He was a really good teacher. I had him last semester. He explained things well. His tests were somewhat difficult, but that's because they're multiple choice and the choices can be quite confusing. Anyway, I was interested in Pyschology before I had it and amazingly afterwards I still am. Anyway, I highly recommend him for psych.

The class was interesting - you often feel like you're part of an experiment (which you are). His grading is very fair and lectures are interesting. Don't take if you want an 'easy' class - take his class to learn and challenge yourself and you won't be disapointed.

Great Professor!!! It is not an easy class, but you will learn a lot and also have a good time. Take him!

Prof. Granito is one of the easiest profs I've had! His lectures are quite boring, however, if you pay attention, you should do fine on his tests. Do the writing assignments early-- he checks them and allows you to correct them if you do them wrong (only if you turn them in early enough). Overall, interesting class and a lot to learn.

He really is a nice guy. Basically if you meet him halfway, you'll do fine. I'm not so sure i like how the class is web-blended. He's totally hilarious.

Granito uses a variety of ways to help you understand the material, and is very effective at helping you apply it to the real world. Really interesting lectures, and tries to get everyone involved. His tests are super hard though, and he uses mostly scenarios for the questions. Try to get concepts down as opposed to definitions.

Dr. granito is the best teacher I have had in my college experience so far! Take him you will not be sorry. I enjoyed this class and liked how he posted test's on Angel page. So you can take the test at home. VERY NICE!!

i love Mr. Granito...He is very down to earth and fun in class. I really enjoy psychology very much now and I would DEFINITELY take him again. Only cmplaint is that due to him being so busy he rarely responds to emails or takes forever. All in all totally cool and nice guy!!!

I did not realize when i signed up for this class that it was web-blended. I have always had a techer in the room with me so at first i didnt think i would like it. I thought he was funny and some of his lectures were interesting. Would definitley recommend to others.

Had him Fall 08 and it was really easy to pass his class. All his test were online and he gives you a study guide to make it easier. I reccomend him if you need to take Social Psychology.

He is good teacher. The note helps you to understand stuffs but not very helpful in the test. You MUST read the book carefully to pass the test or get an A. Writing reports for labs is also required. However, he grades them super easily. Dr.Granito is super helpful and friendly also. Nice professor :)

Awesome Teacher Loved him he does swear quite a bit but he is a really good teacher. He was a lot of fun and I learned a lot from him.all the tests were online for intro to psych so were labs so we didn't even have to go to class for those days. it was cool and he has a lot of fun things to do in his class. I do need to say read the book though.

I would definitely recommend him as a professor. He teaches well, grades fairly, isn't too stict about attendance & makes class fun. Great teahcer.

GRANITO IS THE BEST PROFESSOR AT LCCC!!! HE IS VERY CLEAR ON WHAT HE EXPECTS FROM DAY ONE. DO THE LABS & TESTS!!! NO REASON WHY YOU SHOULDN'T PASS WITH ANYTHING LOWER THAN A B+. I PLAN ON TAKING HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!

He was a great teacher. Very clear, however sometimes got off topic but they're fun stories. Gives a study guide too which always help and goes in depth on the slides he lectures. I'm taking him again next semester :)

I had Prof. Granito my first semester at the college and he was great! I would take his class again if he was teaching the classes I need for my major. He's helpful and will e-mail you back quickly.

Granito is the best teacher I have ever had I will take every psych class I can with him. I had him for quant. methods in behavioral science and intro to psych. he is easy to follow and explains things in a fun way. If you do the work you will do well. He is an awesome teacher and I highly recommend him. class is required but he is very undrstndng.

Do all the work and you will pass the class even if you fail all the tests. There was not a day that something sexual was not mentioned. (seriously)

Very intresting class! His tests were easy, the labs were easy, and he let us test in ANGEL. My only complaint is he uses "uhhh and ummm" a lot when he lectures and it was almost to the point of distracting.

He is a great professor. I've taken 4 classes with him already and look forward to taking more. He is interesing and funny. My only complaint is that he swears a lot. anyways I reccommend him to anyone who wants to learn a lot and have fun doing it. his tests are all online and he gives you a studyguide. he was great. he is very friendly and easy to work with. played(ok, mostly sat on the bench)baseball at school but did understand and didnt penalize me for not always being in class. tests are easy, homework is interesting... hell, just give him a chance

Dr. Granito is one of the best professors that I've had at Lorain County Community College. Every other teacher needs to take notes from him. He keeps the class interesting and you really learn a lot. Took him all the way up to advanced research methods!

Dr. Granito was a great professor to have. His online classes followed a very structured format, with a short paper due at the end of every week involving a key topic within a chapter. There's usually no right or wrong way to write the paper, so long as you follow the proper format. The quizzes and exam are what you'd expect, nothing too difficult.

good teacher and the labs are super easy. you get points for attendance but he takes good excuse notes. the test aren't hard either.

