This class is pretty hard. The tests are 50 questions and the essay is pretty tough... and worth 25 points. But for my class she gave us the essay. I know for a fact I would completely fail if she didn't give us the essay before the test to study. She is very nice and willing to help after the class. She gives pretty good notes and test reviews.

Class is overall easy if you read all that you are suppose to. Not a bad teacher will help you if needed and her lectures are off powerpoints. Her essays are straightforward based mostly on opinion but the test are pretty hard if you don't read and study the review given by her overall got a B+ so good class

In the beginning of the semester she can seem a bit strict, but she is absolutely the best teacher! Mrs. Nasher is always early to class, and even at the 7:45 am class always looks sharp and professional. Her notes and handouts are well-written, very few typos or errors, and clear. All assignments are easy to understand, and she gives ample time in class to go over them before they are due. Definitely take her!

At first not sure about her since all of her lecture was straight off .ppt. But, as the class progressed, realized that she is very much involved in the material, loves teaching, and is more than happy to assist students. Her lecture is pretty much the test. Pay attention, and be involved in the discussions (which are constant) and you'll be fine.

I realize a lot of students gave high scores, but I am not even sure what this class is counts as "teaching." You don't have to read the book, she uploads PP notes and that's all you need to pass. I didn't learn a thing, because there was no engagement. No recorded lectures, just PP notes. Easy, but I'm walking away with no added knowledge.

4 tests, 3 quizzes, 1 discussion board. Quizzes were very easy, tests were also reasonably easy. Look thoroughly through the slides provided, and you'll for sure get an A in the class. (5:00 pm strict deadline unlike the usual 11:59pm). If you've taken US history in HS and college, you've already learned a lot of the material covered.

Professor Nasher was amazing! I really enjoyed her class and took a hybrid course with her. 4 tests, one group presentation, and one writing assignment. The tests are easy as long as you study the reviews and slides that she provides. I did not use the textbook. Participation and attendance are crucial though. Expectations are crystal clear.

Prof Nasher's class was amazing. I personally don't like history, but this class taught US gov. in a way that was entertaining. I took the 5-week online course and it consisted of 4 videos (each with a quiz/discussion board), some notes, & 4 tests. There is a textbook, but I never used it. Overall, very easy to follow and actually learn/understand.

Extremely easy course, as long as you read the PowerPoints for each unit, you'll do fine. 4 tests in the course, all 50 questions (40 mc, 10 t/f), without Respondus, but you cannot go back once you've answered a question. The 4 quizzes are all based on videos, 3 are 10 question mc, the other is a 400-500 word discussion board + 2 comments.
