He's from Madagascar. Very mellow. Great lectures, very thorough(I got an 87% in the class and I never got the book). If you have to take biology, take it with Dr. Randri.
Dr. Randri was awesome. He's such a laid back, nice guy. You won't ever need your book unless you feel like reviewing because his presentations every day contain the material that will be on the test. Definitely take him!
Seems hard at first but he is very easy and nice and will make you laugh in class. Never needed the book because of his lectures. Can seem a tad bit boring but hey, he's easy!
he is very easy, nice, and funny. he seems hard at first but if you come to class and listen to his lectures you'll do fine. never need your book, all test materials come from his lectures. i got an A in his class. i definetly recommend him. don't take him at 8 am however...might fall asleep.
Great teacher. Makes bio easy. Test are very easy if you go to class. He wants you to take notes but you don't have to b/c he puts them on-line and his review covers everything you need to know. HIGHLY REC.
This is a very nice and easy teacher. Very willing to accomodate the students. Would Highly recommend. Do NOT buy the book for this class. He gives you notes in class that the test material comes from. Awesome teacher!
Really nice guy but not the most comprehensive teacher. If you are not pursuing a a career in biology take him, he covers the basics and teaches you what you absolutley need to know. His test are really easy, he does comrehensive reviews of what will be on the exams and all the wuestions come from the notes. Overall good guy! Take him!
I learned quite a bit in this class. He lectures in his class, but his notes are helpful. He also has great test reviews. So when he gives you a date for the review don't miss it. Everything you need for the test he will give you during the review. I also didn't have to purchase a book for his class. He was an awesome teacher!
Really nice guy. Do all of his classes by PowerPoint in class. All his notes are printable and he explains almost everything that is going to be on the test in the class before. The class is an easy B but you really do need to study for an A. I recommend him.... he is one of the nicest most easygoing professors I’ve ever had.
super nice teacher,he teach the same thing that the other teach he just do it in a more easy way, my friend took it we another teacher nad i leanr more than what she did, attendance is a plus,do not taking early in the morning or after lunch or you will fall to sleep. overall great teacher,H.REC.
Great teacher! If you do not pass this class you have issues. Give review sheets for what is on the test, STUDY THEM! Didn't buy the textbooks because it was not needed. Great class, tons of info, GOOD LUCK!
Dr. Randri is awesome. He gives a study guide before each test that is very helpful. Attendance is mandatory. Tests come straight from review. No need to copy notes, you won't really use them. A background in Biology helps. Lab is kinda useless but fun. Dr. Randri is nice and helpful. He will move the test back if everyone agrees! Take him
I dont care what anyone says, this class was boring, meticulous, has a lab every week...its not easy if you dont have a pathos for biology.
No need to buy the book. He is a really great professor. All his notes are put online. He is extremely helpful with labs. I would recommend Dr.Randri to everyone. I wish he taught more classes.
sweet guy, always walks in with a smile. a little hard to understand at first ( strong accent ) class in not mandatory.... he posts his notes on web CT .. study those and you will do well on test.
I came into this class cold turkey. he will give u exam reviews and questions come straight from the review. If u study for quizzes and tests, easy A but if ur like me and slacked a little, a C is no problem.
Dr Randri. is a pretty kool prof. I dont like biology much, and it proves got a C+. Overall fair in everything.
OMG.. BY FAR THE BEST A SANTA FE.. SWEET GUY, ALWAYS SMILE.. KINDA REMIND U OF GRANDPA. DNT NEED BOOK BC NOTES ARE ON ANGEL. GIVES STUDY GUIDE N REVIEWS IT DAY B4 THE TEST!! TAKE HIM, U WILL NOT REGRET IT!! TRUST!!
he is adorable. he is the nicest guy, he does take attendance daily, but if you come and then pay attention on review days and study a little for the tests..easy! but the lectures each class are boring.
Great professor. He has a slight accent but not that hard to understand. Attendance is mandatory(you can't make an A if you dont come) but he gives a review the class before the exam. Lectures are boring, but he is an interesting guy if you get to know him a bit.