Dr. Granito is one of my favorite psych professors on campus. I took him for intro to psych and easily received an A. I had him for this psych stats class and he made everything so simple. He doesnt force you to do everything by hand when in the real world they use the computer software. Great guy. Great professor. I will take him whenever possible.

Best professor ever! Do yourself a favor and take every class possible with Ganito. He teaches at a very relaxed but not boring pace and will stop to make sure everyone understands. He also is leniant with assignments only because he wants you to understand what youre doing so you dont have to turn something in and still remain lost. He does whatever he can to stay after class and even answer questions during class about homework. He wants to see students succeed. Book is essential to have as well as notes and attendance. Material is challenging but if you put an effort you will do great. Wish I could have taken more classes with him.

If you're a psychology major I would defiantly take him when you can! He is an amazing teacher and very relate able. Some of the material can be challenging and you will need to read some of the book and not just go off of what is on the power point. 8 one page labs (EASY) and 4 tests and then the final. Tests are online. HILARIOUS & there for you!

I wish I could take Dr. Granito for all my PSYCH classes. He makes his lectures interesting with the stories he tells. You'll have 5 labs that are easy. 1 research project (filling out a survey). 4 online tests & a final exam. These are fairly easy if you know the material, but he words them tricky. Great experience. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Granito was definitely a great professor. He made the lectures interesting, and gave a very clear syllabus. There were 4 exams, but they were online open book. They held a lot of weight for your overall grade. We did psych labs in class, which really reinforced the material, and were super cool. There was also an easy group presentation.

He is the best psych professor at LCCC. He knows his stuff, but teaches it a down to earth way. I love his stories in his lectures. He is not an easy prof. His tests are tough and you have to read the book, but he also allows you to make up points with attendance and fun homework assignments. If you have the chance, take him!

He was overall a good teacher. He was very lenient with grading and understandable to any problem you had. Although I could never get him to answer any of my emails throughout the semester. Only things he graded were 5 easy labs, and 5 open book online exams. Took teaching at a very slow pace to cover everything. The labs acted as a study guide.

Overall, a good teacher. He's passionate and is a nice enough guy. However, he seems to have a hard time separating his professional work from his teaching. Email response is unlikely, and he constantly talks about his other projects. It just seems like he doesn't view his classes as a priority. It's not horrible, just a little disappointing.

He is a great teacher. Class is mainly talking with table members about questions he put up on the screen. Once you get to know your table members it will be fun. He does use colorful language to keep the class entertained lol. You technically don't need the book. I never read cause his tests are online and you can find answers on quizlet.

He's really good at relating content to his lectures, and always finds way to display humor in them. He finds ways to give easy points as long as the assignments are completed. It's rare but he does offer extra credit occasionally. Willing to work with students to make it as painless as possible. Tests are easy and require little effort.

You don't need the book in class. It is your responsibility to read it and use the information to take the test. He will not tell you what chapters you need to read or even tell you when to begin reading. So my advice to you is to prepare to read about 2-3 chapters a week.

Awesome lectures always interesting. He is extremely organized with material and canvas. Little homework. There were four "labs" in which you usually did a few tests about yourself (not graded) then you wrote a 2 page paper about the lab. EXTREMELY EASY, the only requirement was it had to be 2 pages (easy 100%). There were 4 exams. All on quizzlet!

Dr. Granito's class was very easy. I took his class online and found that I did not have to read the book. There were papers due each week, but they were opinion based. He is very clear about what he wants you to write. Additionally there were only 4 quizzes which were all super easy. I would definitely take another one of his classes!

Professor granito was AMAZING he is really funny and laid back. Hes also super super nice and all the tests and even the final are online and take home. Attendance isnt mandatory but I always went because he was really funny and always had hilarious stories to tell or he had a fun game planned for class. Best professor EVER. Would recommend

He sparked my interest in Psychology and I highly, highly recommend him to anyone. We need more professors like him.

Professor Granito is a GREAT instructor. This lends to him being able to give helpful feedback, great examples and explanations that anyone can follow. You still need to do your homework, take the tests, and participate. Don't worry, he has found ways to make learning easier and fun. Give him a try and you should do well.

This class was very easy. Quizzes and exams were great. You have to write a paper based on personal experiences every week (only one page double spaced) which was nice. Would definitely take this class again

Dr. Granito is great! This is the first class I've taken with him. He is very thorough, provided copies of lectures from the same class when it was land based, gives clear grading criteria, gives great feedback, moderate workload, and exams are not overwhelming. Overall great class!

Dr. Granito is very helpful and very understanding when it comes to personal life and things that come up. He records his lectures online so you can go back and re watch if you have any issues. I truly enjoy this class. It is hard you have to write a huge paper at the end, but he makes it not so anxiety ridden about writing it

Hes such a great professor. His class focuses on lectures but the tests are straight forward. Really a great guy. I like him so much Im taking PSYCH 254 and 263 with him next semester! He assigns a textbook (probably because the school makes him) but dont bother with it. You dont use it.

One of the best psychology professors Ive ever had. Very understanding and just awesome all together. Definitely would recommend taking any class that he teaches.
