simple it's pretty much memorization typical of a political science class..gives essay questions in advance..and pretty much answers them and a list a terms and where to find in a book..piece of pizza pie

I think she is a great teacher. She does not make it easy, she just makes you learn. Yeah the notes are online, so everyone does have access to them, so everyone has the opportunity to pass. I think she is a great teacher, one of the best CSUN has.

Very easy upper divion POLS course for G.E. requirement. Study guides given, book is an easy read, gives make-up exams, extra-credit option. Would recommend for someone looking to satisfy the G.E. requirement only, not for Political Science major.

Very nice teacher, always has a smile for everyone..sje is so approachable....gives u a study guide for the tests and exams.I totally recommend her.

Such a nice lady! Easy class, relatively interesting, and easy tests. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a kick back class that is somewhat interesting.

I liked the class alot and the teacher was very helpful and was willing to make it as easy as possible to get the best grade you could! good class, great teacher!

This class is so easy......Thank God I had not taken this class with another teacher. Exams are a pc of cake! Any person getting below an A is st*p*d!!!

very easy. everything is right out of the book so class attendance wasnt necessary. she sometimes explains a little too much.

Not cake, but pretty easy. Take the 1 night a week class if she still offers it. She reviews right before her tests, but the lectures are really really boring. I suggest ear plugs and reading the chapters in class. No homework and class never goes the full time. Just go to class, not saying pay attention, just go - you get credit for going.

pretty okay class. she tells u exactly what to study & puts her notes on her site. her tests arent bad either...

her class is tight...her tests r straight from her study guides all u gotta do is go over them...u dont have to go to class much.but its always good to go. usually she doesnt notice if someone else calls HERE for u lol.shes tight and helpful to the max...n during the final if u stay late n only a few people r left in class she gives u answers haha

She seemed extra lenient partly because I took the Saturday class. I liked her style. She sometimes shows clips from "The Daily Show" to illustate a point. :)

Lussier is definitely the teacher to take. She posts her slides & notes online, and is always eager to answer ANY questions that you may have. She gives a study giude with ALL the info you need to know for the exams. She looks a little intimidating at first, but you'll find that she is the sweetest lady at CSUN. I highly recommend.

Easy A.No need to buy the book. She answers all your questions, I mean ALL. Study guids and study sessions are SO good and complete. Do some extar credits it helps. She takes rolls always.

This class was SO EASY, but EXTREMELY BORING. But because you have to take it - take it with her, I felt like I was in high school again.

Great Teacher, especially when she included some humor in some of her lectures by showing a few Daily Show sketches on her powerpoint slides; exams are straight forward with study guides.

3 TESTS, 1 CUMMLATIVE FINAL. POWERPOINT LECTURES, GIVES NOTES AND POWERPOINTS ONLINE, GIVES GOOD STUDY GUIDE FOR EVERY TEST, GIVES GOOD REVIEW RIGHT BEFORE TESTS. REALLY SWEET AND LAID BACK. SHE PRESENTS THE INFORMATION IN A COMPREHENSIVE MANNER AND TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO STUDY.

A very easy class not for poli sci majors she makes the material very easy to understand. Attendance is mandatory but you don't have to pay attention. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK its a waste of money. THis class is an easy A!

Her class is really boring all she does is shows us powerpoints.You don't need the book because everything you need to know is on the powerpoints and you can print them out.

She is a helpful professor, she knows her subject well. She uses powerpoints and all the notes are online you can print them. She reviews really good for tests which helps a lot. Easy to talk to and ask questions. I would recommend her.

Nice professor but rather dull. Easy class if you pay any sort of attention. All lessons are taught through powerpoint and available online, so book may or may not be needed for you.

This is one of those professors who sets you up to pass (review sheet, test review 2-3 days prior to the exam,goes over the exam so the info you have is correct for the cummulative final, chapter notes/highlights & powerpoints online).As long as you pay attention in class, study, & memorize key concepts, you'll pass. Good Prof, highly recommend.

Excellent Teacher!!! You learn a lot from her class. What's on her study guide, is what is on her test. Attendance is a must to past.

She is easy if you sudy for the tests. Just memorize the study guide, come to class, and you will do fine.

But don't take her once a week class..3 hours of polisci is a huge bore!!..even if you enjoy the subject. Oh, and she goes over as many questions as the class has right before the test lol

dont buy the book. she hands out study terms for the midterms and final. all the midterm and final consist of are terms. just the definitions online and study them on your own. she takes attendance. easy class but boring, nothing but power points in class. easy A

This Professor is great, she knows what she is talking about and she can explain it well. She's very helpful and understanding, she sometimes takes attendance. The book isn't really needed b/c she has such clear notes. Take her if you can; you will not be disappointed!

I had her for my Honors class and she's great, it's almost like she was born to teach this class, seriously take her she's so sweet and she honestly wants you to do well in her class so she gives really good study guides, she gives alot of extra credit and she explains things over and over again, TAKE HER!!!

Super easy class. Little to no effort involved. Lussier is a nice woman, and really accomodating, but doesn't always know what she's talking about and can be confusing. Grade based on midterm, final, paper(s) and presentation. Textbook isn't necessary.

Great professor, knows what she's talking about. Powerpoint slides are on the website along with practice test questions, which you don't really need if you look at the slides. Attendance wasn't mandatory for her class of 50, but she wasn't too happy about the fact that people stopped going to class... so that might change.

I took Pols 155Honors. Lussier is extremely helpful and willing to work with a student if you are having a hard time--just be sure to communicate with her. I earned a B, but that was due to a lack of studying. A very chill teacher and super sweet.

Great teacher for the subject. Having our class in an election year helped make the majority of the class easier. Its basic government and political science, so not a lot of range in topic, but she relates it all well, and is very nice and giving to students who need extra help

2 exams, 1 presentation, + 1 cumulative final. Detailed study guides tell you everything thats on the exam. Dont buy the book. Group presentation is easy- 6ppl, 10 page paper, 20min powerpoint. Don't have to show up but recommended since she learns your name by the end of the course. TAKE FOR A semi-easy A + you will learn some material.

Easy grader wants everyone to pass this class with ease if you work fine. Her presentations are good and no need to refer to any text until she has some assignments on them.

If you cannot get an A in her class then you should probably drop out of college. 3 exams, 3 short papers. Minimal textbook usage. Her class is easy but I actually do feel like I learned something. As a friend put it, she's very "grandmotherly". She's very sweet. Take her.

Reads straight from PowerPoint lectures. 3 easy writing assignments, 2 midterms, 1 cumulative final. Offers study guides for each exam. Answers found on PowerPoint lectures. I got a B but would've received an A had I studied a little better. Very nice approachable lady. Tries to answers all your questions & even gives scantrons if you forgot yours.

She's really sweet and if you ask for help she will help you. The class over all is boring. All her lectures are on moodle so you don't even have to show up. Most people didn't. 2 midterms (study her study guides, memorize.) Final is cumulative. As long as you do well on the exams the class is easy breezy.

Probably the most boring class I've every taken at CSUN. It was a 3 hour class, but I could not stay for more than an hour. She reads from the powerpoint and shows videos that are already posted on moodle. 4 easy papers, 3 online exams including the final. Ended up with a C without doing much work. Her class is easy to pass, but very boring.

She is a smart woman and truly does know alot. She cares about her students and indeed does take a good amount of time engaging in student-professor discourse. She has alot of connections with people working in the legal field; during the semester three judges, a lawyer and a dean at a law school attended to give presentations to the class.