Dr. Randri is a genuinely nice person and an expert in his field. I found his class enlightening and I am very grateful to have had him as a teacher.
on the first day I didn't know what to think but he is an awesome teacher. he's from madagascar so he's kinda hard to understand but the tests aren't too hard and labs are easy. don't need textbook. helpful test and exam reviews
4 exams 5-6 quizzes and a possible extra credit paper. Test & quiz questions come from book not study guide. The tests and quizzes are fairly hard. Study a LOT and you have a good chance. He's from Madagascar so he doesn't speak perfect English. He also talks fast making it impossible to take notes. Lectures are pretty boring. Mandatory attendance.
Hard to understand tests are not clear and hard to get study guide will help for tests if u want a b plus in the class read the book for an A !!!!!
one word very hard u need to study the study guide really well to pass his tests if u do that u will do fine in his class at least a b
I am nearing the end of the semester, but I am not entirely pleased with my choice of a professor, which I based on reviews from this site. He gives no homework, and takes attendance daily. His study guides have improved from the beginning, but hard to understand since his accent is quite thick. If you study regularly, this may be alright.
Dr. Randri is a really nice professor--always pleasant! Labs were fun, easy, and relatable! The only thing is his test questions don't really coincide with his lectures. You really are just better off reading the book and learning yourself. Study guides were not as helpful as they seemed...again, better off reading the book. Overall, good class!
His lectures are very dry/boring and I got the impression that he doesn't grasp SOME of the course material very well. His accent can sometimes be problematic. On the other hand, he's a very nice guy and his tests are pretty easy, especially if you attend his reviews. Most of what I learned was from reading the (excellent, but massive) textbook.
smartest man I know. very helpful if you ask for help and show some sort of interest. accent might be hard for some, but i got use to it. regular use of the book is needed to be successful, along with attendance. i plan on taking him for as many biology classes as possible!
Hard class. Great professor! I had an Incomplete for this class because of surgery, my final grade in the computer flipped to an F and he helped me while he was on Christmas vacation to change it back. Amazing teacher and will help you as best he can! Do the study guides for the tests and go to lab and you will have an A or B.
Gen Bio. is nothing compared to his class. I took A&P, and this class is just as difficult. The test go into a level of detail that requires a full understanding of every chapter of the textbook. Notes are a waste of time. Skip his class and start pre med. you might have a chance
Great teacher. He will help you with whatever you need as long as you ask. He is hard to understand at first but you get used to it. If you do the study guides and actually study them then you will do fine. He is really funny and helpful in labs. I recommend him to anyone who is willing to put forth some effort.
This teacher is hard to understand his tests are not clear and tricky sometimes the tests are also worded wrong so it makes it really hard to get what the question is asking. I would recommend Prof Korah instead
one word to describe this class is hard you have to be willing to put your time into this class it will not be easy. The study guides he gives the class are vague and not at all helpful for the test
This professor is not a good teacher at all his labs are unorganized and I feel like this teacher did not know what he was doing half of the time in lab. His lab exams are hard and you will have to prepare yourself in lab for anything like pop quizes which are like 10 questions mc
This professor is not helpful at all his tests are tricky and I studied my ass off and still ended up with a c plus this is not an easy A class
great teacher but really hard class you will need to study at least 3 hours a day for this class it is not an easy A
No textbook required, only notes on Angel and in class. Heavy accent, but will try to clarify if you don't understand something - just ask. Very knowledgeable in his field and is nice, but is sometimes difficult to follow. Always does a good test review before test and is lenient on grading. You have to work for the grade in this class.
really hard class you will need to study at least 3 hours a day for this class it is not an easy A
I enjoyed this class nice professor really will hurt The Great King Murcer would recommend this class to everyone
Gotta say really enjoyed this class Its pretty hard come to class and do your work King Murcer would recommend this class to anyone(Great Professor) Sucks hes not teaching BIO 2
He is by far the worst professor at Santa Fe College aviod him at all costs tests are really hard and he is hard to understand
Best Professor at Santa Fe by far. He has an accent, but still very comprehendible. He is really funny, and will explain things one on one (after class or during his office hours) The class is challenging for non-science majors, and there is a lot of content.. but, I highly recommend him! He's the only professor worth the time to "rate" for.
Dr. Randri is absolutely one of the best teachers I?ve had. He wants his students to succeed, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to biology and able to take difficult concepts and explain them in a simplistic manner. He also has a great sense of hummer which makes attending class fun. One of the best teachers at SFC! BY FAR!
Dr. R is a wonderful professor. His resume speaks for itself, afterall he was a geneticist! With that being said he really has a lot of knowledge when it comes to biology. It is true that he has an accent but for the most part he does not mind repeating himself. His main goal is to see people succeed and he is willing to help out in anyway he can.
One of the best & nicest professors I've had. Explains difficult materials in an easy to understand manner. His exam reviews are also great. Study time for me was paying attention in lecture & participating in lab, then review once more to make sure I understood the concepts. He also reinforces the materials for you so it sticks in your head.
Teaching core bio 1. Professor is Very pleasant, very helpful always willing to provide the right answers. Would highly recommend, its a shame he doesn't teach bio2
Will give extra credit. Great professor, but you have to be willing to read the book/notes on your own. He reviews key concepts in class and provides clarification. I learned a lot in class, and would definetly takehim again.
I liked this class. The way it's formatted makes it easy to do well. The notes he goes over in class are online, so that he can whiz through the presentation and dedicate more time to questions. I used my textbook a lot, but you really only need the connect disc - it includes an e-book.
Professor Randi is a very helpful professor, he take the time to explain the material clearly and effectively.
I highly recommend this professor. Cares about his students, very helpful, and highly educated. GREAT professor. -Jordan Stavrev
If you have an opportunity to take Dr. Randri for any of your BIO classes, I strongly recommend you take him! Best professor I have ever had at Santa Fe. He really goes out of his way to help his students. If you read through your notes, and he gives you p.p. slides ahead of time, and just listen in lectures, do study guide, you will make an A.
I'll keep it simple: 1. Do your best and don't worry. 2. If you bomb something ask him what you can do for extra credit to bring it up, then give THAT your best. 3. For tests; FOCUS on answering the Questons at the end of ea chptr; ignore the Exam ?? he puts up; memorize the Q and you'll ace the tests. 4. Don't jerk him around he is a goodman
Dr. Randri is an excellent teacher. In order to ace his class...1. pay attention to his lectures. 2. Read the questions at the end of each chapter in your book. 3. Ask him questions about things you don't understand. There's no busy work and if you can't afford the book, borrow it from someone. I'd take him again.3
Easy A! Tests come from the book, super nice guy! Very helpful, goes out of his way for students, LOTS AND LOTS OF EXTRA CREDIT! Just study the questions at the end of every chapter and you'll do awesome on all his tests! Final comes from all lecture exam questions so don't forget! Easy A!
He is soooo Nice! Dr. Randri really wants his student to do well. He is very helpful and has no problem explaining things twice. All of the power points he uses are available online and he gives extra credit!I think Biology is hard to begin with and Dr. Randri makes it so much easier. Highly Recommended
I love Dr. Randri!! He is so helpful, knowledgable, and really wants his students to succeed! Best teacher at Santa fe. He is from Madagascar and shares a lot with his class about his home. Easy A with effort put it and attending class. I got an A by studying the questions at the end of each chapter which he uses for his tests!! Take him!!
Very helpful professor who wants you to succeed. Class is rather boring but as long as you read the book you should be fine.
This was a great class!!
Dr. Randri is the best professor I've had at Santa Fe, I recommend him to everyone.
The lectures are very boring; he reads from slides, which are posted on Canvas. He also posts study guides for each of the tests, and the tests are based heavily on those study guides. He's helpful if you ask, especially in lab. Decent professor.
He is a good man that wants his students to understand and pass! He has no problem explaining things twice and gives extra credit opportunities, do not take the exams for granted they are hard and worth most of your grade. Study hard and do extra credit and you should be fine.
Mr. Randrianasolo is by far the greatest professor I've had. You really learn a lot in this class and can apply it to real life scenarios. You need the textbook for the online quizzes and study guides used for exams. I would recommend him to anyone not really interested in science because this class gives you a different persepective.
He is one of the nicest professor ever. He knows his stuff well, but he teaches a bit fast and his English is not articulate, so some people may not like that. Overall, he wants students to pass, very nice gentleman who offers whatever he can do to help students. Would recommend on a scale of 9 out of 10.
One of the most tedious classes I've ever taken. Prof. Randri is very intelligent and knowledgeable but he has trouble relaying that information to students. He can be very unclear & tends to contradict himself. Don't worry about the lectures. Do the study guides for the three tests and you'll get a B minimum. He doesn't care if you come to class.
Prof Randri is very nice and very friendly. His study guides are very helpful for the tests, however he has a very heavy accent and talks quietly. During lectures he doesn't explain, all he does is read off the PowerPoint slides. I would not take him again but if you can teach yourself the material then you will pass.
Professor Randri is probably the nicest teachers i have ever met. He is very passionate about bio. It is a pretty easy A but also interesting at the same time. Gives study guides and extra credit!
Such a kind man! He is VERY knowledgeable in Biology. Some people may find his accent tough but it gets easier w/ time. Also, be prepared to sit through a lecture and slides!! They are not fun but what lecture is? You have 1 GMO paper, 3 tests, final and mini quizzes in between. Participate & do the study guides and you will be good
I very rarely post reviews for the professors I have had, but professor Randri was wonderful. He is extremely kind, willing to help whenever you ask for it, and passionate about biology. Lectures are long, but that should not come as a surprise. He gives exam reviews and extra credit! Try your best and you will earn a good grade. Would recommend!
Awesome professor who deserves recognition! 3 exams, 1 term paper, 1 final, and 2 lab exams. He gives extra credit and never once made me feel stupid for asking questions/needing help. Very kind and wants you to succeed. Put in the effort and he will notice.
Dr. Randri was passionate and always quick to help me if I had a question, but he wasn't the best teacher. The class was him summing up chapters in powerpoints which he posted on canvas and then spit our verbatim for lectures. You have to read the textbook and participate. He'll give you points on a test if you argue why you got the question wrong.
Professor Randri is AMAZING! He is the best professor I have had at Santa Fe College. He is very helpful and explains everything clearly. As long as you do the lab and pay attention in class you will pass. He is a great teacher and I would definitely take this class again.
Took this class because I needed a biology credit for my AA. Not a bad professor, he's a really sweet guy but doesn't teach much. Beginning of the semester was all lectures, middle he just gave us quizzes on chapters without teaching us, then last couple weeks were our presentations. Gives all answers to test beforehand but some are a little vague
Test heavy meaning many open book quizzes and tests that can be completed together by your lab group. He goes over quizzes and tests and lets you justify your answers for partial, and sometimes full credit. Although sometimes hard to understand, he is a great teacher and I can't wait to take him again for Core Bio 1 and 2.
It can be difficult to understand what he is saying, so you really need to pay attention in class. During the middle of the semester, he gave us quizzes almost every single class without actually teaching us anything, which was frustrating (and it hurt my grade). But, he gives very helpful study guides for the exams and gives extra credit as well.
Hes is by far the best professor I have ever had! This class is so easy its hard not to get an A in his class. You have to show up to class though.
Honestly, you can't fail this class. Participation with lab and showing up to class is important but worth it. He is kind of hard to understand when he does his lectures, but he gives many opportunities for extra credit! I'm not a huge science person but if you do his work and study for quizzes you'll be fine!
If you aren't interested in learning anything about biology and just want an easy A, take this class. You can't understand him when he lectures due to a language barrier, and that's all he does. However, if you memorize the study guide he gives you, it's exactly like the exam to a T. I learned nothing and received an A in both the class & lab.
This teacher is not a good one. There have been questions on his own test that he doesn't know the answer to. He knows most of the material but is a horrible teacher. He reads off of power points that are super vague compared to his tests. Barely explains lab. Would not take again. Made class harder than it should be
Professor Randri is truly a sweet, and laid-back guy. He reads from the slides and goes kind of fast but gives you study guides which are heavily reflective of the exams. if you can argue why you should get a question right, he'll give it to you. 3 exams, 1 term paper, and 1 extra credit paper.
Dr. Randri did a great job teaching my core biology class. The only negative I can think of is that he uses the power point a bit to much, but if you read ahead and pay attention you should be fine. If you invest in the class you will get a lot out of it. His tests are not very hard and he gives a ton of partial credit.
He was a really good professor! He makes study guides for all the tests and makes sure to explain anything you might be confused with. This class is an easy A. The people that do bad are those that don't show up or pay attention to homework deadlines. I would definitely take him again.
Dr. Randri was a great professor. He does read from the powerpoints but he makes sure to explain in detail and welcomes questions as well. His test are very straightforward and are directly based on his study guides. I would definitely take him again and recommend him to anyone.
I LOVED this professor. Really sweet guy who genuinely cares about his students. As long as you go to class, take notes, pay attention in lab, and DO THE STUDY GUIDES you'll be just fine! Also, don't wait until the last minute to the LabMastering assignments. I truly enjoyed this class and enjoyed going to hear him teach.
If you haven't taken any science courses before, don't take him. He teaches his class assuming you have some prior knowledge in biology. He skipped through his lecture slides far too quickly as if they were for review and wasn't much help when asked to clarify. He's obviously very knowledgable but that wasn't enough to make it worth the struggle.
Makes it very clear what you need to do to get an A, and doesn't make Biology as hard as it needs to be. He really enables students who want to learn more. He also allows you to argue your points for credit on certain questions on exams and quizzes. Speaking of which, there are 3 exams, 1 final, 1 paper, and 2 lab exams. All weighing the same.
I highly recommend Dr. Randri! Lectures are all powerpoint. He moves quick, but will gladly pause and more thoroughly explain a topic. Do the online homework! It's a huge help on tests, which are multiple choice. He gives fantastic reviews before each test and also goes over the answers post test. Also, ETXRA CREDIT! Will take again!!!
Dr. Randri is an easy going and funny teacher. He takes the time to go over tests and quizzes to explain why an answer was correct. His lectures highlight the key concepts, but you must read the chapters to fully understand the material. I can honestly say he is one of the best teachers I have had at Santa Fe and would recommend him 10/10!
Dr. Randri was truly one of the best professors I have had in my MANY years of going to school. He was very consistent in his grading and lecturing. He always returned graded material in a timely manor and made himself available out side of class. I would highly recommend him for Core Bio I
Dr. Randri could be doing more prestigious things, but he chooses to teach because he genuinely likes watching young ppl learn. He gives amazing reviews, and is more than willing to go over anything in depth. Anyone who complains about the accent is being petty (and kind of xenophobic, tbh). A gem amongst the NS department, truly.
Dr. Randrianasolo was a great teacher. There was never a question that he didn't answer. Really appreciated his experience's working in Madagarscar and he definitely teaches on a personal level during labs. You do need to put in the work to study for tests, but he does a really good review. Work hard and you'll get an A or B.
Easy class, 3 tests, 8 quizzes (one dropped), one term paper, lab, HW, final. Tests are completely based on the study guides. Quizzes are based off of homework and textbook questions which you can find online. Dr. Randri is very caring and wants everyone to do well. He's from Madagascar and loves talking about his home country. 10/10 professor!
Dr. Randri was great. He knows a lot about plants for sure. Labs were great. Our class really enjoyed those and Dr. Randri taught us a lot while we were in labs. It was cool to be able to turn to him when we had questions or curiosities. He's a very likable and funny guy and that really showed during labs. Tests are key in this class.
Science has always been a tough subject for me but Prof Randri made it so simple. There were times that were tough but thats something youll find in every class you take in college. The long labs may seem intimidating but they go by really fast and you can leave as soon as your lab group is done. Hes an amazing prof that really cares, take him!
Dr. Randri is an awesome professor. The weekly quizzes are somewhat tough and can be a little tricky but will help you to succeed on the departmental final. Test prep is great in this course because his study guides cover the material well. Go to class/lab, do the online homeworks, and read the textbook chapters ahead of time. Highly recommend!
Dr. Randri was honestly the best professor I've taken so far. Super sweet, cares about his students a lot. Use the book to study for the tests and dont forget to do the online homework. Use the online lecture notes to supplement the actual lectures so you stay organized.
Nice, caring professor. However, the daily quizzes are tough to feel confident turning in due to the fast lectures and hard to understand accent. If you miss a class, you will miss a quiz. However, he is very understanding for past due assignments and tests.
He is a tough grader, but overall his is a wonderful teacher, he is sometimes hard to understand, but his study guides are exactly like his exams.
Dr. Randri was one of the best professors I have ever taken at SF. He is extremely kind and respectful to his students. This is the first class I've taken on this campus that I generally felt cared for as a student. Easy class to pass as long as you pay attention and read the text book. Lots of in class quizzes but they're not difficult!
Excellent professor! He really cares about you and prepares you to do well on the dep. final exam. Before every exam, he puts a study guide to prepare you for it. There are 3 exams, like 10 quizzes, 2 lab exams and 1 paper. These last 2 are a grade booster, so take advantage of them and do well. Quizzes are the harder ones but help to master bio
super nice guy, but he really doesnt do a great job teaching. study using cengage's chapter test section and youll do fine. I wish I had known this from the get-go. On the flip side, he is literally the nicest and most caring professor I've ever had EVER. Keep in mind that this doesn't always reflect one's ability to teach. Dpt exam wasn't too bad
He's a forgiving man and very intelligent. The class is not super easy but he wants everyone to pass. I am glad to have met him
This professor is sweet and says he is willing to help but is never available and doesn't respond to emails until two days later. I could hardly understand him when he lectured. Lectures are all this professor does in class and just reads right off the board. There was a test or quiz every week.
Great lectures
He is very hard to get ahold of, I had emailed him 4 times throughout the week and never got an email back. Very hard to understand since he is from Madagascar, which is kinda cool. Lots of quizzes, I feel like too many quizzes. I didn't really learn anything from the class, maybe because it was online but still I was confused in the lab.
Prof. Randriansolo was a great Bio teacher, and I learned a lot in his class. Although, the quizzes were very difficult and some of the questions were not in the reading or in the lectures, the exams were not based on the quizzes and he prepares you for them. Overall he is a great professor for bio and he is very knowledgeable.
Mr. Randrianasolo was a good teacher. His class was not as difficult as expected but there was a lot of homework assignments and quizzes. He helps you in his labs whenever you need extra explaining and gives good study guides for every test. Overall good professor would take again!
Professor Randrianasolo is a great professor. I really enjoyed his class and he gives study guides for all the exams which are extremely helpful. The chapter quizzes can be difficult, but near the semester he reopened them so we could practice for the final. At the end he offered extra credit. He is not tech savvy but it didn't affect his teaching.
His lectures are crucial to the material. The HW he assigns is answering questions with outside knowledge. The quizzes are open book which makes it simpler. He also gives out study guides prior to the test.
If you need to learn biology, take another professor. His lectures are impossible to follow and useless. He does not explain concepts well. Do not expect to ask him anything via email, you will need to meet with him in person. Expect to do a lot of elective reading and studying of material outside of class. His exams are cake.
this professor was okay. he was a nice guy but not very helpful. his classes were him reading off of powerpoints. the study guides were just a list of random topics with no other details. he wasn't very accessible outside of class and didn't really help out for the final.
Caring and knowledgeable professor. Always answers questions or difficult concepts via email. His lectures mostly consisted of him reading off the PowerPoint. Puts students best interest first, and always extended due dates for homework or quizzes. The course was not difficult, and labs were fun and easy.
Professor Randri is a very kind and pleasant teacher to talk to. But his lectures consist of him reading off a PowerPoint very quickly with limited elaboration. When you ask him questions for more information on a specific topic he will usually just tell you to read your textbook. He is a great guy, but an incredibly average teacher.
He means well, though you will be teaching yourself throughout the entire course. He has unclear test study guides that consist of a bullet point list with NO elaboration. Randri also has an extremely strong accent so it is difficult to understand his lectures. Exam 1 class avg was a 44% and he gave no curve. If u can, I would pass on taking him.
This man's style of teaching honestly is lackluster. The material he posts have little to nothing to do with the tests and quizzes that he hands out. The study guides are incredibly vague and have little to do with the actual tests. Expect to teach yourself because you will get absolutely nothing out of lecture. If you can DONT TAKE THIS COURSE.
To be successful in the course, you will teach yourself important topics. His study guides are broad, but if you attend his office hours he goes more in depth. His lectures are him reading off the slides very fast. Usually, I took notes before class to keep up. I do not recommend first semester Freshmen and beginners in bio to take his class.
Read directly from PowerPoints, so attending class is pointless if you don't have questions. Know the topics on the study guide, they will help for the exams. Lab was easy. The class was a 7/10. No due dates for homework, but must be completed by the last day of class.
Randri is a nice professor who wants students to succeed, but his teaching style can be hit or miss. Lectures are dry, and exams are challenging. Unstuckstudy was a lifesaver for preparing - helped me synthesize the material way better than the vague study guides.
Professor Randri is very knowledgeable, and he wants every student to succeed. Classes consisted of him reading off powerpoints and not going into much detail, but tests were pretty straight to the point. He gives retakes on tests which helped my grade a lot, and labs were relatively easy. BE READY TO READ TEXTBOOK!
I personally did not like this professor. Not only was he very hard to understand, but his means of teaching were not good whatsoever. He was very confusing, and as someone who struggled with biology, this just made it worse. I would be lucky to pass this class, so not take him.
